To sum up, in the method disclosed in this specification, when a business operation related to a user interest needs to be performed, for example, a coupon, a sample (or a gift) needs to be pushed to a user and the user is prompted to register as a member, a terminal device of a brick-and-mortar store collects biometric information of a current first user, determines user interest information pushed for the current first user based on the biometric information, and then displays an operation entry for getting a corresponding user interest on a first interactive interface of the terminal device facing the first user, so that an intelligent pushing of a series of business operations in an offline retail scene is completed, so that the user can complete the getting of the corresponding interest without depending on a payment tool such as a mobile phone, and convenience of the series of business operations is improved.

Detailed Description
The scheme provided by the specification is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As described above, in the cash register scenario of a brick-and-mortar store, convenience and rapidity of other business operations related to user rights and interests besides payment are still to be improved. For example, in order to promote new products, some physical stores give a free sample for trial for users who enter the stores, but the user needs to take out the mobile phone to scan the two-dimensional code to obtain the sample; or after the user selects some commodities, when the user pays the cashier, the second user of the physical store sometimes pushes coupons, samples or gifts and the like to the current first user, and the first user is required to take out the mobile phone and scan the corresponding two-dimensional code to finish picking; for another example, the second user of the brick-and-mortar store may also prompt that the current first user may register as a member, and generally, the current first user needs to provide information that can prove or distinguish the user identity, such as a mobile phone number or a certificate number, or the registration can be completed by scanning the two-dimensional code through the mobile phone.
In view of this, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for pushing user rights and interests information, in which one or any combination of the above-mentioned business operations related to the user rights and interests can be completed through one biometric acquisition, such as one face image acquisition (i.e., one face brushing) or one voiceprint input, and in some embodiments, payment operations can also be completed together.
The push method can be executed independently or as an additional operation of the payment operation, so that the method is applicable to various payment scenes, such as an off-line physical store retail scene. Referring to fig. 1, in an application scenario of retail of an offline brick-and-mortar store, a terminal device 10 (client) is installed in the offline brick-and-mortar store and is in communication with a server 20 of a server, and the communication connection includes various wireless communication modes and wired communication modes capable of realizing information interaction.
Wherein the terminal device 10 is a terminal device supporting biometric collection, and as described from the perspective of the terminal device, with reference to fig. 2, the pushing method may include the following steps:
s201, collecting the biological characteristic information of the current first user; s202, determining user right information pushed by a current first user based on the biological characteristic information; s203, corresponding to the user rights information, displaying an operation entrance for receiving the corresponding user rights on a first interactive interface facing to the first user.
In the embodiment of the specification, the first user is a pushed party, and is generally a payer user; the second user is a pusher, typically a payee user, e.g. a cashier in a brick and mortar store or a payee in a face-to-face payment made on the basis of a portable terminal device.
The terminal device 10 may be a stand-alone device having both the biometric information collection function and the cash collection function, or may be a combination of a cash collection device and a terminal device supporting biometric collection, for example, a combination of a cash collection device such as a cash register or a POS device and a terminal device supporting biometric collection.
The biological characteristics comprise various physiological characteristics or behavior characteristics which can be used for identifying the identity of the user, and can comprise any one or more of human faces, voiceprints, fingerprints, palmprints, human ears, irises, palm veins and signatures.
For example, the voiceprint is a tone characteristic of the user, and the identity recognition is performed according to the voice by collecting the voice of the first user. In the voiceprint-based push method, remote voice acquisition can be supported, namely, the first user does not need to interact with the terminal equipment at a short distance, and interaction can be realized at a longer distance. Or, in another part of embodiments, the voiceprint and the face image can be combined to authenticate the identity of the user, and the identification accuracy is higher.
The terminal device supporting the biometric acquisition may include various biometric input devices, such as a POS supporting face recognition, a mobile phone supporting fingerprint recognition or voiceprint recognition, a vending machine supporting palm print recognition, and the like.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present specification, the collection of the biometric information needs to be performed under the condition of authorization or permission of the user.
In this specification embodiment, the user right information may include: any one or more of coupon code, shopping coupon code, sample verification code, registered user code and point redemption goods code.
In S202, the user right information may be determined by the server or locally determined by the terminal device.
