As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the sewage discharging device 9 is a piston plugging valve, and includes a piston tube 9-4 communicated with the transition pipeline, the piston tube 9-4 is a hollow tube with one end open and the other end closed, a piston seat 9-1 with a central opening is arranged in the open end of the piston tube 9-4, that is, the communicating part of the piston tube 9-4 and the transition pipeline, a piston rod 9-5 with the inner end fixedly connected with the piston 9-2 is arranged in the piston tube 9-4, the piston 9-2 is matched with the piston seat 9-1 to seal the sewage inlet of the transition pipeline, the outer end of the piston rod 9-5 extends out of the piston tube 9-4 from the closed end of the piston tube 9-4 and is sleeved on a fixed rod 9-12, the fixed rod 9-12 is fixed on the fixed seat 9-9, and a reset rod 9-12 between the fixed seat 9-9 and the piston rod 9-5 is sleeved on the fixed rod 9-12 9-10 parts of spring; an opening is arranged on the pipe wall of the piston pipe 9-4 at the rear side of the piston seat 9-1 and is communicated with a sewage inlet of the trap 10-2.
Furthermore, a sliding block 9-11 is fixed at the outer end of the piston rod 9-5, the sliding block 9-11 is sleeved on the fixed rod 9-12 and can slide back and forth along the fixed rod 9-12, and two ends of the return spring 9-10 are respectively fixed on the opposite surfaces of the fixed seat 9-9 and the sliding block 9-11.
Further, a pressure lever 9-7 is connected below the urine flushing button 3, the pressure lever 9-7 is made of light material, such as PVC, and can float in water, the lower end of the pressure lever 9-7 is hinged with the upper ends of the third connecting rod 9-6 and the fourth connecting rod 9-8, the lower end of the third connecting rod 9-6 is hinged with the closed end of the piston tube 9-4, and the lower end of the fourth connecting rod 9-8 is hinged with the upper end of the sliding block 9-11.
When the urine flushing button 3 is pressed down, the pressure lever 9-7 moves downwards, so that the upper ends of the third connecting rod 9-6 and the fourth connecting rod 9-8 move downwards, the third connecting rod 9-6 is connected with the fixed piston pipe 9-4, so that the fourth connecting rod 9-8 can only push the sliding block 9-11 to move outwards, the piston 9-2 is driven to move, the sealing of the piston 9-2 on the piston seat 9-1 is released, the opening is exposed, the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3 is communicated with the water trap 10-2, the liquid level of the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3 is higher than that of the water trap 10-2, and sewage can flow into the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1 through the water trap 10-2 and is finally discharged by a sewer pipe.
The pipeline at the rear side of the sewage inlet of the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1 is in an inverted U shape, and the structure and the sewage discharge pipe 10 form an S-shaped bend, so that a water seal can be formed at the bottom of the sewage discharge pipe 10 and the front section of the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1, and the structure is used for sucking out sewage at the water seal position by utilizing a siphon principle and belongs to the prior art.
Because the urine is not provided with substances which can block the drain pipe 10, the urine can be discharged from the auxiliary drain pipe 10-3 with smaller pipe diameter, and the drain structure can use the minimum amount of water to flush and drain; the excrement which possibly blocks the sewage discharge pipe 10 can be discharged from the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1 with larger pipe diameter and stronger suction force. Finally, a way of discharging the urine and the excrement by separate channels is formed, and the purpose of saving water is further achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the water-saving control device comprises a water inlet valve 6-5 and a water-saving control valve 6-4, wherein the water inlet valve 6-5 comprises a first water outlet pipe 6-14 for water inlet of a water tank and a second water outlet pipe 6-10 for supplying water to a flushing nozzle 2 at the upper edge of a barrel seat 1, a first plug rod 6-15 is inserted into a first valve body 6-17 where the first water outlet pipe 6-14 is located, a second plug rod 6-9 is inserted into a second valve body 6-8 where the second water outlet pipe 6-10 is located, the upper ends of the first plug rod 6-15 and the second plug rod 6-9 are fixedly connected with a gland 6-6 arranged above the first valve body 6-17 and the second valve body 6-8, the upper end surface of the gland 6-6 is hinged with the lower end of a second connecting rod 6-2, the upper end of the second connecting rod 6-2 is hinged with the upper end of the first connecting rod 6-1, the hinge joint is a fixed hinge point 6-7; the water-saving control valve 6-4 is used for supplying water to the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 and comprises a water storage tank 6-25, a water storage cavity is arranged in the water storage tank 6-25, a floating cover 6-24 which floats up and down along with the water level is arranged in the water storage cavity, and the lower end of the first connecting rod 6-1 extends into the water storage tank 6-25 and is hinged with the upper end face of the floating cover 6-24. When the floating cover 6-24 floats upwards, namely the water storage tank 6-25 begins to store water, the floating cover 6-24 pushes the first connecting rod 6-1 to rotate by taking the hinge point 6-7 as a circle center, so that the second connecting rod 6-2 is driven to rotate downwards, and the gland 6-6 is pushed to move downwards.
