Abstract
A press switch with an LED lamp comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate is a printed circuit board and is provided with a plurality of non-conductive conducting components; at least one LED lamp piece arranged on the substrate; the conducting elastic sheet is arranged on the substrate, is an elastic sheet protruding in an arc shape and corresponds to the non-conducting components; the pressing upper cover is correspondingly covered and fixed on the substrate, a pressing part is arranged in the center of the pressing upper cover, a pressing block is arranged below the pressing part, the pressing part can be pressed to move downwards to press the conductive elastic sheet, and the conductive elastic sheet is conducted to drive the LED lamp to emit light when contacting the conductive assembly; by replacing metal lines with extremely thin printed circuit features, unprecedented thinness can be created in space utilization.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a push switch with an LED lamp; and more particularly, to a switch having a thinned structure to make a switch with an LED in a slim size.
Background
In various electronic products, it is often seen that the control button generates a signal to start and control functions, and the size and variety of the switch are very various, and the application range is quite wide.
In some sophisticated devices, due to the limited space available, it may be desirable to apply the switch with light to very small dimensions, such as a thickness of only a few mm or so, or even less than 3mm in size.
In the field of this type of small switch with light, since the design of each mechanism is very simple and easy for years, how to achieve further simplification and thinning by any structural change is not easy, and there is a technical bottleneck in the prior art.
In this type of tiny light-carrying switch, we can know that the thickness of the metal wire of the power circuit does not affect the overall thickness of the switch, and the metal wire is embedded in the plastic casing, so that the thickness of the wire does not increase the overall thickness, and it is seen that the size of the integrated thickness of the casing and the metal wire is the limit of the technology.
Furthermore, for the above-mentioned technologies, not only the thickness is limited, but if the user desires to use a plurality of LED light sources, the manufacturing process is difficult due to the increase of the metal wires, which is a major technical bottleneck in the technical application; furthermore, in the conventional switch, the Pin pins need to be transmitted to make external connection, which is difficult to simplify and reduce the space requirement.
In view of the foregoing, the inventor of the present invention has devised and designed a push switch with LED lamp to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and to enhance industrial application.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a push switch with LED lamp, which has the patent requirements of novelty, advancement and industrial applicability, etc., in order to overcome the difficulties of the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a push switch with LED lamp, comprising: a substrate, on which a plurality of conducting components are arranged, the conducting components expose the upper surface of the substrate, and the conducting components are mutually separated and are in a non-conducting state, wherein the substrate is a printed circuit board, and the conducting components are printed circuits laid on the surface; at least one LED lamp piece which is correspondingly arranged on the upper side of the substrate and is electrically connected with the conduction assembly; the conducting elastic sheet is arranged on the substrate, is an elastic sheet which is bulged in an arc shape and corresponds to the non-conducting components, and the bottom wall of the conducting elastic sheet has a conducting characteristic; and a pressing upper cover which is correspondingly covered and fixed on the substrate, a pressing part is arranged at the center of the pressing upper cover, a pressing block which extends downwards is arranged below the pressing part, the pressing part can be pressed to move downwards, and then the pressing block presses the conductive elastic sheet, and when the conductive elastic sheet contacts the conductive assembly, the conductive elastic sheet is conducted to drive the LED lamp to emit light.
As a further improvement of the invention, the LED lamp is transversely arranged, and a light folding plate made of a material with light guiding property is arranged in front of the LED lamp.
As a further improvement of the invention, the thickness of the substrate is between 0.3mm and 1 mm.
As a further improvement of the invention, the bottom of the base plate is provided with a welding part.
As a further improvement of the invention, the height from the upper surface of the pressing part to the bottom wall surface of the substrate is between 1.5mm and 2 mm.
As a further improvement of the invention, the pressing part is provided with a light-transmitting part.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the push switch with the LED lamp is designed mainly through a subversive design, a printed circuit board is used as a carrying seat of an LED lamp, a metal wire is replaced by an extremely thin printed circuit characteristic, the extremely thin thickness can be created in the aspect of space utilization, the technical defect that a plurality of LEDs cannot be placed on the switch with the lamp with the thickness of less than 2mm in the prior art is overcome, the bottom of a substrate is fixed and conducted through a welding mode, the space required by the transmission of a PIN foot in the prior art can be saved, the aim of thinning can be further fulfilled, and the push switch with the LED lamp cannot be achieved in the prior art.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, technical features, and gains obvious and understandable after practical implementation, preferred embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art, and the present invention will only be defined by the appended claims. In the drawings, the sizes and relative sizes of components or elements are exaggerated for clarity. Like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout the specification. As used hereinafter, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. It will be further understood that terms, such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries, should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
The exemplary embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. These embodiments may, however, be embodied in different forms and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention relates to a push switch with an LED lamp, which includes: a substrate (10), at least one LED lamp (20), a light folding plate (30), a conductive elastic sheet (40) and a pressing upper cover (50).
