The above-mentioned target unit items may be unit rows/unit columns for displaying the title, and the target unit items are unit items to be skipped for marking, that is, when marking is performed by adopting the scheme provided in this embodiment, the unit rows/unit columns for displaying the title are not marked, so that the number of unit items for displaying specific contents may be counted conveniently.
From the above, when the table marking is performed by applying the scheme provided by the embodiment, the unit rows and/or the unit columns which are not expected to be marked can be skipped for marking, instead, all the unit rows and/or the unit columns are not marked, and based on the marked information, the statistics on the number of the unit items for displaying the specific content in the table can be conveniently performed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the determination of the first identifier in step 202 may also be implemented in the following two ways.
In a first mode, according to the arrangement sequence of the first unit items in the table, the first identification of each first unit item is determined, according to the arrangement sequence of the second unit items in the table, the first identification of each second unit item is determined according to the first identification.
The second way is: determining a first identifier of each first unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table; and determining the first identification of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table.
The first unit item is: the type of the target unit item characterizes each unit item in the opposite direction of the direction. The second unit item is: the type of the target cell item characterizes each cell item in the forward direction of the direction.
The type of the target cell item includes a cell row and a cell column.
When the type of the target unit item is a unit row, the direction represented by the type of the target unit item may be: further, since the cell entry identity of the table is typically incremented sequentially from top to bottom, the vertical direction from the target cell entry. Thus, the forward direction of the direction characterized by the type of target unit item is: starting from the target unit item in a vertically downward direction, the second unit item is: starting from the target unit item, each unit row in the vertically downward direction; the reverse of the direction characterized by the type of target unit item is: starting from the target unit item in a vertically upward direction, the first unit item is: each cell row in the vertically upward direction is started from the target cell item.
Taking fig. 5a as an example, the unit item marked as empty in fig. 5a is the target unit item, and the direction of the vertical downward arrow is the vertical downward direction from the target unit item, so the direction of the vertical downward arrow is the forward direction of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item, and the second unit item is: starting from the target unit item, each unit row in the vertically downward direction;
the direction of the vertical upward arrow is the vertical upward direction from the target unit item, so the direction of the vertical upward arrow is the reverse direction of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item, and the first unit item is: each cell row in the vertically upward direction is started from the target cell item.
When the type of the target unit item is a unit column, the direction represented by the type of the target unit item may be: further, since the cell entry identifications of the table are typically incremented sequentially from left to right, the horizontal direction from the target cell entry. Thus, the forward direction of the direction characterized by the type of target unit item is: starting from the target unit item in the horizontal right direction, the second unit item is: starting from the target cell item, each cell row in the horizontal right direction; the reverse of the direction characterized by the type of target unit item is: starting from the target unit item in the horizontal left direction, the first unit item is: each cell column in the horizontal left direction is started from the target cell item.
Taking fig. 5b as an example, the unit item marked as empty in fig. 5b is the target unit item, and the direction of the horizontal right arrow is the horizontal right direction from the target unit item, so the direction of the horizontal right arrow is the forward direction of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item, and the second unit item is: starting from the target cell item, each cell row in the horizontal right direction;
the direction of the horizontal left arrow is the direction to start from the target unit item to the horizontal left, so the direction of the horizontal left arrow is the reverse direction of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item, and the first unit item is: each cell column in the horizontal left direction is started from the target cell item.
The specific procedure for determining the first identifier in the first mode and the second mode is different, and will be described below.
When the first identifier is determined in the first manner, first, the first identifier of each first unit item is determined according to the arrangement order of each first unit item in the table, and when the first identifier of each second unit item is determined according to the first identifier of each first unit item, the first identifier of the unit item located in the last row/column in each first unit item can be determined according to the first identifier of the unit item located in the first row/column in each second unit item, and further, the first identifier of each second unit item is determined according to the arrangement order of each second unit item in the table.
