Background
The weak electric box is mainly used for carrying out unified management distribution wiring on weak electric signals such as networks, telephones, televisions, security and the like, avoids the interference of strong electric on the weak electric signals, and improves the household intelligent level and the life quality.
The traditional weak current box is only a simple metal or plastic box body, and the main function is to uniformly distribute and manage the household weak current signal wires by utilizing a network, a telephone and a television exchange module which are arranged in the box. However, with the rapid development of technologies and devices such as wireless, mobile internet, mobile intelligent terminals, chips, fiber-to-the-home, intelligent or network high-definition televisions, IOT, 5G, artificial intelligence, and the like, and the arrival of the age-old population times, the experience demand of people is continuously improved, the living demands for family intellectualization, health, safety, and the like are more and more strong, the management and wiring function of the traditional weak electrical box cannot meet the demands of people, and even the application of new technologies (such as Wifi technology) is hindered. In addition, since no weak current box exists in the buildings before 2007, the problems are more in the process of entering the home and intelligently upgrading the optical fibers of the new and old buildings. The problems of the traditional weak current box are analyzed as follows:
1. fixed in position, installation are difficult, installation cost is high: the conventional weak current box generally has the standard of 12CM depth, and the current clay brick specification in China is 240MM multiplied by 115MM multiplied by 53MM (length multiplied by width multiplied by thickness), so that the weak current box is embedded in a main wall body with the wall thickness larger than 17CM, and is generally embedded with other pipelines in advance, a high-rise residential building is generally suitable for installation only by a bearing wall, a household wall and an outer wall, and the installation position is limited; the general standard area of the weak current box is 320MM 240MM and above, so that the weak current box does not affect indoor appearance and is generally rarely installed on an indoor main scene wall surface; the wall-embedded installation construction amount is huge, and a plurality of input and output pipelines which are generally matched with the traditional weak current box need to be embedded, so that a large amount of embedded pipelines need to be made in advance; in 2007, the weak current box is not available in most of houses before popularization, the probability of readjustment and modification installation is low, unless the house is refitted again and a user wants to readjust the family intellectualization, the user does not know which pipelines need to be embedded at all, so the traditional weak current box is generally installed near an entrance door, too many selectable positions are not available, and a large hole is reserved on a wall body regardless of whether the weak current box is embedded or modified, and it is very difficult to embed all the pipelines in advance, and the engineering quantity is huge.
2. Fiber to the home and wireless equipment installation problems: fiber-to-the-home and wireless Wifi are the user demands generated in the last 10 years, and the trend of light entering and copper exiting is a development trend, however, the product planning when the weak current box starts to be popularized in 2007 does not basically consider the development condition of the future technology. The structure of the traditional weak current box is characterized in that the network, telephone and television switching module is arranged in the box, the problem of the requirement of the network, the telephone and the television in different rooms of a family is solved in a wired way, but with the popularization of 5G, wireless signals, smart televisions or network high-definition televisions, smart phones and the like, the fiber-to-the-home trend is inevitable, and a large number of new and old buildings need optical fiber to be modified, but the traditional weak-current box has the problems of serious attenuation of wireless signals, difficult installation of fixed positions, difficult modification of old houses or dwellings, multi-cable connection of optical modems, 1M elevation installation of wireless routers and the like, so that optical fiber to be installed in the traditional weak-current box, wireless Wifi and other related equipment cannot be installed in the traditional weak-current box and must be installed outside, and the common family is installed near the television in the living room, basically separated from the traditional weak current box, and the living room has no box body specially installed with the devices; the optical fiber household equipment comprises at least a wireless router, an optical modem, an optical fiber box, a network television set top box, a power supply adapter, a socket, a wired network with other rooms, possibly expanded other intelligent equipment and other equipment, the equipment is multiple, the cables are multiple, the power supply is multiple, the installation requirement is multiple, the interconnection is multiple, the optical fiber household equipment and the wireless Wifi equipment installation point equipment are accumulated into mountains and cables are disorderly strung, the appearance is not attractive, the safety is not high, and the normal communication and operation of the system can be influenced by carelessly touching any line or equipment. In addition, the traditional weak current box is large in wall-embedded installation construction amount and fixed in position, a large amount of pre-embedded pipelines are required to be made in advance, the traditional weak current box is not suitable for transformation and upgrading, wireless Wifi signals are naturally and seriously attenuated, the installation height of a wireless router is at least more than 1M, and other objective conditions, so that the problem cannot be solved and unrealistic when the weak current box is installed near a television in a living room, and the attractiveness of the living room is influenced.
