有利地可以规定,所述纵向壁和所述横向壁一体地形成为壳体轮廓。壳体轮廓可以例如通过挤压制造。所述壳体另外可以包括两个盖板,所述两个盖板横向于所述高度方向对外定界所述壳体,并且连接到所述壳体轮廓。例如,盖板可以焊接或螺纹连接或胶粘到壳体轮廓上。取决于盖板的布置,盖板在壳体中形成底部和盖。因此,壳体可以在所有侧面上对外定界,并且因此可以将相应的电池组牢固地容纳在壳体中。
有利地可以规定,壳体由诸如例如压铸件的铸件形成。在此,壳体的纵向壁和横向壁可以与壳体的底部一体地形成为壳体部分。另外,所述壳体可以包括盖板,所述盖板横向于所述高度方向对外定界所述壳体部分,并且连接到所述壳体部分。壳体部分和盖板可以一起或单独由诸如例如压铸件的铸件形成。

有利地,蓄电池可以包括多个电池组和多个横向壁。然后,每个电池组布置在纵向方向上彼此相继的两个横向壁之间并且以热传递方式贴靠在它们上。在此,单独的横向壁各自横向于纵向方向并且彼此平行地对准。然后,位于外部的两个横向壁对外横向于纵向方向定界所述壳体,并且其余的横向壁布置在壳体的内部空间内。通过其余的横向壁,内部空间被分成多个单独的空间,其中在相应的单独的空间中各自容纳多个电池组中的一个。有利地,用于控制蓄电池或多个电池组的电子单元也可以容纳在单独空间中的一个中。内部空间内的横向壁另外使蓄电池的壳体变硬,以使得壳体具有更好的碰撞性能。
有利地可以规定,所述冷却装置以整个表面区域位于所述相应的纵向壁上,并且材料结合到所述相应的纵向壁上。因此,冷却装置可以例如摩擦焊接或激光焊接或胶粘或惰性气体焊接到纵向壁上。另外,至少一个冷却通道可以形成在冷却装置中,所述冷却通道朝向相应的纵向壁打开并且通过相应的纵向壁对外部封闭。换句话说,相应的纵向壁被冷却液直接撞击,并且因此,可以改善冷却液和相应的纵向壁之间的热传递。有利地,蓄电池可以包括两个冷却装置,每个冷却装置在外侧以热传递方式贴靠在一个纵向壁上。实际上,然后至少一个电池组与纵向壁中的每一个隔热。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的用于电动车辆或混动车辆的蓄电池1的壳体2的视图。图4示出根据本发明的蓄电池1的壳体2的剖视图。在壳体2中,定义了彼此垂直地对准的纵向方向LR、宽度方向BR和高度方向HR。壳体2包括横向于宽度方向BR对准的两个纵向壁3,并且在该示例性实施例中包括横向于纵向方向LR对准的6个横向壁4。各个横向壁4彼此平行且间隔开地对准。通过横向壁4,蓄电池1的壳体2被加固并且因此而具有更好的碰撞性能。壳体2由位于外部的两个横向壁和两个纵向壁3对外定界。位于内部的四个横向壁4布置在壳体2的内部空间4中,因此,内部空间5被分成彼此相同的四个单独空间6a和更大的单独空间6b。单独空间6a被设置用于容纳电池组,并且单独空间6b被设置用于容纳电子单元。
纵向壁3和横向壁4一体地形成为挤压的壳体轮廓8。实际上,壳体轮廓8由导热材料(例如金属)制成。另外,壳体2包括两个盖板7a和7b,所述两个盖板7a和7b横向于高度方向HR对外定界该壳体2。为了清楚起见,在图1中示出了没有盖板7a的壳体1。盖板7a和7b连接到壳体轮廓8,并且例如可以被焊接或螺纹连接或胶合到壳体轮廓8。盖板7a和7b彼此相同,并且在壳体2中形成盖子和底部。具有一体的壳体轮廓8并且具有相同的盖板7a和7b的壳体2以特别简单且成本有效的方式构造。
另外,在该示例性实施例中,蓄电池1包括两个相同的冷却装置9,冷却液可流过每个冷却装置。相应的冷却装置9在外侧以其整个表面区域以热传递方式贴靠在相应的纵向壁3上,并且仅在单独的空间6a上延伸。冷却装置9材料结合到相应的纵向壁3上,并且可以摩擦焊接或激光焊接或胶粘到纵向壁上。在相应的冷却装置9中形成冷却通道10,冷却液在所述冷却通道10中从相应的纵向壁3上的入口11a被引导到出口11b。
图2示出具有电池组12的壳体2的视图。图3示出具有容纳的电池组12中的一个的壳体2的分解图。在该示例性实施例中,蓄电池1包括分别容纳在单独的空间6a中的总共四个电池组12。因此,相应的电池组12布置在纵向壁3之间以及在纵向方向LR上彼此相继的两个横向壁4之间。在此,相应的电池组12包括在堆叠方向ST上堆叠的多个单独电池13。在该示例性实施例中,堆叠方向ST对应于壳体2的宽度方向BR。因此,单独电池横向于宽度方向BR对准。
参考图3,相应的电池组12被容纳在由绝热材料、例如塑料或塑料泡沫制成的支撑保持架14中。在此,支撑保持架14包括彼此相对定位的两个保持架纵向壁15,其面对壳体2的相应的纵向壁3。另外,支撑保持架14包括彼此相对定位的两个保持架横向壁16,其面对壳体2的相应的横向壁4。保持架纵向壁15是封闭的,以使得电池组12的单独电池13与相应的被冷却的纵向壁3隔热。相反,在相应的保持架横向壁16中,形成打开的传热区域17。在保持架横向壁16上,支撑保持架14通过环绕的边缘18,即仅在边缘侧上包绕电池组12。在保持架横向壁16的打开的传热区域17中,布置导热材料的填充板19。可替代地,保持架横向壁16的打开的传热区域17可以填充有导热膏。
