the first induction wheel (5) is connected with a first adjusting part, two ends of the first adjusting part are respectively connected with a first injection pump (7) and a three-way valve (8), the second induction wheel (6) is connected with a second adjusting part, two ends of the second adjusting part are respectively connected with a second injection pump (9) and the three-way valve (8), the three-way valve (8) is connected with a water supply tank (10), and the first adjusting part and the second adjusting part are both used for adjusting the water quantity passing through the adjusting part;
