Abstract

A pluggable multifunctional push switch comprises a main bearing seat, a transmission opening is arranged on the bottom wall of the main bearing seat; a sliding seat which can slide up and down on the main bearing seat; a pressing signal component which can trigger a pressing signal when the sliding seat is pressed down under the force; a key cap arranged above the sliding seat; the integrated circuit board is arranged in the sliding seat and is provided with a transmission piece extending downwards, and the bottom end of the transmission piece is provided with an inserting part; a fixing seat arranged on the integrated circuit board; a display correspondingly arranged on the fixed seat; and the touchpad is correspondingly positioned below the keycap. The invention uses the pluggable transmission concept that the plug part is hard, so that the switch of the invention can be conveniently disassembled or can be transferred to the characteristic of multi-machine sharing used on another device.

Background
In various electronic products, it is often seen that the function is activated and controlled by pressing a button to generate a signal, and the size and variety of the switch are very various, and the application range is quite wide. In order to make the user confirm whether the pressing is true, a switch with a lamp is also provided, which contains a light emitting component and can generate a light source for confirmation after being pressed.
Generally, switches commonly used for precision equipment, small-sized equipment or small-sized electrical appliances are opened and closed by physical pressing, and with the development of touch technology, inductive switches for inducing human body static electricity are also available, and although the two switches respectively have application advantages, one switch can only output one signal, so that the use of the switch is limited.
In addition, the existing switch is installed in the precise equipment, small-sized equipment or small-sized electrical appliances controlled by the existing switch, and the installation mode of the switch is mainly to perform corresponding connection and signal transmission through a metal conducting wire or a needle-shaped conducting pin.
In addition, the fixed switch type can only be fixed on a single machine device in use, and the possibility that the switch is transferred to another mechanical device for use in a plugging mode cannot be realized, so that the fixed switch type is a limited application mode. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pluggable multifunctional push switch, comprising: the main bearing seat is a hollow shell with an opening at the upper end, and a transmission opening is arranged on the bottom wall of the main bearing seat; a sliding seat, which is a hollow shell with open upper and lower ends, is correspondingly arranged in the main bearing seat in a penetrating way, can slide up and down on the main bearing seat, and is provided with at least one return spring between the main bearing seat and the sliding seat; the pressing signal component is correspondingly arranged between the main bearing seat and the sliding seat, and can trigger a pressing signal after the sliding seat is pressed downwards under force; a key cap which is correspondingly covered above the sliding seat, and the wall surface of the key cap is transparent; the integrated circuit board is correspondingly arranged in the sliding seat and is provided with a transmission piece extending downwards, the bottom end of the transmission piece is provided with an inserting part, and the integrated circuit board is further provided with an upward LED light source; the fixing seat is arranged on the upper side of the integrated circuit board, and the position of the fixing seat corresponding to the LED light source is transparent; the display is correspondingly arranged on the fixed seat, is not overlapped with the LED light source, and is electrically connected with the integrated circuit board; and the touch pad is correspondingly positioned below the keycap and is electrically connected with the integrated circuit board.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the pressing signal assembly further has a transmission portion extending out from the bottom wall of the main socket.
As a further improvement of the invention, the insertion part is correspondingly fixed at the transmission opening of the main bearing seat, and a pluggable insertion fixing mode is provided.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the pluggable multifunctional press switch can mainly provide two signal outputs of a press signal and a touch signal corresponding to a switch key in design, thereby achieving the effects of physical touch and finger induction touch, and increasing the flexibility of operation in a fixed space; for example, the touch signal can be used as an auxiliary confirmation that the pressing signal is pressed by a finger of a user, so that the situation that the device is started or closed due to the fact that other objects other than the finger of the user press the switch by mistake can be avoided.
In addition, the invention has a structure with a lamp, so the invention can be lightened after being pressed to make a prompt effect on operation or be used as a light source prompt in an environment with insufficient light source, thereby increasing the application diversity. Moreover, the pluggable transmission concept of hard plugging is further utilized, so that the switch of the invention can be conveniently disassembled, has the characteristic of convenience in maintenance or the characteristic of multi-machine sharing which can be transferred to another device for use, and is an unprecedented technology.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention relates to a pluggable multi-function push switch, which includes: the key comprises a main bearing seat (10), a sliding seat (20), a pressing signal component (30), a key cap (40), an integrated circuit board (50), a fixed seat (60), a display (70) and a touch pad (80).
The main bearing seat (10) is a hollow shell with an opening at the upper end, and a transmission opening (11) is arranged on the bottom wall of the main bearing seat (10).
The sliding seat (20) is a hollow shell with open upper and lower ends, is correspondingly arranged in the main bearing seat (10) in a penetrating way, can slide up and down in the main bearing seat (10), and is provided with at least one return spring (21) between the main bearing seat (10) and the sliding seat (20), and can provide return force after the sliding seat (20) is stressed to be pressed downwards.
The pressing signal component (30) is correspondingly arranged between the main bearing seat (10) and the sliding seat (20), when the sliding seat (20) is pressed downwards under force, a pressing signal can be triggered, and the pressing signal component (30) is further provided with a transmission part (31) which extends out of the bottom wall of the main bearing seat (10).
The keycap (40) is correspondingly covered and fixed above the sliding seat (20) for a user to press, and the wall surface for pressing is transparent.
The integrated circuit board (50) is correspondingly arranged in the sliding seat (20), the integrated circuit board (50) is provided with a transmission piece (51) extending downwards, the transmission piece can be a flat cable, the bottom end of the transmission piece (51) is provided with an inserting part (52), the inserting part (52) can be correspondingly fixed at the transmission opening (11) of the main bearing seat (10) to provide a pluggable inserting fixing mode as a transmission means, and the integrated circuit board (50) is further provided with an LED light source (53) with the light source direction facing upwards.
The fixing seat (60) is correspondingly arranged on the upper side of the integrated circuit board (50), and the position of the fixing seat (60) corresponding to the LED light source (53) is transparent, so that the light source can penetrate through the keycap (40).
The display (70) is correspondingly arranged on the fixed seat (60) and is not overlapped with the position of the LED light source (53), and the display (70) is electrically connected with the integrated circuit board (50).
The touchpad (80) is correspondingly positioned below the keycap (40) and is electrically connected to the integrated circuit board (50), or can be capacitive touch, so that the touchpad has the function of sensing to send out a control signal when a user presses with a finger.
The pluggable multifunctional press switch can mainly provide two signal outputs of a press signal and a touch signal corresponding to a switch key, so that the effects of physical touch and finger induction touch on the two keys are achieved, and the flexibility of operation is increased in a fixed space; for example, the touch signal can be used as an auxiliary confirmation that the pressing signal is pressed by a finger of a user, so that the situation that the device is started or closed due to the fact that other objects other than the finger of the user press the switch by mistake can be avoided.