3. The wireless signal is severely attenuated: the mounting height of Wifi wireless router is preferably more than 1M, and the intermediate position at home is preferred, and the general mounting height of traditional weak electronic box is 30CM, and the box height also is about also 50CM in addition, installs lowly, and wireless signal attenuates more greatly, and the mounting position is generally more remote, can not cover all rooms comprehensively, and the most important weak electronic box is embedded main wall body installation generally, and some boxes adopt the iron material, have the characteristics of natural serious decay wireless network signal, so wireless router generally all is not installed in the weak electronic box.
4. The function degradation restricts the intelligent development of the family: the traditional weak current box is just needed to be standard-matched by a developer, the wireless router is just needed to be standard-matched by a home user, the optical modem and the optical fiber box are just needed to be standard-matched by an operator, the network television set-top box is just needed to be standard-matched by a television operator, and the traditional weak current box has no following requirements when being popularized, and the natural functional defects of the traditional weak current box cause that the wireless router, the optical modem, the television set-top box and other equipment need to be externally arranged due to multiple output interfaces of the optical modem and the wireless router to solve the basic requirements of the user, and the functions of the traditional weak current box are degraded into a wire passing box; the wireless router, the optical modem and other devices of the optical fiber home are home informatization inlets, all devices of home intellectualization have the requirement of accessing the internet, the information of the devices needs to be transmitted through the devices, the devices can not be installed in a weak current box and also can not be installed in a fixed position, and no special box body is provided for installing the devices, so that the challenges are brought to the application of other intelligent devices, a series of problems are caused by buying the devices, installing the devices, carrying out signal communication, laying cables, being far away from the devices, supplying power, distributing router ports, analyzing dynamic IP, analyzing and analyzing data intensively by who, and the like, so the traditional weak current box is degraded into a wire passing box, the original wiring management advantages are all given to users to play freely, and common users are unfamiliar with the intelligent system, therefore, general users can restrict the development of family intelligence by not knowing and consuming.
5. Backward wiring management function: the traditional weak-current box is also called a multimedia weak-current box and is mainly accessed through a built-in network switching module, a telephone network switching module, a television coaxial distributor, a power supply module and various wire pipes, and because the traditional weak-current box is mainly used for wired signal transmission before 2009, the wiring management of the traditional weak-current box can basically meet the wiring management requirements of a user household wired network. However, with the rapid development of technologies such as wireless, optical fiber, network high-definition television, IOT, 5G, and smart home, people have more and more demands on home intelligence, and more corresponding intelligent devices are provided, and the home weak-current installation box is mainly a weak-current box, so that more and more devices are installed and possibly installed in the weak-current box, such as a wireless router, a fiber-optic modem, a fiber-optic box, a patch board, a gateway, a linkage module, a transceiver, an alarm module, a smart home module, a protocol converter, an information pusher, a monitoring host, a POE switch, a camera power supply, a device power adapter, and the like, and various cable inputs, such as an axis line of sight, an operator network line or an optical fiber line, a telephone line, a cell local area network line, a network line of each room, a telephone line, an electric line of sight, a visual intercom line, an alarm line, a control line, a bus, a power line, and the like. At this moment, the traditional weak-current box still only needs to carry out wiring management on a network, a telephone and a television module, and the installation, power supply, wiring, information access, integration, heat dissipation and the like of the equipment and the cable are all problems to be solved. The current main method is to amplify the box body, and some weak current boxes of the family with larger house type exceed more than 100CM, and the larger the box body is, the more difficult the installation position is, the larger the installation difficulty, the engineering quantity and the cost are, thus the consumption desire of the user is influenced in return, and the investment enthusiasm of the developer is also influenced, so the wiring management function of the four modules of the traditional weak current box is far behind.
6. Multimedia but not intelligent: the traditional weak current box is also called a multimedia information box and is a place for wiring and shunting of a multimedia line. The weak current box is generally internally provided with a standard distribution network switching module, a telephone network switching module, a television coaxial distributor, a power supply module and a pipeline pre-buried connector for connecting each information point of each room. Before the popularization of the smart phone, the weak current box integrates the most important network, telephone and television systems of a user in a simple stacked mode, although the pure box body of the weak current box is not intelligent, the basic requirement of daily information of people can be met, along with the rapid development of technologies such as wireless, smart phone, optical fiber, network high-definition television, IOT, 5G, smart home and the like, the original irrelevant relation among the network, the telephone and the television is changed, and the signal transmission of the network, the telephone and the television is achieved through one optical fiber at present; the original wired network is replaced by a wireless network; the traditional telephone and television are more replaced by internet phone and internet/intelligent high definition television, and the demands of users are more and more, such as: smart phone, household electrical appliances control, intelligent audio amplifier, intelligent household electrical appliances, intelligent illumination, house safety, throw screen share, audio-visual interaction, environmental detection, health management etc. so occupy the traditional weak electronic box that the family just needed to enter the mouth and simply stacked up the mode of installation with three major systems and can not satisfy user's demand.