Generally, in order to protect the security of user data, the terminal device only has a biometric entry function, and often does not have a storage authority of template features, so the step of identifying the acquired biometric information needs to be executed at a server. And the server compares the biological characteristic information uploaded by the terminal equipment with the template characteristics for identification.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may send the collected biometric information to the server after the first user agrees to collect corresponding biometric features, for example, a voiceprint or a face image entered by the user, and determine, according to a preset allocation policy, user right information pushed by the current first user from the alternative user right information set. The distribution policy may be issued to the terminal device in advance by the server, for example, the distribution policy may be obtained when the terminal device enters a store, and corresponding user rights and interests, such as a coupon, are pushed to the current first user no matter whether the identification is successful. The alternative user interest information set can be pre-assigned by the server for each terminal device, for example, 100 quota coupons per day for each terminal device of the brick-and-mortar store, and so on.
In another embodiment, after the terminal device acquires the biometric information with the consent of the first user, an identification request containing the currently acquired biometric information is sent to the server, the server feeds back an identification result to the terminal device according to the identification request, and the terminal device determines the user interest information pushed by the current first user from the alternative user interest information set according to the identification result and a preset allocation strategy. For example, according to the allocation policy, the user rights are pushed to the first user only in case the identification is successful (i.e. the user identity information can be determined).
In another part of embodiments, after receiving the biometric information uploaded by the terminal device, the server identifies the biometric information, and after obtaining the identification result, the server does not issue the identification result to the terminal device, but allocates corresponding user right information to the current first user according to the identified account information of the current first user and a preset allocation strategy.
For example, referring to fig. 3, in an application scenario example corresponding to the flow shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the terminal device 10a supports collecting biometric information, for example, supports collecting a facial image and/or entering a voiceprint, presents, on the first interactive interface facing the first user U1, a prompt message prompting the first user U1 to enter a voiceprint or facial image information, collects a facial image or a spoken voice of the first user after the user clicks a "face brushing" or "voice" button, and determines user right information pushed to U1 according to the collected facial image or voice. For example, when the first user U1 selects the sound button, the terminal device 10a displays a prompt message "please read the next sentence" ". the speech" and then inputs the sound of the first user through the sound pickup device and uploads it to the server, and then the terminal device 10a determines the user right information pushed for the current first user U1 locally or by the server according to the distribution policy.
For another example, referring to fig. 4, another application scenario example corresponding to fig. 2, in another embodiment, the first user remotely interacts with the terminal device 10a installed in the brick-and-mortar store through the portable terminal device 10 b. The second user selects the sound button on the selection interface of the terminal device 10a instead of the first user, and then the terminal device 10b presents a prompt message "please read out the following sentence" to the first user: the terminal device 10b uploads the recorded voice information of the first user to the server, the server identifies the voice information, determines user right information pushed by the first user according to an identification result, and sends the user right information to the terminal device 10b, the terminal device 10b displays an operation entrance to the first user, clicks the coupon getting, and after the first user clicks the operation entrance, the remote getting of the coupon is completed, and the coupon can be got when the first user does not arrive at a site of an entity shop.
In order to facilitate understanding of the push method provided in the present specification, a human face image is taken as an example of the collected biometric features, and detailed description is provided below. Other types of biometric embodiments can be derived by analogy to those skilled in the art from the following examples based on face image implementation, and this description does not specifically recite.
In various embodiments based on face image expansion, on the user side, the terminal device is a terminal device supporting face brushing, and in some embodiments, the terminal device is further in data connection with a cash register. As mentioned above, the operation of pushing the user's rights may be performed independently of the payment operation or may be performed in conjunction with the payment operation.
In the following, several typical practical application scenarios are combined, according to the difference of the user side terminal device, whether the push operation is bound with the payment operation, and the execution sequence of the push operation relative to the payment operation, several typical embodiments are listed, and the user rights and interests push method provided in this specification is respectively explained from different angles.
A first scenario:
the first scenario includes a situation where a push operation of the user's interest is performed independently of the user's payment behavior, and generally more users who enter the store but do not generate payment behavior are targeted for the push. In this scenario, the execution main body on the user side may be a first terminal device supporting face brushing and having a client screen, or may be a second terminal device supporting face brushing and having only one interactive interface. An exemplary embodiment is listed below with a first terminal device with a client screen as an execution subject of a terminal side.
