For example: assuming that the table includes a unit item 1, a unit item 2, a unit item 3, a unit item 4, and a unit item 5, where the unit item 2 is a target unit item, and the first identifiers of the other unit items after re-determination are: the first identifier of the unit item 1 is 1, the first identifier of the unit item 3 is 2, the first identifier of the unit item 4 is 3, the first identifier of the unit item 5 is 4, the value of the identifier of each other unit item in the table in the user interface is marked as the first identifier, and the identifier marking process of other unit items is realized.
Specifically, when marking other cell rows, marking may be performed in the leftmost cell in the other cell rows; when the other cell columns are marked, the marking may be performed in the uppermost cell in the other cell columns.
Taking fig. 4b as an example, in fig. 4b, the cell row in the third row is the target cell row, and the other cell rows are: the cell rows other than the target cell row, as can be seen from fig. 4b, the first row of cell rows is labeled: "1", the second row of cell rows is labeled: "2", the fourth row of cell rows is labeled: "3", the fifth row of cells is labeled: "4".
Based on the marked first identification, the number of unit items in the table can be counted conveniently. As in fig. 4b, the number of unit items in the table for displaying specific contents may be directly determined to be 10.
The target unit item may be a unit row/unit column for displaying a title, and the target unit item is a unit item to be skipped from marking, that is, when the scheme provided by this embodiment is used for marking, the unit row/unit column for displaying the title is not marked, so that the number of unit items for displaying specific content can be counted conveniently.
As can be seen from the above, when the scheme provided by this embodiment is applied to table marking, marking may be performed by skipping the cell rows and/or cell columns that are not desired to be marked, and not marking all the cell rows and/or cell columns, and based on the marked information, the number of the cell items used for displaying specific content in the table can be counted conveniently.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining the first identifier in step 202 may be implemented in the following two ways.
In a first mode, the first identifier of each first unit item is determined according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table, and the first identifier of each second unit item is determined according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table and according to the first identifier.
The second mode is as follows: determining a first identifier of each first unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table; and determining the first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table.
The first unit item is: the unit items in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item. The second unit term is: the unit items are in the positive direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
The types of the target unit item comprise a unit row and a unit column.
When the type of the target unit item is a unit row, the direction represented by the type of the target unit item may be: the vertical direction from the target cell item, further, the cell item identification of the table is usually sequentially increased from top to bottom. Thus, the forward direction of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item is: starting from the target unit item, a vertically downward direction, the second unit item being: each cell row in a vertically downward direction from the target cell item; the reverse of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item is: starting from the target unit item in the vertical upward direction, the first unit item is: each cell row in a vertically upward direction from the target cell item.
Taking fig. 5a as an example, the unit item marked as empty in fig. 5a is the target unit item, the direction of the vertical down arrow is the vertical down direction from the target unit item, so the direction of the vertical down arrow is the positive direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item, and the second unit item is: each cell row in a vertically downward direction from the target cell item;
the direction of the vertical upward arrow is the vertical upward direction from the target unit item, so the direction of the vertical upward arrow is the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item, and the first unit item is: each cell row in a vertically upward direction from the target cell item.
When the type of the target unit item is a unit column, the direction represented by the type of the target unit item may be: the horizontal direction from the target cell entry, further, since the cell entry identification of the table is usually sequentially increased from left to right. Thus, the forward direction of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item is: starting from the target unit item in the horizontal right direction, the second unit item is: cell columns in the horizontal right direction from the target cell item; the reverse of the direction characterized by the type of the target unit item is: starting from the target unit item in the horizontal left direction, the first unit item is: cell columns in the horizontal left direction are started from the target cell item.
Taking fig. 5b as an example, the cell item marked as empty in fig. 5b is the target cell item, the direction of the horizontal right arrow is the horizontal right direction from the target cell item, so the direction of the horizontal right arrow is the positive direction of the direction represented by the type of the target cell item, and the second cell item is: cell columns in the horizontal right direction from the target cell item;
the direction of the horizontal left arrow is the horizontal left direction from the target unit item, so the direction of the horizontal left arrow is the reverse of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item, and the first unit item is: cell columns in the horizontal left direction are started from the target cell item.