With the improvement of the demand of people on intelligent life, how to solve the problems of wiring management under the new demand of new and old building families, installation, wiring and management of optical fiber household related equipment, intelligent upgrading of families, installation and maintenance, safety, attractiveness, more new demands, intelligent equipment installation and the like become problems which need to be solved urgently.

The implementation of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: the robot intelligent weak-current box can solve the problems of installation of optical fiber household-entering related equipment, upgrading of visual talkback and intelligent upgrading of a television, fixed position, difficult installation, function degradation and the like of the traditional weak-current box; the main box body is in a three-dimensional Chinese character 'ji' shape, the back of the Chinese character 'ji' shaped linear base is a plane, and the main box body is convenient to vertically stick to a wall along the longitudinal direction and is quickly and clearly installed; the front side of the base of the main box body is provided with a raised equipment area, so that more intelligent equipment can be accommodated in the equipment area; the wiring management area at the lower part is thinner, so that a user can place any furniture below the height of the raised equipment area close to the wall, and the indoor appearance and coordination are kept; the main box body is internally provided with a first power supply, a second power supply, a third power supply and an information interface, and the wiring management area covers an indoor general 30CM standard strong and weak electric socket for power taking and wiring management, so that an operator can conveniently operate the cable installation in the 86 bottom box or the wire passing box and the wiring management function of the household wired communication system is realized.

For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1-3 illustrate a robot intelligent weak box according to some embodiments of the present invention, which has a shape of a dish with two thin ends and a thick middle, and may include a main box 2 having a narrow and long shape, an upper replaceable module 1 detachably and replaceably disposed at a top of the main box 2, and a lower replaceable module 3 detachably and replaceably disposed at a bottom of the main box 2. The intelligent system of the robot intelligent weak-current box is integrally provided with an AI core processor, a storage unit, an input unit, an output unit, a communication unit, an exchange unit and an intelligent power supply unit, wherein the input unit, the output unit, the communication unit, the exchange unit and the intelligent power supply unit are in communication connection with the core processor and the storage unit. The storage unit may include an internal storage device and a plurality of external storage expansion interfaces. The input unit can include the microphone, the camera, the health sensor module, the environmental sensor module, touch display, multichannel intelligence button, DI AI input module, prevent tearing open alarm switch, vibration sensor, wherein, the health sensor module can include blood pressure, the blood oxygen, the rhythm of the heart, respiratory frequency, at least one among the body temperature detection sensor, the environmental sensor module can include CO2 sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, illuminance sensor, the VOC sensor, the CO sensor, at least one among the baroceptor, the convenience system provides health management and comfortable indoor air environment service for the user. The output unit can include touch-control display, power amplifier module, audio amplifier, many HDMI interfaces, DO output module, many USB interfaces, many smart jack, multichannel LED lamp area, low voltage power output module. The communication unit can comprise a router module, a Bluetooth module, a Wifi module, a Zigbee module, an RF module, an NB-IoT module, a 4G/5G communication module, a bus module and power supply and communication interfaces of the top replaceable module and the bottom replaceable module. The switching unit can comprise a network switching module, a telephone network switching module and a television network switching module. The power supply unit can comprise an energy storage module, a power supply module, an energy monitoring module and a control module. The robot intelligent weak current box input power supply and all output power supplies can be provided with an energy monitoring module and a control module, when the energy consumption of installation equipment, self box body equipment, an upper replaceable module, a lower replaceable module or box body external equipment in a certain box is abnormal or the equipment detects high temperature, the system can automatically cut off the power supply, and local alarm is given to remind a user or remote alarm is given to a property management center or the operator of the robot intelligent weak current box, so that the equipment fault is early warned in advance and the equipment safety is protected. This wisdom system can provide functions such as visual intercom, TV large-screen sharing control, house safety, health management, household electrical appliances control, intelligent audio amplifier, intelligent illumination, intelligent control, audio-visual interaction, environmental detection, human location, amusement and recreation, education and training, accompany old man, intelligent assistant, intelligent translation, machine diagnosis, remote diagnosis, energy management, emotion and image analysis, 3D fitting, shopping, social contact, community service for the user. The intelligent system operation comprises contact type and non-contact type operation, wherein the contact type operation control comprises touch display screen operation and intelligent key operation; the non-contact operation control comprises camera module video and body temperature identification operation, microphone array voice identification operation, distance sensor positioning, gesture and gesture identification operation, RF infrared control operation, linkage operation control, wireless communication control operation and APP software operation control; the built-in wireless communication module comprises at least one of Wifi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, NB-IoT and 4G/5G communication modules. The intelligent weak-current box equipment with the single robot is quickly installed indoors in new and old buildings, so that the problems that the traditional visual intercom system is simple in function, not active, not intelligent, manual in operation, small in screen display, small in sound, short-distance in intercom, fixed in position, high in operation cost, high in failure rate, difficult to modify and upgrade, difficult to install and maintain and the like can be solved; the problems that a traditional television system is simple in function, not active, not intelligent, complex in operation, poor in experience, and the intelligent television needs to be replaced in intelligent upgrading can be solved; the problems that the safety, health, intelligence and other requirements of smart home users are not clear, intelligent devices are too many, integration is difficult, user investment is large, experience is poor, protocol standardization is difficult, the users cannot know an intelligent system, and installation and maintenance are difficult can be solved; the household user can enjoy safe, intelligent, comfortable, low-carbon and convenient personalized smart life with low cost.
