Abstract
The invention discloses a switch with an LED lamp, which comprises a base, a switch body and a switch cover, wherein the base is provided with a containing groove; a plurality of conducting components which are correspondingly arranged on the containing groove; a pressing support frame which can slide vertically in the containing groove, and the bottom of the pressing support frame is further provided with a pressing part; the conducting elastic sheet is correspondingly arranged between the lower part of the pressing bearing frame and the accommodating groove and is correspondingly positioned above the mutually separated conducting components, and when the pressing bearing frame is pressed to move downwards, the conducting elastic sheet can be pressed by the pressing part to be simultaneously contacted with the conducting components; the lamp panel is fixed above the pressing bearing frame, is a printed circuit board and is provided with a plurality of printed circuits on the surface; at least one LED lamp piece which is correspondingly arranged on the lamp panel; the unprecedented thinness can be created in space utilization by replacing metal lines with extremely thin printed circuit features.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a switch with an LED lamp; in detail, it relates to a structure with thinning to make a switch with a small size and an LED.
Background
In various electronic products, it is often seen that the control button generates a signal to start and control functions, and the size and variety of the switch are very various, and the application range is quite wide.
In some sophisticated devices, due to the limited space available, it may be desirable to apply the strip lamp switch to very small sizes, such as a few MM or so in overall thickness, or even less than 3MM size or less.
In the field of such a kind of small switch with a light, since the design of each mechanism has been very simplified and has been carried out for years, it is not easy for designers to achieve further simplification and thinning through any structural change, and a technical bottleneck exists in the prior art.
In this type of tiny light-carrying switch, we can know that the thickness of the metal wire of the power circuit does not affect the overall thickness of the switch, and the metal wire is embedded in the plastic casing, so that the thickness of the wire does not increase the overall thickness, and it is seen that the size of the integrated thickness of the casing and the metal wire is the limit of the technology.
However, for the above-mentioned technology, not only the thickness is limited, but if a user desires to use a plurality of LED light sources, such as LED lights of three primary colors RGB to achieve color mixing or color changing effect, it is difficult to manufacture the LED light sources due to the increase of metal wires, which is a major technical bottleneck in technical application.
In view of the foregoing, the inventor of the present invention has devised and designed a switch with LED lamp to improve the shortcomings of the prior art, thereby enhancing the industrial application.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention is directed to a switch with LED lamp having the patent requirements of novelty, advancement and industrial applicability, so as to overcome the difficulties of the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a switch with an LED lamp, which comprises a base having a recessed receiving groove; a plurality of conducting components which are correspondingly arranged in the base, exposed on the containing groove and mutually separated to present a non-conducting state; a pressing support which is correspondingly arranged in the containing groove of the base and can slide in the containing groove in the vertical direction, the bottom of the pressing support is further provided with a pressing part, and at least one connecting part is arranged above the pressing support; the conducting elastic sheet is correspondingly arranged between the lower part of the pressing bearing frame and the accommodating groove and is correspondingly positioned above the mutually separated conducting components, and when the pressing bearing frame is pressed to move downwards, the conducting elastic sheet can be pressed by the pressing part to be simultaneously contacted with the mutually separated conducting components; the lamp panel is fixed above the pressing bearing frame and is a printed circuit board, a plurality of printed circuits are laid on the surface of the lamp panel, and the printed circuits are electrically connected with the conducting components; and the LED lamp piece is correspondingly arranged on the lamp panel and is electrically connected with the printed circuit board.
As a further improvement of the invention, the number of the LED lamp pieces is three, and the LED lamp pieces are respectively RGB three-color light.
As a further improvement of the invention, the thickness of the lamp plate is between 0.3mm and 1 mm; and the height from the top of the LED lamp to the bottom of the base is between 1.5mm and 2 mm.
