Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the automated guided vehicle 30 generally includes a vehicle body 31 and a lifting plate 32, and as shown in fig. 4, when the collection bag 12 on the rack 132 is used up, the automated guided vehicle 30 can travel between two racks 1311 and cause the lifting plate 32 to lift the rack 132 to disengage the rack 132 from the seat frame 131, then the automated guided vehicle 30 carries the empty rack 132 to a storage point of the collection bag 12 for replenishing the collection bag 12, and after the rack 132 is filled with the collection bag 12, the automated guided vehicle 30 carries the rack 132 again to return between two racks 1311, and causes the lifting plate 32 to descend to place the rack 132 on the rack 1311. Preferably, referring to fig. 7 and 8, one of the rack 132 and the lifting plate 32 is provided with a second positioning pin 33, and the other is provided with a second pin hole 1322a, and the second positioning pin 33 is inserted into and matched with the second pin hole 1322a, so as to prevent the automated guided vehicle 30 from being displaced during transportation of the rack 132.
The structure of the rack 132 will be described in detail below in connection with the structure of the collection bag 12. As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the collecting bag 12 includes a collecting bag body 121, positioning blocks 122, a sealing rope 123, a rope end fixing block 124 and an elastic buckle 125, wherein the positioning blocks 122 are arranged around the collecting bag body 121 at intervals in the circumferential direction, the positioning blocks 122 are provided with positioning holes 1223, a bag mouth of the collecting bag body 121 is provided with rope holes distributed around the circumferential direction of the collecting bag body 121, the sealing rope 123 is arranged in the rope holes, the rope end fixing block 124 and the elastic buckle 125 are both arranged on the collecting bag body 121, a first rope end 1231 of the sealing rope 123 is fixed to the rope end fixing block 124, a second rope end 1232 of the sealing rope 123 is arranged in the elastic buckle 125, and the elastic buckle 125 can clamp or loosen the sealing rope 123. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the placing frame 132 includes a bottom plate and a plurality of vertical rods 1323 disposed on the bottom plate, the vertical rods 1323 correspond to the positioning blocks 122 one by one, and the vertical rods 1323 penetrate through the positioning holes 1223, so that the placing of the collecting bag 12 is more stable. Further, still be provided with two riser 1324 relatively on the bottom plate, all be provided with a plurality of diaphragm 1325 along its direction of height on every riser 1324, and the diaphragm 1325 on two risers 1324 sets up in one-to-one correspondence, be provided with third locating pin 1325a on the diaphragm 1325, refer to fig. 11 and 12, be provided with third pinhole 1241 on the fag end fixed block 124 of collection bag 12, third locating pin 1325a and third pinhole 1241 can peg graft the cooperation to make the position of placing of collection bag 12 more accurate. In this embodiment, the bottom plate is formed by splicing two first connecting plates 1321 arranged oppositely and two second connecting plates 1322 arranged oppositely, so as to reduce material consumption. In other embodiments, the bottom plate may also be a single, unitary plate.
The automatic changing device comprises a first transfer component, a sealing component and a second transfer component, wherein the first transfer component can transfer the empty collecting bag 12 of the collecting bag placing station 111 to the falling part collecting station 112, and the collecting bag 12 transferred to the falling part collecting station 112 can receive goods falling from the falling part lattice opening 102; the sealing assembly is used for sealing the opening of the collecting bag 12 filled with goods on the falling part collecting station 112; the second transfer assembly is used to remove the sealed collection bag 12 from the drop collection station 112.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the first transfer assembly includes a transverse slide rail 141, a longitudinal slide rail 142, and a pick-and-place assembly, wherein the transverse slide rail 141 is disposed on the frame 11 and extends from the collecting bag placing station 111 to the falling piece collecting station 112, and a transverse slide block is slidably disposed on the transverse slide rail 141; the longitudinal slide rail 142 is arranged on the transverse slide block and arranged along a direction perpendicular to the transverse slide rail 141, and the longitudinal slide block is arranged on the longitudinal slide rail 142 in a sliding manner; the picking and placing assembly is arranged on the longitudinal slide block and is used for picking and placing the collecting bag 12. Through the arrangement, the transverse position and the vertical position of the taking and placing assembly can be adjusted, so that the collecting bag 12 can be taken and placed conveniently.
