the emergency regulation database is used for scoring and suggesting the impression and development of the overall effect of the desktop drill, and providing regulation standard support for evaluating the difference between the actual emergency capacity of each response level and the emergency capacity which the response level should have in the desktop drill process and generating corresponding suggestions and analysis reports; the SDS database is used for providing relevant safety data information of various dangerous chemicals; the safety data information comprises chemical component information, physicochemical parameters, explosion performance, toxicity, environmental hazards, and comprehensive description files of content information required by safe use modes, storage conditions, leakage emergency treatment and transportation regulations; the geographic information database is used for providing data information support of geographic position, terrain and landform, meteorological hydrology, population distribution and road traffic for the drilling script of desktop drilling; the accident case database is used for providing comparison and reference for accident type selection, accident evolution process design and accident consequence estimation; the data information stored in the accident case database comprises: time, location, accident medium, casualty, economic loss, environmental pollution, duration, emergency rescue effort, and data records of the data information support queries by accident name, accident type, industry segment, chemical type, time period. Further, the data information stored in the accident case database can also comprise an accident investigation report and a corresponding fishbone map, and the accident investigation report and the corresponding fishbone map are used for reflecting the accident evolution and emergency rescue processes in detail.
In this way, when the drilling introduction terminal in the field drilling subsystem 01 generates the drilling script at 12, a scene can be constructed through the data information in the background service subsystem 02, and each plot node and the like of the drilling script are designed.
In addition, the background service subsystem 02 can also acquire and store the drilling records including response information, question information and question responses generated by the on-site drilling subsystem through the drilling information recording server 22; therefore, the whole process of desktop drilling can be stored, analyzed and evaluated.
When the embodiment of the present invention requires the remote viewing subsystem 03, the remote viewing subsystem 03 may include a plurality of viewing terminals 31, and each viewing terminal 31 may be respectively allocated to viewing personnel of other enterprises, higher-level units and government-related departments, or professional personnel for auditing and practicing. The remote watching and studying subsystem 03 can remotely display each stage in the desktop drilling process through network video equipment; specifically, the viewing terminal 31 may observe the whole process of the desktop drill in an audio-video manner, including the scene information, the accident consequence information, the scene animation and the question information of the participants at each scene node in the risk accident seen in the desktop drill process, and the contents such as the response information and the question answer fed back by the participants. In practical applications, the hardware configuration of the remote viewing subsystem 03 may include: the network camera is used for recording and uploading the video of the drilling site of the desktop drilling; the local area network video terminal comprises a streaming media server used for decomposing and decoding the received image and voice information and reducing the image and voice information into images and voices of a drilling site; the backup server can backup the received video stream information; the display device and the sound are used for displaying image and sound information at a viewing terminal of a viewing point.
According to the idea of 'an accident inoculation stage-an accident occurrence stage-an accident expansion stage-an accident control stage-an accident recovery stage', the drilling script in the embodiment of the invention can comprise a plurality of scenario nodes; after the desktop drill is started, the drill guiding and adjusting terminal 12 sequentially displays the scenario information, the accident consequence information and the scenario animation corresponding to the scenario nodes according to the drill script and sends the scenario information, the accident consequence information and the scenario animation to the preset participating terminal 13;
in the embodiment of the present invention, different roles of users (i.e., participants) of different participant terminals 13 are preset, specifically, a drilling administrator determines a response level and a department related to desktop drilling according to the demand of emergency rescue of a drilling script, sets two options of "level" and "department" in the account number of the participants for selection, and fills in the blank of "post"; in order to achieve the purpose of examining the hierarchical response, the selected participants should cover the main responsible departments and posts of each response hierarchy such as the basic level (workshop), the plant level, the company, the head office, the government and the like, and when determining the role, the relevant emergency plans of the enterprise and the local government in the database server (arranged in the background service subsystem 02) can be called for reference.

In practical applications, the drill management terminal 11 may include a plurality of functional modules, which are respectively:
the project management module: creating a new drilling project and inputting a name by a drilling manager; in order to ensure the drill orderliness, all personnel adopt a form of one person and one account, wherein a drill administrator is a fixed account, the labor division of the account of the drill staff and the number of the account of the participants are determined by the administrator on site and realized by setting the account authority, and only a specific terminal can be logged in without the account; the information under the drilling project is backed up in the drilling record database regularly.
