Abstract
The invention relates to a thick-coating anti-whitening waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the coating is a bi-component and comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of cement, 20-50 parts of filler, 10-40 parts of quartz sand, 0-10 parts of carbohydrate, 0-3 parts of water reducing agent and 2-8 parts of calcium formate; the component B comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 70-95 parts of polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2-8 parts of polymer VAE emulsion, 0-1 part of thickening agent, 1-7 parts of defoaming agent, 0-4 parts of bactericide and 50-200 parts of water. The waterproof coating is prepared by respectively stirring and uniformly mixing the weighed A component and B component according to the required proportion. When the two-component waterproof coating provided by the invention is thickly coated, the phenomenon of whitening of the coating surface is avoided, the adhesion with a base layer is strong, and the two-component waterproof coating has good physical mechanical properties and whitening resistance.

The polymer cement waterproof paint is a double-component water-based building waterproof paint compounded by organic polymer emulsion and inorganic cement, and combines the characteristics of high flexibility and waterproofness of organic materials, high strength of inorganic materials, easy bonding with a wet base surface and the like into a whole. The waterproof coating takes water as a solvent, overcomes the defect of pollution caused by tar, asphalt and solvent-based waterproof coatings, is non-toxic and non-flammable, is convenient to produce and use, has low safety and production cost, meets the environmental protection requirement advocated by China, and conforms to the trend of green environmental protection of waterproof coatings.
Cement is an important ingredient in waterproof coatings. The reaction of cement with water produces not only hydrous calcium silicate but also a large amount of calcium hydroxide.
When the waterproof coating is thick, the drying time of large-area coating is long, calcium hydroxide generated by reaction in the coating gradually migrates to the surface along with water evaporation, the migrated calcium hydroxide quickly absorbs carbon dioxide in the air, and the calcium hydroxide generates a white calcium carbonate which is not easy to dissolve in water through chemical reaction and remains on the surface of the waterproof coating.
When the color of the waterproof coating film after drying is gray, calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate substances remaining on the surface of the waterproof coating film cause uneven color on the surface of the coating film, resulting in severe whitening of the surface of the coating film. This whitening phenomenon seriously affects the appearance of the waterproof coating film, reducing customer satisfaction with the product.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1-1: 2.
Preferably, the saccharide substance is one or more of glucose, sodium gluconate, polysaccharide, sucrose and maltose.
Preferably, the cement is one or a mixture of two of ordinary portland cement and slag portland cement.
Preferably, the filler is one or a mixture of more than two of heavy calcium carbonate, talcum powder, kaolin, mica powder and alumina.
Preferably, the quartz sand is one or a mixture of 100-200 meshes of quartz sand and 70-140 meshes of quartz sand.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of more than two of organic silicon defoaming agent, mineral oil defoaming agent and non-silicon defoaming agent.
Preferably, the water reducing agent is one or a mixture of two of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a naphthalene water reducing agent.
Preferably, the thickener is one or a mixture of two of associative polyurethane thickener and associative polyacrylic thickener.
The application also provides a method for preparing the thick-coating type whitening-resistant waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of component A: sequentially adding the weighed cement, the filler, the quartz sand, the saccharides, the water reducing agent and the calcium formate into a stirrer, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain the cement-based water reducing agent;
(2) preparation of the component B: and sequentially adding the weighed polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, polymer VAE emulsion, thickening agent, defoaming agent, bactericide and water into a stirring kettle in parts by mass, and uniformly mixing to obtain the thick-coating anti-whitening waterproof coating.
And packaging the component A and the component B respectively. When the paint is used, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1-1: 2, then the powder of the component A is added into the liquid material of the component B, the mixture is uniformly stirred, and the paint can be coated on the wall surface or the ground by painting or rolling.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:
the waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B. The polymer VAE emulsion in the component A can effectively improve the compactness of a coating film, reduce capillary channels of the coating film and reduce the migration of calcium ions; the calcium formate in the component B has a coagulation promoting effect, so that the reaction rate of cement can be accelerated, and the saccharide can promote the generation of ettringite, so that the generation of calcium hydroxide is reduced, and the whitening phenomenon is effectively prevented. The waterproof coating disclosed by the invention has a good anti-whitening effect, excellent physical properties and durability.

The following provides a specific embodiment of a thick-coating type anti-whitening waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
The application provides a thick-coating anti-whitening waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is a bi-component coating which comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of cement, 20-50 parts of filler, 10-40 parts of quartz sand, 0-10 parts of carbohydrate, 0-3 parts of water reducing agent and 2-8 parts of calcium formate; the component B comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 70-95 parts of polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2-8 parts of polymer VAE emulsion, 0-1 part of thickening agent, 1-7 parts of defoaming agent, 0-4 parts of bactericide and 50-200 parts of water.
The waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B. The polymer VAE emulsion in the component A can effectively improve the compactness of a coating film, reduce capillary channels of the coating film and reduce the migration of calcium ions; the calcium formate in the component B has a coagulation promoting effect, so that the reaction rate of cement can be accelerated, and the saccharide can promote the generation of ettringite, so that the generation of calcium hydroxide is reduced, and the whitening phenomenon is effectively prevented.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1 to 2.
Preferably, the saccharide substance is one or more of glucose, sodium gluconate, polysaccharide, sucrose and maltose.
Preferably, the cement is one or a mixture of two of ordinary portland cement and slag portland cement.
Preferably, the filler is one or a mixture of more than two of heavy calcium carbonate, talcum powder, kaolin, mica powder and alumina.

