Claims (10)

1. The processing method of the chilled fresh meat is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a, slaughtering: hanging the sheep body upside down on a track, slaughtering to cut off blood vessels, trachea and esophagus, and bleeding;
b, scalding hair: firstly, slaughtered sheep are placed into a lifting plate in a water pool in a scalding assembly through a transmission belt to be scalded, then rolling is carried out through a rolling auxiliary assembly, after scalding, the lifting plate rises to a specified height, one end of the lifting plate descends, and the sheep are pushed onto the transmission belt through a push plate assembly to be processed in the next procedure; the temperature of hot water in the pool is controlled to be 65-85 ℃, and the scalding time is controlled to be 5-7 minutes;
c, unhairing: firstly, putting the scalded sheep on a transmission belt into a unhairing chamber through a hook, swinging the hook through a U-shaped plate assembly, starting a second motor to drive a hair planing knife and a pumice to be placed, swinging the sheep edge while unhairing and removing dirty dirt, and then entering the next step of process treatment through the transmission belt;
removing fine hair and hairy roots: firstly, putting sheep on a transmission belt assembly, adjusting the distance between a transverse plate and a side plate according to the size of the sheep, starting the transmission belt assembly, and removing fine wool and hairy roots of the sheep through a first scraper on the transverse plate and a second scraper on the side plate;
e, processing and finishing: the first is the process of removing the head, which should be cut from the lower collarbone to the first cervical vertebra, then the process of removing the hoof, which is to cut the forelimb between the carpal bones and the hindlimb between the epiphysis, cut off the forelimb and hindlimb, and then the process of cesarean, finally the blood groove is repaired and the black spot and slight trauma on the sheep body are repaired.
F, acid discharge treatment: putting the sheep into a cooling chamber for 24 hours for cooling, and controlling the temperature within 18-20 ℃;
g, packaging and warehousing: and packaging after passing the inspection, inspecting after packaging, and finally warehousing.
2. The processing equipment of the chilled fresh meat is characterized by comprising a scalding component (1), a depilating component (2) and a cleaning component (3); the scalding assembly (1) comprises a water pool (107) arranged at the bottom of the frame body (104), a lifting plate (110) is arranged in the water pool (107), and an anti-skid plate (109) and a vibration assembly are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the lifting plate (110); the upper end of the lifting plate (110) is movably provided with a rolling auxiliary component and a push plate component at intervals.

The processing equipment of the cold fresh meat is characterized in that the rolling auxiliary assembly comprises rolling plates (117), two ends of each rolling plate (117) are arranged on transmission plates (116) which are arranged oppositely, the transmission plates (116) are arranged on transmission wheels (118), transmission shafts (120) and bearing seats (119) are arranged between the transmission wheels (118) which are arranged oppositely, and one transmission shaft (120) is connected with a driving mechanism; the rolling plate (117) comprises a rolling frame body (1171), two ends of the rolling frame body (1171) are provided with lugs (1172), and the upper end of the rolling frame body (1171) is provided with a hook body (1173); a reinforcing rib plate (1174) is arranged in the middle of the rolling frame body (1171); the auxiliary assembly is arranged on the movable plate (105), and the upper end of the movable plate (105) is provided with a first air cylinder (101) and a first guide assembly (102).

The processing equipment of cold fresh meat of claim 3, wherein the push plate assembly comprises a rodless cylinder arranged at the side end of the movable plate (105), a vertical plate (106) is arranged on the rodless cylinder in a sliding manner, and the vertical plate (106) is arranged in an L shape; one end of the vertical plate (106) is provided with a push plate (112) through a first spring (111).

The processing equipment of the chilled fresh meat as claimed in claim 2, wherein the unhairing assembly (2) comprises an unhairing chamber (201) arranged on a support frame (212), a cross shaft (202) is inserted into the upper end of the unhairing chamber (201), one end of the cross shaft (202) is connected with a first motor (214), a third spring (218) is arranged in the middle of the cross shaft (202), first shaft sleeves (216) are arranged at two ends of the third spring (218), the two first shaft sleeves (216) are connected through a U-shaped plate (217), two ends of the third spring (218) are respectively inserted into two sides of the U-shaped plate (217), a second shaft sleeve (203) is arranged at the other side of the first shaft sleeve (216), and a hook (215) is arranged at the lower end of the U-shaped plate (217); a shaving knife component and a spray head component are arranged at the lower end and the two sides of the hook (215) at intervals; the lower end of the depilation chamber (201) is provided with a water outlet (211).