A scenario design module: a drilling administrator calls data such as historical cases, hazardous chemical substance SDS and the like in a database server as references to screen scenes; according to the thought of 'accident inoculation stage-accident generation stage-accident expansion stage-accident control stage-accident recovery stage', adding a plurality of scene nodes to form a drilling script to reflect the whole evolution process of the risk accident; after the design is completed, the drilling script is sent to the drilling instructor and the animation maker.
A role assignment module: the method comprises the following steps that a drilling manager determines a response level and a department related to drilling according to the requirement of scene script emergency rescue, two options of 'level' and 'department' are set in a participant account for selection, and 'post' is filled in; in order to achieve the purpose of examining hierarchical response, the selected participants cover main responsible departments and posts of each response level of a base level (workshop), a plant level, a company, a head office, a government and the like, and can call related emergency plans of enterprises and local governments in the database server for reference when determining roles.
A response action summary module: the module summarizes the information generated by the field drilling subsystem into a table according to the priority from high to low automatically according to the 'scene node-response level-department-post'; sent to each viewing terminal (if a remote viewing subsystem is available) and backed up in the drilling information recording server.
The question answer summarizing module: and summarizing the question information sent by the drilling director at each scene node and the corresponding question responses, recording the participation roles of respondents, sending the participation roles to each evaluation terminal, and backing up the participation roles in a drilling information recording database.
After the drilling script is generated, the drilling tuning-guiding terminal 12 can control the desktop drilling progress by controlling the sending timing of the scenario information, the accident consequence information and the scenario animation in the plurality of scenario nodes, and the generation timing of the problem information.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the drill guiding terminal 12 provided with the second auxiliary screen and the main screen may specifically include:
the scene information sending and displaying module is used for sending the scene information to each participating terminal and displaying the scene information on a second auxiliary screen; the simulated accident consequence display module is used for displaying accident consequence information on a main screen according to the result of numerical simulation calculation; the animation display module is used for playing scene animation on the main screen according to the drilling process; the question sending and displaying module is used for sending question information to each participating terminal and displaying the question information on a second auxiliary screen; the microphone is used for realizing hosting and communication presentation through audio broadcasting at a drilling site of desktop drilling.
In practical application, the main screen, the first auxiliary screen and the second auxiliary screen in the embodiment of the invention can be set in a manner of being released and displayed on a drilling site in a manner of a projector or a curtain.
The main screen is used for displaying a drilling accident scene animation and a numerical simulation calculation result of an accident consequence; the first auxiliary screen is used for performing auxiliary explanation on the first auxiliary screen in the form of ppt or pictures and the like when the participants describe emergency response actions; the second auxiliary screen is used for displaying the text description of the drilling accident scene and the text information display of the drilling problems proposed in the drilling process.
In practical applications, the actor terminal 13 in the embodiment of the present invention is configured to receive and display scene animation, scene information, accident consequence information, and question information, and to feed back response information corresponding to the question information and a question reply corresponding to the question information to the drill-leading-tone terminal 12, specifically: the participating terminal 13 may include:
the role login module is used for determining roles of each participant and corresponding response levels according to different departments and responsibility logins; the scene information receiving and responding module is used for receiving the scene information sent by the drilling guiding and adjusting terminal and feeding back corresponding responding actions according to the accident evolution process; the question receiving and answering module is used for receiving question information sent by the drill guiding and adjusting terminal and feeding back corresponding question answers; the microphone is used for realizing the oral expression of field communication through audio broadcasting in the drilling field of the desktop drilling; the participating terminals share a first auxiliary screen of the screen and are used for carrying out auxiliary display by means of ppt or pictures during oral expression. That is, after receiving the context information sent by the drill tuning guidance terminal 12, the participating personnel needs to feed back corresponding response actions at the participating terminal 13 according to the accident evolution process;
the network camera in the embodiment of the invention can be used for live broadcast video recording of the whole situation of the drilling site, and comprises the contents played by each large screen (namely, the main screen, the first auxiliary screen and the second auxiliary screen) and the image and voice information of the site drilling director and the participants.