The substrate (10) is provided with a plurality of conducting components (11), the conducting components (11) expose the upper surface of the substrate (10) and are separated from each other to present a non-conducting state, wherein the substrate (10) is a printed circuit board, the conducting components (11) are printed circuits laid on the surface, and the thickness of the substrate (10) is between 0.3mm and 1 mm. In addition, the bottom of the substrate (10) is provided with a welding part (12), so that the substrate can be fixed and conducted by a welding mode.
The LED lamp (20) is correspondingly arranged on the upper side of the substrate (10) and is electrically connected with the conducting component (11), wherein the LED lamp (20) can be transversely arranged so as to irradiate a light source transversely.
The refraction plate (30) is correspondingly arranged on the substrate (10), corresponds to the front of the light source of the LED lamp piece (20), is made of a material with light guide property, and a through hole (31) is arranged at the center of the refraction plate (30).
The conducting elastic sheet (40) is correspondingly arranged in the through hole (31) of the refraction plate (30), is positioned on the substrate (10), is an elastic sheet with arc-shaped bulge, corresponds to the non-conducting components (11), and has the bottom wall with the conducting property.
The pressing upper cover (50) is correspondingly covered and fixed on the substrate (10), a pressing part (51) is arranged at the center of the pressing upper cover (50) and can be provided with a light transmission part (511), a pressing block (52) extending downwards is arranged below the pressing part (51), the pressing part (51) can be pressed to move downwards, the pressing block (52) further presses the conducting elastic sheet (40), and the conducting elastic sheet (40) is further conducted to drive the LED lamp component (20) to emit light when contacting the conducting component (11), wherein the height from the upper surface of the pressing part (51) to the bottom wall surface of the substrate (10) is between 1.5mm and 2 mm.
The push switch with the LED lamp is mainly designed subversively, a printed circuit board is further used as a carrying seat of an LED lamp piece (20), metal wires are replaced by extremely thin printed circuit characteristics, the extremely thin thickness can be created in the aspect of space utilization, the technical defect that a plurality of LEDs cannot be placed on the switch with the lamp with the thickness of less than 2mm in the prior art is overcome, the bottom of the substrate (10) is fixed and conducted in a welding mode, the space required by the transmission of a PIN foot in the prior art can be saved, the aim of thinning can be further achieved, and the push switch with the LED lamp cannot be achieved in the prior art.

Claims (6)
1. A push switch with an LED lamp, comprising:
a substrate, on which a plurality of conducting components are arranged, the conducting components expose the upper surface of the substrate, and the conducting components are mutually separated and are in a non-conducting state, wherein the substrate is a printed circuit board, and the conducting components are printed circuits laid on the surface;
at least one LED lamp piece which is correspondingly arranged on the upper side of the substrate and is electrically connected with the conduction assembly;
the conducting elastic sheet is arranged on the substrate, is an elastic sheet protruding in an arc shape, corresponds to the non-conducting components, and has a conducting characteristic on the bottom wall; and
the pressing part is arranged at the center of the pressing upper cover, a pressing block extending downwards is arranged below the pressing part, the pressing part can be pressed to move downwards, the pressing block is further enabled to press the conductive elastic sheet, and when the conductive elastic sheet contacts the conductive assembly, the conductive elastic sheet is enabled to be conducted to drive the LED lamp to emit light.
2. The push switch with LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the LED lamp is disposed horizontally and a light folding plate made of light-guiding material is disposed in front of the LED lamp.
3. The push switch with LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the substrate has a thickness of 0.3mm to 1 mm.
4. The push switch with LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the base plate has a soldering portion at a bottom thereof.
5. The push switch with LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the height from the top surface of the pressing portion to the bottom wall of the substrate is between 1.5mm and 2 mm.
6. The push switch with LED light of claim 1, wherein the push portion has a light-transmitting portion.
