Claims (10)

1. A delivery method of a hotel robot is characterized by comprising the following steps:
transmitting fetching information in the tour process, wherein the fetching information is used for prompting a target user to acquire a target article;
and responding to the fetching request of the target user, and providing the target item to the target user.
2. The article conveying method according to claim 1, wherein the transmitting of the article taking information in the tour process comprises:
in the tour process, the fetching information is propagated in a voice broadcasting mode.
3. The article conveying method according to claim 1, wherein the transmitting of the article taking information in the tour process comprises:
and in the tour process, sending instant communication information to a user terminal of the target user, wherein the instant communication information is used for prompting the target user to fetch the object.
4. The delivery method of claim 3, wherein after said sending the instant messaging information to the user terminal of the target user, the delivery method further comprises:
receiving feedback information of the target user;
determining the delivery time according to the feedback information;
and arriving at the check-in room of the target user based on the delivery time.
5. The article conveying method according to claim 1, wherein the transmitting of the article taking information in the tour process comprises:
in the tour process, acquiring the position information of the living room of the target user;
and when the distance from the entering room is less than or equal to a preset value, the fetching information is transmitted.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said providing a target item to the target user in response to the target user's retrieval request comprises:
responding to the fetching request of the target user, and identifying the holding certificate provided by the target user;
and providing the target object based on the check-in voucher.
7. The delivery method of claim 6, wherein the admission certificate is one of an NFC house card, an identity card and an application two-dimensional code.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein after said providing the target item, comprising:
generating a guiding voice according to the check-in certificate; the guiding voice is used for guiding the target user to obtain the target object.
9. A delivery device of a hotel robot, comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a processing module, wherein the sending module is used for spreading fetching information in the tour process, and the fetching information is used for prompting a target user to obtain a target object;
and the response module is used for responding to the fetching request of the target user and providing the target object for the target user.
10. A hotel robot comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of the method of delivering items as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
