In addition, the adult dog has to depend on the raiser for defecation due to aging, accidents and the like, so that the adult dog can easily lose excrement in places which cannot be taken care of by the raiser, and the living room of the raiser is polluted.
At present, a pet sanitary pants is frequently used by a feeding owner to solve the problems, but the existing pet sanitary pants are often used for receiving the urine of a pet, the lower part of the tail of the pet is usually a defecation opening of the pet, the excrement of the pet can be wrapped when the pet defecates, but the pet sanitary pants are not specially used for the excrement of the pet, and once the pet defecates, only new sanitary pants can be replaced, which is troublesome. Moreover, the liquid absorption amount of the sanitary pants for the pet and the integrity after liquid absorption directly influence the absorption quality and the wearing comfort of the pet, and the pet is easy to dirty or foul the surrounding environment due to the inadaptation of wearing after excretion, thereby bringing more troubles to a breeding owner; if the sanitary pants are not treated for a long time, the pet will feel irritated due to the uncomfortable feeling and will show a phenomenon of barking, which results in poor use experience of the raiser. Therefore, the development of a pet absorbent article with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, good dryness and large liquid absorption capacity is needed.

Based on the pet absorbent article of the present invention, the pet absorbent article can be changed arbitrarily by the breeder. For example, for a raiser who is familiar with the defecation habit or rule of the pet, the excrement receiving bag can be removed under the condition that the pet does not worry about the defecation of the pet, so that the pet is more comfortable.
It should be noted that the drawings of the present invention are provided for illustrative purposes only, and the scale of the components in the drawings is not necessarily consistent with the actual product.
In fig. 1 and 2 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other in order to clearly illustrate the positional relationship between the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are in close and/or partial close contact with each other.
According to some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, both sides of the first excrement receiving component 1002 are provided with a three-dimensional apron 207 which is higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer 201.
It should be noted that at least two rubber bands are compounded on the three-dimensional enclosure, so that the urine of the pet can be further effectively prevented from leaking laterally.
According to some preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top sheet 201 is at least one selected from the group consisting of a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a pure cotton nonwoven fabric, and bamboo fibers.
At least one of them is a mixture of any one or any several of them mixed in any ratio.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable top sheet 201 is a through-air non-woven fabric having a single-filament fineness of 1 to 3 denier (for example, 1 denier, 2 denier, or 3 denier).
According to some preferred embodiments, the fluid guiding layer 202 is a through-air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric, a pure cotton non-woven fabric, bamboo fiber, or a PE film having a perforated structure.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the flow guiding layer 202 is a PE film having a perforated structure;
the hole pattern of the perforation structure of the PE film is at least one selected from a circle and an ellipse; wherein, the aperture of the punching structure is 0.5-1.5 mm (for example, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm or 1.5 mm).
In the invention, the PE film with the perforated structure is sequentially arranged on the lower surface of the liquid-permeable surface layer to serve as the flow guide layer, so that the infiltration of liquid (namely pet urine) can be accelerated by virtue of the perforated structure, and the phenomenon that the liquid is concentrated on the liquid-permeable surface layer to influence the dryness of the pet absorbent article is avoided.
It should be noted that the hole-punching structure preferably has a funnel shape with a large upper aperture and a small lower aperture, which is more beneficial to liquid infiltration. For example, the pore diameter of the perforated structure of the PE film in contact with the lower surface of the liquid-permeable top sheet is 1.5mm, and the pore diameter of the perforated structure of the PE film in contact with the nonwoven fabric of the flow guide layer is 1 mm. By adopting the funnel type structure, the penetrating liquid can be better gathered, the liquid is better diffused into the absorption layer, the instant absorption is facilitated, the discomfort brought to the pet due to the damp and sultry of the liquid-permeable surface layer is avoided, the dysphoria of the pet is reduced, the phenomenon of barking is shown, and the use experience of a raiser is improved.
