a combined bleaching process: the bleaching effect is enhanced by adopting a combined mode of oxidation bleaching and reduction bleaching, and the liquid ratio is 150-500%;
when oxidizing and bleaching, adding an oxidant with the dosage of 10% -40%, adding the oxidant twice at intervals of 4-10 h, and fully washing;

a softening process: the liquid ratio is 100-400%, the temperature is 35-40 ℃, the dosage of the degreasing agent is 1-5%, the dosage of the soda ash is 0.3-2%, the dosage of the pancreatin is 1-3%, the enzyme is allowed to permeate for 2-8 h at normal temperature, then the temperature is raised to 35-40 ℃, the enzyme is softened for 2-8 h, and the mixture is kept stand overnight and then washed with water;
degreasing: the liquid ratio is 100-400%, the temperature is 30-35 ℃, the dosage of the degreasing agent is 1-5%, the dosage of the soda is 0.3-2%, the dosage of the penetrating agent is 1-5%, and the mixture is kept stand for 4-10 hours and then washed with water;
softening the nail bones and bleaching: the liquor ratio is 100-400%, the salt dosage is 15-40%, the permeation is 10-30 min, the degreasing agent dosage is 1-5%, the acid dosage is 0.5-3%, the sodium hypochlorite dosage is 1-5%, the sodium bisulfate dosage is 2-5%, the reducing agent dosage is 0.5-4%, 0.5-3% of acid, sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfate and reducing agent are supplemented every two days, and the liquor is replaced and washed after standing for 4-12 days;
pickling and softening: the liquid ratio is 100-400%, the salt dosage is 15-30%, the infiltration time is 10-30 min, the acid dosage is 0.1-3%, the pH is adjusted to 2.2-3.0, the softening enzyme dosage is 0.5-3%, and the mixture is kept stand for 20-30 h;
tanning process: the preparation method comprises the steps of carrying out the steps in an immersion acid solution, wherein the solution ratio is 100% -200%, the using amount of formic acid is 0.5% -3%, the pH value is adjusted to be 2.2-2.8, standing is carried out for 30min, the using amount of chromium powder is 5% -10%, standing is carried out for 10-24 h, the using amount of a masking agent is 1% -3%, and turning and stopping are combined for 20-40 h; adjusting the temperature to 35-40 ℃, adding alkali in portions, adjusting the pH to 3.8-4.0, setting intervals of 4-6 h each time, setting the total time to 20-48 h, standing overnight, and taking out of the drum and setting up for 20-24 h;

a neutralization step: the liquid ratio is 100-200%, the temperature is 35-40 ℃, the dosage of the neutralizer is 2-6%, the dosage of the alkali is 0.5-3%, the pH is adjusted to 5.5-6.5 in times, standing is carried out for 10-20 h, and the liquid is changed and washed with water;
a retanning procedure: the liquor ratio is 100-200%, the temperature is 35-40 ℃, the using amount of the retanning agent is 3-6%, the using amount of the synthetic fatliquor is 1-4%, the using amount of the tannin extract is 3-8%, the combination of the turning and the stopping is 10-24 h, and the water washing is carried out for 30 min;
a fat liquoring procedure: the liquid ratio is 100-200%, the temperature is 40-50 ℃, the dosage of the dispersing agent is 1-3%, the dosage of the synthetic fat liquor is 5-10%, the dosage of the animal fat liquor is 5-10%, the operation and the stop of the operation are combined for 10-24 h, and the water washing is carried out for 30 min;
a leather grinding procedure: according to the product requirement, the thickness of the leather plate is accurately adjusted, and the grinding mechanism 3 is adopted for grinding operation;