The specific procedures for determining the first identifier are different between the first and second manners, and are described below.
When the first identifier is determined by the first method, first, the first identifier of each first unit item is determined according to the arrangement order of each first unit item in the table, and when the first identifier of each second unit item is determined according to the first identifier of each first unit item, the first identifier of the unit item located in the first row/column in the second unit item may be determined according to the first identifier of the unit item located in the last row/column in each first unit item, and then the first identifier of each second unit item is determined according to the arrangement order of each second unit item in the table.
For example: assume that the first unit item includes: the first row of unit rows, the second row of unit rows and the third row of unit rows, and the second unit item comprises: when determining the first identifier of the first cell item, the fifth, sixth, and seventh cell lines may determine that the identifier of the first cell line is "1", the identifier of the second cell line is "2", and the identifier of the third cell line is "3", according to the arrangement order of the first cell items in the table;
in determining the first identity of the second unit item, due to the third row unit action: the cell entry in the first cell entry located in the last row, and identified as "3", the cell row in the fifth row: in the second unit item, the unit item located in the first row may determine, according to the identifier of the third row unit item, that the identifier of the fifth row unit item is "4", and further may determine that the identifier of the sixth row unit item is "5" and the identifier of the seventh row unit item is "6".
Therefore, the identification of the second unit item is determined according to the identification of the first unit item, namely the identifications of the first unit item and the second unit item are related, so that the application scene of overall statistics on the number of data in the table can be met, and the actual requirements of users are better met.
When the first identifier is determined by adopting the second mode, determining the first identifier of each first unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table; and determining the first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table.
For example: following the above example, when determining the first identifier of the first cell entry, according to the arrangement order of the first cell entries in the table, it may be determined that the identifier of the first row of cell rows is "1", the identifier of the second row of cell rows is "2", and the identifier of the third row of cell rows is "3"; when determining the first identifier of the second cell item, the identifier of the fifth cell row may be determined to be "1", the identifier of the sixth cell row may be determined to be "2", and the identifier of the seventh cell row may be determined to be "3", according to the arrangement order of the second cell items in the table.
In this case, it can be understood that the table includes a plurality of sub-tables, and since the target unit entry is not identified and the first identifications of the first unit entry and the second unit entry are separately determined, statistics on the number of unit entries in each sub-table can be conveniently performed.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a second form marking method according to an embodiment of the present application, and after the step 203, the following steps 204 and 206 may also be included.
Step 204: and determining the relabeled unit item in the marked table as a reference unit item.
In some cases, the marked identifiers in the table cannot meet the needs of the user, or the identifiers are wrong, and the user can select the unit items needing to be marked again in the marked table.
In one embodiment, the user may move the cursor to the location of the cell item in the table on the user interface by moving the mouse, and trigger a click operation to indicate that the cell item is a relabeled cell item. When the client detects the clicking operation of the user, the unit item clicked by the user is determined to be used as a reference unit item.
Specifically, the user may select and click the unit item re-marked in the table, pop up a preset menu item, where the menu item includes an option button representing that the selected unit item needs to be re-marked, and after the click operation of the option button by the user is detected, the unit item selected by the user may be determined to be a reference unit item re-marked.
Taking fig. 7 as an example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of another menu item provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the menu items include option buttons such as "copy", "cut", "paste", and the like, where the option button "mark from the current row" indicates that the currently selected cell row needs to be re-marked, and when the cell row selected by the user and the option button "mark from the current row" in the above menu items are detected, it may be considered that the user needs the electronic device to re-mark the selected cell row, so the current row 5 may be used as a reference cell item.
In another embodiment, the user may enter the location of the cell item in the table on the user interface as a relabeled cell item.
In this case, when determining the reference cell item, a cell item corresponding to the position may be determined in the table based on the position of the cell item in the table input by the user, and the determined cell item may be used as the reference cell item.
Step 205: and under the condition that the reference unit item is positioned in front of the target unit item, determining second identifications of the reference unit item and the third unit items according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and the third unit items in the table, and marking the identifications of the reference unit item and the third unit items as the second identifications.