According to some preferred embodiments, the wrapping layer 206 is a foam layer, a wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, a dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, a dry-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, or a non-woven wrapped super absorbent resin absorbent paper.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the wrapping layer 206 is a wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper, dust-free paper, wet-strength paper, or nonwoven fabric.
The wrapping layer is preferably made of super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by a wet method, and the super absorbent resin can be compounded with paper fibers in the early stage of paper sheet forming, so that the super absorbent resin is completely embedded in the paper fibers, the conductivity of the paper fibers and the super absorbent resin to liquid is enhanced, and the liquid absorption capacity and the liquid absorption speed of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper are greatly improved.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent layer 203 is a foam layer, a wet-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper, a dust-free paper super absorbent resin absorbent paper, a dry-made super absorbent resin absorbent paper, a non-woven bag super absorbent resin absorbent paper, or a green tea composite core, preferably a green tea composite core;
the green tea composite core body comprises non-woven fabrics, green tea super absorbent resin, fluffy non-woven fabrics, green tea super absorbent resin and non-woven fabrics which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom.
According to some preferred embodiments, the green tea super absorbent resin comprises a tea polyphenol essence and a super absorbent resin; wherein the mass ratio of the tea polyphenol essence to the super absorbent resin is (0.5-5): 100 (e.g., can be 0.5: 100, 1: 100, 1.5: 100, 2: 100, 2.5: 100, 3: 100, 3.5: 100, 4: 100, 4.5: 100, or 5: 100).
Experiments prove that when the mass ratio of the tea polyphenol essence to the super absorbent resin added into the green tea composite core is lower than 0.5: when 100 hours, the effects of bacteriostasis and antiphlogosis can not be achieved; when the mass ratio of the tea polyphenol essence to the super absorbent resin added into the green tea composite core is higher than 5: 100, the cost increases. In addition, due to the existence of the tea polyphenol essence, the pet absorbent product provided by the invention has excellent antibacterial and odor-removing effects.
According to some preferred embodiments, the green tea super absorbent resin has a grammage of 30-300 g/m2(for example, it may be 30g/m2、40g/m2、50g/m2、80g/m2、100g/m2、150g/m2、200g/m2、210g/m2、250g/m2Or 300g/m2) The particle size is 30-100 meshes (for example, 30 meshes, 40 meshes, 50 meshes, 60 meshes, 70 meshes, 80 meshes, 90 meshes or 100 meshes), the water retention capacity is more than or equal to 25g/g (for example, 25g/g, 30g/g, 35g/g, 40g/g or 50g/g), and the liquid passing capacity is more than or equal to 0.1mL/min (for example, 5mL/min, 10mL/min, 20mL/min, 30mL/min, 40mL/min or 50 mL/min).
In the invention, the gram weight of the green tea super absorbent resin is 30-300 g/m2When the gram weight of the super absorbent resin of the green tea is less than 30g/m2When the amount of the super absorbent resin added to the green tea is small, the liquid absorption effect of the absorption layer is poor; when the gram weight of the super absorbent resin of the green tea is higher than 300g/m2In time, the whole weight of the absorption layer is larger, and the portability of the pet absorption article is reduced; therefore, on the basis of ensuring the high water absorbability of the absorbent paper, the absorbent layer is thinner and lighter, and the gram weight of the green tea super absorbent resin in the absorbent layer is preferably in the range.
According to some preferred embodiments, the breathable bottom layer 204 is a PE film;
the breathable bottom layer nonwoven 205 is a spunbond nonwoven.
In the invention, the PE film of the breathable bottom layer is breathable and waterproof only, so that the comfort level of the leakproof pet absorbent article can be kept.
According to some preferred embodiments, the faecal bag 302 is adapted to be detachably mounted to the faecal cavity 301.
It should be noted that the connection mode between the excrement receiving bag and the excrement discharging hole includes, but is not limited to, snap connection, hook and loop fastener adhesion, etc.
According to some more preferred embodiments, the fecal receiving bag 302 is made of a degradable PE film.