The structure of the access assembly will now be described in connection with the structure of the collection bag 12. Referring to fig. 9, the plurality of positioning blocks 122 are divided into two groups, the two groups of positioning blocks 122 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the collecting bag body 121, and the positioning blocks 122 are provided with shoulder blocks. In this embodiment, the positioning block 122 has an inverted convex shape, and includes a first positioning portion 1221 and a second positioning portion 1222, the size of the first positioning portion 1221 is smaller than the size of the second positioning portion 1222, and the connecting surface of the first positioning portion 1221 and the second positioning portion 1222 forms the above-mentioned shoulder. Or in other embodiments, a ring of protrusions may be protruded from the positioning block 122, and the lower end surface of the protrusion forms the above-mentioned locking shoulder. Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the pick-and-place assembly includes two pick-and-place arms 143, the number of the longitudinal slide rails 142 is two, and the two pick-and-place arms 143 are respectively connected to the longitudinal sliders slidably disposed on the two longitudinal slide rails 142, in this embodiment, the number of the transverse slide rails 141 is also two, each transverse slide rail 141 is provided with a transverse slider, the two longitudinal slide rails 142 are respectively connected to the transverse sliders on the two transverse slide rails 141 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, in other embodiments, the number of the transverse slide rails 141 may also be one, the transverse slide rails 141 may be provided with two transverse sliders, and the two longitudinal slide rails 142 are respectively connected to the two transverse sliders on the transverse slide rails 141 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Each pick-and-place arm 143 is provided with a set of bayonet 1431, two sets of bayonets 1431 on two pick-and-place arms 143 respectively with two sets of shoulders of card on two sets of locating pieces 122 one-to-one, bayonet 1431 can with the shoulder of card joint. When the collecting bag 12 is taken, the two taking and placing arms 143 firstly slide along the longitudinal slide rail 142 to the position where the bayonet 1431 is opposite to the shoulder, and then slide along the transverse slide rail 141 to the direction close to each other, so that the bayonet 1431 is clamped with the shoulder, and the collecting bag 12 is taken; when the collection bag 12 is put down, the two pick-and-place arms 143 slide along the transverse slide rail 141 in a direction away from each other to disengage the bayonet 1431 from the shoulder, and then slide along the longitudinal slide rail 142 to the position of the next target collection bag 12. The collecting bags 12 are stacked at the collecting bag placing station 111 and are naturally scattered after being transferred to the falling piece collecting station 112, so as to receive the goods falling from the falling goods grid 102. Further, referring to fig. 12 and 13, a fourth positioning pin 144 is disposed on one of the pick-and-place arms 143, a fourth pin hole 1242 is disposed on the string head fixing block 124, and when the pick-and-place arm 143 picks and places the collection bag 12, the fourth positioning pin 144 can be inserted into the fourth pin hole 1242.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the closure assembly includes a clamping assembly for actuating the bungee buckle 125 between a clamped state and an undamped state, and a drawstring assembly for drawing the second strand 1232 of the closure strand 123 when the clamping assembly actuates the bungee buckle 125 in the undamped state.
