Abstract
本发明公开了一种三分体式扁轴气浮轴系。本发明中的装置包括扁轴气浮模块和定位保护模块;扁轴气浮模块,在实现闭式气浮功能的基础上,极大的减小了现有轴系的轴向尺寸,弥补了现有闭式气浮轴系过长,整体体积过大,难以适应小尺寸要求的场合;三分体气浮结构实现了完全定位,在保证稳定性的同时简化了轴系结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气浮轴系,尤其是涉及一种三分体式扁轴气浮轴系。
背景技术
静压气浮轴系具有无直接接触、摩擦阻力小且近似恒定,环境适应能力强、使用寿命长等优点,被广泛应用于超精密测量、加工装置的旋转机构。
目前,静压气浮轴系依靠径向气浮轴承和止推气浮轴承实现轴向和径向的承载和润滑。要使轴系在轴向和径向两个方向实现闭式气浮结构,最少需要一个径向气浮轴承,和两个止推气浮轴承,若主轴长度过长,为了防止旋转过程中主轴的倾角回转误差过大,则需要增加径向气浮轴承的数量。
综上所述,目前现有的静压气浮轴系由主轴和若干气浮轴承装配组成,对主轴和气浮轴承的加工及装配具有极高的精度要求,且主轴和气浮轴承之间的配合完全由装配决定,装配完成后便无法调节。轴系尺寸通常较大。
发明内容
针对背景技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种三分体式扁轴气浮轴系。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种三分体式扁轴气浮轴系,其特征在于:包括扁轴气浮模块和定位保护模块;
所述的扁轴气浮模块包括主轴、节流器和气路;所述的主轴为一字型扁轴,扁轴的蝶形中部为气浮功能区,与节流器内表面之间存在气膜间隙,工作时由三个节流器共同浮起;所述的节流器通过底部凹槽与底座滑动连接;所述的气路连接节流器并为其输送气源提供的压缩气体,一个节流器和与之相连的气路部分组成一个气浮模块,三个气浮模块与主轴组成三分体气浮结构;
所述的定位保护模块包括底座、丝杆和保护罩,用于安装并保护扁轴气浮模块,并调整节流器的径向位置;所述的底座为一块三角形底板,表面有为节流器定向的三组凸起,底座三个角有凸起的固定块,与三个丝杆组成三个滚柱丝杆副,固定块侧面开有供气孔,上表面开有与保护罩连接的螺纹孔;所述的丝杆一端通过轴承连接节流器;所述的保护罩为三角形薄壳体,与底座连接,用于保护轴系内部结构;
作为优选,所述的三分体气浮结构由主轴和三个气浮模块组成;根据不共线三点确定一个平面原则,三个气浮模块沿主轴圆周间隔120°均匀布置,形成完全定位结构,提供充足、稳定的承载能力;
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明中的扁轴气浮模块,在实现闭式气浮功能的基础上,极减小了现有轴系的轴向尺寸,弥补了现有闭式气浮轴系过长,整体体积过大,难以适应小尺寸要求的场合;
2.本发明中的一种三分体气浮结构,将轴向和径向的气浮功能进行了整合;依靠三分体实现完全定位结构,使用三个节流器便可替代现有闭式气浮轴系的两个止推气浮轴承、一个径向气浮轴承,大大简化了轴系结构;

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
一种三分体式扁轴气浮轴系,其特征在于:包括扁轴气浮模块1和定位保护模块2;
扁轴气浮模块1包括主轴3、节流器4和气路5,采用三分体气浮结构;所述的主轴3为一字型扁轴,扁轴的蝶形中部为气浮功能区,与节流器4内表面之间存在气膜间隙,工作时由三个节流器4共同浮起;所述的节流器4通过底部凹槽6与底座滑动连接;所述的气路5连接节流器4并为其输送气源提供的压缩气体,一个节流器4和与之连接的气路部分组成一个气浮模块,三个气浮模块与主轴3组成三分体气浮结构;
定位保护模块2包括底座7、丝杆8和保护罩9,用于安装并保护扁轴气浮模块1,并调整节流器4的径向位置;所述的底座7为一快三角形底板,表面有为节流器定向的三组凸起10,底座三个角有凸起的固定块11,与三个丝杆8组成三个滚柱丝杆副,固定块侧面开有供气孔12,上表面开有与保护罩9连接的螺纹孔13;所述的丝杆8一端通过轴承连接节流器4;所述的保护罩9为三角形薄壳体,与底座7连接,用于保护轴系内部结构;
本实施例中,三分体气浮结构由主轴3和三个气浮模块组成;根据不共线三点确定一个平面原则,三个气浮模块沿主轴3圆周间隔120°均匀布置,形成完全定位结构,提供充足、稳定的承载能力;

1.一种三分体式扁轴气浮轴系,其特征在于:包括扁轴气浮模块和定位保护模块;
所述的扁轴气浮模块包括主轴、节流器和气路;所述的主轴为一字型扁轴,扁轴的蝶形中部为气浮功能区,与节流器内表面之间存在气膜间隙,工作时由三个节流器共同浮起;所述的节流器通过底部凹槽与底座滑动连接;所述的气路连接节流器并为其输送气源提供的压缩气体,一个节流器和与之相连的气路部分组成一个气浮模块,三个气浮模块与主轴组成三分体气浮结构;
所述的定位保护模块包括底座、丝杆和保护罩,用于安装并保护扁轴气浮模块,并调整节流器的径向位置;所述的底座为一块三角形底板,表面有为节流器定向的三组凸起,底座三个角有凸起的固定块,与三个丝杆组成三个滚柱丝杆副,固定块侧面开有供气孔,上表面开有与保护罩连接的螺纹孔;所述的丝杆一端通过轴承连接节流器;所述的保护罩为三角形壳体,与底座连接,用于保护轴系内部结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三分体式扁轴气浮轴系,其特征在于:所述的三分体气浮结构由主轴和三个气浮模块组成;根据不共线三点确定一个平面原则,三个气浮模块沿主轴圆周间隔120°均匀布置,形成完全定位结构,提供充足、稳定的承载能力。
