In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," "contacting," and "communicating" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
The existing roller type drying equipment can continuously roll clothes when drying underwear, and the underwear is easy to squeeze and deform; meanwhile, moisture at the thicker part of the underwear material is difficult to dry, too long drying time also easily leads to excessive drying at the thinner part of the underwear material, and the underwear material is damaged and deformed. Therefore, the embodiment provides a washing machine drying control method capable of drying underwear efficiently and uniformly. The method comprises the following control processes: fixing underwear to be dried on a clothes support, driving the clothes support to rotate at a first rotation speed, and enabling clothes to rotate along with the clothes support in a drying airflow to carry out drying treatment; the embodiment helps to throw out the water in the underwear by fixing the underwear to be dried on the optional clothes rack and controlling the rotation of the clothes rack during the drying process.
When the drying treatment reaches the preset drying degree of clothes, the intermittent operation of a heater for providing heat of the drying air flow is controlled, so that the cooling and heating of the drying air flow are alternately changed within a preset temperature range;
and controlling the clothes support to rotate at a second rotating speed during the heating period and rotate at a third rotating speed during the cooling period during the alternating change of cooling and heating of the drying air flow in a preset temperature range, wherein the first rotating speed is less than or equal to the second rotating speed and less than or equal to the third rotating speed.
Further optionally, when the drying process reaches the preset drying degree of the laundry, the method includes: acquiring the air outlet temperature of the drying air flow; when the temperature of the air outlet rises to the first set temperature, a fan for providing the drying air flow and a heater for providing heat of the drying air flow are controlled to intermittently operate, so that the temperature of the drying air flow is maintained within a set temperature range until the first set time is reached.
Further alternatively, the intermittent operation of the heater for providing heat to the drying air flow is controlled to alternately change the temperature of the drying air flow within a preset temperature range, including
Acquiring the air outlet temperature of the drying air flow;
when the temperature of the air outlet rises to a second set temperature, the heater is controlled to stop running, and cold air is supplied to the clothes support; when the temperature of the air outlet is reduced to a third set temperature, hot air is provided for the clothes support, and the clothes support is circulated in such a way that the temperature of the drying air flow is maintained in a preset temperature range; wherein the first set temperature is less than the second set temperature, and the third set temperature is less than the second set temperature.
Further alternatively, when the temperature of the air outlet is reduced to a third set temperature, the hot air is supplied into the clothes rack, including
When the air outlet temperature is reduced to the third set temperature, the second set time is prolonged, hot air is conveyed into the clothes support, and the clothes support is controlled to rotate at the second rotating speed.
Further optionally, the preset drying degree of the clothes is reached when the air outlet temperature of the drying air flow is detected to reach the set drying temperature, and/or the water content of the underwear is lower than the set water content.
When the underwear is dried, the underwear is hung and fixed on the clothes support for drying, so that the underwear cannot be mutually extruded in the drying process, and clothes are prevented from being deformed and damaged. The drying process comprises the following steps: starting a drying fan, starting a drying heater, conveying hot air into the clothes support, and controlling the clothes support to rotate at a certain rotating speed; in the underwear drying process, firstly, a preheating stage is carried out, a drying fan is started in the preheating stage, a drying heater is started, hot air is introduced into a clothes support, the clothes support is controlled to rotate at a certain rotating speed, and when the set drying time or the set drying temperature is reached, the underwear drying stage is carried out. After entering the drying stage, the clothes support rotates at a fourth rotating speed V4, and the rotating speed V4 can be the same as or larger than the rotating speed of the preheating stage so as to accelerate the speed of taking away the moisture in the underwear by the hot air.
Acquiring the air outlet temperature of the clothes support, and intermittently feeding hot air to the clothes support when the air outlet temperature is increased to a first set temperature T1 so as to maintain the temperature of the drying air flow within a set temperature range until the set drying time T1 is reached; the process is a heat preservation process of a drying stage, the temperature of a drying air flow is controlled in a certain temperature range in the heat preservation process, the damage to clothes caused by overhigh temperature in a clothes support is prevented, specifically, when the temperature of air outlet rises to a first set temperature T1, a drying heater and a drying fan are turned off, air supply to the clothes support is stopped, when the temperature of air outlet falls to a fourth set temperature, the drying heater and the drying fan are turned on, hot air is restored to be conveyed to the clothes support, the purpose of heat preservation is achieved by circulation, and damage to the clothes caused by overhigh temperature rise is avoided.
