The waterproof pastes of examples 1 to 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 were subjected to a performance test, wherein the alkali efflorescence resistance performance test method was as follows: 1. the manufacturing method of the cement column for testing comprises the following steps: according to the standard sand: uniformly mixing cement in a ratio of 3:1, adding a small amount of water (the surface of the mortar is free from open water and can be clewed into a ball by hands), preparing a hollow cylindrical model, curing for 7 days under standard conditions, and adhering a watertight bottom plate at the bottom by using a sealant for later use; 2. preparation of a test piece: brushing waterproof slurry on the outer surface of the cement column, brushing the waterproof slurry for two to three times, wherein the thickness of the coating is about 1.5mm, and maintaining for 7d under standard conditions; 3. and (3) testing: adding a reducing solution (adding calcium hydroxide into a 1% sodium hydroxide solution until the calcium hydroxide is in a saturated state) into the cement mortar column after the waterproof coating is coated, continuously maintaining under standard conditions, keeping the liquid level height in the cement mortar column to be about 10cm, and observing whether the surface of the cement column is whiskered.
The whitening substance is precipitated on the surface of the cement columns of the comparative examples 1 to 3, and the whitening phenomenon occurs, so that the waterproof slurry of the comparative example does not have the function of resisting the efflorescence and has poor efflorescence resisting effect. Wherein the test patterns of the whiskering property of example 1 and comparative example 3 are shown in the left and right panels of FIG. 1, respectively.
Other performance tests are carried out according to the index requirements of a product-executed test standard JC/T2090-2011I type, and specific results are shown in a table 1.

It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the specific embodiments of the present invention. Claims (9)

1. The low-alkalinity waterproof slurry with the function of resisting the efflorescence is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
(1) liquid material:
15-25 parts of styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion;
15-25 parts of butadiene-styrene copolymer emulsion;
40-50 parts of water;
0.1-1 part of preservative;
0.5-1.5 parts of an antifreeze agent;
0.3-0.8 part of thickening agent;
0.1-1 part of defoaming agent;
(2) powder lot:
50-60 parts of sulphoaluminate cement;
20-40 parts of an inorganic filler;
0.1-0.5 part of a water reducing agent;
0.1-0.5 part of an anti-flooding agent;
0.05-0.15 part of water-retaining agent;
2-5 parts of metakaolin;
the weight ratio of the liquid material to the powder material is (8-10): 25;
the styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion is modified by a monomer containing at least one functional group of epoxy group, amino group, amido group, carboxyl group and organosilicon group, the solid content is 30-60 percent, and the glass transition temperature is-5-15 ℃;
the solid content of the styrene content of the butadiene-styrene copolymer emulsion is 23-25%, and the glass transition temperature is 0-10 ℃;
the sulphoaluminate cement is low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement with the strength grade of 42.5.
2. The low-alkali waterproof slurry having the function of resisting the efflorescence of claim 1, wherein the preservative is isothiazolinone and/or 2, 2-dibromopropionamide.
3. The low-alkali waterproof slurry with the function of resisting the efflorescence of claim 1, wherein the antifreeze is one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and hexylene glycol.
4. The low-alkali waterproof slurry having the anti-efflorescence function according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is one or more of cellulose ethers, polyacrylates, associative polyurethanes, inorganic thickeners.
5. The low-alkalinity water-proofing slurry having a function of resisting efflorescence of claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is a mineral oil-based and/or silicone-based defoaming agent.
6. The low-alkalinity waterproof slurry with the function of resisting the efflorescence of claim 1, wherein the inorganic filler is one or more of quartz sand, quartz powder, talcum powder, heavy calcium, light calcium and calcined kaolin.
7. The low-alkalinity waterproof slurry having the function of resisting the efflorescence of claim 1, wherein the water reducing agent is one or more of lignosulphonates, polycyclic aromatic salts, water-soluble resin sulphonates and polycarboxylates.
8. The low-alkalinity waterproof slurry with the function of resisting the efflorescence of claim 1, wherein the alkali-resistant agent is one or more of organic silicon hydrophobic powder, micro silicon powder, fly ash, an expanding agent and a water reducing agent.
9. The method for preparing the low-alkalinity water-proofing slurry with the function of resisting the efflorescence of any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
liquid material preparation:
(1) weighing the styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion and the butadiene-styrene copolymer emulsion, putting into a stirring kettle, and starting low-speed stirring at the stirring speed of 600-800 r/min;
(2) adding the preservative, the antifreeze and the defoamer into a stirring kettle while stirring, and stirring for 3-8 minutes at a speed of 600-800 r/min;
(3) adding water accounting for 50-90% of the total amount of the formula, and continuously stirring for 3-8 minutes;
(4) premixing the thickening agent and the balance of water, putting the mixture into a dispersion kettle while stirring, and stirring for 10-30 minutes at a speed of 800-1000 r/min;
(5) after the central control detection is qualified, filtering, discharging and packaging for later use;
preparing powder:
(1) weighing sulphoaluminate cement and inorganic filler, putting into a stirring kettle, and starting low-speed stirring at the stirring speed of 50-80 r/min;
(2) accurately weighing the water reducing agent, the alkali-efflorescence resistant agent, the water-retaining agent and the metakaolin respectively, feeding the materials from a master batch feeding port, and stirring for 10-30 minutes;
when the powder material is used, the liquid material and the powder material are mixed according to the weight ratio (8-10): 25, mixing, stirring uniformly, and constructing.
