Abstract

本发明公开了一种淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法,所述淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法包括:步骤S1:通过色彩管理系统建立RGB模式色彩与CMYK模式色彩的分色曲线;步骤S2:在分色曲线的基础上减去淀粉食材基色的CMYK值形成差值曲线;步骤S3:调整差值曲线,并将调整后的差值曲线加上淀粉食材基色的CMYK值进行模拟打印;步骤S4:将模拟打印的图像从CMYK模式转换为RGB模式,若显示效果接近,则将调整后的差值曲线应用于淀粉食材的打印,若显示效果差异较大,则回到步骤S3;这种模拟打印的方式较之于实际打印测试的方式,无淀粉食材的浪费,而且对于差异调整的方向明确,能快速的使两种颜色模式建立对应关系,使喷印在淀粉食材表面的图像达到印刷文件的效果。

一种淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法
技术领域
本发明涉及食品打印技术领域,具体涉及一种淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法。
背景技术
色差是印刷领域常见的问题,其影响因素包含有很多种,首先从颜色模式来看,通常我们通过电子屏幕方式看到的图像都是R(red,红色)G(green,绿色)B(blue,蓝色)模式显示的,但是印刷通常都采用的是C(cyan,青色)M(magenta,洋红)Y(yellow,黄色)K(black,黑色)模式,而RGB模式和CMYK模式的色域和呈现方式不同,所以印刷时RGB模式的图像通过CMYK模式印刷出来后都会产生色差,还有,承印物本身的基色、墨水颜色是否标准等也都会限制最终呈现的印刷效果,以淀粉食材的喷墨印刷为例,其通过在食材表面印刷图像赋予食材更多的价值,使消费者能有更好的食用体验,所以在淀粉食材表面的打印就要求其墨水就有可实用性,通常可食用墨水在化学属性上要明显差于非食用墨水的表现,具体表现为可食用墨水的颜色显示不标准,呈现出的颜色色域也比较有限,而且,淀粉食材特有的基色也会对印刷图像造成影响,如果通过直接印刷在淀粉食材表面的方式进行颜色校正将会产生大量的食材浪费,而且难以测试出最接近的颜色效果,所以,如何使喷印在淀粉食材表面的图像达到印刷文件的效果成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法,通过对印刷文件进行颜色算法处理排除淀粉食材的基色影响,之后进行模拟打印并将基色加回以对比喷印效果,最后根据喷印效果对CMYK颜色曲线进行微调,以达到预期的打印效果并模拟喷印确认。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开一种淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法,包括:
步骤S1:通过色彩管理系统建立RGB模式色彩与CMYK模式色彩的分色曲线;
步骤S2:在分色曲线的基础上减去淀粉食材基色的CMYK值形成差值曲线;
步骤S3:调整差值曲线,并将调整后的差值曲线加上淀粉食材基色的CMYK值进行模拟打印;
步骤S4:将模拟打印的图像从CMYK模式转换为RGB模式,若显示效果接近,则将调整后的差值曲线应用于淀粉食材的打印,若显示效果差异较大,则回到步骤S3;
进一步的,步骤S2之前还包括:
步骤S20:通过色彩采集器采集淀粉食材基色的CMYK值;
进一步的,步骤S2中差值对应曲线小于0的部分以0显示;
进一步的,步骤S3中调整差值曲线,包括但不限于调整:色彩明度、色彩饱和度;
本发明的优点在于:通过进行RGB模式于CMYK模式的转换,确定两种颜色模式之间的对应分色曲线,再排除淀粉食材基色本身对印刷效果的影响,即为理论上最终呈现的印刷效果,并根据于最终拟呈现的效果的差距进行调整,之后再把淀粉食材的基色CMYK值加回进行模拟打印,并将CMYK模式转换为RGB模式显示,通过观察模拟打印的最终效果于实际拟呈现的效果进行比对,如果效果无明显差异则可以以此曲线应用于淀粉食材的工业化喷墨打印,若差异比较明显则通过调整差值曲线进一步的优化打印效果,直到打印效果与拟呈现效果接近,这种模拟打印的方式较之于实际打印测试的方式,无淀粉食材的浪费,而且对于差异调整的方向明确,能快速的使两种颜色模式建立对应关系,使喷印在淀粉食材表面的图像达到印刷文件的效果。

实施例
如图1所示,
一种淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法,包括:
步骤S1:通过色彩管理系统建立RGB模式色彩与CMYK模式色彩的分色曲线;
需要说明的是,RGB模式转换为CMYK模式时通常采用ICC(International ColorConsortium,国际色彩协会)的颜色转换标准,可以实现精确的图像显示和输出;
步骤S2:在分色曲线的基础上减去淀粉食材基色的CMYK值形成差值曲线;
需要说明的是,步骤S2还包括:
步骤S20:通过色彩采集器采集淀粉食材基色的CMYK值;
在一具体实施中,色彩采集器采集出淀粉食材的RGB值,并转换为CMYK值;
需要说明的是,颜色无负值,步骤S2中差值对应曲线小于0的部分以0显示;
在一具体实施例中,淀粉食材的基色为:C=9,M=5,Y=20,K=0,而在分色曲线上某点对应的色值为:C=15,M=5,Y=10,K=15,则对应点在差值曲线上的数据应为:C=6,M=0,Y=-10,K=15,但由于颜色无法呈现负值,则将Y=-10将转为Y=0,即Y值以基色呈现,最终对应点在差值曲线上的数据为:C=6,M=0,Y=0,K=15;
步骤S3:调整差值曲线,并将调整后的差值曲线加上淀粉食材基色的CMYK值进行模拟打印;
需要说明的是,步骤S3中调整差值曲线,包括但不限于调整:色彩明度、色彩饱和度;
步骤S4:将模拟打印的图像从CMYK模式转换为RGB模式,若显示效果接近,则将调整后的差值曲线应用于淀粉食材的打印,若显示效果差异较大,则回到步骤S3;
在一具体实施例中,将一拟印刷图像输入喷墨打印系统,并通过调整后的差值曲线进行颜色转换后,喷墨系统在淀粉食材表面进行图像印刷,观察实际的印刷效果,并采集印刷图像的色值标准曲线,根据印刷效果与印刷图像的颜色差异,在色值标准曲线的基础上进行颜色调整,并再次打印以确定打印效果;

1.一种淀粉食材的模拟喷墨打印方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤S1:通过色彩管理系统建立RGB模式色彩与CMYK模式色彩的分色曲线;
步骤S2:在分色曲线的基础上减去淀粉食材基色的CMYK值形成差值曲线;
步骤S3:调整差值曲线,并将调整后的差值曲线加上淀粉食材基色的CMYK值进行模拟打印;
步骤S4:将模拟打印的图像从CMYK模式转换为RGB模式,若显示效果接近,则将调整后的差值曲线应用于淀粉食材的打印,若显示效果差异较大,则回到步骤S3;
所述步骤S2之前还包括:步骤S20:通过色彩采集器采集淀粉食材基色的CMYK值;
所述步骤S2中差值对应曲线小于0的部分以0显示;
所述步骤S3中调整差值曲线,包括但不限于调整:色彩明度、色彩饱和度。