As shown in connection with fig. 1-9, the main housing 2 may include an equipment area 21 located at an upper portion and a wiring management area 22 located at a lower portion in some embodiments. The equipment area 21 may include a system operation area 21a, a built-in equipment area, and an equipment compartment 21c for external equipment installation, and the wiring management area 22 may include a wiring compartment 220 disposed therethrough. The inner side surface of the equipment bin 21c, the inner side surface of the wiring bin 220 and the outer side surface of the main box body 2 are respectively provided with a first power supply interface, a first information interface, a second power supply interface, a second information interface, a third power supply interface and a third information interface, and the problems of indoor pre-buried or exposed wired intelligent equipment wiring management, communication and control can be solved. The lateral surface of the main box body 2 can be further provided with a plurality of LED lamp belts, the LED lamp belts are provided with illuminating lamps, atmosphere lamps, function auxiliary lamps, night lamps and other illuminating function positioning devices, and more intelligent illuminating effects can be realized through combined illumination. The front surface of the substrate 20 protrudes outward to form a device area 21, so that the thickness of the device area 21 in the middle is greater than the thickness of the upper replaceable module 1, the wiring management area 22 and the lower replaceable module 3 at the upper and lower ends, and the device area 21 can contain more intelligent devices. The equipment area 21 is all around for the inclined plane design, forms inclined plane 211, lower inclined plane 214, left inclined plane 212 and right inclined plane 213, and not only beautifully also can avoid sharp-pointed perpendicular right angle to hurt the user, still can convenience of customers operate the intelligent system on the inclined plane, promotes the irradiation range in lamp area on the inclined plane, and the interior sensor of being convenient for contacts indoor air more and carries out environmental detection. The wiring management area 22 is designed to be ultrathin, covers the indoor installation of a general 30CM standard strong and weak current bottom box or a wire passing box, and is convenient for a user to conceal the bottom box, wire connection, power taking and home wiring management. Generally, the thickness of the wiring management area 22 can be less than 1.8CM, which is similar to the thickness of a common home decoration skirting line, the installation elevation of the bottom of the wiring cabin is generally 30CM, and the height of the ultrathin wiring management area is about 50CM from the ground to the raised equipment area 21, so that a user can place furniture below any height on the wall, thereby keeping the indoor appearance and coordination.
The built-in equipment area may include an upper built-in equipment area 21b and a lower built-in equipment area 21 d. The intelligent system operation area 21a, the upper built-in equipment area 21b, the equipment bin 21c and the lower built-in equipment area 21d are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The upper built-in equipment area 21b can be internally integrated with a plurality of wireless communication modules such as RF, Wifi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, NB-IoT, 4G/5G and the like, so that the communication and control problems of indoor wireless intelligent equipment can be solved; the integrated router module can realize the routing function without externally arranging a wireless router by a user, so that the equipment bin 21c has more spaces for installing other intelligent equipment. The user mobile terminal can also access the robot intelligent weak current box through various wireless communication modes, remotely start various application software of the system, facilitate the system management of freely expanded networking wireless/wired intelligent equipment of a user and provide needed personalized intelligent service for the user. The front plane, the left inclined plane and the right inclined plane of the upper built-in equipment area 21b are respectively provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 21b1, and the bottom of the front plane can be provided with a 2# camera module 21b 2.