Example 1
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6a and 6b, the terminal device installed in a physical store is a first terminal device 11 with a passenger screen (secondary screen), where the first terminal device 11 includes a main screen 111 facing a second user U2 and a passenger screen 112 facing a first user U1, the passenger screen 112, i.e., the secondary screen for collecting face image information of the first user U1, is capable of interacting with the first user U1, and a camera 1121 for collecting a face image is disposed on the passenger screen 112. For the convenience of the following description, the interactive interface on the first terminal device client screen 112 is defined as a first interactive interface, and the interactive interface on the main screen is defined as a second interactive interface.
In this embodiment, the users who enter the store to trigger the face-brushing request are all referred to as first users to distinguish from the second users (i.e. payee users), and the first users include users who may not generate payment behaviors in this embodiment, and may include users who actually generate payment behaviors in another embodiment.
In a new product promotion period, a trial sample is given for each user entering the store for free, a first prompt message for triggering a face brushing request is displayed on a client screen 112 of the first terminal device, for example, an interactive interface as shown in fig. 7 is exemplarily displayed on the client screen 112, a first prompt message of 'face brushing receiving preference' is displayed at the lower right corner of the interactive interface, optionally, the first prompt message can also be used as a button for triggering the face brushing request by the current user, and the user clicks the first prompt message, so that the face brushing request can be triggered.
After a user enters the physical store, a commodity with an intention of purchase is not selected, but a prompt message of 'benefit for face brushing' is seen on a client screen of a first terminal device of a cash register, so that the user clicks a corresponding position of the 'benefit for face brushing' on the client screen 112, a request for face brushing is triggered, in response to the request for face brushing, the first terminal device starts to acquire face image information of the current user through a camera 1121 on the client screen, and displays an acquisition interface shown in fig. 8 on the client screen 112, after the acquisition of the face image information is successful, the first terminal device sends a first request containing the face image information to a server, and the first request is used for notifying the server to determine user right information pushed by the current user.
As an implementable manner, the first request carries an equipment identifier of the first terminal equipment of the small store, that is, an equipment ID (Identity document) of the first terminal equipment, after receiving the first request, the server of the server identifies the Identity of the current user according to the face image information contained in the first request, and if the identification is successful, the account information of the current user is determined, for example, the corresponding payment account information of the current user can be identified according to the face image information of the current user, so that the Identity of the user can be determined.
In practical applications, there is a case that the face image information of the current user cannot be identified, because the extracted face features cannot be matched with any face image feature in the database stored by the server, the user may not be a registered user of the payer, and may also be face image information that has never been acquired before.
At this time, the server should determine whether to push sample information for the current user according to an agreement with the small store in advance, for example, the small store and the server determine, through the communication in advance, that a corresponding push rule is that as long as the user enters the store, a sample can be given no matter the user can be identified or the user cannot be identified, the limit is 100 parts per day, and until the user is received, the server first checks whether there are remaining samples which are not received at this time, and if so, feeds back the corresponding sample information to the terminal device, that is, to the first terminal device at the terminal side, no matter the current user is the user can be identified or the user cannot be identified.
Wherein, the server inquires whether there are any remaining samples which are not picked up, and one implementation mode which can be adopted is as follows: the server allocates a code to each sample in advance, the sample information fed back to the terminal side is the code information of the sample, the server deletes the corresponding code or marks the corresponding code every time the terminal side successfully picks up one sample, and the server can determine the number of the codes which are not marked or deleted through traversal, namely the number of the remaining samples. Optionally, the sample information sent to the terminal device further includes information on the number of samples taken in the current day.
Optionally, when the last sample is reached, the user right information fed back to the terminal side by the server includes not only the sample coding information, but also prompt information used for representing that the sample has been received, for example, a check digit indicating that the current sample distribution sequence is 100 th is added after the sample is coded, the check digit is found after the first terminal device at the terminal side reads the code, and if the check digit value is 100, it is determined that the display of the "face brushing receiving preference" is stopped on the client screen.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the purpose of acquiring and sending the face image information to the server is not only to identify the user identity according to the face image information, but to trigger the server to determine whether to push the sample and the pushed sample code for the current user.
After receiving the user interest information sent by the server, the first terminal device at the terminal side displays, on a client screen (i.e., a first interactive interface) facing the first user, an operation entry for getting a corresponding sample, where, for example, the corresponding interactive interface may be as shown in fig. 9, where "free getting" is the corresponding operation entry. Optionally, the number of samples that have been picked up for the day is also displayed, for example, 150 samples are picked up for the day as shown in fig. 9.