The third unit item is: unit items between the reference unit item and the target unit item.
Taking fig. 8a as an example, the unit item marked as empty in fig. 8a is a target unit item, and the unit item marked as 3 is a reference unit item, it can be seen that the reference unit item is located before the target unit item, and each unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item is a third unit item.
When determining the reference unit item and the identifiers of the third unit items, the second identifier of the reference unit item may be determined first, the identifier of each third unit item may be determined based on the determined identifier of the reference unit item and the arrangement order of the reference unit item and the third unit items in the table, and the determined identifier of the reference unit item and the identifier of the third unit item may be used as the second identifier. .
When determining the identity of the reference unit item, the identity input by the user may be used as the identity of the reference unit item, for example: assuming that the identifier input by the user is "3", the "3" can be used as the identifier of the reference unit item. The preset identifier may also be an identifier of a reference unit item, and the preset identifier may be set by a worker according to experience, for example: the preset flag may be "1" or "a".
After the identifier of the reference unit item is determined, the number of unit item intervals between each third unit item and the reference unit item can be determined according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table, and the identifier of each third unit item can be determined based on the identifier of the reference unit item and the number of unit item intervals corresponding to each third unit item.
Referring to fig. 8a, the reference cell item is the third row of cell rows, the target cell item is the seventh row of cell rows, and each third cell item sequentially is: the fourth row unit row, the fifth row unit row and the sixth row unit row, assuming that the re-determined reference unit item is identified as "1", and the unit row interval number of the interval between the fourth row unit row and the third row unit row is 1, the identification of the fourth row unit row can be calculated as: 1+1 ═ 2, i.e., "2", and in this way, the identification of the fifth row of elements can be calculated as: "3", the sixth row of cells is identified as "4".
And after determining the second identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item, marking the identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item as the second identifications.
Specifically, the identifier of the unit item located before the reference unit item may determine whether to be reserved based on actual needs of the user, and in a case where the user triggers a clearing operation in the user interface to indicate that the identifier of the unit item before the reference unit item is cleared, the identifier of each unit item before the reference unit item may be cleared.
And the identification of the unit item after the target unit item can keep the marked identification unchanged; the identities of the unit items subsequent to the target unit item may also be calculated based on the identities of the unit items adjacent to and before the target unit item, and the calculated identities relabeled to the identities of the unit items subsequent to the target unit item.
For example: assuming that the identifier of the unit item adjacent to the target unit item is 4, the identifiers of the unit items after the target unit item can be calculated as follows: 5. 6,7,8,9 … ….
Taking fig. 8b as an example, fig. 8b is: the table diagram obtained by marking the reference unit item and the identifiers of the third unit items in fig. 8a as third identifiers can be seen from fig. 8b that the identifiers of the unit items before the reference unit item are cleared.
Comparing fig. 8b and fig. 8a, the identifier of the reference unit item is marked as "1", the identifiers of the third unit items are respectively marked as "2", "3" and "4" in sequence, the identifiers of the unit items before the reference unit item are all empty, and the unit items after the target unit item are marked as "5" and "6".
Of course, if the user does not trigger the clearing operation, the identifier of the unit item before the reference unit item may be kept unchanged.
Step 206: and under the condition that the reference unit item is positioned behind the target unit item, determining the identifications of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items in the table, and marking the identifications of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items as third identifications.
The fourth unit item is: the unit item following the unit item is referred to.
Taking fig. 8c as an example, the unit item marked as empty in the rectangular box in fig. 8c is a target unit item, and the unit item marked as 4 is a reference unit item, and it can be seen that the reference unit item is located behind the target unit item, and each unit item behind the reference unit item is a fourth unit item.
When determining the reference unit item and the identifiers of the fourth unit items, the identifier of the reference unit item may be determined first, the identifier of each fourth unit item may be determined based on the determined identifier of the reference unit item and the arrangement order of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items in the table, and the identifier of the reference unit item and the identifier of the fourth unit item may be used as the third identifier.
The specific manner of determining the identity of the reference unit item can be seen in the manner of determining the identity of the reference unit item in step 204.