The lower built-in equipment area 21d can be built with a high-power full-frequency sound box, and the problems that the traditional talkback extension set is small in sound, poor in quality and necessary to talkback at a close distance are solved. The front plane, the left inclined plane and the right inclined plane of the lower built-in equipment area 21d are respectively provided with a plurality of sound box sound outlet holes 21d1, the sound volume, tone and other problems can be effectively improved by designing the sound outlet holes with wide front sides, and the sound output requirements of users on voice guidance and care of entertainment, leisure, learning, interaction and handicapped people can be met. The inner sides of the tops of the left inclined surface and the right inclined surface of the lower built-in equipment area 21d can also be provided with vent grooves 21d2 for communicating the sound box with the equipment bin 21c, and the vent grooves 21d2 can be used for air intake of the sound box and can also promote air flow between the equipment bin 21c and the sound box, so that heat dissipation of the equipment is facilitated.
The smart system operation control of the smart system operation area 21a includes contact operation control and noncontact operation control. The touch operation control can comprise touch display screen operation control and intelligent key operation control. Non-contact operation control can be including making a video recording module video and body temperature discernment operation control, microphone array speech recognition operation control, distance sensor location operation control, gesture and gesture recognition operation control, RF infrared operation control, linkage operation control, wireless communication control operation, APP software operation control, through contact and non-contact's operation control mode for the user provide more wisely, more swiftly, more comfortable, more beautiful user experience.
The intelligent system operation area 21a may be embedded with a # 1 camera/body temperature/illuminance sensor module 21a1, a touch display screen 21a2, a microphone array 21a3, a multi-channel smart key 21a5, and a distance sensor 21a 4. The 1# camera/body temperature/illuminance sensor module 21a1, the touch display screen 21a2, the microphone array 21a3, the multi-channel smart key 21a5 and the distance sensor 21a4 are sequentially arranged on the upper inclined plane 211 from top to bottom. The camera module (1# camera and 2# camera) video identification, the microphone array 21a3 and the distance sensor 21a4 can facilitate the system to acquire remote voice and human body positioning and posture information of a user, so that the main box body can remotely talk or actively interact with human body perception and establish a home security alarm system of full-space three-dimensional perception, and the problems of difficult installation, high false alarm rate and the like of the traditional home security multi-sensor, multi-equipment and multi-cable are solved; the problem that the traditional interphone is required to be installed at the hallway position is also solved, so that the main box body can realize the function of real-time interphone while opening and closing the door at the non-hallway position (such as a living room).
The microphone array 21a3 can be used to realize the voice recognition operation control of the intelligent system, and the user can instruct the system to execute the instruction to switch the system picture to the television for display or instruct the system to execute the instruction to control the set-top box and adjust the set-top box to output the related content by the remote voice instruction, such as: if the system automatically turns on the television and turns on the set-top box, and the television input signal is switched to the set-top box signal input, the user can watch the television content output by the set-top box; or the system automatically turns on the television and switches the television input signal into the intelligent system output signal when the user watches a large screen in a small box, so that the user can synchronously experience the display content of the touch display screen of the intelligent equipment in a high-definition, full-screen and real-time manner through the television.
The # 1 camera/body temperature/illuminance sensor module 21a1 is located on top of the upper inclined plane 211 and may be arranged in a transverse row. The body temperature sensor can be an infrared body temperature sensor, so that the system can conveniently acquire the healthy body temperature information of the user, and relevant health services are provided for the user. The 1# camera and the 2# camera are both stereo cameras, the 1# camera is mainly used for video monitoring, general video talkback and video interaction functions, the 1# camera and the 2# camera are combined to mainly meet the functions of high-definition stereo talkback, interaction, remote diagnosis, image design, 3D fitting, stereo games and the like of a user, high-definition stereo interaction and communication can be performed on the scene of the opposite party with the user through equipment such as VR and the like, and the user can experience various software applications based on own stereo images through a high-definition television large screen.