In practical applications, on the basis of the first embodiment, the field drilling subsystem 01 in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a drilling evaluation terminal 14 and an emergency capacity evaluation terminal 15, where:
the drilling evaluation terminal 14 is used for acquiring the impression score and the suggestion of the overall effect of the desktop drilling and generating a corresponding evaluation report; the scoring items of the impression and development scoring comprise one of scene credibility, exercise participation, site interaction, exercise effect and question discussion and any combination thereof. The emergency capacity evaluation terminal 15 is used for evaluating the difference between the actual emergency capacity of each response level and the emergency capacity which the terminal should have in the desktop drilling process and generating corresponding suggestions and analysis reports.
The question answer summarizing module 115 in the drill management terminal 11 can summarize the question information sent by the drill director at each scene node and the corresponding question responses, record the participation roles of the respondents, send the recorded questions to the drill evaluation terminal 14, and back up the recorded questions in the drill information recording database.
Specifically, the drill evaluation terminal 14 may include:
the audience evaluation module that surveys for it is right to obtain on-the-spot audience the evaluation of scoring of the whole effect of desktop rehearsal, and generate the suggestion, include: after the practice is finished, according to the scores of the field audiences, generating the impression score and suggestion of the overall effect of the desktop practice, wherein the scoring items of the impression score comprise one of scene credibility, practice participation, field interaction, practice effect and problem discussion and any combination of the scene credibility, the practice participation, the field interaction and the problem discussion;

the emergency readiness scoring criteria are used to evaluate the completeness and compliance of the emergency readiness work of an enterprise participating in a table drill, and include: selecting emergency preparation evaluation items from rules and regulations, hazard source identification and risk assessment, emergency organization, emergency team, emergency on duty, emergency plan, emergency training, emergency facilities and materials, emergency drilling, emergency information system, monitoring and early warning, expenditure and guarantee, and generating an emergency preparation scoring standard according to the emergency preparation evaluation items;

In summary, when performing desktop drilling, the present invention sends the scenario information, accident consequence information and scenario animation corresponding to a plurality of scenario nodes in the drilling script to the preset participating terminal through the drilling guiding and tuning terminal, and can conveniently send the relevant information of the scenario nodes at each stage in the desktop drilling process to the corresponding participating terminal, so that each role with different corresponding levels can perform feedback of response information and question response at the corresponding participating terminal, and further realize recording, communication and summarization at different stages of development of risk accidents during desktop drilling; therefore, various problems in the desktop drilling process can be better discovered and analyzed, and the aim of improving the drilling effect is fulfilled.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the invention, the desktop drilling system is also set to comprise a field drilling subsystem, a background service subsystem and a remote watching subsystem which are remotely connected; therefore, on one hand, when the field drilling subsystem generates drilling scripts and in the implementation process of desktop drilling, the background service subsystem can provide data support and computing capacity support for the field drilling subsystem, so that the desktop drilling system can support different drilling requirements of different regions; on the other hand, the demonstration process of the desktop drill can be observed, evaluated and audited through a plurality of remote observation subsystems arranged in different places, so that the application scene of the desktop drill can be effectively enhanced, the number and the types of personnel required to reach the drill site are reduced, the overall cost of the desktop drill is favorably reduced, and the overall effect of the desktop drill is improved.

The embodiment of the present invention can be implemented by a software program, that is, by writing a software program (and an instruction set) for implementing each step in the desktop drill method constructed based on the scenario corresponding to fig. 1, the software program is stored in a storage device, and the storage device is disposed in the computer device, so that the software program can be called by a processor of the computer device to implement the purpose of the embodiment of the present invention.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a desktop drill device constructed based on a scenario is further provided, where a memory included in the desktop drill device constructed based on a scenario includes a corresponding computer program product, and when a program instruction included in the computer program product is executed by a computer, the computer can execute the desktop drill method constructed based on a scenario described in the above aspects, and achieve the same technical effect.