a dyeing procedure: the liquid ratio is 100-200%, the temperature is 40-50 ℃, the dye dosage is 1-5%, the rotation and stop are combined for 10-30 h, the incision is checked, 0.5-1.5% formic acid is added after the dyeing is uniform, the formic acid is added in portions, the addition is carried out at intervals of 30min every time, the pH value is adjusted to 3.5-4.0, the fixation is carried out for 2-6 h, the washing is carried out for 30min, and the standing is carried out for 10-24 h;
hanging and airing: the staple type decoration nail is adopted to dry the nail plate, firstly, the belly of the leather plate is fixed by virtue of special pliers for the nail plate, and then, the head and the tail are fixed, so that the leather is fully stretched.
1-5% of penetrating agent is added in the procedures of degreasing, retanning and fatliquoring.
The processing steps of the invention have the following remarkable characteristics:
(1) in the soaking procedure, a soaking auxiliary agent, a degreasing agent, a bactericide and a wetting agent are added to quickly finish soaking.
(2) The handle type fleshing machine is adopted to remove the redundant minced meat on the meat surface from inside to outside, and the degreasing effect is enhanced through the extrusion and rotation action.
(3) And in the degreasing and pre-liming processes, adding sodium sulfide for pre-liming in the degreasing process. Adding different degreasing agents for a plurality of times in the subsequent steps except the main degreasing after removing the meat, and adopting a method of multi-time step degreasing; and operations of scraping an oil film, removing meat and shoveling the meat surface are added after a plurality of processes to enhance the effect of removing the grease.
(4) In the aldehyde pretanning process, the use amount of aldehyde is 0.5-5%, so that the connection between the leather plate and the bone nail can be enhanced, the leather plate and the bone nail are prevented from being separated due to mechanical action in subsequent processing, and the anti-corrosion and sterilization effects are achieved.
(5) In the liming procedure, the liming auxiliary agent and the degreasing agent with calculated amount are added firstly, then the lime powder is added, finally the sodium sulfide is added, the expansion process is completed after a period of time, and the scale layer is completely removed.
(6) In the deliming process, the degreasing agent and the penetrating agent are added firstly, and then the ammonium salt and the deliming auxiliary agent are added.
(7) In the bleaching process, the oxidant is required to be added in a plurality of times, and the leather plate cannot be dyed secondarily. The reducing agent is required not to affect the smell of the crocodile skin, and can effectively prevent trivalent chromium from being oxidized into hexavalent chromium.
(8) The production process of bleaching and softening is adopted, after the bleaching process is finished and water washing is carried out, the pH value is adjusted to 8-8.5 by using sodium carbonate, and then a degreasing agent and an enzyme preparation are added.
(9) By adopting the process of degreasing again after softening, the enzyme preparation can damage fat cells in the softening process, and grease can be removed more thoroughly by degreasing again.
(10) Adopts the processes of softening the bones and bleaching, and carries out the third bleaching by bleaching powder in the process. The softening of the nail bones can soften the harder nail bones of the legs, the abdomen and the tails to a certain degree, loosen the fibers of the leather plate and keep the leather plate white. And a reducing agent is added in the working procedure to prevent the trivalent chromium from being oxidized into hexavalent chromium, wherein the reducing agent can be sodium metabisulfite, sodium hydrosulfite, thiourea dioxide and the like.
(11) The technology of pickling and enzyme softening is adopted, and the action of the enzyme is utilized to further soften the leather plate.
(12) The chrome tanning process of long-time permeation and slow alkali extraction is adopted, so that the chrome powder can be fully and uniformly permeated by the masking agent, the slow alkali extraction at the later stage can ensure that the chrome ions and the leather plate are gradually and firmly combined, and the problems caused by the traditional chrome tanning such as coring, surface over-tanning and the like can not be generated.
(13) In the shaving procedure, the fur shaving machine is used for shaving, the thickness of the leather plate can be accurately adjusted, the grain surface and the carapace part of the crocodile skin are not damaged, and the requirement of the finished leather is met.
(14) The processing technology of degreasing after chrome tanning is adopted, and a certain amount of degreasing agent is added to thoroughly remove grease on the surface of the fiber, so that preparation is made for the following key neutralization and retanning filling procedures.
(15) In the neutralization process, a neutralizing agent with buffering and mild retanning effects is added, so that the leather plate has buffering and masking effects, the permeation and uniformity of dyeing are improved, and certain retanning is performed while the pH value of the leather plate is adjusted.
(16) During the retanning process, a synthetic tanning agent and tannin extract are added for retanning. In order to prevent the chromium content in the leather from being too high, a synthetic tanning agent is used during retanning on the premise that the shrinkage temperature (Ts) after main tanning is more than 90 ℃; because the crocodile skin fiber is thicker, tannin extract is added during retanning in order to prevent the formed leather from being flat, thin and loose.
(17) 1-5% of penetrating agent can be added in the procedures of degreasing, fatliquoring and retanning to promote the penetration of the chemical materials.
(18) In the step of fatliquoring, a step-by-step fatliquoring mode is adopted, a dispersant is added, and different fatliquoring agents with good emulsifying performance are added in multiple times, so that the fatliquoring effect is enhanced.
(19) The buffing procedure adopts the buffing mechanism 3 of the invention to uniformly adjust the thickness of each part of the leather.
(20) In the dry cleaning process, the mode of taking tetrachloroethylene and D-60 petroleum solvent as dry cleaning agents is adopted to remove redundant grease and thoroughly clean the leather surface.
(21) Softening is carried out in a groove before, and few mechanical actions are adopted; the softening process and the subsequent softening process are transferred into a rotary drum for proper mechanical action increase.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 7, the transportation mechanism 110 includes a moving platform 111, a lifting platform 112 disposed at an upper end of the moving platform 111, a conveying assembly 113 disposed at an upper end of the lifting platform 112, and a toggling assembly 114 connected to the lifting platform 112 and disposed above the conveying assembly 113, the crocodile skin is disposed at an upper end of the conveying assembly 113 and conveyed, the toggling assembly 114 is configured to toggle the crocodile skin on the conveying assembly 113 to each processing procedure, the moving platform 111 can move to any place to receive the crocodile skin, and the lifting platform 112 can adjust a height of the conveying assembly 113.

