The existing adult paper diaper on the market in China has many defects, such as insufficient hydrophilicity, easy leakage, inconvenient wearing and uncomfortable use; the dry and comfortable property is poor, bacterial infection, rash and eczema are easily caused, and for the old, especially for the old lying in bed for a long time, the urine absorbed in the body is easy to seep outwards along the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the toilet paper due to the existence of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the toilet paper, so that the condition of liquid seepage is easy to occur. Adult diaper products in the market are disposable articles and are all integral products, so that the adult diaper is used by the bedridden old people who are more and more concerned about wearing comfort and guarantee better living quality, the whole product is thrown away after the adult diaper is generally used (after the adult diaper is used), the use cost is inevitably increased, and unnecessary waste is caused.
In addition, with the continuous improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on the comfort and the safety of the adult paper diaper are higher and higher, and besides the higher requirements on the aspects of the absorption speed, the surface dryness, the antibacterial and odor-removing performance and the like of the adult paper diaper, the light weight and the like of the adult paper diaper also become important indexes for evaluating the comfort performance of the adult paper diaper. However, most of the existing adult diapers in the market adopt fluff pulp and Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) to be mixed as an absorber of the adult diaper, and based on the consideration of a large amount of adult urine, the fluff pulp of the adult diaper is generally used in a large amount, so that the adult diaper is heavy in weight, and the wearing comfort of a user is seriously affected.
Therefore, in order to overcome the defects, the adult diaper which is convenient to replace, high in absorption speed, good in dryness and comfort and capable of effectively reducing the occurrence of rash, eczema and diaper rash is very necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an adult paper diaper, aiming at solving one or more technical problems of the existing adult paper diaper. The adult paper diaper can enhance the absorption amount and the absorption speed of the adult paper diaper, can keep the skin surface of a wearer dry and comfortable, and effectively reduces the generation of skin diseases such as rash, eczema and diaper rash.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an adult paper diaper which comprises a paper diaper body and an auxiliary pad detachably arranged above the paper diaper body; the auxiliary pad sequentially comprises a surface layer, an auxiliary pad absorber and a bottom film layer from top to bottom, wherein the bottom film layer is provided with liquid permeation holes penetrating through the bottom film layer; the auxiliary pad absorber consists of an auxiliary pad absorbing layer and an auxiliary pad wrapping layer wrapping the auxiliary pad absorbing layer; the paper diaper body sequentially comprises a surface layer, a body absorber and a water repellent layer from top to bottom; the body absorber comprises a body absorption layer and a body wrapping layer wrapping the body absorption layer.
Preferably, the auxiliary pad absorbent layer is a composite absorbent core having a five-layer structure; the composite absorption core body sequentially comprises a dust-free paper layer, a high water absorption resin layer, a fluffy non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer and a dust-free paper layer from top to bottom; or the composite absorbing core body sequentially comprises a non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer, a fluffy non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer and a non-woven fabric layer from top to bottom.
Preferably, the auxiliary pad absorbent layer comprises a first absorbent layer and a second absorbent layer, the first absorbent layer being closer to the topsheet than the second absorbent layer; the first absorption layer sequentially comprises a first wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer, a super absorbent resin layer and a second wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer from top to bottom; the second absorption layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a high water absorption resin layer wrapped by elastic non-woven fabrics; the first absorption layer is provided with a flow guide absorption area, the flow guide absorption area consists of a vortex absorption area positioned in the middle of the first absorption layer and flow guide pressure grooves distributed on two sides of the vortex absorption area, and the vortex absorption area and the flow guide pressure grooves are arranged in the first absorption layer in a penetrating mode.
Preferably, the elastic nonwoven is an elastic spunbond nonwoven; and/or the first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer and the second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer are both composed of two raw paper layers and super absorbent resin sandwiched between the two raw paper layers, and the grammage of the first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer and/or the second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is 50-150g/m2The content of the super absorbent resin in the first wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is 5-40% of the gram weight of the first wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer, and the content of the super absorbent resin in the second wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is 5-40% of the gram weight of the second wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer.

Preferably, the body absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin; and/or the surface layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric.
Preferably, one side of the bottom film layer, which is far away from the auxiliary pad absorber, is provided with an adhesive sheet and/or an adhesive spraying strip, and the auxiliary pad is detachably arranged on the paper diaper body through the adhesive sheet and/or the adhesive spraying strip.
Preferably, the number of the adhesive spraying strips is 2, the length of each adhesive spraying strip is 200-500 mm, and the width of each adhesive spraying strip is 30-60 mm; and/or the length of the auxiliary pad is 200-500 mm, and the width of the auxiliary pad is 100-180 mm.
Preferably, the aperture of each liquid permeating hole is 0.1-3 mm, the distance between every two adjacent liquid permeating holes is 0.5-30 mm, and/or the liquid permeating holes are distributed in the bottom film layer in a linear array mode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, through the designed auxiliary pad, only the auxiliary pad needs to be replaced under the condition of less urine or only excrement, and the paper diaper body needs to be replaced when the urine is large, so that the adult paper diaper can be conveniently replaced, particularly for the old in bed, the phenomenon that the skin is soaked in the urine or the excrement liquid for a long time is avoided, and the occurrence of rash and diaper rash is reduced, and meanwhile, the auxiliary pad has the advantages of effective energy conservation, environmental protection and cost saving; in addition, the adult paper diaper provided by the invention has the advantages that the liquid absorption performance and the dryness of the adult paper diaper are greatly improved by adjusting the proportional parameters of the fluff pulp and the high water absorption resin in the auxiliary pad absorber structure and the main body absorber, and meanwhile, the consumption of the fluff pulp and the high water absorption resin in the main body absorption layer is obviously reduced, so that the weight of the adult paper diaper is obviously reduced, and the comfort of the adult paper diaper is better.
(2) In some preferred embodiments, tea polyphenol bacteriostatic and odor-removing components are added into the absorption layer of the auxiliary pad, which is different from the conventional bacteriostatic agent such as an organic antibacterial agent or an inorganic antibacterial agent added into the absorber of the existing adult paper diaper, and the high water absorption resin added with tea polyphenol is used in the invention; as is known, the traditional bacteriostatic agent only can cover peculiar smell and cannot absorb peculiar smell, and the super absorbent resin with tea polyphenol added in the absorption layer of the auxiliary pad can directly absorb ammonia smell in urine, so that the bacteriostatic and odor-removing effects are achieved fundamentally; the tea polyphenol bacteriostatic odor-removing component adopted by the invention does not directly contact with the skin, and is safe and free from toxic and side effects.
(3) In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the absorbent layer of the auxiliary pad comprises a first absorbent layer and a second absorbent layer, the first absorbent layer is made of two layers of wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layers which are mixed with super absorbent resin layers, fluff pulp is not added, and the dryness of the adult diaper is increased, the second absorbent layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a super absorbent resin layer wrapped by elastic non-woven fabrics, compared with the absorbent layer in the prior art which is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, the second absorbent layer in the invention separately designs the fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin wrapped by elastic non-woven fabrics into layers, so that the addition amount of the fluff pulp is reduced, the product is thin and light, the arrangement of the fluff pulp layer can solve the problem of low early absorption speed of the super absorbent resin, the second absorbent layer in the invention can allow liquid to be absorbed rapidly through the fluff pulp layer, then the super absorbent resin in the super absorbent resin layer wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric absorbs the liquid in the fluff pulp, and simultaneously the liquid can be absorbed by the super absorbent resin through the fluff pulp; according to the adult paper diaper, due to the arrangement of the first absorption layer and the second absorption layer, the adult paper diaper has the advantages of being good in dryness, large in liquid absorption amount, high in absorption speed and the like.
(4) In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, a flow guide absorption region is disposed in the first absorption layer, the flow guide absorption region is composed of a vortex absorption region located in the middle of the first absorption layer and flow guide pressure grooves distributed on two sides of the vortex absorption region, and the vortex absorption region and the flow guide pressure grooves are penetratingly disposed in the first absorption layer; in the invention, the arrangement of the vortex absorption area and the diversion pressure tank can increase the liquid conduction performance of the adult diaper while accelerating the infiltration speed; the vortex absorption area and the flow guide pressure groove can effectively conduct blood, guide liquid in all directions, ensure dryness, enable the adult paper diaper to deeply penetrate into the super absorbent resin layer included in the first absorption layer when being stressed by heavy pressure, and effectively lock the liquid; in some more preferred embodiments, two diversion pressure grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the vortex absorption area, the diversion pressure groove positioned on the inner side can divert the liquid which is not absorbed by the vortex absorption area to two sides, and the diversion pressure groove positioned on the outer side can also play a role in resisting the liquid and preventing the liquid from flowing out and leaking laterally.