The distance sensors 21a4 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the smart key 21a5, and are respectively disposed at the junctions of the upper inclined plane 211, the left inclined plane 212, and the right inclined plane 213. The distance sensor 21a4 can be used to realize positioning operation control, posture and gesture recognition operation control of the intelligent system. The distance sensors 21a4 are obliquely arranged at a certain angle to ensure that the maximum angle can detect objects in the space below the height level of the indoor sensor, and the combination of the two distance sensors can detect the objects within the range of 180 degrees, so that the comprehensive full-three-dimensional sensing detection function of the space where the intelligent weak-current box of the robot is located can be realized, the traditional indoor door magnet, window magnet, infrared detector, infrared correlation and other security equipment and connecting cables can be avoided by combining a software system algorithm and/or a built-in camera, the comprehensive three-dimensional space sensing home security alarm system and the remote man-machine interaction function can be quickly realized, and the problems of the traditional visible intercom position fixing, the pipeline fixing and the close-distance passive interaction can be avoided; when the user walks in the space, the system can know the position of the user, when the user walks, the user sits down in a stationary position, the system automatically judges that the user stays for a long time at the position according to the position of the last stationary point, if the user does not move for a certain time, the user can be reminded by voice care, or intelligent experience service can be actively provided for the user by combining time, user identity, physical condition, environmental condition and the like. For example, (1) after the system senses that the user goes to the sofa with a television and sits down for a user-defined time, the system automatically reminds whether the user needs to start the television or not by voice, if the user is more than 5 meters away from the box body, the voice cannot issue a control instruction, the user can also inform the system to start the television by quickly swinging the left and right of the lifting hand, and if the user does not respond or walks away, the system regards the user as not wanting to watch the television temporarily; (2) when a user getting up in the morning enters a living room, the system senses that the user gets up and enters the living room, the system automatically turns on the television and the set top box, keeps the television input signal as the set top box output signal and starts to play related news of the television; (3) when the user sleeps at night, the system senses that the user gets up and walks into a bedroom for a user-defined time, the system starts a sleeping mode by default, a television and a set top box are turned off, indoor space arrangement is started, and a touch display screen enters a dormant state; (4) in morning work hours, after the system senses that a user leaves the user-defined time from an entrance door, the system starts a leaving mode by default, a television and a set top box are closed, the system starts indoor space defense arrangement, and a touch display screen enters a dormant state.
The touch screen 21a2 may be a high-definition liquid crystal touch screen with vertical or horizontal screen display in some embodiments, and the user may indicate the system switching device or the tv set-top box or other intelligent hardware pictures and control content to the tv set to display related content on a large screen in multiple ways. The intelligent keys 21a5 are usually provided with a plurality of intelligent keys and can be arranged below the touch display screen 21a2 in parallel, a user can realize the intelligent key quick operation control of the intelligent system through the intelligent keys 21a5, and all people including the old, children, the vision disabilities, the hearing disabilities, the low cultural level and other special people can conveniently and quickly operate the intelligent systems. The smart keys 21a5 may include a smart key, a number key, a confirm key, a direction key, a cancel key, an on/off key, wherein the direction key may include an up key, a down key, a left key, and a right key, the number key may include numbers 0 to 9 keys, and the smart key may include a health key, a television key, an air conditioner key, an entertainment key, a video key, a voice key, an education key, an environment key, a property key, a scene key, an assistant key, a smart key, a lighting key, a defense or disarming key. The intelligent system can automatically execute the related software system according to the instruction function set by self-defined short press, long press or short press of two or more combined keys (such as an intelligent key and a confirmation key, and the intelligent key and a number key and the confirmation key). For example, the user selects the up key to turn up, the down key to turn down, the left key to execute the previous instruction, and the right key to execute the next instruction; if the user wants to switch the picture to the television for display in the process of operating the software, the user can press a television key and a confirmation key to switch the current system to the large screen of the television for display, and if the user wants to switch to watch the television again, the user only needs to press the television key for a long time; when the key is pressed at each step, a screen display and/or voice and/or flashing light can be provided to remind the user of executing the instruction, for example, the user operates by mistake or quits the software operation, and the user only needs to directly press a cancel key. As another example, (1) "healthy" smart key: health key + confirmation key represents a health reporting program running the health system; the health key +2+ confirmation key represents a body temperature measuring program for operating the health system and reminds a user to start measuring the body temperature; the health key +3+ confirmation key represents a heart rate measuring program for operating the health system, and reminds a user to start measuring the heart rate and asks the user to press a finger on the detection sensor; the health key +5+ ok represents a machine diagnostic program