After the identifier of the reference unit item is determined, the unit item interval number of the interval between each fourth unit item and the reference unit item can be determined according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item in the table, and the identifier of each fourth unit item can be determined based on the identifier of the reference unit item and the unit item interval number corresponding to each fourth unit item.
Along with fig. 8c, the reference cell item is the fifth row of cell rows, the target cell item is the third row of cell rows, and each fourth cell item is in turn: the sixth row of cell rows, the seventh row of cell rows, and the eighth row of cell rows, assuming that the re-determined reference cell item is identified as "1" and the number of cell row intervals between the sixth row of cell rows and the fifth row of cell rows is 1, the identification of the sixth row of cell rows can be calculated as: 1+1 ═ 2, i.e., "2", and in this way, the identity of the seventh row of elements can be calculated as: "3", the eighth row of cell rows is identified as "4".
And after determining the third identifiers of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item, marking the identifiers of the reference unit item and each fourth unit item as the third identifiers.
Specifically, the identifier of the unit item located between the target unit item and the reference unit item may determine whether to reserve based on actual needs of the user, and in a case where the user triggers an emptying operation in the user interface for indicating the identifier of the unit item between the target unit item and the reference unit item, the identifier of the unit item between the target unit item and the reference unit item may be cleared.
Of course, if the user does not trigger the clearing operation, the identifier of the unit item located between the target unit item and the reference unit item may be kept unchanged.
Taking fig. 8d as an example, fig. 8d is: the table diagram obtained by marking the identifiers of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items in fig. 8c as the third identifiers can be seen from fig. 8d that the identifiers of the unit items between the reference unit item and the target unit item are cleared.
Comparing fig. 8d and 8c, the identification of the reference unit item is marked as "1", the identifications of the fourth unit items are respectively marked as "2", "3", "4", "5" in order, and the identifications of the unit items between the reference unit item and the target unit item are null.
In this way, when the cell item in the table needs to be re-marked, the reference cell item that needs to be re-marked is determined, so that the second cell item after the reference cell item or the first identifier of the first cell item between the reference cell item and the target cell item is re-determined, so as to adapt to the need of re-marking the cell item in the table.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in a case where an identifier recovery operation triggered by a user in a user interface is received, a preset identifier of each unit item in a table may also be determined, and the identifier of each unit item is updated to the preset identifier.
In a common situation, the identifiers of the unit items in the table all have preset identifiers. When a user needs to restore the identifier of each unit item in the table, the user may trigger the identifier restoring operation, where the identifier restoring operation is used to instruct to restore the identifier of each unit item in the table.
Specifically, an identifier recovery button may be set in the user interface, and it is determined that the user needs to recover the identifier of each cell item of the table by detecting a click operation of the user that triggers the identifier recovery button. In this case, the preset identification of each unit item may be determined, and the identification of each unit item may be updated to the preset identification.
Taking fig. 9a and 9b as an example, the unit row in the fifth row in fig. 9a is the target unit row, and the labels of the unit rows except the unit row in the fifth row are, in order from top to bottom: "1, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8, 9", the identification of each unit item shown in fig. 9b is: after the identification of each unit item is recovered on the basis of fig. 9a, the identification of each unit row is, from top to bottom: "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10".
Therefore, the marks of all the unit items in the marked table can be recovered, and the requirement for recovering the marks of the unit items is met.
In an embodiment of the present application, when determining the target cell item, the cell items in a preset range in the table may be traversed, and the cell item satisfying a preset skip flag condition is searched as the target cell item.
Wherein the skip flag condition includes at least one of the following conditions: blank rows, blank columns, cell rows for displaying a title, and cell columns for displaying a title.
Characters do not exist in all cells in the blank rows and the blank columns;
the unit row for displaying the title and the unit column for displaying the title have a cell for displaying the title content.
Specifically, the marking may be skipped, that is, not performed, for a blank row, a blank column, a unit row for displaying a title, a unit column for displaying a title, and the like. Therefore, the cell item meeting the above condition can be searched in the table, and the searched cell item is taken as the target cell item to be skipped and marked.
In an embodiment of the present application, the skip flag condition may be a preset condition, or may be a user-defined skip flag condition.