By adjusting the height of the crocodile skin delivery through the lifting platform 112, the crocodile skin carrying and delivery at different heights can be satisfied, and various operations in the processing steps can be satisfied.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 7, both ends of the frame 1 in the horizontal direction are respectively provided with an inlet 11 and an outlet 12 for crocodile skin to enter and exit the frame 1, and the height of the frame 1 is adjustable; the placing platform 2 is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the frame 1 and used for placing and clamping crocodile skin flatly laid on the placing platform 2, and the placing platform 2 can be adjusted in a vertical lifting mode and in a circumferential rotating mode in a horizontal plane; the polishing mechanism 3 is arranged at the top of the inner side of the frame 1 and used for polishing the crocodile skin on the placing platform 2, the polishing mechanism 3 can move along the length direction of the frame 1, the rotating angle of the placing platform 2 is adjusted, the texture direction of the crocodile skin is enabled to be in the length direction of the frame 1, and the polishing mechanism 3 can polish along the texture direction of the crocodile skin; the oiling mechanism 4 is arranged at the top of the inner side of the frame 1 and used for oiling crocodile skin placed on the placing platform 2, the oiling mechanism 4 can move along the length direction of the frame 1, the rotating angle of the placing platform 2 is adjusted, the texture direction of the crocodile skin is enabled to be in the length direction of the frame 1, the oiling mechanism 4 can oil along the texture direction of the crocodile skin, and the grinding mechanism 3 and/or the oiling mechanism 4 are/is used for adjusting the grinding and/or oiling height of the crocodile skin by means of height adjustment of the frame 1; the control mechanism is respectively and electrically connected with the placing platform 2, the polishing mechanism 3 and the oiling mechanism 4 and is respectively used for controlling the operation.
Specifically, when crocodile skin needs to be polished and oiled, the crocodile skin is placed on the placing platform 2 from the inlet 11, and after the oiling is finished, the crocodile skin is taken out from the outlet 12. the usage amount of the chemical materials in each processing step is operated by taking the quality of the crocodile skin as a reference;
a conveying mechanism for conveying crocodile skin is arranged in the processing step, and the conveying mechanism can be used for conveying and processing the crocodile skin between the processing steps in the crocodile skin processing process;

and arranging a control mechanism, wherein the control mechanism is electrically connected with the placing platform, the polishing mechanism and the oiling mechanism respectively and is used for controlling the operation respectively.
