The vest outline and the neckline edge are woven by thin tissues, so that the cloth cover is smooth, the warp-knitted single-layer fabric is high in elasticity, the edge is easy to curl after being stretched, and a layer of bonding tissues is added at the outline and the neckline thin tissue edge, so that the edge of the surface layer and the inner layer is sewn, and the edge of the garment is prevented from curling.
The double-layer warp-knitted sports underwear prepared by the embodiment has a specific double-layer structure, and is three-dimensionally rich in layering effect due to the fact that the jacquard solid tissue, the mesh tissue, the thin tissue and the bonding tissue are combined and matched, the outer layer and the inner layer of the chest are layered in the knitting process, and the outer layer and the inner layer of other parts are bonded, so that the shaping performance of the underwear is improved, and meanwhile edge curling after cutting is prevented; the inner lining can be directly added after the inner lining of the lower chest is cut from the cutting line, and the underwear does not need to be worn during exercise, so that the production efficiency is high.

the vest has a surface layer structure and an inner layer structure, the surface layer and the two inner layers at the chest position are not bonded, and the tissues of the surface layer and the inner layer at the other parts except the chest position are the same and are bonded into a piece through the bonded tissues;
the chest positions comprise a surface layer lower chest position, a surface layer upper chest position and an inner layer chest position;
the chest position under the surface layer is a flower type pattern formed by interweaving dense tissues and thin tissues;
the chest position on the surface layer uses dense tissue, mesh tissue and thin tissue to weave a flower type hollowed pattern;
the inner layer breast position adopts mesh tissue and thin tissue to weave alternately.
2. The double-layered warp-knitted sport vest of claim 1, wherein hollowed-out patterns are alternately knitted with a thin weave, a mesh weave and an adhesive weave at positions below the shoulder position of the front part and excluding the chest.

The double-layered warp-knitted sport vest of claim 1, wherein a 5cm long grid of hole tissue is used as the cut marking line above the inner layer chest position, a ring of three-grid dense tissue is added around the cut marking line, and a chest pad can be placed in the interlayer between the surface layer chest position and the inner layer chest position after the marking line is cut.

The double-layer warp-knitted sport vest of claim 1, wherein the side position of the back piece is encrypted by adopting dense tissue, thin tissue and adhesive tissue without hollow priming design; the middle position of the back piece adopts hollow bottoming, dense tissues form a flower type outline, the inside of the flower type adopts thin tissues and mesh tissues to interweave to enable the flower type to have layers, and the hollow bottoming adopts the mesh tissues and bonding tissues to alternately weave.
5. The double-layered warp-knitted sport vest of claim 1, wherein the overall contoured periphery of the vest is cut out of mesh tissue.
6. The double-layer warp-knitted sport vest of claim 1, wherein the side seams joining the front and back panels are located on the back.
7. The double-layer warp-knitted sport vest of claim 1, wherein said vest contour and said neck opening edge are knitted with a soft tissue and a layer of adhesive tissue is applied to said contour and said neck opening soft tissue edge.

A process for manufacturing a double warp knitted sport vest according to any one of claims 1 to 7, using a double needle bar warp knitting machine on which are arranged, in the counterclockwise direction, the ground bar GB2, the Jacquard bars JB3.1, JB3.2 of the front needle bar and the Jacquard bars JB4.1, JB4.2, the ground bar GB5, JB3.1 and JB3.2, which are located on the rear needle bar, which together form a first split Jacquard bar, JB4.1 and JB4.2, which together form a second split Jacquard bar,