(5) The invention has the advantages of simple use, easy operation, simple requirement on equipment, simple manufacturing procedure, easy implementation and good application prospect.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an adult diaper, for example, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a diaper body 1, and an auxiliary pad 2 which is detachably arranged above the diaper body 1; in the invention, the auxiliary pad 2 is positioned at the central position above the paper diaper body 1; the auxiliary pad 2 comprises a surface layer 6, an auxiliary pad absorber and a bottom film layer 5 in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the bottom film layer 5 (also referred to as a breathable bottom film layer) is provided with liquid-permeable holes 51 penetrating through the bottom film layer 5, for example, as shown in fig. 2; in the invention, the liquid-permeable holes 51 can not only have good air-permeable effect, but also effectively conduct liquid, so that liquid which is not completely absorbed by the auxiliary pad 2 can be quickly permeated to the paper diaper body 1 and absorbed by the paper diaper body 1; the invention has no special requirements on the shape, number, size and distribution of the liquid-permeable holes 51, preferably, a plurality of the liquid-permeable holes 51 are uniformly distributed or approximately uniformly distributed on the bottom film layer 5, for example, 20 to 60 liquid-permeable holes 51 can be distributed, preferably, the hole diameter of the liquid-permeable holes 51 is 0.1 to 3mm, the distance between two adjacent liquid-permeable holes 51 is 0.5 to 30mm, and/or the liquid-permeable holes 51 are distributed in the bottom film layer 5 in a linear array; preferably, the liquid-permeable holes 51 are circular holes or funnel-shaped holes, when the liquid-permeable holes 51 are funnel-shaped holes, the hole diameters of the liquid-permeable holes 51 decrease from the upper surface of the bottom film to the lower surface of the bottom film layer 5 in sequence, the upper surface of the bottom film layer 5 refers to the surface of the bottom film layer 5 close to the side of the auxiliary pad absorber, and the lower surface of the bottom film layer 5 refers to the surface of the bottom film layer 5 close to the side of the diaper body 1; the auxiliary pad absorber consists of an auxiliary pad absorbing layer and an auxiliary pad wrapping layer 9 wrapping the auxiliary pad absorbing layer; the paper diaper body 1 sequentially comprises a surface layer, a body absorber and a water repellent layer from top to bottom; the body absorber consists of a body absorption layer and a body wrapping layer wrapping the body absorption layer; in the invention, the absorption part of the adult diaper is divided into two parts, wherein the first part is the auxiliary pad 2 as a main absorber, and the second part is the diaper body 1 as a secondary absorber; according to the invention, through the designed auxiliary pad 2, only the auxiliary pad 2 needs to be replaced under the condition of less urine or excrement, and the paper diaper body 1 needs to be replaced when the urine is large, so that the adult paper diaper can be conveniently replaced, particularly for the bedridden old people, the phenomenon that the skin is soaked in the urine or excrement liquid for a long time is avoided, and the occurrence of rash and diaper rash is reduced, and meanwhile, the auxiliary pad has the advantages of effective energy conservation, environmental protection and cost saving; in some specific embodiments, two sides of the diaper body 1 are further provided with leakage-proof side wings, when a user wears the adult diaper, the leakage-proof side wings can form leakage-proof side wing rings on the legs of the user, so that the comfortable and leakage-proof effect can be achieved while the legs of the user are ensured to move without being bound; in some specific embodiments, the diaper body 1 has a front waist tape 3 and a back waist tape, the front waist tape 3 and the back waist tape are located on the outer side surface of the water repellent layer, the front waist tape 3 is fixedly arranged at the front part of the diaper body 1, the back waist tape includes a left back waist tape and a right back waist tape, the left back waist tape and the right back waist tape are respectively fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the back part of the diaper body 1, in the present invention, the left back waist tape and the right back waist tape are, for example, magic tapes 4, and when the diaper is used by a user, the left back waist tape and the right back waist tape are adhered on the front waist tape 3; in the present invention, the terms "front", "rear", "left" and "right" correspond to the front, rear, left and right directions when used by a user.
According to some preferred embodiments, the auxiliary pad absorbent layer is a composite absorbent core having a five-layer structure; the composite absorption core body sequentially comprises a dust-free paper layer, a high water absorption resin layer, a fluffy non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer and a dust-free paper layer from top to bottom; or the composite absorption core body sequentially comprises a non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer, a fluffy non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer and a non-woven fabric layer from top to bottom; in the present invention, the bulky nonwoven fabric layer is made of bulky nonwoven fabric, for example, curled bulky nonwoven fabric; the composite absorption core body has no special requirement on the weight of each layer, and the weight is commonly used; in the invention, when the auxiliary pad absorption layer is the composite absorption core body, the liquid absorption performance and the dryness of the adult paper diaper are greatly improved, and simultaneously, the use amount of fluff pulp and super absorbent resin in the body absorption layer is obviously reduced, so that the weight of the adult paper diaper is obviously reduced, and the comfort of the adult paper diaper is better.
According to some preferred embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary pad absorbent layer comprises a first absorbent layer 7 and a second absorbent layer 8, the first absorbent layer 7 being closer to the top sheet 6 than the second absorbent layer 8; the first absorption layer 7 sequentially comprises a first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 71, a super absorbent resin layer 72 and a second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 73 from top to bottom; the second absorption layer 8 consists of a fluff pulp layer 81 and a high water absorption resin layer 82 wrapped by elastic non-woven fabrics; the super absorbent resin layer 82 wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric is composed of an elastic non-woven fabric layer 822 and super absorbent resin 821 wrapped in the elastic non-woven fabric layer 822; the elastic non-woven fabric layer 822 in the invention is made of elastic non-woven fabric, the elastic non-woven fabric is different from common non-woven fabric, the elastic non-woven fabric is elastic non-woven fabric, and the elastic non-woven fabric layer 822 can expand along with the expansion of super absorbent resin after absorbing liquid; preferably, the elastic non-woven fabric layer 822 is made of elastic spun-bonded non-woven fabric; in the present invention, just by wrapping the super absorbent resin with the elastic nonwoven fabric, the problem of difficult formation when the second absorbent layer 8 is formed by layering the fluff pulp layer 81 and the super absorbent resin layer separately is effectively solved, and the second absorbent layer 8 in the present invention is formed by: firstly, glue is sprayed on an elastic non-woven fabric, super absorbent resin is sprayed, then the elastic non-woven fabric is wrapped to form a super absorbent resin layer 82 wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric, and then a thin layer of fluff pulp is laid on the upper layer of the super absorbent resin layer 82 wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric to form the fluff pulp layer 81; the first absorption layer 7 is provided with a flow guide absorption region (not shown in fig. 3), for example, as shown in fig. 4, the flow guide absorption region is composed of a vortex absorption region 10 located in the middle of the first absorption layer and flow guide pressure grooves 11 distributed on two sides (left and right sides as shown in fig. 4) of the vortex absorption region 10, and the vortex absorption region 10 and the flow guide pressure grooves 11 are penetratingly provided in the first absorption layer 7, that is, the vortex absorption region 10 and the flow guide pressure grooves 11 both penetrate from the upper surface of the first absorption layer 7 to the lower surface of the first absorption layer 7; in the present invention, for example, as shown in fig. 4, a closed region formed by two spiral lines (also referred to as swirl lines) corresponds to the swirl absorption region 10, and the present invention does not particularly require the size of the swirl absorption region 10, and the contour width of the swirl absorption region 10 in the width direction of the first absorption layer 7 may be, for example, 1/4 to 1/2 times the width of the first absorption layer 7, and the contour length of the swirl absorption region 10 in the length direction of the first absorption region may be, for example, 0.8 to 1.5 times the contour width thereof; in the present invention, the width of the vortex absorption region 10, which refers to the distance between two spiral lines as shown in fig. 4, may be, for example, preferably 8 to 20mm, and more preferably 8 to 15 mm; in the present invention, it is preferable that the guide pressure groove 11 is S-shaped; the length and the width of the diversion pressure groove 11 are not particularly required, preferably, the width of the diversion pressure groove 11 is 0.5-5 mm, more preferably 1-2 mm, the width of the diversion pressure groove 11 is smaller, the diversion pressure groove 11 is represented by only one line in fig. 4, and the width of the diversion pressure groove 11 is not shown; in the present invention, it is preferable that the length of the guide pressure groove 11 is longer than the overall length of the vortex absorption zone 10; the present invention has no special requirement on the shape and number of the flow guiding pressure grooves 11, in some preferred embodiments, two flow guiding pressure grooves 11 are respectively arranged on two sides of the vortex absorption region 10, for example, preferably, two S-shaped flow guiding pressure grooves 11 are respectively arranged, the flow guiding pressure groove 11 positioned on the inner side can guide the liquid which is not absorbed by the vortex absorption region 10 to two sides, and the flow guiding pressure groove 11 positioned on the outer side can also play a role of blocking the liquid, so as to prevent the liquid from flowing out and leaking laterally.
