技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料。
背景技术
蚕丝被具有重量轻,纤维长,保暖好,透气好,被称为褥中的精品,床上之极品,近年来人们对蚕丝被的研究也不断增加,如负离子蚕丝被等产品纷纷进入人们生活。由于蚕丝具有吸汗性、保暖性、抗菌性的优点,因此使用蚕丝制作成的蚕丝被很受广大消费者的青睐。
然而,目前现有所使用的蚕丝被纱布面料大都以缝制成品面料为主,其主要的加工方式是:成品面料通过开裁,缝制加工制作完成;但缝制加工过程中存在费时费力、面料的利用率较低、浪费了较大的制造原料以及人工成本的问题;而且现有的蚕丝被主要用来做蚕丝被,性能单一,在长时间使用后韧性变的较差,而且也使得蚕丝被面料的蓬松度较低,带给人体的舒适性较差。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料。
本发明提出的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,包括蚕丝被纱布面料本体,所述蚕丝被纱布面料本体包括有面料里基层以及位于面料里基层上方和下方的面料外覆层,所述面料外覆层与面料里基层之间编织有螺旋缠绕丝线,且螺旋缠绕丝线以螺旋波浪形结构交替贯穿于面料里基层;
所述螺旋缠绕丝线拱形部位的内侧与面料里基层之间形成有第一空隙,位于第一空隙内的面料里基层与螺旋缠绕丝线之间编织有横向设置的弹力丝,相邻两个螺旋缠绕丝线之间形成有第二空隙,所述第二空隙内编织有横向设置的波浪丝,且波浪丝交替贯穿于螺旋缠绕丝线;
所述面料里基层由采用桑蚕丝为经线、以及人造丝与棉纤维丝的捻线为纬线原料编织而成,且面料里基层的经密为110-125根/厘米,面料里基层纬密为50-65根/厘米;所述面料里基层包括以下百分比量份的原料:桑蚕丝55-75%、人造丝20-35%、棉纤维丝10-15%;
所述面料外覆层由采用金丝蚕生产的蚕丝纱为经线、以及由采用天然雨露麻、棉麻纤维、天丝、鹅绒毛为原料混纤织成的混纤丝为纬线混编而成;所述面料外覆层的经密为115-130根/厘米,面料外覆层纬密为55-62根/厘米;
所述面料外覆层包括以下百分比量份的原料:蚕丝纱55-65%、天然雨露麻5-15%、棉麻纤维10-15%、天丝8-15%、鹅绒毛5-10%。
优选的,所述蚕丝被纱布面料本体中所包含的面料外覆层、面料里基层、螺旋缠绕丝线、弹力丝以及波浪丝均通过织造一体化编织而成。
优选的,所述蚕丝被纱布面料本体的一端设有开口,且开口处设置有拉链。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,改变了现有蚕丝被纱布面料通过开裁并以缝制成品面料为主的加工方式,本发明整体上通过织造一体化直接完成,节省了缝制环节,更节省了人工成本和资源;这样通过织造解决了缝制费时费力的问题,增加了面料的利用率,减少了浪费;
2、本发明中,通过设置螺旋缠绕丝线有利于使成品柔软而又富有弹性,使面料具备更高的柔软度和弹性,也有利于带给人体较佳的舒适性;通过设置第一空隙和第二空隙,能够使面料保持一定的蓬松度;而且弹力丝和螺旋缠绕丝线、波浪丝本身具有较强的弹性和韧性,能够进一步使得蓬松度更为持久反复,从而使得面料成品具有较好的弹性结构的强度;另外螺旋缠绕丝线为螺旋交错设置,使其备更高的抗撕扯和抗延伸能力,进一步提高面料的韧性和使用寿命;
3、本发明中,还通过添加天然雨露麻,提高了透气性能;并且通过添加天丝,可以使得手感柔软,悬垂性好,可以大大改善整个面料的手感,给人们带来更佳的体验感。

众所周知,天然雨露麻,具有吸汗、透气性良好和不易霉变,抗脏污,散湿快,亚麻织品尺寸稳定,对人体无害等显著特点。而天丝是一种木浆纤维,原料为天然材质,经过物理处理过程;保留了棉的透气、化纤的强度、真丝的光泽;具有柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿、素雅光泽,防螨抗静电、耐用性强、弹性好、不易起皱、便于打理洗涤等优点。

Claims (8)

1.一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,包括蚕丝被纱布面料本体,其特征在于,所述蚕丝被纱布面料本体包括有面料里基层(2)以及位于面料里基层(2)上方和下方的面料外覆层(1),所述面料外覆层(1)与面料里基层(2)之间编织有螺旋缠绕丝线(3),且螺旋缠绕丝线(3)以螺旋波浪形结构交替贯穿于面料里基层(2);
所述螺旋缠绕丝线(3)拱形部位的内侧与面料里基层(2)之间形成有第一空隙(5),位于第一空隙(5)内的面料里基层(2)与螺旋缠绕丝线(3)之间编织有横向设置的弹力丝(6),相邻两个螺旋缠绕丝线(3)之间形成有第二空隙(7),所述第二空隙(7)内编织有横向设置的波浪丝(4),且波浪丝(4)交替贯穿于螺旋缠绕丝线(3);
所述面料里基层(2)由采用桑蚕丝为经线、以及人造丝与棉纤维丝的捻线为纬线原料编织而成,且面料里基层(2)的经密为110-125根/厘米,面料里基层(2)纬密为50-65根/厘米;所述面料里基层(2)包括以下百分比量份的原料:桑蚕丝55-75%、人造丝20-35%、棉纤维丝10-15%;
所述面料外覆层(1)由采用金丝蚕生产的蚕丝纱为经线、以及由采用天然雨露麻、棉麻纤维、天丝、鹅绒毛为原料混纤织成的混纤丝为纬线混编而成;所述面料外覆层(1)的经密为115-130根/厘米,面料外覆层(1)纬密为55-62根/厘米;
所述面料外覆层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:蚕丝纱55-65%、天然雨露麻5-15%、棉麻纤维10-15%、天丝8-15%、鹅绒毛5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,其特征在于,所述蚕丝被纱布面料本体中所包含的面料外覆层(1)、面料里基层(2)、螺旋缠绕丝线(3)、弹力丝(6)以及波浪丝(4)均通过织造一体化编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,其特征在于,所述蚕丝被纱布面料本体的一端设有开口,且开口处设置有拉链。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,其特征在于,所述面料外覆层(1)、面料里基层(2)的重量比为1:0.75-0.9。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,其特征在于,所述面料里基层(2)的经密为115-125根/厘米,面料里基层(2)纬密为55-65根/厘米;所述面料里基层(2)包括以下百分比量份的原料:桑蚕丝58-75%、人造丝20-32%、棉纤维丝10-13%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,其特征在于,所述面料里基层(2)的经密为115根/厘米,面料里基层(2)纬密为55根/厘米;所述面料里基层(2)包括以下百分比量份的原料:桑蚕丝70%、人造丝20%、棉纤维丝10%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,其特征在于,所述面料外覆层(1)的经密为120-130根/厘米,面料外覆层(1)纬密为55-60根/厘米;所述面料外覆层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:蚕丝纱57-65%、天然雨露麻6-15%、棉麻纤维10-14%、天丝10-15%、鹅绒毛5-10%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种织造一体化蚕丝被纱布面料,其特征在于,所述面料外覆层(1)的经密为130根/厘米,面料外覆层(1)纬密为55根/厘米;所述面料外覆层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:蚕丝纱65%、天然雨露麻10%、棉麻纤维10%、天丝10%、鹅绒毛5%。