参考图4,具有支撑保持架14的电池组12布置在壳体2的相关联的单独的空间6a中。保持架纵向壁15位于相应的被冷却的纵向壁3与电池组12之间或相应的被冷却的纵向壁3与电池组12的单独电池13之间。支撑保持架14及其保持架纵向壁15是隔热的,以使得电池组12或电池组12的单独电池13与相应的被冷却的纵向壁3隔热。保持架横向壁16位于相应的横向壁4与电池组12之间或相应的横向壁4与电池组12的单独电池13之间。保持架横向壁16的传热区域17中的填充板19是导热的,以使得横向壁4导热地连接到电池组12或电池组12的单独电池13。
如图4中的虚线所示,在蓄电池1中,防止了被冷却的纵向壁3与电池组12之间的直接且大表面积的热传递。如图4中的箭头所示,通过横向壁实现热传递。总体上,因此可以防止电池组12的外部单独电池13的过冷,并且实现了电池组12中的单独电池13的均匀且有效的冷却。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车辆的蓄电池(1),
其中所述蓄电池(1)包括壳体(2),所述壳体(2)具有横向于宽度方向(BR)对准的两个纵向壁(3)和横向于纵向方向(LR)对准的至少两个横向壁(4),
其中所述壳体(2)由所述两个纵向壁(3)和所述横向壁(4)中的两个横向壁对外定界,
其中所述蓄电池(1)包括至少一个具有多个单独电池(13)的电池组(12),所述单独电池(13)在堆叠方向(ST)上抵靠彼此堆叠,
其中所述电池组(12)在所述壳体(2)中容纳在所述纵向壁(3)和在所述纵向方向(LR)上彼此相继的所述横向壁(4)之间,并且
其中所述蓄电池(1)包括能够供冷却液流过的至少一个冷却装置(9),所述冷却装置(9)在外侧以热传递方式贴靠在所述纵向壁(3)之一上,
其特征在于,
相应的所述电池组(12)与所述壳体(2)的被冷却的纵向壁(3)隔热并且以热传递方式贴靠在与其相邻的所述横向壁(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,在相应的所述被冷却的纵向壁(3)和所述至少一个电池组(12)之间布置有由绝热材料制成的隔热元件,并且所述隔热元件在一侧贴靠在所述至少一个电池组(12)上,并且在另一侧贴靠在相应的所述被冷却的纵向壁(3)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,
所述隔热元件是隔热板,以使得所述至少一个电池组(12)和相应的所述被冷却的纵向壁(3)之间的区域被所述隔热板完全填充,或者
所述隔热元件具有肋结构,所述肋结构具有彼此间隔开的多个肋,以使得在所述至少一个电池组(12)和相应的所述被冷却的纵向壁(3)之间的区域中形成填充有环境空气的多个绝热部分区域。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,所述电池组(12)容纳在由绝热材料制成的支撑保持架(14)中,其中所述支撑保持架(14)朝向相应的所述纵向壁(3)分别具有框架状或网格状或封闭的保持架纵向壁(15),并且朝向相应的所述横向壁(4)分别具有带有打开的传热区域(17)的保持架横向壁(16)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,所述传热区域(17)形成在所述保持架横向壁(16)的中间,并且由所述保持架横向壁(17)的环绕边缘(18)相对于所述纵向方向(LR)成径向地定界。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,
在所述电池组(12)和相应的相邻横向壁(4)之间的所述保持架横向壁(16)的所述打开的传热区域(17)填充有导热膏,或者
在所述保持架横向壁(16)的所述打开的传热区域(17)中,在所述电池组(12)和所述相应的相邻横向壁(4)之间,布置有由导热材料制成的填充板(19),所述填充板(19)具有肋结构或具有封闭的板结构,其中所述填充板和所述保持架优选形成为连续的混合部件。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,相应的所述电池组(12)中的所述单独电池(13)的所述堆叠方向(ST)与所述壳体(2)的所述宽度方向(BR)一致。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,
所述纵向壁(3)和所述横向壁(4)一体地形成为壳体轮廓(8),并且
所述壳体(2)包括两个盖板(7a、7b),所述两个盖板(7a、7b)横向于所述高度方向(HR)对外定界所述壳体(2),并且连接到所述壳体轮廓(8)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,
所述冷却装置(9)以整个表面区域位于相应的纵向壁(3)上,并且材料结合到所述相应的纵向壁(3)上,并且
在所述冷却装置(9)中形成至少一个冷却通道(10),所述冷却通道(10)朝向所述相应的纵向壁(3)打开并且由所述相应的纵向壁(3)对外部封闭。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的蓄电池,其特征在于,
所述蓄电池(1)包括两个冷却装置(9),每个冷却装置在外侧以热传递方式贴靠在一个纵向壁(3)上,并且至少一个电池组(12)与所述纵向壁(3)中的每一个隔热,并且/或者
所述蓄电池(1)包括多个电池组(12)和多个横向壁(4),其中每个电池组(12)各自布置于在所述纵向方向(LR)上彼此相继的两个横向壁(4)之间并且以热传递方式贴靠在所述横向壁上。