In the invention, preferably, the absorption layer of the auxiliary pad 2 comprises a first absorption layer 7 and a second absorption layer 8, the first absorption layer 7 of the invention is different from the prior art which adopts a high water absorption resin layer or an absorption layer made of a high water absorption resin paper layer, the first absorption layer 7 of the invention adopts a sandwich structure design, which can ensure the absorption performance of the product, increase the absorption capacity of the product and avoid the problem of poor dryness and smoothness caused by insufficient absorption capacity of the first absorption layer 7, and meanwhile, the first absorption layer 7 adopts a wet method to make the high water absorption resin paper layer to promote the infiltration and conduction of liquid, prevent the product from generating gel blockage after absorbing the liquid and improve the dryness and smoothness of the product. Compared with the absorption layer formed by mixing fluff pulp and high-water-absorption resin in the prior art, the second absorption layer 8 of the invention independently designs the fluff pulp and the high-water-absorption resin wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric into layers by the second absorption layer 8, so that the addition amount of the fluff pulp is reduced, the product is thin and light, wherein the fluff pulp layer 81 can solve the problem of low absorption speed of the high-water-absorption resin in the early stage, the second absorption layer 8 of the invention can quickly absorb liquid through the fluff pulp layer 81, then the high-water-absorption resin in the high-water-absorption resin layer 82 wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric absorbs the liquid in the fluff pulp, and simultaneously the liquid can be absorbed by the high-water-absorption resin through the fluff pulp, and the second absorption layer 8 of the invention can effectively solve the problem that the fluff pulp cannot effectively lock the liquid after absorbing the liquid through the high-water-absorption resin layer 82 wrapped by the elastic non-woven fabric Large reverse seepage amount and poor dryness; according to the invention, the arrangement of the first absorption layer 7 and the second absorption layer 8 enables the adult diaper to have the advantages of good dryness, large liquid absorption amount, high absorption speed and the like; in the invention, the diversion absorption area is preferably arranged, and the arrangement of the vortex absorption area 10 and the diversion pressure tank 11 can increase the liquid conduction performance of the adult diaper while accelerating the infiltration speed; the vortex absorption region 10 and the flow guide pressure groove 11 can effectively conduct blood, guide liquid in all directions, ensure dryness, enable the adult paper diaper to deeply penetrate into the high water absorption resin layer included in the first absorption layer 7 when being stressed by heavy pressure, and effectively lock the liquid; the invention discovers that the arrangement of the diversion absorption area has faster liquid guiding effect and better anti-reverse osmosis effect compared with the diversion absorption area formed by a plurality of diversion grooves or a plurality of diversion holes in the prior art.
In particular, in the present invention, the top layer 6, the auxiliary pad absorbent body, and the bottom film layer 5 may be laminated by spraying adhesive, i.e., sequentially bonded by hot melt adhesive, and the other layers may also be sequentially bonded by hot melt adhesive, for example, and the peeled state between the layers shown in fig. 3 is only for clearly illustrating the structure of each layer; the first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 71 and the second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 73 are both wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layers (i.e., wet-process-made super absorbent resin composite paper layers) formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers by the existing wet-process papermaking process. In the present invention, the wet paper-making process can be, for example, the wet paper-making process disclosed in chinese patent application CN 201710966882.0.

According to some specific embodiments, when the auxiliary pad absorbent layer is the composite absorbent core with a five-layer structure, the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin is added to the super absorbent resin layer included in the composite absorbent core, and the super absorbent resin layer is formed by mixing the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin and the super absorbent resin according to a mass ratio of (1-5): (5-9) mixing.