The water inlet valve 6-5 further comprises a third valve body 6-12 of a cavity, the cavity in the third valve body 6-12 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 11, two water supply holes 6-13 communicated with the first valve body 6-17 and the second valve body 6-8 respectively are arranged on the upper end face of the third valve body 6-12, and the lower ends of the first plug rod 6-15 and the second plug rod 6-9 can be inserted into the water supply holes 6-13 to form plugging of the water supply holes 6-13. When the pressing cover 6-6 moves downwards under the influence of the floating cover 6-24, the first plug rod 6-15 and the second plug rod 6-9 are inserted downwards into the water supply hole 6-13 to form plugging to the water supply hole 6-13, and the first water outlet pipe 6-14 and the second water outlet pipe 6-10 stop water outlet.
The water-saving control valve 6-4 also comprises a water drainage tank 6-23 arranged in the water storage tank 6-25, the upper end of the water drainage tank 6-23 is open, and the floating cover 6-24 is covered on the opening of the upper end of the water drainage tank 6-23; an auxiliary water outlet 6-22 is arranged at the bottom of the water discharge tank 6-23, the auxiliary water outlet 6-22 is communicated with an auxiliary flushing pipe 8, a sealing cover 6-21 is covered at the auxiliary water outlet 6-22, one end of the sealing cover 6-21 is hinged with the bottom of the water discharge tank 6-23, a pull rope 6-3 is tied at the other end, and the pull rope 6-3 is linked with a pressure rod 9-7.
Furthermore, the top of the water storage tank 6-25 is provided with an air inlet 6-19, and the lower part of the side wall of the water storage tank 6-25 is provided with a water replenishing hole 6-20. After the sealing cover 6-21 is opened and the water discharge tank 6-23 begins to discharge water, the water in the water tank 4 enters the water storage tank 6-25 through the water replenishing hole 6-20, but the water replenishing amount is smaller than the water discharge amount, so the floating cover 6-24 is in a descending state.
Furthermore, fixed pulleys 6-18 are fixedly arranged in the water tank 4, and the pull rope 6-3 is wound around the fixed pulleys 6-18 and then is fixedly connected with the rod bodies of the pressure rods 9-17. When the pressure lever 9-7 moves downwards, the pull rope 6-3 is pulled, so that one end of the sealing cover 6-21 is lifted upwards to expose the auxiliary water outlet 6-22, and water in the water discharge tank 6-23 enters the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 to flush the sewage inlet of the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1. At the moment, the floating cover 6-23 moves downwards along with the descending of the water level, so that the gland 6-6 is driven to move upwards, the first plug rod 6-15 and the second plug rod 6-9 are upwards separated from the water supply hole 6-13, the first water outlet pipe 6-14 and the second water outlet pipe 6-10 start to supply water, and the flushing nozzle 2 flushes water with the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 at the moment.
The flushing process of the present application in example 1 is as follows: a certain amount of water is reserved in the front urine barrel seat 1, after urination, the urine flushing button 3 is pressed, the pressure rod 9-7 moves downwards to enable the upper ends of the third connecting rod 9-6 and the fourth connecting rod 9-8 to move downwards, the fourth connecting rod 9-8 pushes the sliding block 9-11 to move outwards, so that the piston 9-2 is driven to move, the sealing of the piston 9-2 on the piston seat 9-1 is released, the opening is exposed, the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3 is communicated with the trap 10-2, the liquid level of the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3 is higher than that of the trap 10-2, and urine can flow into the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1 through the trap 10-2 and is finally discharged from a sewer pipe.
Meanwhile, the pull rope 6-3 is pulled by downward movement of the pressure lever 9-7, so that one end of the sealing cover 6-21 is lifted upwards to expose the auxiliary water outlet 6-22, and water in the water discharge tank 6-23 enters the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 to flush the sewage inlet of the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1. At the moment, the floating cover 6-23 moves downwards along with the descending of the water level, so that the gland 6-6 is driven to move upwards, the first plug rod 6-15 and the second plug rod 6-9 are upwards separated from the water supply hole 6-13, the first water outlet pipe 6-14 and the second water outlet pipe 6-10 start to supply water, and the flushing nozzle 2 flushes water with the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 at the moment.
After the urine flushing button 3 is pressed for a certain time, the urine flushing button 3 can be released after the urine is discharged, at the moment, the water in the water storage tank 6-25 is basically discharged, meanwhile, the pressure rod 9-7 is in an upward floating state under the influence of the water level in the water tank 4, the sealing cover 6-21 is naturally covered on the auxiliary water outlet 6-22, so that the water level in the water storage tank 6-25 is gradually recovered, the floating cover 6-24 is gradually floated upwards at the same time of recovering the water level, therefore, when the gland 6-6 is driven to move downwards, the first plug rod 6-15 and the second plug rod 6-9 are downwards inserted into the water supply hole 6-13 to form a plug for the water supply hole 6-13, and the first water outlet pipe 6-14 and the second water outlet pipe 6-10 stop discharging water. Meanwhile, under the action of the return spring 9-10, the piston 9-2 moves inwards to close the piston seat 9-4, so that sewage discharge is stopped, and a certain amount of water is reserved in the sewage discharge pipe 10 to form a water seal in the process of finally stopping water flushing and sewage discharge.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, a transition pipeline is communicated between the auxiliary sewage draining pipe 10-3 and the trap 10-2, a sewage inlet of the transition pipeline is communicated with a sewage outlet of the auxiliary sewage draining pipe 10-3, a sewage outlet of the transition pipeline is communicated with a sewage inlet of the trap 10-2, and the sewage discharging device 9 is arranged in the transition pipeline. The sewage inlet and the sewage outlet of the transition pipeline are respectively provided with a front baffle 9-13 and a rear baffle 9-16, a closed space is formed in the transition pipeline, the sewage discharging device 9 is a water pump 9-14 which is fixed in the transition pipeline, a water suction pipe 9-17 of the water pump 9-14 extends into the auxiliary sewage discharging pipe 10-3 from the front baffle 9-13, and a water discharge pipe 9-15 of the water pump 9-14 extends into the water trap 10-2 from the rear baffle 9-16.
The water pumps 9-14 are connected with a power supply, and are connected with a touch switch circuit arranged at the urine flushing button 3 through leads, and the urine flushing button 3 touches the touch switch when pressed down or bounced, so that the start-stop control of the water pumps 9-14 is formed.
In this embodiment, the remaining structure is the same as that of embodiment 1 except that the sewage discharging apparatus 9 and the start-stop control thereof are different. After the urine flushing button 3 is pressed, the flushing nozzle 2 and the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 flush, at the moment, the water pumps 9-14 are in a starting state, and urine is pumped to the trap 10-2 by the water pumps 9-14 and then enters the main sewage pipe 10-1 to be finally discharged. After the urine flushing button 3 is released, the water pumps 9-14 stop working, and the flushing nozzle 2 and the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 stop flushing.
Example 3: the water-saving toilet bowl discharged by the excrement and urine branch channel comprises a toilet bowl body, wherein a barrel seat 1 which is sunken downwards is arranged on the front side of the toilet bowl body, and a water tank 4 for storing water is arranged on the rear side of the toilet bowl body;
a drain outlet is arranged at the lowest position of the barrel seat 1, a drain pipe 10 is communicated below the drain outlet, and the rear end of the drain pipe 10 is communicated with a main drain pipe 10-1 and an auxiliary drain pipe 10-3 which are connected in parallel, so that two drain channels are formed; the sewage discharge port of the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3 is not communicated with the sewage discharge port of the main sewage discharge pipe 10-1 and is respectively communicated with a sewer pipeline; a sewage discharge device 9 is arranged at the sewage inlet of the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3. The main sewage draining pipe 10-1 is not communicated with the sewage draining port of the auxiliary sewage draining pipe 10-3, and the sewage draining device 9 is used for controlling whether the auxiliary sewage draining pipe 10-3 drains sewage or not.
A stool flushing valve 5 communicated with a main flushing pipe 7, a water-saving control device 6 communicated with an auxiliary flushing pipe 8 and a urine flushing button 3 used for controlling the opening and closing of a sewage discharging device 9 are arranged in the water tank 4; the water outlet of the main flushing pipe 7 is arranged on the inner wall of the upper side barrel seat 1 of the sewage draining outlet, and the water outlet of the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 is arranged on the inner wall of the upper side of the sewage inlet of the main sewage draining pipe 10-1. The inner edge of the annular closestool body is provided with a plurality of flushing nozzles 2 which are connected in series or in parallel.
The present embodiment is used in the same manner as in embodiment 1 except that the soil outlets of the main soil pipe 10-1 and the sub soil pipe 10-3 are communicated with each other.
The arrangement of the stool flushing valve 5 and the main drain pipe 10-1 in the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 of the present application is the same as that of the existing flush toilet, and for the prior art, the stool flushing valve 5 includes a toilet inlet valve and a toilet drain valve, and the specific structure and principle thereof are not the invention of the present application and will not be described in detail. In fact, the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3 and the water-saving control device 6, the auxiliary flushing pipe 8 and the sewage discharge device 9 matched with the auxiliary sewage discharge pipe 10-3 are additionally arranged on the structure of the existing common toilet, so that the aim of saving water is fulfilled.
