For another example, the unpaid debt counted in the financial statistics sub-module includes unpaid purchase information, unpaid loan information and unpaid storage deposit, and is classified and managed according to unpaid purchase, unpaid loan and unpaid storage deposit, wherein the unpaid loan information includes information of all borrowed merchants and total borrowing amount of each merchant, the merchant needing to be paid is clicked, all loan orders related to the page are displayed on the page and include the number, the date, the type, the borrowing amount and the remaining amount, the single loan order is paid and is clicked, when a plurality of loan orders of the same merchant are paid simultaneously, the corresponding order is selected, the total sum of the payment is displayed on the page, batch payment is carried out, and account transfer or payment can be carried out.
Generally, the payer selects cash payment to complete the payment, but considering that borrowing or prepayment often occurs in agricultural product transaction, for example, when the payer needs to pay money to the payee, considering that the payee has borrowed money and has not returned or the payee has received prepayment, the borrowed money and the prepayment can be used as compensation items for the settlement, and the payer only needs to pay the difference, and does not pay any cash for the transaction without difference. Therefore, in the process of paying, the page displays the account information of the merchant, including the types of borrowing and prepayment, and one type of payment or a plurality of types of stacked payment can be selected according to the requirement.
And the transfer submodule is connected with a third-party platform, such as a payment treasure, a WeChat, an online bank and the like, so that a client can transfer money. Specifically, the transfer can be completed by selecting the clients listed on the page or inputting information such as client names, telephone numbers and the like in a search bar for searching, inputting money and selecting a payment mode.
And the income and expenditure detail sub-module feeds back the fund income and expenditure details of the response according to the search content input by the client. For example, the customer searches all the fund receipt and payment details in a certain time period (for example, today, this week, this month, this year) or searches the name of a certain supplier to view the corresponding specific receipt and payment details, including the income amount and the expenditure amount, or selects the viewing type by clicking, including the income type, the expenditure type, the receipt and payment mode, and the like, and after the viewing type is selected and confirmed, the required specific detail statistical information can appear.
In some examples, the agricultural product procurement system further includes a return-for-return module 106. The goods returning and refunding module 106 is used for confirming that a buyer, namely a user, receives an order agricultural product and can apply goods returning and refunding according to the requirement.
Optionally, the goods returning and refunding module 106 may be configured to allow the user to search for the corresponding supplier according to the name of the supplier and then return goods and refund for the specified order of the supplier. In some examples, the agricultural product procurement system further includes an inventory management module 107. Optionally, the inventory management module 107 is configured to check inventory information of the selected agricultural product after the selected agricultural product is searched in response to the search instruction, and perform overflow reporting, loss reporting and unit conversion on the agricultural product. Optionally, the inventory management module 107 is configured to perform an inventory operation on the agricultural products, where the inventory information includes, but is not limited to, production places, units, specifications, quantities, quantity units, purchase unit prices, agricultural product sources, supplier telephones, and the like. For example, the system page displays the existing agricultural products and corresponding stocks in the warehouse, the names of the agricultural products to be warehoused are input in the search bar or the warehousing agricultural products are selected after the agricultural products are classified and screened, and the warehousing of the agricultural products can be completed after information such as the agricultural product producing area, unit, specification, quantity unit, purchasing unit price, agricultural product source, supplier telephone number and the like of the warehousing agricultural products is input.
Optionally, the inventory management module 107 is configured to allow the user to view details of the agricultural products in the warehouse. For example, the system page displays the number of all agricultural product types and the number of records in the library, if the details of a certain agricultural product are only needed to be checked, the name of the agricultural product is input in the search column, the page displays the number and the number of the required agricultural product types, the number of the records, the remaining stock, the sales order number and the sales date of the agricultural product in the library, and the condition that the agricultural product enters or exits the library in a certain time period can be appointed to be checked, or the agricultural product is screened according to the type of the agricultural product exiting the library and the type of the agricultural product entering the library.