And the user clicks the operation entrance to trigger a confirmation instruction for picking up the corresponding sample, at the moment, the first terminal equipment reads the corresponding sample code, and if the code reading is successful, the sample picking up is successful. Optionally, the first terminal device further marks the read sample code as read, and correspondingly displays a prompt message of successful picking on the client screen of the first terminal device, for example, a popup window "congratulatory joy, successful picking" as shown in fig. 10 may be displayed.
And then, the first terminal equipment sends an association request to the server, wherein the association request comprises the equipment identifier of the first terminal equipment and the user right code marked as being picked up in the picking-up process. After receiving the association request, the server at the server establishes association between the corresponding codes and the face image information in the push, or associates the corresponding codes to the account corresponding to the face image information, so that user interest information that each user has taken can be recorded, and when the user needs to query, the corresponding historical pickup information is displayed to the user, for example, as shown in fig. 9, "my card ticket" is displayed on the same interaction interface displaying an operation entry for picking up the corresponding user interest, and after the user clicks the "my card ticket", the various card ticket information that the user has historically picked up can be displayed.
In another implementation manner, the server refuses to push the sample for the user that cannot be identified according to a pre-agreement, at this time, the server determines that the user right information pushed for the current user is empty, and when the first terminal device at the terminal side receives the empty user right information, a sorry is displayed on the first interactive interface, that is, the passenger screen of the first terminal device, and the sample to be received is not found.
In this embodiment 1, in a first scenario, a user interest push is an example of an operation that is executed independently and not bound to a payment behavior, where a sample is only one of the user interests that can be pushed, and in this embodiment of the present specification, the user interest includes any one or any combination of a coupon, a sample/gift, a registered user, and a credit exchange; and the execution main body of the terminal side is not limited to the first terminal device, and may be any terminal device supporting face brushing. Referring to the above embodiment of pushing the sample, those skilled in the art can correspondingly obtain other embodiments in the first scenario, and the description is not specifically listed.
According to the description of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 11, a method for pushing user right information in a first scenario of this specification includes:

the second scenario includes a situation that the user interest push is executed in association with the payment operation, and the payment is followed and the push is preceded. In the following, still taking the first terminal device 11 with the client screen as the execution subject of the terminal side, an exemplary embodiment in the second scenario is listed:

In this embodiment 2, the user right information is used as additional push information in the payment behavior process, that is, the push of the user right is executed in combination with the payment behavior.
Specifically, a brick-and-mortar store displays a first prompt message for triggering a face-brushing request on a client screen 112 (i.e., a first interactive interface) of a first terminal device for pushing a coupon for a first user who generates an actual payment behavior.
After a certain user selects the goods to be purchased and pays the payment to the cashier station, the first terminal device calculates the transaction amount of the current transaction according to the price of each goods entered by the second user, and displays a second prompt message for triggering a face-brushing request on a main screen 111 (i.e. a second interactive interface) facing the second user, for example, displays "please remind the customer" as shown in fig. 12 on the main screen: the sample check and sales code is taken when the user swipes the face, so that a small sample of the sanitary towel can be obtained, and the second prompt message can remind the second user U2 to inform the first user U1 of triggering a face swiping request; on the other hand, the method can also be used for reminding the second user U2 to actively trigger the face brushing request, and then prompting the user to acquire face image information towards the client 112 under the condition of obtaining the authorization permission of the first user U1. That is, in this embodiment, the face-brushing request may be triggered by either the first user or the second user.
At this time, the second user U2 is reminded that the first user U1 may have noticed the first prompt message on the client screen 112, and then the first user actively clicks the first prompt message on the client screen 112, for example, clicks "face brushing receive offer", or the cashier triggers a face brushing request through the first terminal device main screen and prompts the user to brush face on the client screen and receive offer.
Responding to a face brushing request triggered by a first user or a second user, acquiring the face image information of the current first user by a camera on a client screen, and after the acquisition is successful, sending a first request at least containing the face image information acquired currently to a server by first terminal equipment. Optionally, the first request further includes a device identifier of the first terminal device.
And the server receives the first request and identifies the identity information of the current first user according to the face image information in the first request. For example, as an implementation manner, the information of the account of the payment instrument corresponding to the current first user is confirmed according to the face image information.