running the health system and begins to ask the user where it is uncomfortable; the health key +8+ confirmation key represents a scanning hospital diagnosis program for operating the health system and reminds a user of placing a hospital diagnosis list in a designated area in front of the camera, and the distance and the holding time; the health key +9+ confirmation key represents an OCR recognition program for running the electronic hospital list file of the health system, and reminds a user to load the scanned or photographed electronic hospital list file for recognition; the user presses the health key +0+ the confirmation key, the system automatically starts a health report program, and a screen display/voice inquiry is made to report the health report of which user, and the user number system input by the user automatically generates a related health report according to the collected health data of the user; (2) "air conditioner" smart key: the air conditioner key and the confirmation key indicate that the air conditioner program is operated and the air conditioner of the space where the equipment is located is started, the upward key is pressed once to indicate that the air conditioner is turned up by 0.5 degrees, and the downward key is pressed once to indicate that the air conditioner is turned down by 0.5 degrees; the air conditioner key +2+ confirmation key indicates that the air conditioner program is operated and the air conditioner in the bedroom is started, the upward key is pressed once to indicate that the air conditioner is turned up by 0.5 degrees, and the downward key is pressed once to indicate that the air conditioner is turned down by 0.5 degrees; (3) "entertainment" smart key: when a user presses an entertainment key and a confirmation key, the entertainment system automatically defaults to play a music program and defaults to play songs which are not played last time; the user presses the entertainment key plus 10 plus the enter key, the system automatically starts the jumping game, the user presses the television plus the enter key, and the system automatically switches the software interface to the large screen display on the television; (4) "video" smart key: the user presses the video key +1+ the enter key, the system automatically starts a video interaction program and dials a number to a corresponding parent, and if the user presses the television key + the enter key again, the system automatically switches the video interaction content to a large screen on a television for displaying and playing interaction sound (through interactive input of a microphone array and a camera); (5) "Audio" smart key: the user presses the audio key +1+ confirmation key, the system automatically starts an audio interaction program and dials a number to a corresponding parent; (6) "education" smart key: the user presses an education key +5+ a confirmation key, the system automatically starts education listening software, and defaults to play the electronic book which is not listened last time for reading, the volume is increased by 1 level by pressing an up key, the volume is reduced by 1 level by pressing a down key, a chapter is switched forwards by pressing a left key, a chapter is switched backwards by pressing a right key, the user presses a television + the confirmation key again, and the system automatically switches an electronic book interface to a large screen display on the television; the user presses an education key +1+ a confirmation key, the system automatically starts infant English teaching software, defaults to play the teaching contents which are not learned last time, increases the volume by 1 level by pressing an up key, decreases the volume by 1 level by pressing a down key, switches a chapter forward by pressing a left key, switches a chapter backward by pressing a right key, presses a television key + a confirmation key, and the system automatically switches a teaching interface to a large screen on a television for display; the user presses an education key plus a2 plus a confirmation key, the system automatically starts English voice interaction environment software, actively initiates interaction or content which is not interacted last time, and automatically switches a teaching interface to a television to be displayed on a large screen by the system when the user presses the television plus the confirmation key; (7) "Environment" smart key: the user presses an environment key and a confirmation key, the system automatically starts an environment report program, and screen display/voice report is carried out on the environment data obtained by a sensor and a networking sensor arranged in the current equipment, and reminds the user of which air or which time interval has problems in air quality, the user is advised to improve the processing, the volume is increased by 1 grade by pressing an up key, the volume is decreased by 1 grade by pressing a down key, a chapter is switched forwards by pressing a left key, a chapter is switched backwards by pressing a right key, and the environment data interface is automatically switched to a large screen display on a television by pressing a television key and a confirmation key; at least one sliding contact surface matched with each other of the left sliding segmented cover (28a) and the right sliding segmented cover (28b) is respectively provided with a plurality of left locking grooves and a plurality of right locking grooves with opposite openings along the sliding direction, the left locking grooves and the right locking grooves are spliced with each other to form a locking hole, and each group of width-adjustable segmented covers further comprises locking pins arranged in the locking holes to lock the relative positions of the left sliding segmented cover (28a) and the right sliding segmented cover (28 b).

the interface protection cover (27) is arranged outside the first power interface and the first information interface in a covering mode, the interface protection cover (27) comprises a partition plate (277), a through hole (276) for the fixed RF infrared emission lamp (21c5) to pass through and a plurality of third wire passing holes (273) for wiring are formed in the partition plate (277), and a plurality of hoisting rings (271) are further arranged on the lower side of the partition plate (277); the upper side and the lower side of the interface protective cover (27) are also provided with clamping strips or strip-shaped clamping grooves.