And after the first set time t1 is reached, the heat preservation stage is ended, and the deep drying stage is started. In the deep drying stage, a drying heater and a drying fan are started, hot air is conveyed into a clothes support, and the clothes support is controlled to rotate at a V1 rotating speed; the V1 rotating speed can be the same as or larger than the V4 rotating speed in the heat preservation stage so as to accelerate the speed of the hot air to take away the moisture in the underwear.
And continuously acquiring the air outlet temperature of the clothes support, and alternately supplying cold and hot air to the clothes support when the air outlet temperature is increased to the set temperature T2 until the condition that the drying is finished is reached, wherein T2 is more than T1. Specifically, when the temperature of the air outlet rises to a set temperature T2, the drying heater is turned off, the fan is maintained to run, and cold air is conveyed into the clothes support; when the air outlet temperature is reduced to a third set temperature T3, the drying heater is started to convey hot air into the clothes support, and the clothes support is circulated. Deep drying control is set at the later stage of the drying stage, and water in the deep part of the thick and heavy part of the clothes is separated out alternately through cold and hot air, so that the drying efficiency is improved. The surface of the clothes is basically dried in the later stage of the drying stage, but the interior of the thick and heavy part of the underwear still has high-temperature moisture which is difficult to dry. At this time, the cold air is introduced to enable the surface temperature of the clothes to suddenly drop, so that the difference between the inner temperature and the outer temperature is formed, the high-temperature moisture easily seeps out of the low-temperature surface from the inside, and the thick part is more easily dried.
When the temperature of the air outlet rises to the set temperature T2, the clothes support is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed of V2, and V2 is more than or equal to V1. The rotating speed of the clothes support is improved along with the reduction of the water content of clothes, so that the cooling speed can be improved, and the water content of the thick and heavy part of the underwear is fully separated out.
When the air outlet temperature is reduced to a third set temperature T3, the drying heater is started to convey hot air into the clothes support after the second set time T2 is prolonged, and the clothes support is controlled to rotate at the V2 rotating speed. When the temperature is reduced to a third set temperature T3, the surface of the clothes is cooled, internal moisture is fully separated out to the surface after time delay T2, hot air is re-introduced at the moment, the moisture on the surface of the clothes is taken away by the hot air, and the purpose of drying is achieved through circulation.
Further alternatively, when the air outlet temperature is increased to the first set temperature T1, the clothes support is controlled to rotate at a fourth rotating speed V4, and when the air outlet temperature is reduced to the fourth set temperature T4, the clothes support is controlled to rotate at a fifth V5 rotating speed, V5 is less than or equal to V4 and operates at a lower rotating speed, so that heat loss is prevented from being excessively fast
Further alternatively, after the underwear drying enters the drying stage, the underwear drying includes a heat-preserving stage and a deep drying stage that are sequentially performed, and specifically referring to fig. 11 and 12, the steps include:
s1, conveying hot air into a clothes support, and controlling the clothes support to rotate at a V4 rotating speed;
s2, acquiring the air outlet temperature of the drying air flow; judging whether the temperature of the air outlet rises to a first set temperature T1, if so, entering S3;
s3, stopping blowing air into the clothes support, and controlling the clothes support to rotate at a fifth rotating speed, wherein V5 is less than or equal to V4;
s4, judging whether the temperature of the air outlet is reduced to a fourth set temperature T4, if so, entering S5; if the judgment result is negative, returning to the step S3;
s5, judging whether the drying time reaches a first set time t1, if so, entering S6, and entering a deep drying stage; if not, returning to S1;
s6, after entering a deep drying stage, conveying hot air into the clothes support, and controlling the clothes support to rotate at a first rotation speed V1;
s7, acquiring the air outlet temperature of the drying air flow; judging whether the temperature of the air outlet rises to a second set temperature T2, if so, entering S8, if not, returning to S6;
s8, cold air is conveyed into the clothes support, the clothes support is controlled to rotate at a V2 rotating speed, and V2 is more than or equal to V1;
s9, judging whether the temperature of the air outlet is reduced to a third set temperature T3, if so, prolonging the second set time T2, and then entering S10; if not, returning to S8;
s10, judging whether a drying end condition is reached, if so, ending the drying; and (6) returning to S6 if the judgment result is negative.
The embodiment also provides washing and drying integrated equipment adopting the drying method, as shown in fig. 1-10.
The washing and drying integrated device of the embodiment can dry the first washing area and the second washing area simultaneously, can share a drying system while guaranteeing that the two washing areas can be washed independently, and simplifies the structure of the whole machine. And through setting up the air outlet in the bottom, can prolong dry hot-blast circulation path, promote the stoving effect, avoid the washing water to flow out through the air outlet through the setting in extension wind channel again, guarantee that stoving and washing operation all can normally go on. The invention is described below in connection with specific embodiments:
