背景技术
目前市场上凉感面料主要以涤纶面料为主,而以尼龙面料为对象的比较少。尼龙具有较好的耐磨性及稳定性,近两年来在夏季家纺面料方面应用较多,其主要存在手感干涩、硬挺、吸湿排汗效果差,并且不透气,无法体验到凉爽舒适的感觉。如凉感尼龙云母面料虽然凉感性能较好,但是吸湿排汗性能较差,缺乏基本的服用性能,并且现有面料的整体手感以及透气性能也较差,难以到达较佳的体验感。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料。
本发明提出的一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,包括亲肤面层、吸湿通气面层和摩擦面层,且亲肤面层、吸湿通气面层和摩擦面层由上向下依次通过混合坊线编制连接;
所述亲肤面层包括以下百分比量份的原料:棉纤维45-65%、凉感尼龙丝5-15%、薄荷纤维25-45%、冰贝纤维15-25%;
其亲肤面层制备工艺如下:
首先,分别将亲肤面层百分比中的:45-65%棉纤维捻合呈4-6支纱线;将5-15%凉感尼龙丝捻合呈1-2支纱线;将25-45%薄荷纤维捻合呈2-3支纱线;将25-45%冰贝纤维捻合呈1-2支纱线;
其次,将其中4-6支棉纤维纱线分为两份,每份2-3支棉纤维纱线;
然后,将每份2-3支棉纤维纱线分别与1-2支凉感尼龙丝纱线、2-3支薄荷纤维纱线、1-2支冰贝纤维纱线进行交替混编而成;

所述摩擦面层主要由3-8支斜聚合坊线作为基底通过捻合后编制而成,并随后机械摩擦起绒成型。

进一步地,所述吸湿通气面层(2)包括以下百分比量份的原料:天然雨露麻15-55%、天丝15-30%、聚酯纤维27-35%、棉麻纤维30-35%、聚合坊线5-8%。
进一步地,所述摩擦面层(3)面料中的斜聚合坊线的具体倾斜角度为30℃。
实施例二
本发明提出了一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,包括亲肤面层(1)、吸湿通气面层(2)和摩擦面层(3),且亲肤面层(1)、吸湿通气面层(2)和摩擦面层(3)由上向下依次通过混合坊线编制连接;
所述亲肤面层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:棉纤维45%、凉感尼龙丝15%、薄荷纤维25%、冰贝纤维25%;
其亲肤面层(1)制备工艺如下:
首先,分别将亲肤面层(1)百分比中的:45%棉纤维捻合呈4支纱线;将15%凉感尼龙丝捻合呈1支纱线;将25%薄荷纤维捻合呈2支纱线;将25%冰贝纤维捻合呈2支纱线;
其次,将其中4支棉纤维纱线分为两份,每份2支棉纤维纱线;
然后,将每份2支棉纤维纱线分别与1支凉感尼龙丝纱线、2支薄荷纤维纱线、2支冰贝纤维纱线进行交替混编而成;
所述吸湿通气面层(2)包括以下百分比量份的原料:天然雨露麻15-55%、天丝15-35%、聚酯纤维25-35%、棉麻纤维25-35%、聚合坊线3-8%;
其吸湿通气面层(2)制备工艺如下:
首先,将吸湿通气面层(2)中的35-55%天然雨露麻捻合呈5-6支纱线;将15-35%天丝捻合呈2-3支纱线;将25-35%聚酯纤维、25-35%棉麻纤维、3-8%聚合坊线捻合呈4-6支纱线;
其次,将5-6支天然雨露麻纱线与2-3支天丝纱线混捻成2-3支含有天然雨露麻、天丝的混纺纱线;
然后,将2-3支含有天然雨露麻、天丝的混纺纱线与4-6支含有聚酯纤维、棉麻纤维、聚合坊线的纱线进行混编而成;
所述摩擦面层(3)主要由3-8支斜聚合坊线作为基底通过捻合后编制而成,并随后机械摩擦起绒成型。
进一步地,所述亲肤面层(1)面料的经纬密度为128×68。
进一步地,所述吸湿通气面层(2)面料的经纬密度为64×68,且吸湿通气面层(2)上设置有吸湿通气通道,且吸湿通气通道呈“口”圆状。
进一步地,所述吸湿通气面层(2)各个混纺纱线之间织成的面料为“S”捻向纱与“工”捻向纱交替排列。
进一步地,所述摩擦面层(3)面料中的斜聚合坊线的具体倾斜角度为40℃。
实施例三
本实例中相较于上述两个实例中的区别如下:

进一步地,所述亲肤面层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:棉纤维50%、凉感尼龙丝5%、薄荷纤维25%、冰贝纤维15%;