And then, the server judges whether the current first user accords with the preset condition of pushing the coupon or not based on the currently received face image information, and if so, the coupon code pushed by the current first user is determined.
And whether the preset condition of the push coupon is met or not can be preset and stored in the server. The preset conditions of the user rights such as the pushing of the coupons can be specifically set according to actual pushing rules.
For example, the push rule may be: and all users who come to the cashier desk of the physical store and are ready to pay are taken as the pushing targets of the coupons, and the coupon quota pushed by each user is consistent. At this time, the server allocates a corresponding coupon code for each piece of received face image information.
For another example, for the reason already described in the previous embodiment, not all the acquired face image information can identify the identity information thereof, and as an implementable manner, the pushing rule may be: and all users who go to the cashier desk of the physical store and are ready to pay are taken as candidate pushing targets of the coupons, and only the users with identifiable identity information are pushed. For example, the first user only has the authority of being pushed the coupon when the corresponding payment account information can be identified by the currently acquired face image information. Under the condition, the server needs to verify the identity information of the current first user according to the face image information, and if the verification is passed, a corresponding coupon code is distributed to the current first user.
In another embodiment, the first request may also carry information of a transaction amount currently required to be paid by the first user, and after receiving the first request, the server allocates coupons with different denominations according to the transaction amount when determining the coupon pushed by the U1.
After determining the coupon code pushed by the current first user U1, the server generates corresponding user right information and sends the corresponding user right information to the terminal device of the physical store, namely the first terminal device. The user interest information comprises the equipment identifier carried in the first request and the coupon code distributed to the current first user.
The first terminal device receives the user right information sent by the server, and displays an operation entrance for getting the corresponding coupon on the client screen 112.
And currently, the first user clicks the operation entrance to send a confirmation getting instruction, the first terminal equipment reads the corresponding coupon code according to the received confirmation getting instruction, marks the read code as a getting instruction and displays a prompt message of successful getting on a client screen.
Further, the first terminal device sends an association request to the server, where the association request includes the device identifier of the first terminal device and the user right code marked as being taken by the push this time. And the server receives the association request, and associates the user interest code marked as being picked up to an account corresponding to the facial image information. For the face image information which cannot be identified, the server can allocate a temporary account, wherein the account corresponding to the face image information comprises the temporary account.
Therefore, when the first user successfully receives the coupon, the first terminal device re-determines the transaction amount required to be paid by the first user according to the preferential amount corresponding to the coupon.
And then, the first terminal equipment sends a first payment request to the server, wherein the first payment request comprises the transaction amount after the discount coupon is withheld and the equipment identification of the first terminal equipment. The embodiment 2 enumerates a feasible scheme that coupon pushing and payment are executed in a binding manner, and payment is carried out later and coupon is carried out earlier. The execution main body is not limited to the first terminal device, but may be any other terminal device supporting face brushing, for example, the execution main body may also be the second terminal device. In this embodiment 3, unlike the first terminal device with the client screen, referring to fig. 16a and 16b, the second terminal device 12 has only one interactive interface 121 (also defined as a first interactive interface), and a camera 122 is disposed above the first interactive interface for collecting facial image information.
In this embodiment, a prompt message for reminding the user that the face-brushing request can be triggered is displayed on the first interactive interface 121 of the second terminal device, for example, "face-brushing available coupon", "face-brushing registered as member available coupon" and the like displayed on the interactive interface of the second terminal device.
When the current first user clicks "swipe registration as a member retrievable coupon", the second terminal device 12 collects face image information of the current first user in response to the swipe request, and sends a second request to the server, where the second request includes the currently collected face image information and a third payment request. Optionally, the second request further carries a device identifier of the second terminal device.
And after receiving a second request sent by the terminal equipment supporting face brushing, the server executes payment operation corresponding to the third payment request according to the face image information in the second request. That is, the payment operation for the current first user is completed first, and then, according to the face image information in the second request, the information such as the registered user ID pushed for the current first user is determined.
Specifically, the server identifies the face image information carried in the second request to obtain account information corresponding to the face image information and capable of representing the identity of the current first user, for example, the information of the account of the payment bank.
In this embodiment, as an implementable manner, for face image information that cannot identify identity information, a feedback message indicating that identification fails is sent to the second terminal device on the terminal side, and after receiving the feedback message, the second terminal device displays a prompt message indicating that identification fails on the first interactive interface, and at this time, the second terminal device on the terminal side may enter a program for manually registering a user.