Preferably, the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of more than two of organic silicon defoaming agent, mineral oil defoaming agent and non-silicon defoaming agent.
Preferably, the water reducing agent is one or a mixture of two of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a naphthalene water reducing agent.
Preferably, the thickener is one or a mixture of two of associative polyurethane thickener and associative polyacrylic thickener.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the thick-coating type whitening-resistant waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of component A: sequentially adding the weighed cement, the filler, the quartz sand, the saccharides, the water reducing agent and the calcium formate into a stirrer, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain the cement-based water reducing agent;
(2) preparation of the component B: and sequentially adding the weighed polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, the polymer VAE emulsion, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent, the bactericide and water in parts by mass into a stirring kettle, and uniformly mixing to obtain the composite material.
And packaging the component A and the component B respectively. When the paint is used, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1-2, then adding the powder of the component A into the liquid of the component B, uniformly stirring, and brushing or rolling on a wall surface or a ground surface.
The waterproof coating disclosed by the invention has a good anti-whitening effect, excellent physical properties and durability.
Example 1
The thick-coating anti-whitening waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 450 parts of cement, 332 parts of 325 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 212 parts of quartz sand, 4 parts of cane sugar, 1 part of water reducing agent and 5 parts of calcium formate; the component B comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 880 parts of polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, 40 parts of polymer VAE emulsion, 0.1 part of thickening agent, 5 parts of defoaming agent, 2 parts of bactericide and 73 parts of water. The mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.5.

The thick-coating anti-whitening waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 450 parts of cement, 332 parts of 325 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 212 parts of quartz sand, 4 parts of sodium gluconate, 1 part of water reducing agent and 5 parts of calcium formate; the component B comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 880 parts of polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, 40 parts of polymer VAE emulsion, 0.1 part of thickening agent, 5 parts of defoaming agent, 2 parts of bactericide and 73 parts of water. The mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1.5.

Performance testing
The performance of the polymer cement waterproof coatings of the examples and the comparative examples except the saltpetering resistance was tested according to the performance detection method in national standard 23445-2009 of Polymer cement waterproof coatings; the method for detecting the alkali efflorescence resistance comprises the following steps: pouring the stirred coating into a plastic box with the diameter of 14cm and the height of 5mm under the conditions of the temperature of 20 ℃ and the humidity of 80 percent, and carrying out an anti-efflorescence test; the specific test results are shown in table 1 and fig. 1, 2, and 3.
The waterproof coatings of examples 1 to 2 of the present invention and comparative example 1 were tested according to the above test methods, and the test results are shown in table 1 and fig. 1, 2, and 3.

As shown in table 1 and fig. 1, 2, and 3, the waterproof coating material in the examples of the present invention has good physical and mechanical properties, while having an excellent anti-whitening effect, relative to the comparative examples.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as being within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The thick-coating anti-whitening waterproof coating is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of cement, 20-50 parts of filler, 10-40 parts of quartz sand, 0-10 parts of carbohydrate, 0-3 parts of water reducing agent and 2-8 parts of calcium formate; the component B comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 70-95 parts of polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2-8 parts of polymer VAE emulsion, 0-1 part of thickening agent, 1-7 parts of defoaming agent, 0-4 parts of bactericide and 50-200 parts of water.
2. The thick-coating type anti-whitening waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is preferably 1:1 to 1: 2.
3. The thick-coating type anti-whitening waterproof coating material of claim 1, wherein the saccharide is one or a mixture of more of glucose, sodium gluconate, polysaccharide, sucrose and maltose.
4. The thick-coated whitening-resistant waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the cement is one or a mixture of two of ordinary portland cement and slag portland cement.
5. The thick-coating type anti-whitening waterproof coating material of claim 1, wherein the filler is one or a mixture of two or more of heavy calcium, talc, kaolin, mica powder and alumina.
6. The thick-coating type anti-whitening waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quartz sand is one or a mixture of 100 to 200 mesh quartz sand and 70 to 140 mesh quartz sand.
7. The thick-coated, anti-whitening and water-proofing paint according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is one or a mixture of two or more of silicone defoaming agent, mineral oil defoaming agent and non-silicone defoaming agent.
8. The thick-coating type anti-whitening waterproof coating material of claim 1, wherein the water reducing agent is one or a mixture of two of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a naphthalene water reducing agent.
9. The thick-coating anti-whitening waterproof paint according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is one or a mixture of two of associative polyurethane thickener and associative polyacrylic thickener.
10. A method for preparing a thick-coating type whitening-resistant waterproof coating material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of component A: sequentially adding the weighed cement, the filler, the quartz sand, the saccharides, the water reducing agent and the calcium formate into a stirrer, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a component A;
(2) preparation of the component B: sequentially adding the weighed polymer styrene-acrylic emulsion, polymer VAE emulsion, thickening agent, defoaming agent, bactericide and water in parts by mass into a stirring kettle, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component B;
and packaging the component A and the component B respectively. When the paint is used, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1-1: 2, then the powder of the component A is added into the liquid material of the component B, the mixture is uniformly stirred, and the paint can be coated on the wall surface or the ground by painting or rolling.
