Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information replying method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to quickly replying information of each level in a multi-level information architecture, and the method can be executed by an information replying device provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the information replying device can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the information replying device can be configured on an electronic computing device, such as an electronic device, which can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer, and the like.
The information reply method in the embodiment is applied to a multi-level information management system, wherein the multi-level information management system can be an instant chat system, a project mail system or a milestone system. The multi-level information management system comprises a multi-level information framework, and each level of information framework is provided with an information interaction area. The information interaction area is used for displaying each interaction information related to the user at the corresponding information architecture level, and may provide an interaction interface, where each information architecture level may be provided with an information interaction control, for example, an information sending control or a comment control. In some embodiments, the information interaction area may be a comment area. When any information interaction control is triggered, in response to the triggering operation of the information interaction control, the information input control can be displayed, for example, the information input control can be an information input box, interaction information input by a user is acquired, the interaction information is sent to an interaction object at the node, and information interaction at the node is realized.
Illustratively, the multi-level information management system is an instant chat system, the instant chat system has a session collection function, and can store sessions of the same type in the same child storage group, and different child storage groups can also be stored in the same parent storage group, so that correspondingly, the parent storage group, each child storage group in the parent storage group, and each session in the child storage group constitute a multi-level information architecture, and information interaction areas are arranged in the parent storage group, each child storage group in the parent storage group, and each session in the child storage group. Still further illustratively, the multi-level information management system is a project mail system including a parent project, child projects within the parent project, and mails within the child projects, wherein the parent project, the child projects within the parent project, and the mails within the child projects constitute a multi-level information framework, and information interaction areas are provided in the parent project, in the child projects within the parent project, and in the mails within the child projects. Still further exemplary, the multi-level information management system includes a milestone system, wherein the milestone system includes at least one project milestone, each project milestone including a multi-level information architecture, respectively. The project milestones are multi-level flow structures created based on the execution flow of the project, and optionally, the project milestones may include three-level structures, such as parent milestones, child milestones, and key task nodes, where the parent milestones are primary structures, the child milestones are secondary structures, the key task nodes are tertiary structures, a plurality of child milestones may be included in the parent milestones, and each of the child milestones may include a plurality of key task nodes. The multiple child milestones within the same parent milestone may be in a sequential triggering relationship or may be in a simultaneous execution relationship, without limitation. The different sub-milestones can be executed by different departments or different execution objects in the same department, and similarly, the plurality of key task nodes in the same sub-milestone can be executed by different departments or different execution objects in the same department, which is not limited herein.
Each level of architecture in the project milestones is provided with an execution state or an execution progress, the execution state of each sub-milestone influences the execution progress of the parent milestone, and the execution state of each key task node influences the execution progress of the sub-milestone. By setting the project milestones, the execution state and the execution progress of each level of nodes can be obtained and recorded, and the information of each node in the project can be managed and inquired conveniently.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a structure of a project milestone according to an embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the project milestones shown in FIG. 2 is merely an example, and in other embodiments, the number of sub-milestones in the parent milestone, and the number of mission critical nodes in the sub-milestones are not limited. Each level of information architecture is provided with an information interaction area, namely, a father milestone, each child milestone and each key task node are respectively provided with an information interaction area for displaying interaction information of each user at the corresponding information architecture level.
For each information architecture level, information interaction is performed based on respective information interaction areas, and the information interaction needs to be performed in corresponding detail pages, for example, for information interaction areas at each node (i.e., a parent milestone, each child milestone, and each key task node) in a milestone system, the detail pages of project milestones need to be performed, and the node is displayed in the detail pages, so that the information interaction needs to be performed, and the switching of the child milestones is needed to check the interaction information corresponding to different child milestones, and the switching of different project milestones is needed to check the interaction information in different project milestones. In order to avoid the above tedious operation of viewing the interactive information, in this embodiment, the information of each multi-level information architecture is uniformly displayed on the display interface of the multi-level information management system, so as to improve the information viewing efficiency.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S110, acquiring information in each multi-level information architecture, and displaying the information in the preset display area corresponding to each multi-level information architecture in the display interface of the multi-level information management system.
And S120, responding to the reply operation of any information of any multi-level information architecture, and determining a reply path of the any information.
And S130, sending the reply content corresponding to the reply operation based on the reply path.
In this embodiment, an interaction information storage space is preset for storing interaction information in each multi-level information architecture, and optionally, the interaction information storage space may include multiple subspaces, each subspace stores interaction information corresponding to different multi-level information architectures, where the interaction information corresponding to each multi-level information architecture is the sum of interaction information generated at each level of the information architecture. Based on the corresponding relation between the multilevel information architecture and the subspace, the interactive information in each multilevel information architecture can be respectively called. Optionally, each piece of interaction information may carry a corresponding multi-level information architecture identifier, and information in each multi-level information architecture may be determined according to the multi-level information architecture identifier corresponding to the interaction information.