For the face image information capable of recognizing the corresponding account information, a registered user ID corresponding to the device identifier of the second terminal device on the terminal side is assigned, and the device identifier of one terminal device may correspond to a plurality of registered user IDs, that is, a plurality of registered users are provided under one physical store.
And then, the server generates corresponding user right information and sends the user right information to a second terminal device with a corresponding device identifier on the terminal side, wherein the user right information comprises a third payment result message corresponding to the third payment request, a registered user ID pushed by the current first user and the device identifier of the second terminal device carried in the second request. Optionally, the user right information further includes discount information or benefit information after becoming a registered user.
After receiving the user interest information containing the user registered user ID sent by the server, the second terminal device displays the third payment result message and the operation entry for getting the corresponding registered user ID on the first interactive interface, for example, may display "becoming a registered member of the small store free" as shown in fig. 17 for the operation entry, and as an implementable manner, also displays some preferential information after becoming a registered user of the physical store, such as discount information and receivable coupon information, etc., on the first interactive interface.
The first user who has paid at present clicks the operation entrance on the first interactive interface, sends out a confirmation instruction for getting the ID of the registered user, at this time, the second terminal device reads the corresponding ID of the registered user, locally stores the ID of the registered user, and sends an association request to the server, wherein the association request comprises the ID of the registered user, the user rights and interests bound with the registered user and the device identification of the second terminal device.
And after receiving the association request, the server associates the account information corresponding to the facial image information with the registered user ID and the user rights and interests bound with the registered user ID together, so that the user rights and interests such as corresponding coupons can be received next time the user enters the store again or pays.
In a third scenario, the executing entity at the terminal side is not limited to the second terminal device, but may be any other terminal device supporting face-brushing payment, and this embodiment 3 only takes as an example the user right to become a registered user, and likewise, in the third scenario, the user right includes any one or any combination of receiving a coupon, a shopping coupon, receiving a sample/gift, becoming a registered user, and trading points, for example, the user right may be receiving the coupon and sample at the same time by face-brushing once, or receiving the corresponding coupon at the same time by a registered user becoming a small store by face-brushing once, and so on. Example 4
In embodiment 4, on the terminal side, the cash register device performs data interaction with a terminal device supporting face brushing, such as a second terminal device, so as to implement the steps on the terminal side in the user interest information pushing method. For example, referring to fig. 21, one possible combination of the terminal side in this scenario is: the second terminal device 12 is connected to the first terminal device 13 without the guest screen via a USB data line. The present embodiment is explained from the perspective of a terminal device such as a second terminal device that supports face brushing.
Some physical stores want to keep the cash register function of the original cash register device when beginning to use the face-brushing terminal device such as the second terminal device, so in the cash register scenes of many physical stores, the face-brushing terminal device such as the second terminal device is connected with the cash register device through the USB interface to perform data interaction. The cash register device includes a cash register device with a cash register function, and a POS machine, and may be, for example, a first terminal device without a customer screen.
The second terminal device is combined with the first terminal device without the client screen to serve as an execution subject of the terminal side, and the pushed user right is used for expanding the description of the coupon.
In this embodiment, the interaction between the terminal side and the server may refer to the above embodiments, and details are not described in this embodiment.
Different from the foregoing embodiment, at the terminal side, as an implementable manner, the second terminal device receives a first message prompt instruction sent by the cash register device, and displays, on the first interactive interface, a first prompt message for prompting the current first user to trigger a face brushing request. That is, in an implementation manner, whether the first prompt message is displayed on the first interactive interface of the second terminal device is controlled by a corresponding instruction of the cash register device.
And after the second terminal device displays the operation entrance for receiving the corresponding user rights and interests on the first interactive interface, when the user rights and interests are successfully received, the second terminal device sends the preferential amount corresponding to the received user rights and interests to the cash register device, so that the cash register device deducts the preferential amount corresponding to the coupon, and the current transaction amount required to be paid by the first user is re-determined.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, as an implementable manner, the cash registering related tasks such as scanning the price of the goods, calculating the transaction amount, and the like are all performed by the cash registering device, and the related operations other than cash registering, such as communicating with the server, are all performed by the second terminal device.