According to some specific embodiments, the auxiliary pad absorbent layer comprises a first absorbent layer 7 and a second absorbent layer 8, the first absorbent layer 7 is closer to the surface layer 6 than the second absorbent layer 8, the first absorbent layer 7 comprises a first wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 71, a super absorbent resin layer 72 and a second wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer 73 from top to bottom, and the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin is added to the super absorbent resin layer comprised in the first absorbent layer 7, and the super absorbent resin layer is formed by tea polyphenol super absorbent resin and super absorbent resin according to the mass ratio of (1-5): (5-9) mixing; the second absorbent layer 8 is composed of a fluff pulp layer 81 and a super absorbent resin layer 82 wrapped with an elastic nonwoven fabric.
According to some preferred embodiments, the bulk absorbent layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin; in the invention, due to the existence of the auxiliary pad 2, the usage amount of the fluff pulp and the high water absorption resin in the body absorption layer can be effectively reduced, for example, the usage amount of the high water absorption resin added in the body absorption layer can be reduced by 20-50 wt%, and the added fluff pulp is reduced by 20-50 wt%.
The surface layer, the auxiliary pad wrapping layer, the bottom film layer and the surface layer, the body wrapping layer and the water repellent layer of the paper diaper body are made of materials without special requirements, and the surface layer, the bottom film layer or the water repellent layer which are commonly used as sanitary absorption articles are made of materials; in some more preferred embodiments, however, the surface layer of the diaper body is preferably made of spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, and hot-air nonwoven fabric and spunlace nonwoven fabric are not recommended, and the hot-air nonwoven fabric and spunlace nonwoven fabric have poor adhesion effect and are prone to fluffing after being adhered for multiple times.
According to some preferred embodiments, the surface layer 6 is made of a nonwoven fabric, preferably one of a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, such as PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric made of PP fibers (polypropylene fibers), a through-air nonwoven fabric, such as through-air nonwoven fabric made of ES fibers, and a spunlace nonwoven fabric, such as a spunlace nonwoven fabric made of viscose fibers through a spunlace process; in the invention, the surface layer 6 is more preferably made of hot air non-woven fabric, so that the surface layer 6 has the characteristics of fluffy product, comfortable hand feeling and the like; the surface layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric, and is more preferably made of PP spun-bonded non-woven fabric.
According to some preferred embodiments, the auxiliary pad wrapping layer 9 and/or the body wrapping layer are made of one of wet strength paper, dust-free paper and non-woven fabric; in some more preferred embodiments, the auxiliary pad wrapping layer 9 is made of non-woven fabric, preferably PP spun bonded non-woven fabric, and the main body wrapping layer is made of wet strength paper; the invention has no special requirement on the wrapping mode of the auxiliary pad wrapping layer 9 and the body wrapping layer, and adopts the existing commonly used wrapping mode, taking the auxiliary pad wrapping layer as an example, for example, the invention can adopt a mode of positive C wrapping and then spun-bonded non-woven fabric covering besides adopting the spun-bonded non-woven fabric material to directly and integrally wrap, and when the auxiliary pad wrapping layer 9 adopts a semi-wrapping mode, for example, the invention can adopt a mode of reverse C wrapping without adding non-woven fabric covering.
According to some preferred embodiments, the primer layer 5 and/or the water repellent layer are made of a PE film (also denoted PE breathable film).
According to some preferred embodiments, an adhesive sheet and/or an adhesive spraying strip is arranged on one side of the bottom film layer 5 away from the auxiliary pad absorber, and the auxiliary pad 2 is detachably arranged on the diaper body 1 through the adhesive sheet and/or the adhesive spraying strip; in the invention, the adhesive sheet and/or the adhesive spraying strip form an adhesive layer of the auxiliary pad 2; in the present invention, it is preferable that the adhesive sheet is provided at the center of the side of the backsheet 5 remote from the absorbent body of the auxiliary pad; in the invention, more preferably, the auxiliary pad 2 is detachably arranged on the paper diaper body 1 through the adhesive sheet and the adhesive tape, the adhesive sheet can effectively prevent the auxiliary pad from being misplaced, and the adhesive tape can effectively fix the auxiliary pad.
According to some preferred embodiments, the number of the adhesive strips is 2, each of the adhesive strips has a length of 200 to 500mm (e.g., 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 or 500mm), preferably 300 to 450mm, and a width of 30 to 60mm (e.g., 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 or 60mm), preferably 35 to 45 mm; and/or the length of the auxiliary pad 2 is 200-500 mm (for example 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 or 500mm), preferably 300-450 mm, and the width is 100-180 mm (for example 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170 or 180mm), preferably 130-150 mm.
