Background
How to develop the optimal design of the appearance, the hollow rate, the structure and the like of the prefabricated wall body of the fabricated building, the preparation, the performance and the application research of the self-insulation outer wall body are carried out by optimally proportioning and maintaining the cementing materials (cement, industrial waste and the like), the functional materials (sound absorption, light weight) and the modified materials (exciting agent and fiber), and the rapid development of the prefabricated wall body of the fabricated building also becomes a practical problem for developing the building industrialization.
The prefabricated wallboard made of the novel wall material takes the composite material as a main body, has more various functions and is wider in application range. The common assembly type prefabricated wall boards in China at present are mainly divided into prefabricated wall boards made of different materials such as aerated concrete wall boards, gypsum wall boards, industrial ash lightweight wall board hollow partition boards, crop straw fiber inner wall boards and the like; the glass fiber reinforced cement (GRC) plate has strong plasticity and can meet the design requirements of various special-shaped structures, but the GRC material has weak durability and is easy to crack; the plant fiber cement board (PRC) board has certain strength, can form a composite wall body together with a reinforced concrete frame, can be used as a bearing wall body of a low-rise building structure, but has poor fire resistance and limitation due to the characteristics of a base material; the autoclaved lightweight concrete has certain heat insulation performance and good fire resistance performance, but the autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete reinforced (steel bar) wallboard has the characteristics of poor inherent corrosion resistance, low durability, great self weight and the like due to the built-in steel bars.

The aerated concrete in the aerated concrete wallboard comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of quartz sand, 20-30 parts of lime, 10-20 parts of cement and 2-3 parts of desulfurized gypsum; and each cubic aerated concrete contains 480 grams of aluminum powder paste 460-.
The parameters of the steel fiber grating are as follows: the radial breaking strength is 30-50kN/m, the transverse breaking strength is 30-50kN/m, the radial breaking elongation is less than or equal to 3 percent, and the latitudinal breaking elongation is less than or equal to 3 percent.
The steel fiber grating reinforced aerated concrete wallboard has reasonable and ingenious structural design, obviously improves the tensile strength, the crack resistance, the ductility and the durability of the steel fiber grating reinforced aerated concrete wallboard, reduces the self weight of the wallboard, reduces certain cost, and simultaneously ensures the sufficient bonding strength of the wallboard.