Specifically, the electronic device may provide a condition input box, and obtain a condition input by the user in the condition input box as a skip flag condition. A plurality of candidate conditions can also be provided, one or more conditions selected by a user from the plurality of candidate conditions are obtained, and the conditions are combined to obtain the skip mark condition.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a first form marking device provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the device includes the following modules 1001 and 1003:
a first unit item determining module 1001, configured to determine a unit item to be skipped from a table as a target unit item, where the unit item includes a unit row and/or a unit column;
a first identifier determining module 1002, configured to determine first identifiers of other unit items, where the other unit items are: the unit items except the target unit item in the unit items of the table;
an identifier tagging module 1003, configured to tag the identifier of the other unit item as the first identifier.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first identifier determining module is specifically configured to determine the first identifier of each other unit item according to an arrangement order of the other unit items in the table.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first identifier determining module is specifically configured to determine the first identifier of each first unit item according to an arrangement order of each first unit item in the table, where the first unit item is: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item; determining the first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table and the first identifier of each first unit item, wherein the second unit items are as follows: and each unit item is positioned in the positive direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first identifier determining module is specifically configured to determine the first identifier of each first unit item according to an arrangement order of each first unit item in the table, where the first unit item is: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item; determining a first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table, wherein the second unit items are as follows: and each unit item is positioned in the positive direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.

A second unit item determining module 1004, configured to determine a relabeled unit item in the marked table as a reference unit item;

The communication bus mentioned in the electronic device may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. determining a target unit item to be skipped from a table, wherein the unit item comprises a unit row and/or a unit column;
determining a first identifier of other unit items, wherein the other unit items are: the unit items except the target unit item in the unit items of the table;
marking the identification of the other unit item as the first identification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the first identity of the other unit item comprises:
and determining the first identification of each other unit item according to the arrangement sequence of the other unit items in the table.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the first identifier of each other unit item according to the arrangement order of the other unit items in the table comprises:
determining a first identifier of each first unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table, wherein the first unit item is as follows: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item;
determining the first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table and the first identifier of each first unit item, wherein the second unit items are as follows: and each unit item is positioned in the positive direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the first identifier of each other unit item according to the arrangement order of the other unit items in the table comprises:
determining a first identifier of each first unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each first unit item in the table, wherein the first unit item is as follows: each unit item in the reverse direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item;
determining a first identifier of each second unit item according to the arrangement sequence of each second unit item in the table, wherein the second unit items are as follows: and each unit item is positioned in the positive direction of the direction represented by the type of the target unit item.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
determining a relabeled unit item in the marked table as a reference unit item;
under the condition that the reference unit item is located before the target unit item, according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and each third unit item in the table, determining second identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item, and marking the identifications of the reference unit item and each third unit item as the second identifications, wherein the third unit item is: a unit item between the reference unit item and the target unit item;
determining third identifications of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items according to the arrangement sequence of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items in the table under the condition that the reference unit item is positioned behind the target unit item, and marking the identifications of the reference unit item and the fourth unit items as the third identifications, wherein the fourth unit items are as follows: a unit item following the reference unit item.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
and under the condition of receiving an identifier recovery operation triggered by a user in a user interface, determining a preset identifier of each unit item in the table, and updating the identifier of each unit item into the preset identifier.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the target unit item comprises: at least two consecutive rows of cells and/or at least two consecutive columns of cells.
8. The method according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the determining the cell entry in the table to skip the mark comprises:
traversing the unit items in a preset range in the table, and searching the unit items meeting a preset skipping marking condition as target unit items, wherein the skipping marking condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: blank rows, blank columns, cell rows for displaying a title, and cell columns for displaying a title.
9. A form marking apparatus, comprising:
the first unit item determining module is used for determining a unit item to be skipped and marked in a table as a target unit item, wherein the unit item comprises a unit row and/or a unit column;
a first identifier determining module, configured to determine a first identifier of another unit item, where the another unit item is: the unit items except the target unit item in the unit items of the table;
and the identification marking module is used for marking the identifications of the other unit items as the first identifications.