After the information in each multi-level information architecture is acquired, the information in each multi-level information architecture may be displayed in a preset display area, where the preset display area may be one area in a display interface of a multi-level information management system (at this time, the information in each multi-level information architecture is all displayed in the same area), or may be multiple areas in the display interface of the multi-level information management system, where a relationship between each area in the multiple areas and the information in each multi-level information architecture may be a one-to-one relationship or a one-to-many relationship.
The information of each level in the multi-level information framework is uniformly displayed in the preset display area, and a user can check the information generated in each level of information framework without clicking the information framework of the corresponding level step by step. The user may also perform a reply operation based on any information displayed in the preset display area, and the reply operation may be, for example, a reply to a question posed by the other party, a comment on a reply of the other party, or the like. In this embodiment, in response to the reply operation, it is preferable to determine a reply path of any one of the messages according to the information architecture level to which the message belongs or the message sender, and send the reply content corresponding to the reply operation along the reply path.
Taking a multi-level information management system as a milestone system and taking each multi-level information architecture as each project milestone as an example, the steps of displaying information in each project milestone in a preset display area are specifically explained as follows:
the interactive information corresponding to each project milestone is the summation of the interactive information generated by each node of the project milestone, namely the interactive information corresponding to each project milestone is the summation of the interactive information generated by a father milestone, each child milestone and each key task node in the project milestone. The display interface of the milestone system is used for displaying a plurality of project milestones, and for example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the display interface of the milestone system provided by the embodiment of the invention. The display interface displays a parent milestone in the project milestone, an identification of each child milestone, and key information in each child milestone, wherein the key information includes but is not limited to one or more items of execution state, target data and executor information of each child milestone. By acquiring the milestone information of each project milestone in real time and displaying the key information in the milestone information on a display interface, a user can visually know the execution progress of each node in each project milestone. Each project milestone in a display interface of the milestone system corresponds to a preset display area respectively and is used for displaying the interactive information at each node in the project milestone. The predetermined display area may be anywhere in the display area where the project milepost is located, and for example, the predetermined display area may be below the project milepost, as shown in fig. 3, and may display one or more messages. It is understood that the preset display area shown in fig. 3 is only a specific example of the embodiment of the present invention, and does not limit the preset display area.
Specifically, each project milestone is respectively provided with a user authority, further, each child milestone in the same father milestone is provided with different user authorities, and each key task node in the same father milestone can be provided with different user authorities. In order to avoid information leakage, different interactive information is displayed to different users according to the user permissions of the different users. Optionally, the obtaining information in each multi-level information architecture (i.e., project milestone) includes: determining a project milestone corresponding to the user authority and a node corresponding to the user authority in the project milestone according to the user authority of the current user; information at each node is obtained. The current user information is obtained, for example, the current user information may be determined by login information. Determining a project milestone with user authority based on current user information, and a node corresponding to the user authority in the project milestone. Exemplarily, determining whether the current user information has the user authority of a parent milestone, if so, determining the project milestone as a project milestone which can be checked by the current user, namely, a project milestone corresponding to the user authority; if the current user information does not have the user authority of the father milestone, sequentially determining whether the current user information has the user authority of each child milestone, and if so, determining the child milestone as a node corresponding to the user authority.
Alternatively, the user permission may be determined based on the participating user identifier of the project milestone, that is, if the current user is a participating user of a parent milestone, the user permission having the parent milestone is determined, and if the current user is a participating user of a child milestone, the user permission having the child milestone is determined. Specifically, the determination may be made by determining whether the current user identifier is included in the plurality of participating user identifiers corresponding to the parent milestone, and determining whether the current user identifier is included in the plurality of participating user identifiers corresponding to the child milestone. Optionally, it may also be determined whether the current user information includes a project milestone authority identifier, and if so, it is determined that the current user has a corresponding project milestone authority.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining interactive information corresponding to project milestones or part nodes of the project milestones with the authority of the current user by determining the project milestones or part nodes of the project milestones with the authority of the current user, avoiding interference of irrelevant information and improving effectiveness and pertinence of the information. Meanwhile, the searching or editing of the project milestones by irrelevant users is avoided, and the information safety is improved.
In this embodiment, the preset display area of each project milestone in the display interface may display one or more pieces of information. In some embodiments, the predetermined display area of the project milestone is used for displaying the latest information in the project milestone or for displaying information with higher importance level in the project milestone. Correspondingly, obtaining information at each node includes: and sequencing the information at each node according to a preset rule, and determining the information to be displayed according to the sequencing, wherein the information to be displayed is information with a preset quantity. For example, the sorting according to the preset rule may be sorting according to a time sequence of information generation, and the latest information is obtained based on the sorting, and preferably, the information corresponding to the timestamp with the smallest time interval at the current time may be determined as the latest information, and the latest information is displayed in the preset display area of the project milestone. Further, for example, the ranking according to the preset rule may be ranking according to the level of importance of the information, and the information with a higher level of importance is obtained based on the ranking. It should be noted that, after the latest information is displayed in the preset display area of the project milestone, if new interaction information is acquired from the project milestone, the information already displayed in the preset display area is replaced based on the new interaction information, that is, the new interaction information is displayed in the preset display area, so that the latest information is ensured to be displayed in the preset display area in real time.