Taking one processor 610 as an example, the apparatus may further include: input device 640, output device 650.
The processor 610, the memory 620, the input device 640, and the output device 650 may be connected by a bus or other means, such as the bus connection in fig. 3.
The memory 620, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules. The processor 610 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device, i.e., the processing method of the above-described method embodiment, by executing the non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 620.

Claims (20)

1. A desktop rehearsal method based on scene construction is characterized by comprising the following steps:
and (3) a drilling guiding and adjusting terminal: sequentially displaying scene information, accident consequence information and scene animations corresponding to a plurality of scene nodes in the drilling script and sending the scene information, the accident consequence information and the scene animations to a preset participation terminal;
and the participation terminal and the drill guiding and adjusting terminal are positioned in the same local area network: generating corresponding response information according to the current scene animation, the scene information and the accident consequence information;
the drill guiding terminal: generating corresponding question information according to the response information and sending the question information to the preset participation terminal;
the participation terminal: generating a corresponding question reply according to the received question information;
and the drilling guide terminal acquires the question response and generates a drilling record of each participating terminal according to the question information and the response information corresponding to the question response and the participating roles of the participating terminals generating the question response.
2. The method for desktop rehearsal constructed based on the scenario of claim 1, further comprising:
the drilling management terminal is used for calling geographic information and safety data of enterprises related to dangerous chemicals from a database according to the production characteristics of drilling enterprises during scene screening, carrying out risk analysis, and selecting representative risk accidents which have serious consequences, large influence range and treatment difficulty and are possibly caused according to the principle of 'worst credibility';
during case analysis, accident case data are called from a database according to the screened scene types, statistical analysis and list analysis are carried out, and accident reasons, accident consequences and the field where the accident causes and the accident consequences are located are researched; carrying out fishbone diagram analysis to generate the accident evolution and emergency rescue process of the risk accident;
when scene design is carried out, according to the accident evolution and emergency rescue processes of the risk accident, a drilling script comprising a plurality of scene nodes is generated according to the thought of 'accident inoculation stage-accident occurrence stage-accident expansion stage-accident control stage-accident recovery stage'; the drilling script is used for inspecting emergency key points of the enterprise at different stages of accident evolution.
3. The method for desktop rehearsal constructed based on the scenario of claim 2, further comprising:
generating corresponding scene animations according to the scene information and the accident consequence information corresponding to the scene nodes in the drilling script; the scene animation is used for representing different process stages of accident evolution and emergency rescue of the risk accident.
4. The method for desktop rehearsal constructed based on the scenario of claim 2, further comprising:
and generating an evaluation result according to the drilling record of the desktop drilling and/or the video in the drilling process.
5. The method for desktop rehearsal constructed based on the scenario of claim 4, wherein the generating the evaluation result according to the rehearsal record of the desktop rehearsal and/or the video in the rehearsal process comprises:
and after the practice, scoring and suggesting the overall effect of the desktop practice, wherein the scoring items of the scoring comprise one of scene credibility, practice participation, site interaction, practice effect and problem discussion and any combination thereof.
6. The method for desktop rehearsal constructed based on the scenario of claim 2, further comprising:
generating an emergency readiness scoring criteria, an emergency competency scoring criteria, and an analysis recommendation for the desktop drill, wherein:
the emergency readiness scoring criteria are used to evaluate the completeness and compliance of the emergency readiness work of an enterprise participating in a table drill, and include: selecting emergency preparation evaluation items from rules and regulations, hazard source identification and risk assessment, emergency organization, emergency team, emergency on duty, emergency plan, emergency training, emergency facilities and materials, emergency drilling, emergency information system, monitoring and early warning, expenditure and guarantee, and generating an emergency preparation scoring standard according to the emergency preparation evaluation items;
selecting an emergency capacity evaluation item from reporting and receiving alarms, monitoring and evaluating, warning and security, evacuating and refuge, medical aid, disaster control, pollutant disposal and secondary disaster prevention and control, and generating an emergency capacity scoring standard according to the emergency capacity evaluation item; the emergency ability scoring standard is used for generating emergency ability which each response level should have in the desktop drill;
generating an analysis report of the actual emergency capacity of each response level according to corresponding actions in the drilling records of each participation terminal by taking the emergency preparation scoring standard and the emergency capacity scoring standard as reference; the analysis report comprises the difference between the actual emergency capacity of each response level and the emergency capacity which the response level should have, and corresponding suggestions and analysis reports.