According to some preferred embodiments, the pore diameter of the liquid-permeable holes 51 is 0.1-3 mm, the distance between two adjacent liquid-permeable holes 51 is 0.5-30 mm, and/or the liquid-permeable holes 51 are distributed in a linear array in the bottom film layer 5; in the present invention, when the liquid-permeable holes 51 are funnel-shaped holes, the hole diameters of the liquid-permeable holes 51 are preferably gradually decreased in the range of 0.1 to 3mm from the upper surface of the base film to the lower surface of the base film layer 5.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. These examples are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to these examples.
Example 1
An adult diaper comprises a diaper body and an auxiliary pad; the two sides of the paper diaper body are also provided with leakage-proof side wings, the paper diaper body is provided with a front waist patch and a rear waist patch, the front waist patch and the rear waist patch are positioned on the outer side surface of the water repellent layer, the front waist patch is fixedly arranged at the front part of the paper diaper body, the rear waist patch comprises a left rear waist patch and a right rear waist patch, and the left rear waist patch and the right rear waist patch are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear part of the paper diaper body respectively; the paper diaper body sequentially comprises a surface layer, a body absorber and a water repellent layer from top to bottom; the body absorber consists of a body absorption layer and a body wrapping layer wrapping the body absorption layer; the surface course adopts PP to glue the non-woven fabrics and makes, the water repellent layer adopts the PE ventilated membrane to make, body parcel layer is right the body absorbed layer wraps up entirely, body parcel layer adopts wet strength paper to make, the body absorbed layer is formed by 20g fluff pulp and 3g super absorbent resin mixture. The auxiliary pad is detachably arranged at the center position above the paper diaper body; the length of the auxiliary pad is 400mm, and the width of the auxiliary pad is 150 mm; the auxiliary pad sequentially comprises a surface layer, an auxiliary pad absorber and a bottom film layer from top to bottom, wherein the bottom film layer is provided with 50 liquid-permeable holes penetrating through the bottom film layer, the 50 liquid-permeable holes are uniformly distributed in the bottom film layer, and the liquid-permeable holes are funnel-shaped holes; the surface layer is made of a hot-air non-woven fabric made of ES fibers, and the bottom film layer is made of a PE breathable film; the auxiliary pad absorber consists of an auxiliary pad absorbing layer and an auxiliary pad wrapping layer wrapping the auxiliary pad absorbing layer, the auxiliary pad wrapping layer wraps the auxiliary pad absorbing layer completely and is in a form of positive C wrapping and non-woven fabric covering cloth, and the auxiliary pad wrapping layer is made of PP spun-bonded non-woven fabric; the auxiliary pad absorption layer is a composite absorption core body with a five-layer structure; the composite absorption core body sequentially comprises a dust-free paper layer, a high water absorption resin layer, a fluffy non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer and a dust-free paper layer from top to bottom, wherein the high water absorption resin layer is formed by mixing tea polyphenol high water absorption resin and high water absorption resin (namely common high water absorption resin) in a mass ratio of 1: 5. Wherein, in the two super absorbent resin layers, the total amount of super absorbent resin is 5g, the total amount of tea polyphenol super absorbent resin is 1g, and the mass percentage of tea polyphenol in the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin is 1 wt%.
Example 2
An adult diaper comprising a diaper body, but not comprising an auxiliary pad; the two sides of the paper diaper body are also provided with leakage-proof side wings, the paper diaper body is provided with a front waist patch and a rear waist patch, the front waist patch and the rear waist patch are positioned on the outer side surface of the water repellent layer, the front waist patch is fixedly arranged at the front part of the paper diaper body, the rear waist patch comprises a left rear waist patch and a right rear waist patch, and the left rear waist patch and the right rear waist patch are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear part of the paper diaper body respectively; the diaper body sequentially comprises a surface layer (made of PP spunbonded non-woven fabric), a body absorber and a water repellent layer (made of PE breathable film) from top to bottom, the body absorber is formed by wrapping a body absorbing layer with wet strength paper (a body wrapping layer), the body absorbing layer consists of a first absorbing layer and a second absorbing layer from top to bottom, the size of the first absorbing layer is smaller than that of the second absorbing layer, and the length, the width and the thickness of the first absorbing layer are smaller than those of the second absorbing layer; the first absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, wherein the fluff pulp accounts for 30% of the usage amount of the fluff pulp in the whole body absorption layer and 18g of the usage amount, and the super absorbent resin accounts for 60% of the usage amount of the super absorbent resin in the whole body absorption layer and 5.4g of the usage amount; the second absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, wherein the fluff pulp accounts for 70% of the usage amount of the fluff pulp in the whole body absorption layer, the usage amount is 42g, and the super absorbent resin accounts for 40% of the usage amount of the super absorbent resin in the whole body absorption layer, and the usage amount is 3.6 g.