For example: assume that the first element includes: a first row of cells, a second row of cells, a third row of cells, the second cell item comprising: when determining the first identifier of the first unit item, the fifth row unit row, the sixth row unit row and the seventh row unit row, according to the arrangement sequence of the first unit items in the table, the identifier of the first row unit row is determined to be "1", the identifier of the second row unit row is determined to be "2", and the identifier of the third row unit row is determined to be "3";
in determining the first identity of the second unit item, due to the third row unit behavior: the cell item in the last row of the first cell item, and labeled "3", the fifth row of cell actions: the unit items in the first row in the second unit items can determine that the identifier of the fifth row of unit lines is '4', and further can determine that the identifier of the sixth row of unit lines is '5', and the identifier of the seventh row of unit lines is '6', according to the identifier of the third row of unit lines.
Therefore, the identification of the second unit item is determined according to the identification of the first unit item, namely the identifications of the first unit item and the second unit item are associated, so that the application scene of the integral statistics of the data in the table can be met, and the actual requirements of users are met.
When the first identifiers are determined by adopting the second mode, determining the first identifiers of the first unit items according to the arrangement sequence of the first unit items in the table; and determining the first identification of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table.
For example: along the above example, when determining the first identification of the first unit items, according to the arrangement order of the first unit items in the table, the identification of the first row unit row may be determined as "1", the identification of the second row unit row as "2", and the identification of the third row unit row as "3"; when determining the first identifier of the second unit item, according to the arrangement order of the second unit items in the table, the identifier of the fifth unit row may be determined to be "1", the identifier of the sixth unit row may be determined to be "2", and the identifier of the seventh unit row may be determined to be "3".
In this case, it may be understood that the table includes a plurality of sub-tables, and since the target unit item is not identified, and the first identifications of the first unit item and the second unit item are separately determined, the number of unit items in each sub-table can be conveniently counted.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a second form marking method according to an embodiment of the present application, after the step 203, the following steps 204 to 206 may be further included.
Step 204: the re-marked cell entry in the marked table is determined as a reference cell entry.
In some cases, the marked identifier in the table may not meet the user's needs, or the user may select the unit item to be re-marked in the marked table.
In one embodiment, the user may move a cursor over the user interface at the location of the cell item in the form by moving the mouse and triggering a click operation indicating that the cell item is a re-tagged cell item. When the client detects the clicking operation of the user, the unit item clicked by the user is determined to be used as the reference unit item.
Specifically, the user can select and click the unit items in the table for re-marking, pop up a preset menu item, wherein the menu item comprises an option button for representing that the selected unit item needs to be re-marked, and after the click operation of the option button by the user is detected, the unit item selected by the user can be determined to be the re-marked reference unit item.
Taking fig. 7 as an example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of another menu item provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the menu items include option buttons such as "copy", "cut", "paste", etc., where the option button "identify from current line" indicates that the currently selected element line needs to be re-identified, and when the element line selected by the user is detected and the option button "identify from current line" in the menu items is selected again, the user may consider that the electronic device needs to re-identify the selected element line, so that the current 5 th line may be used as the reference element item.
In another embodiment, the user may enter the location of the cell item in the form on the user interface as a re-tagged cell item.
In this case, when the above-described reference cell item is determined, based on the position of the cell item in the table inputted by the user, the cell item corresponding to the above-described position may be determined in the table, and the determined cell item may be used as the reference cell item.
Step 205: in the case that the reference unit item is located before the target unit item, determining second identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item according to the arrangement order of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table, and marking the identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item as the second identifications.
The third element is: the unit items between the reference unit item and the target unit item.
Taking fig. 8a as an example, the unit item marked with empty in fig. 8a is the target unit item, the unit item marked with 3 is the reference unit item, and it can be seen that the reference unit item is located before the target unit item, and each unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item is the third unit item.
In determining the identity of the reference unit item and each third unit item, a second identity of the reference unit item may be first determined, the identity of each third unit item is determined based on the determined identity of the reference unit item and the arrangement order of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table, and the determined identity of the reference unit item and the identity of the third unit item are used as the second identity. .
In determining the identity of the reference unit item, the identity input by the user may be used as the identity of the reference unit item, for example: assuming that the user input identification is "3", the "3" may be taken as the identification of the reference cell item. The preset identifier may also be an identifier of the reference unit item, where the preset identifier may be set empirically by a worker, for example: the preset identifier may be "1" or "a".
After the identification of the reference unit item is determined, according to the arrangement order of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table, the unit item interval number of the interval between each third unit item and the reference unit item can be determined, and based on the identification of the reference unit item and the unit item interval number corresponding to each third unit item, the identification of each third unit item can be determined.
