The invention discloses an anti-sticking agent for a trench oil-based rubber-tyred roller and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation raw materials comprise a component A, a component B, a component C, a component D and a component E, wherein: the component A is illegal cooking oil; the component B is formed by mixing a composite emulsifier and water; the component C is formed by mixing a stabilizer and water; the component D is inorganic filler; and the component E is an antifoaming agent. The components are respectively as follows according to the mass portion ratio: 25-50 parts of component A, 30-60 parts of component B, 10-15 parts of component C, 15-30 parts of component D and 1-3 parts of component E. The anti-sticking agent provided by the invention can be used for preventing sticking of a rubber-tyred road roller for rolling an asphalt pavement, and has the advantages of no softening of asphalt, low price and the like compared with the traditional soybean oil anti-sticking agent.

Technical Field

Background
At present, more than 90% of pavements are asphalt pavements. In the construction process of the asphalt pavement, after the asphalt mixture is spread, rolling is needed, and the quality of the rolling effect is directly related to the quality and the durability of the asphalt pavement. High quality rolling can not only make the asphalt pavement layer reach high compactness, but also make it have good flatness. However, in the rolling process of the asphalt mixture, a steel wheel roller and a rubber wheel roller are required to be matched for rolling. And an anti-sticking agent needs to be sprayed on the surface of the rolling wheel of the road roller, otherwise, the asphalt and the asphalt mixture are bonded on the surface of the steel wheel or the rubber wheel of the road roller, so that the rolling progress and the rolling quality are influenced. Steel-wheeled rollers are generally made from water spray to resist sticking. Rubber-tyred rollers typically employ petroleum-derived, vegetable oil-based anti-tack agents.

The illegal cooking oil is made into the anti-sticking agent of the rubber-tyred road roller, and another way is provided for comprehensive utilization of the illegal cooking oil. The economic benefit and the social benefit are obvious.