7. The method for desktop rehearsal constructed based on the scenario as claimed in claim 2, comprising:
each participating terminal respectively corresponds to different posts or people of each response level; the participating terminal may receive question information corresponding to different posts or persons of each response hierarchy and generate response information corresponding to different posts or persons of each response hierarchy.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the question information and/or the response information comprises text data and voice data.
9. A desktop drill system constructed based on a context, comprising: the system comprises a field drilling subsystem and a background service subsystem connected through the Internet; wherein:
the field drilling subsystem is used for implementing field desktop drilling and information interaction, and comprises the following components:
the drilling management terminal is used for designing a drilling script for desktop drilling and summarizing information;
the drilling guiding and adjusting terminal is used for controlling the desktop drilling progress by controlling the sending time of the scene information, the accident consequence information and the scene animation in a plurality of scene nodes in the drilling script and the generation time of the problem information;
the rehearsal terminal is used for receiving and displaying scene animation, scene information, accident consequence information and question information, and feeding back response information corresponding to the question information and a question response corresponding to the question information to the rehearsal adjustment terminal;
the background service subsystem is connected with the field drilling subsystem through the internet, and is used for supporting drilling implementation data and computing capacity, and the background service subsystem comprises:
the drilling data server is used for providing data information for desktop drilling, and the data information comprises regulation information data, industry information data and enterprise information data which are used for generating drilling scripts;
the drilling information recording server is used for acquiring and storing the drilling record which is generated by the field drilling subsystem and comprises the response information, the question information and the question answer;
the animation workstation is used for generating the scene animation through a three-dimensional animation technology;
and the high-performance computing cluster is used for providing a support of numerical simulation computation for the generation of the scenario information and the accident consequence information corresponding to the plurality of scenario nodes in the drilling script.
10. The contextual building desktop drill system of claim 9, further comprising a remote spectator subsystem internet-connected to the back-office service subsystem;
and the remote watching and visiting subsystem is used for remotely displaying each stage in the desktop drilling process through network video equipment.
11. The contextual building desktop drill system of claim 10, wherein the live drill subsystem further comprises:
the drilling evaluation terminal is used for acquiring the impression score and the suggestion of the overall effect of desktop drilling and generating a corresponding evaluation report; the scoring items of the impression and development scores comprise one of scene credibility, exercise participation, site interaction, exercise effect and problem discussion and any combination thereof;
and the emergency capacity evaluation terminal is used for evaluating the difference between the actual emergency capacity of each response level and the emergency capacity which the terminal should have in the desktop drilling process and generating corresponding suggestions and analysis reports.
12. The scenario-based desktop drill system of claim 11, wherein the drill data server comprises one of an emergency regulation database, a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) database, a geographic information database, and an incident case database, and any combination thereof, wherein:
the emergency regulation database is used for scoring and suggesting the overall effect of the desktop drill, and providing regulation standard support for evaluating the difference between the actual emergency capacity of each response level and the emergency capacity which the response level should have in the desktop drill process and generating corresponding suggestions and analysis reports;
the SDS database is used for providing relevant safety data information of various dangerous chemicals; the security data information includes: chemical component information, physicochemical parameters, blasting performance, toxicity, environmental hazard, and content information required by safe use mode, storage condition, leakage emergency treatment, and transportation regulation;
the geographic information database is used for providing data information support of geographic position, terrain and landform, meteorological hydrology, population distribution and road traffic for the drilling script of desktop drilling;
the accident case database is used for providing comparison and reference for accident type selection, accident evolution process design and accident consequence estimation; the data information stored in the accident case database comprises: time, location, accident medium, casualty, economic loss, environmental pollution, duration, emergency rescue effort, and data records of the data information support queries by accident name, accident type, industry segment, chemical type, time period.