The structure of the clamping assembly and the drawstring assembly will be described below in conjunction with the structure of the bungee buckle 125. As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the bungee buckle 125 comprises a seat body 1251, two clamping blocks 1252, two first elastic members 1253, two first pressing blocks 1254, two second pressing blocks 1255 and two second elastic members 1256, wherein the seat body 1251 has a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity distributed in a cross shape, a through hole 1251a is further formed in the seat body 1251, the axis of the through hole 1251a is perpendicular to the axis of the first accommodating cavity and the axis of the second accommodating cavity, and the through hole 1251a is used for allowing the second rope end 1232 of the closing rope 123 to pass through; the two clamping blocks 1252 are arranged in the first accommodating cavity, the two clamping blocks 1252 are respectively arranged on two sides of the axis of the second accommodating cavity, one ends, close to each other, of the two clamping blocks 1252 are wedge-shaped, clamping grooves 1252a are formed in the wedge-shaped ends of the two clamping blocks 1252, the axes of the clamping grooves 1252a are parallel to the axis of the through hole 1251a, and the sealing rope 123 can penetrate between the two clamping grooves 1252 a; two first elastic members 1253 are respectively disposed in a compressed state on the sides of the two clamping blocks 1252 away from each other; the two first pressing blocks 1254 are arranged in the second accommodating cavity, the two first pressing blocks 1254 are respectively arranged on two sides of the axis of the first accommodating cavity, one ends, close to each other, of the two first pressing blocks 1254 are both in a wedge shape, the wedge-shaped end of the first pressing block 1254 is located between the two clamping blocks 1252, the wedge-shaped ends of the two first pressing blocks 1254 are respectively arranged on two sides of the axis of the clamping groove 1252a, and the wedge-shaped end of the first pressing block 1254 can be in sliding fit with the wedge-shaped end of the clamping block 1252; the two second pressing blocks 1255 are also arranged in the second accommodating cavity and are respectively arranged on the sides, away from each other, of the two first pressing blocks 1254, and the second pressing blocks 1255 extend out through the opening of the second accommodating cavity so as to be in driving fit with the clamping assembly; the second elastic member 1256 is connected between the first pressing piece 1254 and the second pressing piece 1255.
As shown in fig. 18, the clamping assembly includes a motor reducer 151, a two-way screw 152, a first nut 154, a second nut 155, a first clamping plate 156, and a second clamping plate 157, wherein the motor reducer 151 is disposed on the mounting base 113 of the frame 11, the two-way screw 152 is drivingly connected to the motor reducer 151, the two-way screw 152 is supported on the mounting base 113 through a bearing 153, the two-way screw 152 has a first threaded section and a second threaded section, and the first threaded section and the second threaded section have opposite rotation directions, the first nut 154 and the second nut 155 are respectively threadedly connected to the first threaded section and the second threaded section, the first clamping plate 156 and the second clamping plate 157 are respectively connected to the first nut 154 and the second nut 155, and when the collecting bag 12 is located at the drop collecting station 112, the loose buckle 125 is located between the first clamping plate 156 and the second clamping plate 157. The motor reducer 151 can drive the first clamping plate 156 and the second clamping plate 157 to approach and separate from each other through the bidirectional screw 152, the first nut 154 and the second nut 155, the elastic buckle 125 is located between the first clamping plate 156 and the second clamping plate 157, when the first clamping plate 156 and the second clamping plate 157 approach each other, a pressing force can be applied to the second pressing block 1255, the two second pressing blocks 1255 can push the two first pressing blocks 1254 to approach each other, and thus the two clamping blocks 1252 are driven to separate from each other to loosen the sealing rope 123 located between the two clamping grooves 1252 a; when the first clamping plate 156 and the second clamping plate 157 are far away from each other, the pressing force applied to the second pressing block 1255 disappears, the first pressing block 1254 and the second pressing block 1255 are reset by the second elastic member 1256, and at the same time, the clamping block 1252 is reset by the first elastic member 1253, and the two clamping blocks 1252 press the closing string 123 located between the two clamping grooves 1252 a.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the drawstring assembly includes a moving catch plate 162 and a moving guide rail 163, the moving guide rail 163 is disposed on the frame 11, the moving guide rail 163 extends and distributes in a direction away from the dropping piece collecting station 112, the moving catch plate 162 is slidably disposed on the moving guide rail 163, and the second string end 1232 of the closing string 123 can be caught by the moving catch plate 162 after passing through the elastic buckle 125. When the bungee buckle 125 loosens the sealing rope 123, the movable clamping plate 162 is driven to move along the movable guide rail 163 with the second rope head 1232 in the direction away from the collecting bag 12, so that the bag opening of the collecting bag body 121 can be closed, and after the bag opening is closed, the bungee buckle 125 clamps the sealing rope 123, so that the bag opening can be kept in a closed state, and the goods are prevented from leaking. Preferably, the drawstring assembly further comprises a fixing clip board 161, and the first rope 1231 of the sealing rope 123 can be clipped on the fixing clip board 161 after passing through the rope end fixing block 124, so as to prevent the first rope 1231 from being separated from the rope end fixing block 124 when the moving clip board 162 pulls the second rope end 1232.