For example, when the user interest is successfully obtained, the second terminal device sends a first payment request to the server, where the first payment request includes the transaction amount redetermined by the cash register device and the device identifier of the second terminal device itself. And after receiving the first payment request, the server executes corresponding payment operation and feeds back the first payment result message, and the second terminal equipment receives the first payment result message and displays the first payment result message on the first interactive interface. When the first user determines that the user interest obtaining fails, the following operations may refer to the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the fourth scenario, as in the foregoing embodiments in the first to third scenarios, the method also includes a plurality of situations, such as payment prior, user interest push, and user interest push, and the like, for example, in the case of payment prior, the signal interaction flow diagram of the corresponding embodiment is shown in fig. 22, and the method includes:

The first terminal device without the client screen sends a first message prompt instruction to the face brushing terminal device, so that the face brushing terminal device, for example, the second terminal device, displays a third prompt message for prompting the first user to trigger the face brushing request on a third interactive interface 121 of the face brushing terminal device, or displays a fourth prompt message for prompting the second user to trigger the face brushing request on a display device or a fourth interactive interface of the first terminal device without the client screen, for example, displays "please remind the customer, the face brushing can receive a discount".
After the face brushing request is triggered, the first terminal device without the client screen collects face image information of the current first user through the face brushing terminal device, and sends the first request to the server side. The first request carries the device identifier of the first terminal device.
In this embodiment, the interaction between the terminal side and the server and the steps executed by the server side may refer to the above embodiments, which are not described in detail in this embodiment.
It should be mentioned that, in the present embodiment, operations related to cash collection and communication with the server and interaction with the second user are performed by the first terminal device, and operations related to face brushing and interaction with the first user are performed by the face brushing terminal device.
For example, the first terminal device needs to receive a confirmation fetching instruction sent by the current first user through the face brushing terminal device, then reads the corresponding user right code, marks the user right code as being fetched, and sends a second message prompting instruction to the face brushing terminal device after the user right is successfully fetched, so that the face brushing terminal device displays a prompt message of successful fetching on the third interactive interface.

collecting the current biological characteristic information of a first user;
determining user interest information pushed for the current first user based on the biological characteristic information;
and displaying an operation entry for receiving the corresponding user rights on a first interactive interface facing the first user corresponding to the user rights information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the biometric features comprise any one or combination of: face, voice print, fingerprint, palm print, ear, iris, palm vein.
3. A user interest information pushing method is characterized in that an execution subject of the method is a terminal device supporting face brushing, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a face brushing request, and collecting face image information of a current first user;
determining user right information pushed by a current first user based on the face image information;
and displaying an operation entry for receiving the corresponding user rights on a first interactive interface facing the first user corresponding to the user rights information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining user interest information pushed for a current first user based on the facial image information comprises:

and sending a first request at least containing the face image information to a server so that the server distributes user right information pushed by the current first user according to the face image information and determines the user right information sent by the server as the user right information pushed by the current first user.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the terminal device further comprises a second interactive interface facing a second user;
before the face image information of the current first user is collected, the method further comprises the following steps:
displaying a first prompt message for prompting the current first user to trigger the face brushing request on the first interactive interface; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and displaying a second prompt message for prompting a second user to trigger the face brushing request on the second interactive interface.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein after presenting the operational portal to receive the user interest, further comprising:

and sending a first payment result message corresponding to the first payment request to the terminal equipment.
21. The method of claim 18, wherein after transmitting the user rights information to the terminal device, further comprising:
receiving a second payment request sent by the terminal device, wherein the second payment request comprises an original transaction amount after the current first user fails to receive the user right and the device identification of the terminal device;

when the account information accords with a first preset condition of pushing a coupon or a shopping coupon, determining a coupon code or a shopping coupon code pushed by the current first user;
when the account information meets a second preset condition for getting samples, determining a sample verification and cancellation code pushed by the current first user;
when the account information does not belong to the registered user recorded by the terminal equipment and accords with a third preset condition of becoming a registered user, determining a registered account code pushed by the current first user;
and when the account information meets a fourth preset condition of point trading, determining a point trading goods code pushed by the current first user.

responding to a face brushing request, and collecting face image information of a current first user;

and displaying the third payment result information and drawing the corresponding operation entrance of the user rights on a first interactive interface facing the first user.

The method of claim 25, wherein the third payment request includes a transaction amount and a device identifier of the terminal device, so that the server determines a bound collection account according to the device identifier, and transfers the transaction amount to the collection account through a payment account corresponding to the facial image information.