Example 3
Example 3 is essentially the same as example 2, except that:
the body absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, wherein the dosage of the fluff pulp is 60g, and the dosage of the super absorbent resin is 9 g.
Example 4
Example 4 is essentially the same as example 3, except that:
the body absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp, tea polyphenol super absorbent resin and super absorbent resin (namely common super absorbent resin), wherein the amount of the fluff pulp is 60g, the total amount of the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin and the super absorbent resin is 9g, and the mass ratio of the tea polyphenol super absorbent resin to the super absorbent resin is 1: 5.
Example 5
Example 5 is essentially the same as example 2, except that:
the first absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp, super absorbent resin, tea polyphenol powder and wormwood powder, wherein the fluff pulp accounts for 30% of the usage amount of the fluff pulp in the whole body absorption layer, the usage amount is 18g, the super absorbent resin, the tea polyphenol powder and the wormwood powder account for 60% of the usage amount of the super absorbent resin in the whole body absorption layer, the total usage amount is 5.4g, and the mass ratio of the super absorbent resin, the tea polyphenol powder and the wormwood powder is 2:1: 1.

the auxiliary pad absorber consists of an auxiliary pad absorbing layer and an auxiliary pad wrapping layer wrapping the auxiliary pad absorbing layer;
the paper diaper body sequentially comprises a surface layer, a body absorber and a water repellent layer from top to bottom;
the body absorber comprises a body absorption layer and a body wrapping layer wrapping the body absorption layer.
2. The adult diaper according to claim 1, wherein:
the auxiliary pad absorption layer is a composite absorption core body with a five-layer structure;
the composite absorption core body sequentially comprises a dust-free paper layer, a high water absorption resin layer, a fluffy non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer and a dust-free paper layer from top to bottom; or the composite absorbing core body sequentially comprises a non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer, a fluffy non-woven fabric layer, a high water absorption resin layer and a non-woven fabric layer from top to bottom.

the first absorption layer is provided with a flow guide absorption area, the flow guide absorption area consists of a vortex absorption area positioned in the middle of the first absorption layer and flow guide pressure grooves distributed on two sides of the vortex absorption area, and the vortex absorption area and the flow guide pressure grooves are arranged in the first absorption layer in a penetrating mode.

the elastic non-woven fabric is elastic spun-bonded non-woven fabric; and/or
The first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer and the second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer are both composed of two raw paper layers and super absorbent resin sandwiched between the two raw paper layers, and the gram weight of the first wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer and/or the second wet-process-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is 50-150g/m2The content of the super absorbent resin in the first wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is 5-40% of the gram weight of the first wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer, and the content of the super absorbent resin in the second wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is 5-40% of the gram weight of the second wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer.

the gram weight of the second wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is larger than that of the first wet-process manufactured super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer;
preferably, the grammage of the second wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer is not less than 30g/m larger than that of the first wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper layer2
6. The adult diaper according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein:
the auxiliary pad absorption layer is added with bacteriostatic and odor-removing components; preferably, the antibacterial and odor-removing component is tea polyphenol; more preferably, the high water-absorbent resin layer is prepared from tea polyphenol high water-absorbent resin and high water-absorbent resin according to the mass ratio of (1-5): (5-9) mixing.
7. The adult diaper according to claim 1, wherein:
the body absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin; and/or
The surface layer is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric.
8. The adult diaper according to claim 1, wherein:
one side of the bottom film layer, which is far away from the auxiliary pad absorber, is provided with an adhesive sheet and/or an adhesive spraying strip, and the auxiliary pad is detachably arranged on the paper diaper body through the adhesive sheet and/or the adhesive spraying strip.