As shown in fig. 19 and 20, the second transfer unit includes a support plate 171, the support plate 171 is disposed at the falling-piece collecting station 112, the support plate 171 has a holding state and an open state, when the support plate 171 is in the holding state, the collection bag 12 located at the falling-piece collecting station 112 can be held, and when the support plate 171 is in the open state, the collection bag 12 located at the falling-piece collecting station 112 can fall off the support plate 171. In this embodiment, layer board 171 includes first layer board 1711 and second layer board 1712, the one end that first layer board 1711 and second layer board 1712 deviate from mutually all rotates with frame 11 to be connected, first layer board 1711 and second layer board 1712 can rotate to horizontal position and vertical position under drive assembly's drive, when first layer board 1711 and second layer board 1712 all are located horizontal position, layer board 171 is the bearing state, when first layer board 1711 and second layer board 1712 all are located vertical position, layer board 171 is for opening the state. The driving assembly includes a winding machine 172, a fixed ring 173 and a driven pulley 174, one of the fixed ring 173 and the driven pulley 174 is disposed on the first support plate 1711, the other is disposed on the second support plate 1712, and a free end of a wire rope 1721 of the winding machine 172 passes around the driven pulley 174 and is fixed to the fixed ring 173. The first support plate 1711 and the second support plate 1712 can be rotationally switched between a horizontal position and a vertical position by winding and unwinding the wire rope 1721 by the winding machine 172.
As shown in fig. 21, the falling piece temporary storage device 20 includes a baffle 21 and a driving member 22, the baffle 21 is rotatably connected to the frame 100, the baffle 21 has a shielding state for shielding the falling piece lattice opening 102 and an opening state for opening the falling piece lattice opening 102, the driving member 22 can drive the baffle 21 to switch between the shielding state and the opening state, when the baffle 21 is in the shielding state, the goods can be blocked in the falling piece lattice opening 102 by the baffle 21, and when the baffle 21 is in the opening state, the goods temporarily stored in the falling piece lattice opening 102 can be dropped by the falling piece lattice opening 102. In this embodiment, the driving member 22 is an electric push rod, a fixed end of the electric push rod is hinged to the frame 100, and a telescopic end of the electric push rod is hinged to the baffle 21.
The working principle of the falling piece collecting system provided by the invention is as follows:
the two picking and placing arms 143 pick up the collection bag 12 at the collection bag placing station 111, move the collection bag 12 to the falling part collection station 112, and naturally scatter the collection bag 12 to receive the goods falling from the falling part grid opening 102, at this time, the support plate 171 is in a supporting state, and the collection bag 12 is supported on the support plate 171;
when the collecting bag 12 on the falling piece collecting station 112 is full of goods, the driving piece 22 drives the baffle plate 21 to be switched to a shielding state, and the goods are blocked in the falling goods grid opening 102 by the baffle plate 21 for temporary storage; simultaneously the two pick-and-place arms 143 release the collection bag 12, the clamping assembly clamps the second press block 1255 of the strainer 125, the two second press blocks 1255 push the two first press blocks 1254 towards each other, thereby driving the two clamp blocks 1252 away from each other to release the closure cord 123 between the two clamp grooves 1252 a;
the moving clamp plate 162 carries the second string end 1232 of the sealing string 123 to move along the moving guide rail 163 in a direction away from the collecting bag 12, so as to seal the collecting bag 12;
the winch 172 is used for unreeling, the supporting plate 171 is switched to be in an open state from a supporting state, the sealed collection bag 12 falls onto a wire body from an opening between the first supporting plate 1711 and the second supporting plate 1712, and the collection bag 12 is conveyed to a unified storage point by the wire body; meanwhile, the pick-and-place arm 143 slides along the transverse slide rail 141 to the collecting bag placing station 111 to pick up the next collecting bag 12;
when the pick-and-place arm 143 moves the next collection bag 12 to the falling piece collection station 112, the driving member 22 drives the baffle 21 to switch to the open state, so that the goods temporarily stored in the falling piece grid 102 fall into the collection bag 12, and receives new goods falling from the falling piece grid 102.