Referring to fig. 8a, the reference cell item is a third row of cells, the target cell item is a seventh row of cells, and each third cell item is in turn: the fourth row unit row, the fifth row unit row, and the sixth row unit row, assuming that the identification of the redetermined reference unit item is "1", the number of unit row intervals of intervals between the fourth row unit row and the third row unit row is 1, so the identification of the fourth row unit row can be calculated as: 1+1=2, i.e. "2", according to which the identity of the fifth row of cells can be calculated as: the identification of "3", sixth row of cells is "4".
After determining the second identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item, the identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item are marked as the second identifications.
In particular, the identity of the unit item preceding the reference unit item may be determined whether to remain based on the actual needs of the user, and in the case where the user triggers a purge operation in the user interface for indicating the identity of the unit item preceding the reference unit item, the identity of each unit item preceding the reference unit item may be purged.
Moreover, the identification of the unit items after the target unit item can keep the marked identification unchanged; the identity of each unit item subsequent to the target unit item may also be calculated based on the identities of the neighboring unit items preceding the target unit item, and the calculated identity re-tagged with the identity of each unit item subsequent to the target unit item.
For example: assuming that the identifiers of the adjacent unit items before the target unit item are 4, the identifiers of the unit items after the target unit item can be calculated according to the sequence: 5. 6, 7, 8, 9, … ….
Taking fig. 8b as an example, fig. 8b is: the reference unit item and the identifier of each third unit item in fig. 8a are marked as a third identifier, and it can be seen from fig. 8b that the identifier of the unit item preceding the reference unit item is emptied.
Comparing fig. 8b and fig. 8a, the identifiers of the reference unit items are marked as "1", the identifiers of the respective third unit items are respectively marked as "2", "3" and "4" in order, and the identifiers of the unit items preceding the reference unit item are all empty, and the unit items following the target unit item are marked as "5" and "6".
Of course, if the user does not trigger the above-mentioned purging operation, the identity of the unit item located before the reference unit item may be kept unchanged.
Step 206: in the case that the reference unit item is located after the target unit item, the identities of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item are determined according to the arrangement order of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item in the table, and the identities of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item are marked as a third identity.
The fourth element is: the unit items subsequent to the unit item are referred to.
Taking fig. 8c as an example, the unit item marked empty in the rectangular frame in fig. 8c is the target unit item, the unit item marked 4 is the reference unit item, and it can be seen that the reference unit item is located after the target unit item, and each unit item after the reference unit item is the fourth unit item.
In determining the identity of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item, the identity of the reference unit item may be first determined, the identity of each fourth unit item may be determined based on the determined identity of the reference unit item and the arrangement order of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item in the table, and the identity of the reference unit item and the identity of the fourth unit item may be used as the third identity.
The specific way of determining the identity of the reference unit item may be seen in the way of determining the identity of the reference unit item in step 204.
After the identification of the reference unit item is determined, according to the arrangement order of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item in the table, the number of unit item intervals between each fourth unit item and the reference unit item can be determined, and based on the identification of the reference unit item and the number of unit item intervals corresponding to each fourth unit item, the identification of each fourth unit item can be determined.
Along fig. 8c, the reference unit item is the fifth row unit line, the target unit item is the third row unit line, and the fourth unit items are in turn: a sixth row of unit lines, a seventh row of unit lines, and an eighth row of unit lines, assuming that the identification of the redetermined reference unit item is "1", the number of unit line intervals of intervals between the sixth row of unit lines and the fifth row of unit lines is 1, so that the identification of the sixth row of unit lines can be calculated as: 1+1=2, i.e. "2", according to which the identity of the seventh row of cells can be calculated as: the identification of "3", the eighth row of cells is "4".
After determining the third identifications of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item, the identifications of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item are marked as the third identifications.
In particular, the identity of the unit item located between the target unit item and the reference unit item may be determined whether to remain based on the actual needs of the user, and when the user triggers a purging operation in the user interface for indicating the identity of the unit item located between the target unit item and the reference unit item, the identity of the unit item located between the target unit item and the reference unit item may be purged.
