Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及机动车辆的领域，更具体地涉及机动车辆的车身和外部照明。
背景技术
根据车辆模型，所述车辆的车身具有不同配置，例如单箱设计、双箱设计或三箱设计。三箱车辆具有三个立柱，即A立柱、B立柱和C立柱，在所述车辆的每侧，所述立柱从所述车辆的车顶延伸到所述车辆的底部。特别地，C立柱从车顶延伸到后行李箱。
公共道路上的所有车辆都包括多种信号后车灯，其中包括转向指示灯、刹车灯和位置灯。
现有技术的经公开专利文件DE202016103822U1公开了一种车辆，所述车辆包括处在其A立柱上的转向指示灯。这些指示灯是表面辐射发光装置，所述表面辐射发光装置在A立柱的整个外侧延伸，并且优选由无机类型的电致发光二极管构成。该教导利用A立柱的延伸表面来装配信号灯并且使所述灯良好可见。然而，发光指示灯在车辆的车身中的集成受限于，所述指示灯仅仅是叠置在A立柱的外壁上的并因此需要是特别薄的。而且，所述指示灯提供了较大的发光表面，这可能不利于车辆的美观性。
发明内容
针对所述技术问题，本发明提供了用于解决上述现有技术的至少一个缺点的解决方案。更确切地，针对所述技术问题，本发明从车辆后端部提高了车辆的可见性。
为此，本发明涉及一种机动车辆，所述机动车辆包括：具有两个C立柱的三箱类型的车身，所述两个C立柱从车顶向后延伸到后行李箱；和至少一个后车灯，所述至少一个后车灯装配在所述车身的后部上；值得注意的是，所述至少一个后车灯装配在所述两个C立柱中的至少一个上。
根据优选实施例，至少一个C立柱包括具有凹陷部的外壁，所述凹陷部容置所述至少一个后车灯。
根据优选实施例，所述至少一个后车灯中的每个包括与围绕所述后车灯的外壁齐平的外轮廓。
根据优选实施例，所述至少一个后车灯中的每个沿着相应的C立柱的总长度的50％以上延伸。所述相应的C立柱的总长度是从所述立柱与所述车顶的接合部以及所述立柱与所述后行李箱的接合部处(例如在所述后行李箱开口周围的槽(gutter)处)测量的。
根据优选实施例，所述至少一个后车灯中的每个是细长(elongate)的且沿着相应的C立柱的主方向，并且包括上部发光部分和下部修饰(trim)部分。
根据优选实施例，所述至少一个后车灯中的每个包括从所述后车灯的下表面延伸出的紧固卡扣(clip)，所述紧固卡扣与相应的C立柱的外壁在所述外壁的凹陷部中接合。
根据优选实施例，所述至少一个后车灯中的每个包括处在所述后车灯的下部处的支架，所述支架与在所述行李箱的开口周围的槽固定。
根据优选实施例，所述至少一个后车灯以任意组合实现以下功能中的至少一个：尾灯、转向指示灯、刹车灯和后雾灯。
本发明还涉及一种用于机动车辆的后车灯，值得注意的是，所述后车灯是细长的，并且具有发光端部和剩余修饰部分，所述发光端部和所述剩余修饰部分配置用于装配在根据本发明的机动车辆的车身的C立柱上。
根据优选实施例，所述后车灯包括：从所述后车灯的下表面延伸出的紧固卡扣，所述紧固卡扣配置用于与相应的C立柱的外壁接合；和处在所述后车灯的下部处的支架，所述支架配置用于与在行李箱的开口周围的槽固定。
本发明的有利之处在于，本发明提供了在车辆的美观性与安全性之间的折中。C立柱通常比A立柱宽得多，并因此可在车辆的美观性方面发挥更重要的作用。车灯在C立柱中的集成(即借助于凹陷部的集成)实现了对于车辆的精修(finishing)和感知质量的改进。后车灯的固定借助于支架来确保，所述支架固定在车辆内部(当行李箱盖关闭时)和侧面，由此限制了车灯被窃的风险。存在沿着所述后车灯的下表面的紧固卡扣，这允许所述车灯在相应的C立柱的壳体中的良好定位，并进一步确保了所述车灯的安全固定。

具体实施方式

Claims (7)

1.一种机动车辆(1)，所述机动车辆包括：
具有两个C立柱(9)的三箱类型的车身(3)，所述两个C立柱从车顶(13)向后延伸到后行李箱(19)；和
至少一个后车灯(21)，所述至少一个后车灯装配在所述车身(3)的后部(17)上；
其中，所述至少一个后车灯(21)装配在所述两个C立柱(9)中的至少一个上，至少一个C立柱(9)包括具有凹陷部(9B)的外壁(9A)，所述凹陷部容置所述至少一个后车灯(21)，所述至少一个后车灯(21)中的每个包括从所述后车灯(21)的下表面(29)延伸出的紧固卡扣(29A)，所述紧固卡扣与相应的C立柱(9)的外壁(9A)在所述外壁(9A)的凹陷部(9B)中接合，并且，所述至少一个后车灯(21)中的每个包括处在所述后车灯(21)的下部(31)处的支架(31A)，所述支架与在所述后行李箱(19)的开口周围的槽(17B)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆(1)，其中，所述至少一个后车灯(21)中的每个包括与围绕所述后车灯(21)的外壁(9A)齐平的外轮廓(23)。

6.一种用于机动车辆(1)的后车灯(21)，其中，所述后车灯(21)是细长的，并且具有发光端部(25)和剩余修饰部分(27)，所述发光端部和所述剩余修饰部分配置用于装配在根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的机动车辆(1)的车身(3)的C立柱(9)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的后车灯(21)，其中，所述后车灯(21)包括：
从所述后车灯(21)的下表面(29)延伸出的紧固卡扣(29A)，所述紧固卡扣配置用于与相应的C立柱(9)的外壁(9A)接合；和