The robot intelligent weak current box according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that a second wire arranging beam (222) horizontally spans in the wiring bin (220) to divide the wiring bin (220) into an upper bin (220a) at the upper part and a lower bin (220b) at the lower part; a plurality of cable fixing rings (226) for fixing cables are arranged on the inner side surface of the wiring bin (220) and the second wire arranging beam (222), and an inclined interface row is arranged on one side of the upper bin (220 a);
the second information interfaces comprise a second network interface (225a) and a second telephone interface (226a) which are arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower bin (220b), a multi-input and multi-output information interface arranged on the inclined interface row, a first HDMI output interface (2203) arranged at the top of the upper bin (220a) and a community PON optical interface (2204);
the second power interface comprises a device power input interface (2201) and a television power output interface (2202) which are arranged on the other side of the upper bin (220a), and a 9VDC interface, a 12VDC interface and an external extension lamp strip interface which are arranged on the inclined interface row (224);
the second wire passing hole comprises an external power supply wire passing hole (2207) and an optical fiber rubber-insulated wire passing hole (2208);
the third information interface comprises a second HDMI output interface (21d5), a television network interface (21d6), an audio interface (21d7), a USB interface (21d8), a third network interface (225b) and a third telephone interface (226b) which are arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower part of the substrate (20).

The robot intelligent power distribution box according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the wiring compartment (220) is arranged throughout, and the wiring management area (22) further comprises a cover plate (221) detachably covering the wiring compartment (220) in a sliding manner; the left side and the right side of the back of the cover plate (22) are respectively provided with a strip-shaped slide rail (2211) in a protruding mode, and the two sides of the front of the base (20) are respectively provided with a sliding groove (223) in a recessed mode, wherein the sliding grooves (2211) can be installed in a sliding mode;
the fixing plate (2213) is formed by respectively protruding two sides of the back face of the bottom of the cover plate (22), the mounting grooves (224) used for containing the fixing plate (2213) are formed by respectively recessing two sides of the bottom of the base (20), and longitudinally extending screw holes are respectively and correspondingly formed in the fixing plate (2213) and the mounting grooves (224).

The robotic smart light box according to any of claims 1-6, wherein the smart system operation controls of the system operation area (21a) comprise contact operation controls and non-contact operation controls; the non-contact operation control comprises camera module video and body temperature identification operation control, microphone array voice identification operation control, distance sensor positioning operation control, posture and gesture identification operation control, RF infrared operation control, linkage operation control, wireless communication operation control and APP software operation control; the wireless communication module comprises at least one of built-in Wifi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, NB-IoT and 4G/5G communication modules.

The robotic intelligent light box of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the input unit comprises a microphone, at least one set of 180 degree detection distance sensors, a camera, a health sensor module, an environmental sensor module, a touch display, a multi-way smart key, a DI/AI input module, a tamper alarm switch, a vibration sensor;
the output unit comprises a touch display, a power amplifier module, a sound box, a DO output module, a multi-HDMI interface, a multi-USB interface, a multi-intelligent socket, a multi-path LED lamp strip and a low-voltage power supply output module;
the communication unit comprises a router module, a Bluetooth module, a Wifi module, a Zigbee module, an RF module, an NB-IoT module, a 4G/5G communication module, a bus module, an upper power supply and communication interface (16) at the top and a lower power supply and communication interface (34) at the bottom;
the switching unit comprises a network switching module, a telephone network switching module and a television network switching module;
the power supply unit comprises an energy storage module, a power supply module, an energy monitoring module and a control module;

the anti-dismantling alarm switch comprises a first anti-dismantling switch (208) arranged on the back surface of the substrate (20), a second anti-dismantling switch (227) arranged at the bottom of the front surface of the wiring bin (220), and third anti-dismantling switches (229) arranged on the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the substrate (20);
the DI input module comprises a tamper alarm switch, a privacy switch (209) arranged at the top of the left side surface and/or the right side surface of the substrate (20) and a multi-channel alarm input interface arranged on an inclined interface row (224) at the left side or the right side of the wiring bin (220);
the DO output module comprises a lamp control switch, a lamp strip control switch and a power supply control switch of an intelligent module, wherein the lamp control switch, the lamp strip control switch and the power supply control switch are arranged on a terminal row (21c1) at the top of the equipment bin (21 c).

The robot intelligent weak power box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising an upper replaceable module (1) detachably arranged at the top of the main box body (2) and a lower replaceable module (3) detachably arranged at the bottom of the main box body (2), wherein the upper replaceable module (1) and the lower replaceable module (3) are respectively provided with an upper power supply and communication interface (16) and a lower power supply and communication interface (34) for communicating with the main box body (2);
the top and the bottom of the substrate (20) are respectively provided with a pair of fixing seats (25), and the upper replaceable module (1) and the lower replaceable module (3) are respectively provided with a pair of fixing grooves (26) which are mutually inserted with the pair of fixing seats (25).