13. The scenario-based desktop rehearsal system of claim 12, wherein the data information further comprises accident investigation report and corresponding fishbone map for reflecting the accident evolution and emergency rescue process in detail.
14. The desktop drill system constructed based on the scene of claim 13, wherein the drill tuning guidance terminal including the second auxiliary screen and the main screen specifically includes:
the scene information sending and displaying module is used for sending the scene information to each participating terminal and displaying the scene information on the second auxiliary screen;
the simulated accident consequence display module is used for displaying the accident consequence information on a main screen according to the result of numerical simulation calculation;
the animation display module is used for playing the scene animation on the main screen according to a drilling process;
the question sending and displaying module is used for sending the question information to each participating terminal and displaying the question information on the second auxiliary screen;
and the microphone is used for realizing hosting and communication presentation through audio broadcasting on the drilling site of the desktop drilling.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the participating terminal comprises:
the role login module is used for determining roles of each participant and corresponding response levels according to different departments and responsibility logins;
the scene information receiving and responding module is used for receiving the scene information sent by the drilling guiding and adjusting terminal and feeding back corresponding responding actions according to the accident evolution process;
the question receiving and answering module is used for receiving question information sent by the drill guiding and adjusting terminal and feeding back corresponding question answers;
the microphone is used for realizing the oral expression of field communication through audio broadcasting in the drilling field of the desktop drilling;
and the first auxiliary screen of one screen shared by a plurality of the participating terminals is used for carrying out auxiliary display by means of ppt or pictures when in oral expression.
16. The contextual building based desktop drill system of claim 15, wherein the drill evaluation terminal comprises:
the audience evaluation module that surveys for it is right to obtain the on-the-spot audience the whole effect of desktop rehearsal is appraised by scoring, and the suggestion of generating includes: after the practice, scoring and suggesting the overall effect of the desktop practice, wherein scoring items of the scoring comprise one of scene credibility, practice participation, site interaction, practice effect and problem discussion and any combination of the scene credibility, the practice participation, the site interaction and the problem discussion;
the expert evaluation module is used for obtaining the scoring evaluation of the expert group on the drill design and implementation process and generating suggestions, and comprises the following steps: generating an emergency readiness scoring criteria, an emergency competency scoring criteria, and an analysis recommendation for the desktop drill, wherein:
the emergency readiness scoring criteria are used to evaluate the completeness and compliance of the emergency readiness work of an enterprise participating in a table drill, and include: selecting emergency preparation evaluation items from rules and regulations, hazard source identification and risk assessment, emergency organization, emergency team, emergency on duty, emergency plan, emergency training, emergency facilities and materials, emergency drilling, emergency information system, monitoring and early warning, expenditure and guarantee, and generating an emergency preparation scoring standard according to the emergency preparation evaluation items;

generating an analysis report of the actual emergency capacity of each response level according to corresponding actions in the drilling records of each participation terminal by taking the emergency preparation scoring standard and the emergency capacity scoring standard as reference; the analysis report comprises the difference between the actual emergency capacity of each response level and the emergency capacity which the response level should have, and corresponding suggestions and analysis reports;
and the result processing module is used for calculating the total score of each analysis report, respectively calculating the average score according to the observers and the expert group, and recording and summarizing all suggestions.
17. The contextual building desktop drill system of claim 16, wherein the remote viewing subsystem comprises:
the network camera is used for recording and uploading the video of the drilling site of the desktop drilling;
the local area network video terminal comprises a streaming media server used for decomposing and decoding the received image and voice information and reducing the image and voice information into images and voices of a drilling site;
the backup server can backup the received video stream information;
the display device and the sound are used for displaying image and sound information at a viewing terminal of a viewing point.
18. The system of claim 17, wherein the plurality of viewing terminals are respectively installed at different viewing locations.
19. Memory, characterized in that it comprises a software program adapted to execute the steps of the method for desktop rehearsal built on the basis of scenarios as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 by a processor.
20. A desktop drill apparatus constructed based on a scene, comprising a bus, a processor and a memory as claimed in claim 19;
the bus is used for connecting the memory and the processor;
the processor is configured to execute a set of instructions in the memory.
