The rotating shaft assembly 300 is used for driving the sweeping hammer assembly 400 arranged on the rotating shaft assembly 300 to rotate, and then sweeping of the inner wall of the flue body 100 is achieved.
Wherein the guide rail assembly 200 comprises a pair of guide rails 210 oppositely arranged and extending along the extending direction of the flue body 100; specifically, the length and position of the guide rail 210 can be designed according to actual requirements.
The rotating shaft assembly 300 comprises a rotating shaft 310, the rotating shaft 310 is transversely arranged between the two guide rails 210, two ends of the rotating shaft 310 are rotatably arranged on the guide rails 210, the rotating shaft 310 is further connected with a plurality of sweeping arms 320 arranged at intervals, and the tail end of each sweeping arm 320 is connected with a sweeping hammer assembly 400 to sweep the inner wall of the flue body 100; the distance between the guide rail 210 and the inner bottom surface of the flue body 100 is matched with the distance between the axis of the rotating shaft 310 and the sweeping hammer assembly 400.
It should be noted that, for making a plurality of cleaning hammer subassembly 400 can paste flue body 100 inner wall and rotate and clean, the guided way 210 is apart from the distance of bottom surface in flue body 100 with the axis distance of axis of rotation 310 the distance of cleaning hammer subassembly 400 needs the matched with setting, guarantees to the at utmost that cleaning hammer subassembly 400 can be when cleaning flue body 100 inner wall, can guarantee again the normal rotation of axis of rotation 310. The sweeping hammer assembly 400 continuously sweeps the inner wall of the flue body 100, so that the accumulated dust on the inner wall of the flue body 100 is lifted, and the flow of the flue gas is utilized to take away the accumulated dust, thereby achieving the sweeping purpose.
The winch assembly 500 comprises a winch body 510 and a steel cable 520 wound on the outer wall of the winch body 510, wherein the free end of the steel cable 520 is connected with the bearing sleeve 350 mounted on the rotating shaft 310. The invention also provides a specific implementation process and a specific method for cleaning the cleaning hammer assembly 400, which specifically comprise the following steps:
in the air flue, the total pressure of the flue gas at any point isThe sum of the static pressure and the dynamic pressure is the same at each position in the uniformly flowing air flue, but the dynamic pressure is not uniform in size. The frictional resistance to the flue gas in the air flue is characterized by small center and large periphery, so that the flue gas flow velocity v presents the rotating parabolic distribution (referring to fluid mechanics) as shown in figure 3. The dynamic pressure calculation formula of the flue gas in the air flue is as follows: pMovable part=1/2*ρ*v2(in the formula: PMovable part-dynamic pressure, which refers to the kinetic energy per unit volume of gas; ρ -gas density), from which it is evident to conclude that: the dynamic pressure of the smoke in the air flue shows the distribution rule that the dynamic pressure is maximum in the axial center and gradually becomes smaller along the radial periphery. The working principles of the three arrangements of the air flue in the horizontal arrangement, the inclined downward arrangement and the inclined upward arrangement are explained below, and all the explanations below assume that the friction resistance of the guide rail to the impeller is sufficiently small.
In the first case, referring to fig. 4, when the air flue is horizontally arranged, the dynamic pressure direction of the flue gas is consistent with the flue gas flow direction, and the dynamic pressure applied to the rotating shaft assembly 300 is smaller as the dynamic pressure is closer to the flue gas wall, so that the resultant force of the dynamic pressure applied to the rotating shaft assembly is a thrust force F along the flue gas flow directionCombination of Chinese herbsAnd a torque M for causing the rotation of the rotation shaft assembly 300. When the winch body 510 is unreeled, the motion track of the rotating shaft assembly 300 moves forward and rotates along the flowing direction of the flue gas due to the dynamic pressure of the flue gas, so that the sweeping hammer assembly 400 at the tail end of the sweeping arm 320 is urged to continuously sweep the bottom of the flue wall, thereby raising the deposited ash at the bottom of the flue, and the deposited ash is taken away by the flowing of the flue gas, so that the sweeping purpose can be achieved. When the sweeping hammer assembly 400 sweeps to the end point of the flue sweeping section, the end point sensor 120 arranged at the end point feeds back the position of the rotating shaft assembly 300 to the winch body 510, at the moment, the winch body 510 rotates reversely, the rotating shaft assembly 300 is tensioned to return to the starting point of the sweeping section, and the operation is circulated, so that the accumulated dust of the flue body 100 can be effectively removed.
In the second situation, when the wind flue is arranged obliquely downwards, only the winch body 510 needs to be arranged at the higher end of the flue body 100, when the winch body 510 is used for releasing the rope, the rotating shaft assembly 300 is composed of a thrust force which inclines downwards along the flue body 100 and a torque which causes the rotating shaft assembly 300 to rotate, and the motion track of the rotating shaft assembly 300 can still move obliquely downwards along the inner wall of the flue body 100 and rotate, so that the sweeping hammer assembly 400 continuously sweeps the inner wall of the flue body 100, ash at the bottom of the flue is lifted, the ash is taken away by the flow of the flue gas, and the sweeping purpose can be achieved.
In a third situation, referring to fig. 5, when the wind flue is inclined upward by a certain angle, the winch body 510 needs to be arranged at the higher end of the wind flue, and assuming that the inclined upward angle of the flue is θ, the resultant force applied to the rotating shaft assembly 300 by the dynamic pressure of the flue gas is FMovable partThe tractive force of the winch body 510 is FTraction deviceThe gravity of the rotating shaft assembly 300 is G, and during cleaning, when the winch body 510 pulls the rope, the rotating shaft assembly 300 is subjected to resultant force consisting of a pulling force F which is inclined upwards along the flue body 100 and a torque M which causes the rotating shaft assembly 300 to rotate, wherein FCombination of Chinese herbs=FTraction device+FMovable partGsin theta, as long as the traction force of the winch body 510 is large enough, the rotating shaft assembly 300 can obliquely move upwards along the inner wall of the flue body 100 and rotate, so that the sweeping hammer assembly 400 can continuously sweep the bottom of the flue wall, the dust at the bottom of the flue is lifted, and the flow of the flue gas is utilized to take away the dust, thereby achieving the purpose of sweeping. When cleaning is finished, the winch body 510 is unreeled, and under the working condition, the weight of the rotating shaft assembly 300 needs to be configured, so that Gsin theta is larger than FMovable partThe rotating shaft assembly 300 returns to the cleaning start point by gravity. Of course, if θ is particularly small, the winch body 510 may be disposed at the lower end of the air flue, and the weight of the movable shaft assembly 300 may be configured such that Gsin θ < FMovable partThe working principle is the same as that of the horizontal arrangement.