Optionally, the inventory management module 107 is further configured to record inventory count information and search for an inventory count in a certain time period in response to the search content. When the inventory is checked, the inventory management module displays the types and the quantity of all commodities in the inventory, and when a user checks, the user can increase or decrease the number of the commodities to be checked at any time, and after the checking, the serial number of the inventory list, the checking date, the quantity of the commodities before the checking and the quantity of the commodities after the checking are displayed, so that the specific change condition of the commodities can be checked.
In some examples, the agricultural product procurement system also includes a to-do module 108. The to-do module 108 is used for managing and counting all unfinished items in the transaction process, including but not limited to purchase orders to be confirmed, purchase orders to be settled, returned return orders, receipt and return payment confirmation, transfer accounts to be received, deposit of receiving and receiving pieces, borrowing items to be confirmed, return deposit of receiving pieces, receiving and returning receiving pieces.
Each purchase order to be confirmed comprises information such as a purchase order number, a purchase order date, a purchased agricultural product and a purchase amount; after the order is confirmed, the order is paid and finished, and when the order information is objectified, the order can be returned and modified, a message is left to the supplier, and then the message is sent to finish the order modification. Each order to be settled comprises information such as purchase order number, purchase order date, purchase agricultural product and purchase order amount, and the system can support batch payment mode, and related orders and payment modes are selected to complete payment. The returned goods returned refund bill comprises the information of a goods returned bill number, a goods returned bill date, goods returned agricultural products, the amount of goods returned and the like, the goods returned and refund bill information can be checked according to the specific goods returned and refund bill information required to be checked, the goods returned and refund bill can be modified or withdrawn, and meanwhile, the goods returned and refund bill can be communicated with a supplier through a message or a voice. Confirming that the received refund comprises information such as a returned bill number, a returned bill date, returned agricultural products and the like, and finishing the money collection operation after confirmation; the return information for confirming receiving the refund can be checked, the order state is displayed, the specific information of the returned agricultural products aiming at the order can be checked, and the collection operation is completed after the confirmation is correct. And displaying all the accounts which are not received in the account transfer to be received, and finishing the account transfer to be received after confirmation. The deposit of the to-be-collected storage piece shows that a client borrows the storage piece from a user, the user gives a loan order, the client confirms the loan order and pays the deposit, and at the moment, the user needs to perform collection operation; the containing piece to be checked shows that the customer sends a containing piece borrowing order to the user, and the user receives the borrowing order and needs to check; the condition that the to-be-received storage part returns the deposit is that the user returns the storage part to the client, and the client returns the deposit of the storage part at the same time, and the user performs the money receiving operation; the to-be-returned storage part shows that the customer sends a storage part returning order to the user, and the user needs to confirm the returning order operation.
In some examples, the agricultural product procurement system further includes a reporting module 109. The report module 109 is used for generating reports, including but not limited to a purchase statistical report, an unpaid purchase statistical report, a collection and payment statistical report of a designated time period or a designated trader, a receiving and warehousing statistical report of a receiving piece in the trading process, an agricultural product warehousing and ex-warehousing detail report in the designated time period, and a client money statistics.
The purchase statistical report is used for displaying purchase amount and customer quantity, displaying corresponding purchase statistical information according to agricultural product names or specified time periods, and displaying sub-agricultural product information under various large types of agricultural products. The unpaid purchase amount statistical report form is used for displaying unpaid amount and the number of clients, the name of a seller is directly input in a search column, the seller is selected, or all unpaid details in the time period can be directly checked by selecting a certain time period in a date column. The designated time period or the designated trader's balance statistics report is used for displaying the total income amount and the expenditure amount, the name of the client is input in the search field, the income amount and the expenditure amount detail between the client can be directly viewed, or all the income amount and the expenditure amount and the detail in the time period can be directly viewed by selecting a certain time period in the date field. The statistical report of the in-out warehouse of the containing pieces in the transaction process is used for displaying the number of clients, the number of warehoused clients and the number of warehouse-out clients related to the containing pieces in the transaction process, the names of the containing pieces are input in a search column or a certain time period is selected in a date column, the number of clients, the number of warehoused clients and the number of warehouse-out clients related to data to be inquired are displayed on a page, and the renting or renting type of the containing pieces can be checked according to the renting or renting state. And the agricultural product warehouse-in and warehouse-out detail report in the appointed time period is used for displaying the agricultural product type total number, the recorded number total number, the warehouse-in and warehouse-out quantity and the total warehouse-in and warehouse-out detail, inputting the agricultural product name in a search column or selecting a certain time period in a date column, displaying the warehouse-in and warehouse-out detail related to the data to be inquired on a page, and checking the warehouse-in and warehouse-out detail in a classified manner through screening and warehouse-in types. And (4) making statistics on the balance and details of the money to be transferred with the client, wherein the money to be transferred at least comprises paid and unpaid purchase money, borrowed and returned borrowed money, prepaid and returned prepaid, paid and unpaid deposit of the containing piece, for example, a user searches the name of the client, and a page displays the balance and details of the money to be transferred with the client.
