The information visible time range is that in the time range, the target information receiving object can see the sub information to be sent, and once the time range is exceeded, the sub information to be sent cannot be seen. The information replying time range is the time range within which the target information receiving object can reply to the piece of sub information to be sent, and once the time range is exceeded, the target information receiving object cannot reply to the piece of sub information to be sent. In this embodiment, regardless of the information distribution rule set by the user in the user terminal or the preset information distribution rule in the device terminal, the information visible time range and the information replicable time range corresponding to the information receiving object may be set. In this embodiment, by setting the information visible time range and the information replicable time range corresponding to the information receiving object, the privacy of the information can be ensured, and meanwhile, the information receiver can be urged to check and reply the information in time, thereby improving the information exchange efficiency.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the information distribution module 120 includes a position monitoring unit, configured to monitor, when the sub information to be sent is task distribution information, second position information corresponding to first position information and an initial information receiving object in the sub information to be sent, and if the first position information and the second position information satisfy a preset condition, determine the initial information receiving object as a target information receiving object.
Preferably, the position detection unit may determine the second position information of the initial information receiving object through an attendance module. The preset condition may be that the straight-line distance is less than a preset distance threshold, or that the assigned task can be completed from the first position to the second position within a preset time, or the like. The above examples in this embodiment are only examples, and have no limiting effect, and how the specific position information determining method and the preset condition are set may be set according to actual needs.
For example, the sub-information to be sent is "the problem of equipment failure in the yunan O area is processed within 3 hours", the position of the initial information receiving object M corresponding to the sub-information to be sent is the yunan O area, the position monitoring unit monitors that the first position information yunan O area and the second position information yunan O area are one place, and the allocated task can be processed within 3 hours, so that the initial information receiving object M can be determined as the target information receiving object.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, further, the position detection unit is further configured to: and if the first position information and the second position information do not meet the preset condition, determining a target information receiving object based on the real-time position information of each member, wherein the third position information corresponding to the target information receiving object meets the preset condition.
Preferably, when the target receiving object is determined, the information to be used may include information such as organization structure, system self-established group, and contact frequency of each member, in addition to the real-time location information of each member, and when the location condition is satisfied, a member belonging to the same department or the same group as the initial information receiving object is preferentially selected as the target information receiving object. When the first location information and the second location information do not satisfy the preset condition, the information distribution module 130 refuses to send the sub-information to be sent to the initial information receiving object, and simultaneously prompts the user to determine the target information receiving object in a preset manner. For example, the user may re-input the initial information receiving object to make the position detecting unit determine whether the initial information receiving object is the target information receiving object again, or the user may select the initial information receiving object according to the list of the selectable information receiving objects provided by the position detecting unit or confirm the initial information receiving object according to the selectable information receiving objects (here, 1 information receiving object) provided by the position detecting unit to finally determine the target information receiving object. It is to be understood that the location information of the initial information receiving object and the location information of the target information receiving object may be the same or different as long as they satisfy the preset condition. The position monitoring unit in this embodiment can help the information sender to accurately determine the members that can actually complete the task by monitoring the position information of the sub-information to be sent and the information receiving object, thereby reducing unnecessary task assignment and improving the efficiency of task processing.
For example, the sub-information to be sent is "the problem of equipment failure in the yunnan O zone is processed within 3 hours", the position of the initial information receiving object M corresponding to the sub-information to be sent is an inner coverage P zone, the position monitoring unit monitors that the positions of the first position information yunnan O zone and the second position information inner coverage P zone are far apart, and the distributed task cannot be completed within 3 hours with a high probability, so the position detection unit can determine that the third position information is the yunnan O zone according to the real-time position information and the organization structure information of each member, and the initial information receiving object M is in the information receiving object N of the same group and pushed to the user, and the position detection unit determines the information receiving object N as the target information receiving object if the user clicks to confirm.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the terminal further includes a periodic reminding module, configured to monitor whether a periodic information distribution behavior exists within a preset time period, or whether a periodic reminding setting exists in the sub-information to be sent, and if so, periodically push a corresponding periodic information distribution behavior or a corresponding reminding information corresponding to the periodic reminding setting.
The regular reminding module in this embodiment may be a reminding control configured in the terminal where the information distribution device is located, or may be a module configured in the information distribution device. For example, the periodic information distribution behavior may be a periodic task allocation behavior or a periodic information collection behavior, and the like, and the periodicity may be once a week or once a month, and the like. For example, when the periodic reminding module monitors that a once-a-month task allocation behavior exists in a half-year, the periodic reminding module pushes and sends reminding information of task allocation before sending the task allocation behavior every month, and the pushing frequency and time can be set according to actual needs. As another example, the periodic alert setting may be set for the sub-information to be sent of the node having time to exist, so as to alert the information receiver to process the corresponding transaction in time. For example, the periodic reminder setting may be to remind once every two days before the arrival time node, stop reminding until the arrival time node, or remind once a week until the arrival time node stops reminding, and the like. The embodiment can remind the information sender of sending information in time or remind the information receiver of processing the affairs in the sub information to be sent in time by setting the regular reminding module.