In the invention, the degradable PE film is adopted as the excrement receiving bag, and the bag can be degraded in the environment, does not produce environmental pollution and is more environment-friendly. The degradable PE film is any of those available commercially, for example, from major and tame incorporated.
According to some preferred embodiments, the tail hole is located outside the excrement receiving hole. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the tail hole 102 is formed by combining at least 3 (e.g., 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8, etc.) deformable members that can be extended; wherein, when not deformed, each deformable component is combined into an ellipse.
When the pet tail is inserted into the tail hole 102, each deformable member extends outward along the direction of the pet tail, and each deformable member deforms to fix the pet tail.
The deformable member is made of a material obtained by compounding a breathable bottom layer and a breathable bottom layer non-woven fabric.
It should be noted that, in the pet sanitary pants in the prior art, since the opening position is fixed, the opening position cannot be adjusted according to the actual body size of the pet, that is, there is a situation that the tails of pets of different body sizes do not correspond to the pet sanitary pants, and therefore, the positions of the tails of the pets are often too high or too low to align with the opening position. However, the tail hole formed by combining at least 3 extendable variability components is oval, so that the longitudinal length of the tail hole is larger than that of the existing pet sanitary trousers, the tail of a pet with a large size can be fixed at the rear part of the tail hole, and the tail of a pet with a small size can be fixed at the front end of the tail hole. Meanwhile, due to the existence of the variable components, the tail is positioned at the front end or the rear end of the tail hole, and even the tail is thin, the tail can be fixed through the matching among the variable components.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pet absorbent article, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an absorption layer 203, and fully wrapping the absorption layer 203 by a wrapping layer 206;
(2) sequentially adhering a composite flow guide layer 202 and a liquid-permeable surface layer 201 to the upper surface of the absorption layer 203 coated with the wrapping layer 206, and then sequentially adhering a composite breathable bottom layer 204 and a breathable bottom layer non-woven fabric 205 to the lower surface of the absorption layer 203 coated with the wrapping layer 206 to obtain a first excrement receiving component 1001 of the excrement receiving component 100;
(3) perforating a position of the excrement receiving component 100 corresponding to excrement of a pet to obtain an excrement discharging hole 301, and then installing an excrement receiving bag 302 on the excrement discharging hole 301 to obtain a second excrement receiving component 1002 of the excrement receiving component 100; wherein the excrement receiving bag 302 is a replaceable excrement receiving bag;
(4) a tail hole 102 is arranged on the fixing part 101, and the fixing part 101 is connected with the excrement receiving part 100 to obtain the pet absorbent article.
According to some preferred embodiments, the step (1) comprises the steps of:
(11) compounding the tea polyphenol essence and the super absorbent resin to obtain the super absorbent resin of the green tea;
(12) respectively embedding the upper layer and the lower layer of fluffy non-woven fabric into the green tea super absorbent resin, and then compounding the non-woven fabric on the upper layer and the lower layer of the fluffy non-woven fabric embedded with the green tea super absorbent resin to obtain the absorption layer;
wherein the mass ratio of the green tea super absorbent resin embedded in the upper layer to the green tea super absorbent resin embedded in the lower layer is (1-2): (1-2) (for example, it may be 1: 1, 1: 1.2, 1: 1.3, 1: 1.5, 1: 1.8, 1: 2, 1.2: 1, 1.2: 1.5, 1.2: 1.8, 1.2: 2, 1.5: 1, 1.5: 1.2, 1.5: 1.8, 1.5: 2, 1.8: 1, 1.8: 1.2, 1.8: 1.5, 1.8: 2, 2: 1, 2: 1.5, 2: 1.8 or 2: 1).
According to some preferred embodiments, in step (4), the tailhole 102 is formed by combining at least 3 extendable deformable members; when the pet tail is inserted into the tail hole 102, each deformable member extends outward along the direction of the pet tail, and each deformable member deforms to fix the pet tail.
The length and the thickness of the pet absorption article and the length and the thickness of each layer in the first excrement receiving component are not particularly limited, and the length and the thickness of the pet absorption article can be the conventional length and thickness.