首先,分别将亲肤面层(1)百分比中的:50%棉纤维捻合呈4支纱线;将5%凉感尼龙丝捻合呈1支纱线;将25%薄荷纤维捻合呈2支纱线;将15%冰贝纤维捻合呈1支纱线;
其次,将其中4支棉纤维纱线分为两份,每份2支棉纤维纱线;
然后,将每份2支棉纤维纱线分别与1支凉感尼龙丝纱线、2支薄荷纤维纱线、1支冰贝纤维纱线进行交替混编而成。
进一步地,所述吸湿通气面层(2)面料的经纬密度为48×68,且吸湿通气面层(2)上设置有吸湿通气通道,且吸湿通气通道呈“口”圆状。
进一步地,所述摩擦面层(3)面料中的斜聚合坊线的具体倾斜角度为45℃。
众所周知,天然雨露麻,具有吸汗、透气性良好和不易霉变,抗脏污,散湿快,亚麻织品尺寸稳定,对人体无害等显著特点。而天丝是一种木浆纤维,原料为天然材质,经过物理处理过程;保留了棉的透气、化纤的强度、真丝的光泽;具有柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿、素雅光泽,防螨抗静电、耐用性强、弹性好、不易起皱、便于打理洗涤等优点。
而亲肤面层(1)面料成分中的棉纤维、凉感尼龙丝、薄荷纤维、冰贝纤维,具有亲肤天然凉感的功能效果,进一步增加体验感。
对实施例一至实施例三制得的多服用性能的天然凉感面料,对比常规的凉感面料,实验数据如下表所示:

由上述表格可知,本发明提出的具有明显提高,且实施例二为最佳实施例。
本发明中提供的一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,通过改善吸湿排汗性能调整面料成分,增加了天然雨露麻,不仅大大提高了吸湿排汗性能,还提高了透气性能;并且通过添加天丝,可以使得手感柔软,悬垂性好,可以大大改善整个面料的手感,同时设置摩擦面层,可以使得起绒效果比传统的磨毛布更细腻,有利于使得整个面料到达更佳的体验感,同时使得服用性能更佳。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,其特征在于,包括亲肤面层(1)、吸湿通气面层(2)和摩擦面层(3),且亲肤面层(1)、吸湿通气面层(2)和摩擦面层(3)由上向下依次通过混合坊线编制连接;
所述亲肤面层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:棉纤维45-65%、凉感尼龙丝5-15%、薄荷纤维25-45%、冰贝纤维15-25%;
其亲肤面层(1)制备工艺如下:
首先,分别将亲肤面层(1)百分比中的:45-65%棉纤维捻合呈4-6支纱线;将5-15%凉感尼龙丝捻合呈1-2支纱线;将25-45%薄荷纤维捻合呈2-3支纱线;将25-45%冰贝纤维捻合呈1-2支纱线;
其次,将其中4-6支棉纤维纱线分为两份,每份2-3支棉纤维纱线;
然后,将每份2-3支棉纤维纱线分别与1-2支凉感尼龙丝纱线、2-3支薄荷纤维纱线、1-2支冰贝纤维纱线进行交替混编而成;
所述吸湿通气面层(2)包括以下百分比量份的原料:天然雨露麻15-55%、天丝15-35%、聚酯纤维25-35%、棉麻纤维25-35%、聚合坊线3-8%;
其吸湿通气面层(2)制备工艺如下:
首先,将吸湿通气面层(2)中的35-55%天然雨露麻捻合呈5-6支纱线;将15-35%天丝捻合呈2-3支纱线;将25-35%聚酯纤维、25-35%棉麻纤维、3-8%聚合坊线捻合呈4-6支纱线;
其次,将5-6支天然雨露麻纱线与2-3支天丝纱线混捻成2-3支含有天然雨露麻、天丝的混纺纱线;
然后,将2-3支含有天然雨露麻、天丝的混纺纱线与4-6支含有聚酯纤维、棉麻纤维、聚合坊线的纱线进行混编而成;
所述摩擦面层(3)主要由3-8支斜聚合坊线作为基底通过捻合后编制而成,并随后机械摩擦起绒成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤面层(1)面料的经纬密度为128×68。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤面层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:棉纤维45-55%、凉感尼龙丝7-15%、薄荷纤维35-45%、冰贝纤维15-25%;
其亲肤面层(1)制备工艺如下:
首先,分别将亲肤面层(1)百分比中的:45-55%棉纤维捻合呈4-5支纱线;将7-15%凉感尼龙丝捻合呈1-2支纱线;将35-45%薄荷纤维捻合呈3-4支纱线;将15-25%冰贝纤维捻合呈1-2支纱线;
其次,将其中4-5支棉纤维纱线分为两份,每份2-3支棉纤维纱线;
然后,将每份2-3支棉纤维纱线分别与1-2支凉感尼龙丝纱线、3-4支薄荷纤维纱线、1-2支冰贝纤维纱线进行交替混编而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤面层(1)包括以下百分比量份的原料:棉纤维45%、凉感尼龙丝5%、薄荷纤维35%、冰贝纤维15%;
其亲肤面层(1)制备工艺如下:
首先,分别将亲肤面层(1)百分比中的:45%棉纤维捻合呈4支纱线;将5%凉感尼龙丝捻合呈1支纱线;将35%薄荷纤维捻合呈3支纱线;将15%冰贝纤维捻合呈2支纱线;

然后,将每份2支棉纤维纱线分别与1支凉感尼龙丝纱线、3支薄荷纤维纱线、2支冰贝纤维纱线进行交替混编而成。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,其特征在于,所述吸湿通气面层(2)各个混纺纱线之间织成的面料为“S”捻向纱与“工”捻向纱交替排列。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多服用性能的天然凉感面料,其特征在于,所述吸湿通气面层(2)包括以下百分比量份的原料:天然雨露麻25-55%、天丝15-30%、聚酯纤维27-35%、棉麻纤维30-35%、聚合坊线5-8%。
