Background
With the deep development of urban construction, shield tunnel engineering is developed from subway rail traffic construction to underground three-dimensional traffic, electric power and gas, water supply and drainage urban pipe network engineering and other multifunctional purposes. Extending from a single standardized-path rail-crossing shield tunnel to more and more multipurpose non-standard-path tunnels. In order to adapt to the construction of the non-standard drift diameter tunnel shield project, the models and specifications of matched construction equipment and materials are more and more complicated, how to simplify, standardize and modularize material storage, and the value of the material storage is maximized through resource sharing and exchange, so that the method is a new subject and a new challenge brought to enterprises by engineering construction.
As shown in fig. 1, the widely used narrow-gauge floor sleeper at present adopts an integrated floor sleeper a, which is portable and safer and more reliable in operation compared with the overhead sleepers adopted by rail transport vehicles such as early Shanghai subway No. 1 and No. 2 shield tunnels and the like; however, the bottom surface of the designed sleeper is required to be consistent with the pipe diameter curvature of a constructed tunnel, so that the adaptability to non-standard shield tunnel construction is poor, and when the sleeper is used for tunnel construction with inconsistent pipe diameter curvature, the sleeper structure is easy to be stressed, broken and damaged, and even causes the occurrence of locomotive derailment accidents. In order to achieve and meet the aim of construction applicability of the ground sleeper in various tunnel drift diameters, a novel ground sleeper for the shield tunnel rail transport vehicle needs to be designed.

The invention provides a floor sleeper for a shield tunnel rail transport vehicle, which is a turnover material member more suitable for various medium and small tunnel drift diameters through resource sharing and exchange.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a ground sleeper for a shield tunnel rail transport vehicle adopts a three-section assembly split mounting type structure, a hinge base with adjustable height is arranged in the middle, rocker arms on two sides are connected with the middle hinge base through pin shafts, and after the rocker arms are compacted with a tunnel segment contact base, the consistent level of a rail tread is ensured through the height adjustment of the middle hinge base.
Furthermore, the distance between the contact point of the rocker arm rod and the tunnel segment is slightly larger than the distance between the longitudinal axis of the light rail and the axis of the tunnel, so that the rocker arm rod always inclines towards the central axis of the tunnel when being stressed, and the sleeper hinged support is more stable.
Furthermore, the height adjustment of the hinged support is realized by adopting a central screw rod mechanism and is used for a small shield tunnel or a medium-sized drift diameter tunnel with smaller load of a transport locomotive.

Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings are intended to illustrate the invention, but not to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the ground sleeper for the shield tunnel rail transport vehicle of the invention changes the integral one-piece sleeper into a three-section hinged structure, and changes the contact with the arc surface of the tunnel segment into a linear three-point contact, although the local stress is increased, the structural geometric dimension, the processing cost, the consumable material and the like of the sleeper are slightly increased, the applicability is greatly improved, and the cost performance is higher. The three-section hinged structure comprises two rocker arms 1 and a hinged support 2. The two rocker arms 1 are hinged together through a hinged support 2, wherein the hinged support 2 is a hinged support with the middle arranged with adjustable height. Rubber shock-absorbing pads 3 are arranged at the contact positions of the two rocker arms 1 and the pipe diameter tunnel.

The height adjustment of the hinged support 2 can be realized by adopting two methods, and is preferably realized by adopting a central screw mechanism in a small shield tunnel or a medium drift diameter tunnel with smaller load of a transport locomotive, as shown in (a) in fig. 4 and (b) in fig. 7; the central screw rod mechanism comprises a hinged support bottom plate 5 and a central adjustable screw rod 6, the hinged support bottom plate 5 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the hinged support 2, and the middle of the hinged support bottom plate is connected with the central adjustable screw rod 6 penetrating out of the top of the hinged support 2 through threads. The load of the transportation locomotive is larger in a medium-large tunnel, the height of the transportation locomotive is adjusted by adopting a plurality of groups of adjusting gaskets 5, the adjusting gasket 5 at the bottommost part is an arc-shaped gasket 8, the radian of the arc-shaped gasket 8 is the same as the curvature of the construction tunnel, and a rubber pad 9 is pasted on the arc-shaped surface of the arc-shaped gasket 8, as shown in (b) in fig. 4 and (a) in fig. 7.