Of course, if the user does not trigger the above-mentioned purging operation, the identity of the unit item located between the target unit item and the reference unit item may be kept unchanged.
Taking fig. 8d as an example, fig. 8d is: the reference unit item and the identifier of each fourth unit item in fig. 8c are marked as a third identifier, and it can be seen from fig. 8d that the identifier of the unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item is emptied.
In contrast to fig. 8d and 8c, the identification of the reference unit item is marked "1", the identification of each fourth unit item is marked "2", "3", "4", "5", respectively, in order, and the identification of the unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item is empty.
Thus, when the unit items in the table need to be re-marked, the reference unit items needing to be re-marked are determined, so that the first identification of the second unit item after the reference unit item or the first unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item is re-determined, and the requirement of re-marking the unit items in the table is met.
In one embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the identifier recovery operation triggered by the user in the user interface is received, the preset identifier of each unit item in the table can be determined, and the identifier of each unit item is updated to be the preset identifier.
In a general case, the identifiers of the unit items in the table have preset identifiers. When the user needs to recover the identifier of each unit item in the table, the user can trigger the identifier recovery operation, where the identifier recovery operation is used to instruct to recover the identifier of each unit item in the table.
Specifically, an identifier recovery button may be set in the user interface, and by detecting a click operation of the user that triggers the identifier recovery button, it is determined that the user needs to recover the identifier of each element item of the table. In this case, the preset identity of each unit item may be determined, and the identity of each unit item may be updated to the preset identity.
Taking fig. 9a and 9b as an example, in fig. 9a, the fifth row unit line is a target unit line, and the identifiers of the unit lines except for the fifth row unit line are sequentially from top to bottom: "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9", the identity of each element shown in FIG. 9b is: the identifiers of the unit items after the recovery on the basis of fig. 9a are as follows from top to bottom: "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10".
Therefore, the identification of each unit item in the marked table can be recovered, and the requirement for recovering the identification of the unit item is met.
In one embodiment of the present application, when determining the target unit item, the unit item in the preset range in the table may be traversed, and the unit item that satisfies the preset skip flag condition may be searched for as the target unit item.
Wherein the skip mark condition includes at least one of the following conditions: blank row, blank column, cell row for displaying title, cell column for displaying title.
Characters do not exist in all cells in the blank rows and the blank columns;
the cell row for displaying the title, and the cell in the cell column for displaying the title exist for displaying the title content.
Specifically, the marks may be skipped, that is, not performed, for blank rows, blank columns, cell rows for displaying titles, cell columns for displaying titles, and the like. Therefore, the unit items meeting the conditions can be searched in the table, and the searched unit items are used as target unit items to be skipped.
In an embodiment of the present application, the skip mark condition may be a preset condition, or may be a skip mark condition customized by a user.
Specifically, the electronic apparatus may provide a condition input box, and obtain a condition input by the user in the condition input box as the skip flag condition. A plurality of candidate conditions may also be provided, one or more conditions selected by the user from the plurality of candidate conditions are obtained, and the skip mark conditions are combined.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a first form marking device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the device includes the following modules 1001-1003:
a first unit item determining module 1001, configured to determine a unit item to be skipped marked in a table, as a target unit item, where the unit item includes a unit row and/or a unit column;
a first identifier determining module 1002, configured to determine a first identifier of another unit item, where the other unit item is: the unit items of the table except for the target unit item;
an identification marking module 1003, configured to mark the identification of the other unit item as the first identification.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first identifier determining module is specifically configured to determine, according to an arrangement order of other unit items in the table, a first identifier of each other unit item.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first identifier determining module is specifically configured to determine, according to an arrangement order of each first unit item in the table, a first identifier of each first unit item, where the first unit item is: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item; according to the arrangement sequence of the second unit items in the table, determining the first identification of each second unit item according to the first identification of each first unit item, wherein the second unit items are: each unit item in the forward direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first identifier determining module is specifically configured to determine, according to an arrangement order of each first unit item in the table, a first identifier of each first unit item, where the first unit item is: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item; determining a first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table, wherein the second unit item is: each unit item in the forward direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a second form marking device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the device further includes the following modules 1004-1006.