The switch with the LED lamp is designed mainly through a subversive design, and then the printed circuit board is used as a carrying seat of the LED lamp, and a metal wire is replaced through an extremely thin printed circuit characteristic, so that unprecedented thinness can be created in the aspect of space utilization, and in addition, the technical defect that a plurality of LEDs cannot be placed on the minimized switch with the lamp in the prior art is further overcome, and the switch with the LED lamp is beyond the reach of the prior art.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, technical features, and gains obvious and understandable after practical implementation, preferred embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the drawings, the sizes and relative sizes of components or elements are exaggerated for clarity. Like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout the specification. As used hereinafter, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

The exemplary embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention relates to a switch with an LED lamp, which includes a base (10), a plurality of conducting components (20), a pressing support (30), a conducting elastic sheet (40), a lamp panel (50), and at least one LED lamp (60).
The base (10) has a recess (11) recessed from above.
The conducting components (20) are correspondingly arranged in the base (10) and exposed on the accommodating groove (11), and are separated from each other to present a non-conducting state.
The pressing support frame (30) is correspondingly arranged in the accommodating groove (11) of the base (10) and can slide in the accommodating groove (11) in the vertical direction, the bottom of the pressing support frame (30) is further provided with a pressing part (31), and at least one connecting part (32) is arranged above the pressing support frame (30) and is used for connecting a light-permeable pressing keycap (90).
The conducting elastic sheet (40) is correspondingly arranged between the lower part of the pressing bearing frame (30) and the accommodating groove (11) and is correspondingly positioned above the mutually separated conducting components (20), when the pressing bearing frame (30) is pressed to move downwards, the conducting elastic sheet (40) can be pressed by the pressing part (31) to be simultaneously contacted with the mutually separated conducting components (20), and then the conducting components (20) are conducted.
The lamp panel (50) is fixed above the pressing support frame (30), is a printed circuit board, and is provided with a plurality of printed circuits (51) on the surface thereof, wherein the printed circuits are electrically connected to the conduction assemblies (20), and the thickness of the lamp panel (50) is between 0.3mm and 1 mm.
The LED lamp pieces (60) are correspondingly arranged on the lamp panel (50) and are electrically connected with the printed circuit (51), and the number of the LED lamp pieces (60) can be three, and the LED lamp pieces can be RGB three-color light respectively; and the height from the top of the LED lamp (60) to the bottom of the base (10) is between 1.5mm and 2 mm.
The switch with the LED lamp is mainly designed subversively, the printed circuit board is further used as a carrying seat of the LED lamp piece (60), and the metal wire is replaced by the extremely thin printed circuit characteristic, so that the extremely thin thickness can be created in the aspect of space utilization, and the technical defect that a plurality of LEDs cannot be placed on the switch with the lamp, which is minimized to be less than 2mm in thickness in the prior art, can be overcome.

Claims (4)
1. A switch with LED lamps, comprising:
a base having a receiving groove recessed from above;
a plurality of conducting components which are correspondingly arranged in the base, exposed on the containing groove and mutually separated to present a non-conducting state;
a pressing support which is correspondingly arranged in the containing groove of the base and can slide in the containing groove in the vertical direction, the bottom of the pressing support is further provided with a pressing part, and at least one connecting part is arranged above the pressing support;
the conducting elastic sheet is correspondingly arranged between the lower part of the pressing bearing frame and the accommodating groove and is correspondingly positioned above the mutually separated conducting components, and when the pressing bearing frame is pressed to move downwards, the conducting elastic sheet can be pressed by the pressing part to be simultaneously contacted with the mutually separated conducting components;
the lamp panel is fixed above the pressing bearing frame and is a printed circuit board, a plurality of printed circuits are laid on the surface of the lamp panel, and the printed circuits are electrically connected with the conducting components; and
and the at least one LED lamp piece is correspondingly arranged on the lamp panel and is electrically connected with the printed circuit board.
2. The switch with LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the number of the LED lamp units is three, and the LED lamp units are RGB three-color lights.
3. The switch with LED lamp of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the lamp plate is between 0.3mm to 1 mm; and the height from the top of the LED lamp to the bottom of the base is between 1.5mm and 2 mm.
4. The switch with LED lamp of claim 2, wherein the thickness of the lamp plate is between 0.3mm to 1 mm; and the height from the top of the LED lamp to the bottom of the base is between 1.5mm and 2 mm.