It should be understood that the division of the modules of the above system is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the customer management module may be a separately established processing element, or may be implemented by being integrated into a chip of the system, or may be stored in a memory of the system in the form of program code, and a processing element of the system calls and executes the functions of the customer management module. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), among others. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for purchasing agricultural products according to an embodiment of the present invention. The agricultural product purchasing method of the embodiment comprises steps S21-S23.
Step S21: adding and managing customers; the customer type is the supplier.
Step S22: a corresponding agricultural product demand order is created after the supplier is designated by the buyer.
Step S23: managing the lease information of the agricultural product containing pieces in the purchasing process.
It should be noted that the agricultural product purchasing method provided in this embodiment is similar to the above embodiment of the agricultural product purchasing system, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted.
It should be noted that the agricultural product purchasing method of the present embodiment can be applied to hardware devices such as an arm (advanced RISC machines) controller, an fpga (field Programmable Gate array) controller, an soc (system on chip) controller, a dsp (digital Signal processing) controller, or an mcu (micro controller unit) controller; the system can also be applied to Personal computers such as desktop computers, notebook computers, tablet computers, smart phones, smart bracelets, smart watches, smart helmets, smart televisions, Personal Digital assistants (Personal Digital assistants, short for PDAs) and the like; the present invention is also applicable to a server, where the server may be arranged on one or more entity servers according to various factors such as functions, loads, and the like, and may also be formed by a distributed or centralized server cluster, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electronic terminal provided by the embodiment comprises: a processor 31, a memory 32, a communicator 33; the memory 32 is connected with the processor 31 and the communicator 33 through a system bus and completes mutual communication, the memory 32 is used for storing computer programs, the communicator 33 is used for communicating with other devices, and the processor 31 is used for operating the computer programs to enable the electronic terminal to execute the steps of the agricultural product purchasing method.
The above-mentioned system bus may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The system bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus. The communication interface is used for realizing communication between the database access device and other equipment (such as a client, a read-write library and a read-only library). The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory.
The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the Integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the agricultural product procurement method.
In the embodiments provided herein, the computer-readable and writable storage medium may include read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a USB flash drive, a removable hard disk, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. Also, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium. For example, if the instructions are transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source using a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave, then the coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, DSL, or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave are included in the definition of medium. Meanwhile, the agricultural product purchasing system integrates diversified functional modules, so that the accuracy of various data such as agricultural product purchasing and money transaction is guaranteed, a large amount of manual complicated operations are reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and the problems that in the prior art, a merchant needs to prepare a large number of storage pieces, the cost is high, the utilization rate of the storage pieces is low and the like are solved. the adding module is used for adding containing piece information;
a renting module for searching corresponding containers in response to the search content and managing renting of each container;
a return module for searching for corresponding containers in response to the search contents and managing return of each container;
the renting and renting management module is used for checking and managing the information of the rented and rented containing pieces;
the return list management module is used for checking and managing the sent return list and the received return list;
the receiving piece detail management submodule is used for managing receiving piece detail information related to each receiving piece; the container detail information at least includes: the number of all customers, the number of stored containers, and the number of stored containers.