A second unit item determining module 1004, configured to determine a unit item that is re-marked in the marked table as a reference unit item;
a second identifier determining module 1005, configured to determine, in a case where the reference unit item is located before the target unit item, a second identifier of the reference unit item and each third unit item according to an arrangement order of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table, and mark the identifiers of the reference unit item and each third unit item as the second identifier, where the third unit item is: a unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item;
a third identifier determining module 1006, configured to determine, when the reference unit item is located after the target unit item, third identifiers of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item according to an arrangement order of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item in the table, and mark the identifiers of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item as the third identifiers, where the fourth unit item is: the unit items subsequent to the reference unit item.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the identification updating module is used for determining preset identifications of all unit items in the table and updating the identifications of all unit items into the preset identifications under the condition that an identification recovery operation triggered by a user in a user interface is received.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the target unit item includes: at least two consecutive rows of cells and/or at least two consecutive columns of cells.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first unit item determining module is specifically configured to traverse unit items within a preset range in a table, find a unit item that meets a preset skip flag condition as a target unit item, where the skip flag condition includes at least one of the following conditions: blank row, blank column, cell row for displaying title, cell column for displaying title.

1. A method of marking a form, the method comprising:
determining a target cell item to be skipped marked in a table, wherein the cell item comprises a cell row and/or a cell column;
determining a first identification of other unit items, wherein the other unit items are: the unit items of the table except for the target unit item;
marking the identification of the other unit items as the first identification;
the method further comprises the steps of:
determining a re-marked unit item in the marked table as a reference unit item;
determining a second identifier of the reference unit item and each third unit item according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table under the condition that the reference unit item is positioned before the target unit item, and marking the identifiers of the reference unit item and each third unit item as the second identifier, wherein the third unit item is: a unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item;
Determining a third identifier of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item in the table when the reference unit item is positioned behind the target unit item, and marking the identifiers of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item as the third identifier, wherein the fourth unit item is: the unit items subsequent to the reference unit item.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the first identity of the other unit item comprises:
and determining the first identification of each other unit item according to the arrangement sequence of the other unit items in the table.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the first identity of each other unit item according to the order in which the other unit items are arranged in the table comprises:
determining a first identifier of each first unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table, wherein the first unit item is: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item;
according to the arrangement sequence of the second unit items in the table, determining the first identification of each second unit item according to the first identification of each first unit item, wherein the second unit items are: each unit item in the forward direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the first identity of each other unit item according to the order in which the other unit items are arranged in the table comprises:
determining a first identifier of each first unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table, wherein the first unit item is: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item;
determining a first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table, wherein the second unit item is: each unit item in the forward direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
and under the condition that an identifier recovery operation triggered by a user in a user interface is received, determining preset identifiers of all unit items in the table, and updating the identifiers of all unit items to the preset identifiers.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the target unit item comprises: at least two consecutive rows of cells and/or at least two consecutive columns of cells.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein determining the cell entry to be skipped marked in the table comprises:
traversing unit items in a preset range in a table, and searching for unit items meeting preset skip mark conditions as target unit items, wherein the skip mark conditions comprise at least one of the following conditions: blank row, blank column, cell row for displaying title, cell column for displaying title.
8. A form marking apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
a first unit item determining module, configured to determine a unit item to be skipped marked in a table, as a target unit item, where the unit item includes a unit row and/or a unit column;
the first identification determining module is used for determining first identifications of other unit items, wherein the other unit items are: the unit items of the table except for the target unit item;
the identification marking module is used for marking the identification of the other unit items as the first identification;
the apparatus further comprises:
a second unit item determining module for determining a unit item re-marked in the marked table as a reference unit item;
A second identifier determining module, configured to determine, when the reference unit item is located before the target unit item, a second identifier of the reference unit item and each third unit item according to an arrangement order of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table, and mark the identifiers of the reference unit item and each third unit item as the second identifier, where the third unit item is: a unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item;
a third identifier determining module, configured to determine, when the reference unit item is located after the target unit item, third identifiers of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item according to an arrangement order of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item in the table, and mark the identifiers of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item as the third identifiers, where the fourth unit item is: the unit items subsequent to the reference unit item.
9. The electronic equipment is characterized by comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
A memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the method steps of any one of claims 1-7 when executing a program stored on a memory.