In some embodiments, the preset display area of the project milestone is used for displaying a preset amount of information in the project milestone, and accordingly, acquiring information at each node includes: and sequencing the information at each node according to the time stamp, and determining the preset amount of information to be displayed according to the sequencing. For example, the preset number may be 5 or 10, and the preset number may be set according to display requirements, and is not limited in this respect. And sequencing the data in sequence from small to large according to the time stamps, and sequentially acquiring information of a preset number from the tail end of the sequencing to be used as information for display. And sequencing and displaying the displayed information in a preset display area according to the time stamp.
In the embodiment, the information in each project milestone is correspondingly displayed in each project milestone, so that a user can check the information in a detail page without performing the project milestone, and the information acquisition efficiency is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the display interface of the milestone system may include an information display area for displaying information of each project milestone, that is, information in the plurality of project milestones is displayed in a mixed manner in the information display area, for example, the information to be displayed and the information display order may be determined based on the time stamp of each information in the plurality of project milestones. The information display area is arranged, so that the information of a plurality of project milestones can be conveniently integrated and displayed in the same area. Optionally, the information display area may include an information filtering control, and the information corresponding to the tag of the project milestone may be determined according to the tag of the project milestone corresponding to the information filtering control, so as to quickly view the message in any project milestone.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the preset display area of the project milestone and the information display area may be provided with an information reply control, and exemplarily, any displayed information corresponds to an information reply control respectively. And when any information reply control is triggered, generating a reply instruction corresponding to the information.
In response to a reply operation (for example, a clicking operation on an information reply control) on any information of any project milestone, a reply path of the any information is determined, and the reply path is determined based on a sending path of the information. The information is displayed, and the information content, the information belonging node, the sender and the receiver can be displayed, wherein, for example, A @ B, xxxx-comes from the sub-milestone 1, which indicates that the information content is xxxx, the information belonging node is the sub-milestone 1, the sender is A, and the receiver is B. Because the project milestone comprises a plurality of nodes, the user can have user authority at the nodes, and the source of the information is convenient to determine and the information confusion is avoided by displaying the nodes, the sender and the receiver to which the information belongs.
Optionally, determining a reply path of any one of the messages includes: determining an information architecture level to which the information belongs and a sender, and determining a reply path based on one or more of the information architecture level to which the information belongs and the sender. In this embodiment, by obtaining the reply path of the information, the information of each information architecture level is subjected to one-key reply at the display interface of the multi-level information architecture without entering the information interaction area corresponding to the multi-level information architecture.
Optionally, determining a reply path based on one or more of the information architecture level and the sender includes: determining a display area of reply content in an information interaction area corresponding to the information architecture level; and determining the sender as a reply object of the information, or determining the participating user of the information architecture level as the reply object of the information. In some embodiments, the information interaction area is a one-to-one interaction area, or a many-to-many interaction area. For a one-to-one interaction area, namely, information interaction is carried out between a sender and a receiver of information, and the sender of the content to be replied is determined as a reply object; and for the many-to-many interaction region, the information interaction is performed by a plurality of participating users of the information architecture level or a plurality of users having the user authority of the information architecture level, wherein the users having the user authority can be participating users or users provided with authority identifications.
It should be noted that, when receiving the reply operation, it is determined whether the current user performing the reply operation has the reply permission, and if not, it is prompted that the user does not have the permission. The users with reply authority can be participating users of the affiliated information architecture level and users with authority identifications of the affiliated information architecture level or authority identifications of the affiliated multi-level information architecture.
The sending is performed based on the reply path, which may be to acquire the reply content, send the reply content to the reply object, and display the reply content in a display area of the reply content. Further, the information displayed in the display interface of the multi-level information management system and the information displayed in the information interaction area corresponding to the reply content can be updated based on the sent reply content.
According to the technical scheme, the preset display area of each multi-level information architecture is displayed in the display interface of the multi-level information management system, so that the information viewing process is simplified, and the information display efficiency is improved. When the reply operation of any information of any multi-level information architecture is detected, a reply path of the information to be replied is determined in response to the reply operation, and reply content corresponding to the reply operation is sent based on the reply path. The displayed information is replied by one key on the display interface of the multi-level information architecture without entering an information interaction area corresponding to the information architecture level, so that the information replying operation process is simplified, and the information replying efficiency is improved.
