Abstract
A vibration damper of a wind power fire extinguisher based on the vibration damping principle of a float valve. The invention discloses a vibration damping device of a wind power fire extinguisher based on a float valve vibration damping principle, which comprises a metal coupling piece (1) connected with an engine shell, an elastic damping material (2), a middle metal piece (3), an elastic damping material (4) and a metal coupling piece (5) connected with a handle. At present, the handle of the existing hand-held type wind power fire extinguisher is rigidly connected with the engine shell, and although a damping cushion is additionally arranged, the damping effect is not obvious. Therefore, the vibration can be effectively reduced by changing the connection between the handle and the engine into a small float valve vibration damper. The vibration damping device of the float valve reduces the transmission of vibration through the damping effect of the damping material with elasticity; meanwhile, the transmission path of the vibration wave is changed through the intermediate mass body so as to achieve vibration isolation. Compared with other passive vibration isolation technologies, the floating valve vibration damping system is more compact, has less additional mass and has obvious advantages in the aspects of reducing the transmission of vibration waves to a foundation and reducing sound radiation in air.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of forest fire prevention, and mainly relates to a vibration damping device of a wind power fire extinguisher based on a floating valve vibration damping principle and the wind power fire extinguisher.
Background
The forest fire is strong in burst, large in destructiveness and high in risk, is one of the most frequently occurring natural disasters, the most difficult to dispose and the most serious in harm, is the greatest threat to ecological civilization construction achievement and forest resource safety, and even possibly causes ecological disasters and social crisis.
Forest fire prevention is a complex system engineering, and is a scientific and technical work for people to fight natural disasters. The forest fire prevention technology is an important foundation and restriction factor for preventing and controlling forest fires in countries in the world.
The forest fire suppression in China still mainly uses manual tools for fire extinguishing and wind power fire extinguishers for fire extinguishing. The fire extinguishing method combining the wind fire extinguisher and the manual fire fighting in China is economical, practical and easy to operate, and is suitable for extinguishing surface fire, initial fire, shrub forest fire, fire scene cleaning work and the like. But the defects are that the pneumatic fire extinguisher has larger vibration and the man-machine work efficiency is not good.
The portable wind fire extinguisher is a common forest land fire extinguishing machine, and the vibration generated when the portable wind fire extinguisher works can cause great influence on the health of an operator. Operators are subjected to vibration, noise, weight load and the influence of smoke-hot environment during the fire extinguishing process. The vibration is transmitted to the arms and the shoulders and the necks of the operator through the handle, discomfort is caused, and the long-term exposure to the vibration can cause white finger disease and joint damage, thereby seriously affecting the working efficiency. In order to protect the health of fire fighters and improve the scientific and technical level of forest fire suppression equipment in China, a vibration reduction technology of a wind power fire extinguisher needs to be further researched.
The vibration reduction device of the wind power fire extinguisher utilizes the principle of vibration reduction of the floating valve, can reduce the vibration transmitted to the body of an operator when the wind power fire extinguisher works, effectively improves the working efficiency of forest fire fighting and extinguishment, protects the body health of the operator, and has positive promotion effect on the healthy development of forest fire prevention career in China.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of vibration of a handheld pneumatic extinguisher and provides a small floating valve vibration damping device designed by using a floating valve vibration damping technology to isolate the vibration of an engine of the pneumatic extinguisher so as to reduce the vibration transmitted to a handle.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
according to the actual structure of the hand-held type wind fire extinguisher, the vibration of the gasoline engine is the main vibration source of the hand-held type wind fire extinguisher.
A vibration damping device of a wind power fire extinguisher based on the vibration damping principle of a float valve comprises a metal connecting sheet (1) connected with an engine shell, an elastic damping material (2), a middle metal sheet (3), an elastic damping material (4) and a metal connecting sheet (5) connected with a handle.
The vibration damping device has the working principle that a metal connecting sheet (1) connected with an engine shell (vibration source) is connected to an intermediate metal sheet (intermediate mass body) (3) through an elastic damping material (2), the intermediate metal sheet (3) is connected to a metal connecting sheet (5) connected with a handle through an elastic damping material (4), and vibration energy is controlled and damped by using the damping effect of the elastic damping materials (2) and (4) in the device and the intermediate mass body, so that the vibration transmitted to the handle is reduced.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the vibration damping device of the float valve reduces the transmission of vibration through the damping effect of the damping material with elasticity; meanwhile, the transmission path of the vibration wave is changed through the intermediate mass body so as to achieve vibration isolation. Compared with other passive vibration isolation technologies, the floating valve vibration damping system is more compact, has less additional mass and has obvious advantages in the aspects of reducing the transmission of vibration waves to a foundation and reducing sound radiation in air.

Detailed Description
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to fig. 1. A vibration damping device of a wind power fire extinguisher based on the vibration damping principle of a float valve comprises a metal coupling piece (1) connected with an engine shell, an elastic damping material (2), a middle metal piece (3), an elastic damping material (4) and a metal coupling piece (5) connected with a handle.
The vibration damper for float valve has calculated and determined size and mass to avoid the main vibration frequency of gasoline engine.
When the floating valve vibration damping device is designed, the requirements on strength and rigidity are met, and simultaneously, the damping technology, additional local mass and other acoustic design principles are adopted as far as possible, the weight is controlled, and the vibration damping and noise reduction effects are exerted to the maximum extent.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements made to the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope defined by the claims of the present invention.
