Claims (9)
1. The SOD product using roxburgh rose as raw material and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
SOD product components: 70-90 parts of roxburgh rose juice, 50-150 parts of deionized water, 2-8 parts of trehalose, 2-5 parts of royal jelly, 2-5 parts of tea polyphenol, 1-3 parts of citric acid, 1-3 parts of potassium sorbate, 5-15 parts of red date juice, 2-4 parts of sea buckthorn juice, 10-14 parts of sugar and 3-5 parts of donkey-hide gelatin.
2. The method for preparing SOD product with Rosa roxburghii Tratt as raw material according to claim 1, wherein the SOD product comprises: the method comprises the following steps:
raw material treatment: cleaning and screening fresh roxburgh rose, putting the fresh roxburgh rose into a crusher for crushing, and then squeezing the crushed roxburgh rose by a squeezing device to separate juice from juice residues to obtain roxburgh rose juice;
and (3) sterilization treatment: sterilizing fructus Rosae Normalis juice, fructus Jujubae juice and fructus Hippophae juice in a sterilizing device for 15-30 min;
mixing treatment: sequentially pouring the succus Rosae Normalis, Lac Regis Apis, colla Corii Asini, deionized water, fructus Jujubae juice and fructus Hippophae juice into a mixing device, and mixing for 5-10 min; mixing, and standing for 10-20 min; sequentially pouring tea polyphenols, citric acid, potassium sorbate, trehalose and sugar into the mixing device, and mixing for 10-15 min; simultaneously cooling the mixing device to keep the temperature of the mixed liquid in the mixing device below fifty ℃;
filling and storing: sterilizing the prepared mixed solution by a sterilizing device; and filling the mixed solution into a storage bottle through a filling device, and finally conveying the storage bottle to the interior of a refrigeration house for storage, wherein the temperature in the refrigeration house is below zero, so that the preparation of the SOD product can be completed.

The SOD product prepared from Rosa roxburghii Tratt as the raw material and its preparation method as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the sterilization device is a pulse electric field sterilization device, can perform cold sterilization on the mixed liquid, avoids the phenomenon that the sterilization temperature is higher and the quality of the mixed liquid is influenced, and improves the sterilization efficiency.