When the collection bag 12 at the collection bag placement station 111 is used up, the automated guided vehicle 30 travels between the two frame bodies 1311 and causes the lifting plate 32 to lift the rack 132 to separate the rack 132 from the seat frame 131, then the automated guided vehicle 30 carries the empty rack 132 to a storage point of the collection bag 12 to replenish the collection bag 12, and after the rack 132 is filled with the collection bag 12, the automated guided vehicle 30 returns between the two seat bodies 1251 with the rack 132 carried thereon, and causes the lifting plate 32 to descend to place the rack 132 on the seat body 1251.

1. A drop collection system for automatically collecting items dropped from drop gates (102) of a sorting device, comprising:
the falling piece collecting device (10) is provided with a collecting bag placing station (111) and a falling piece collecting station (112), the collecting bag placing station (111) is used for placing an empty collecting bag (12), the falling piece collecting station (112) is used for being butted with the falling piece lattice opening (102), and the empty collecting bag (12) can receive goods falling from the falling piece lattice opening (102) after being transferred to the falling piece collecting station (112); the fallen part collecting device (10) further comprises a placing component (13), the placing component (13) is arranged at the collecting bag placing station (111), the placing component (13) comprises a seat frame (131) and a placing frame (132), and the seat frame (131) comprises two frame bodies (1311) which are arranged at intervals; the placing frame (132) is arranged at the upper ends of the two frame bodies (1311), one of the placing frame (132) and the frame body (1311) is provided with a first positioning pin (1321 a), the other one of the placing frame (132) and the frame body (1311) is provided with a first pin hole (1311 a), the first positioning pin (1321 a) and the first pin hole (1311 a) are in insertion fit, and the placing frame (132) is used for placing an empty collecting bag (12);
the falling piece temporary storage device (20) is used for temporarily storing the falling goods of the falling goods grid (102) when the full goods are collected by the collecting bag (12) of the falling piece collecting station (112);
an automatic guided vehicle (30) for automatically replenishing the empty collecting bags (12) of the collecting bag placing station (111), the automatic guided vehicle (30) comprising a vehicle body (31) and a lifting plate (32), the vehicle body (31) being capable of traveling between the two racks (1311); the lifting plate (32) is arranged on the vehicle body (31) and can move up and down, and the lifting plate (32) can lift up the placing frame (132) so as to separate the placing frame (132) from the frame body (1311); the lifting plate (32) can also lower the placing rack (132) to place the placing rack (132) on the rack body (1311).
2. A dropped-collection system according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an automatic exchange device for transferring the empty collection bag (12) of the collection bag placement station (111) to the dropped-collection station (112) and for closing and removing the collection bag (12) after the dropped-collection station (112) has been filled with goods.
3. A drop collection system according to claim 2, wherein the automatic change device comprises:
-a first transfer assembly for transferring the empty collecting bags (12) of the collecting bag placing station (111) to the drop collecting station (112);
the sealing assembly is used for sealing the bag opening of the collection bag (12) filled with the fallen parts on the fallen part collection station (112);
a second transfer assembly for removing the sealed collection bag (12) from the drop collection station (112).
4. A drop collection system according to claim 3, wherein the collection bag (12) comprises:
the bag comprises a collecting bag body (121), wherein stringing holes distributed circumferentially around the collecting bag body (121) are formed in the bag opening;
two groups of positioning blocks (122) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the collecting bag body (121), and clamping shoulders are arranged on the positioning blocks (122);
the sealing rope (123) is arranged in the rope threading hole in a penetrating way;
the rope end fixing block (124) is arranged on the collecting bag body (121), and a first rope end (1231) of the sealing rope (123) is fixed on the rope end fixing block (124);
the elastic buckle (125) is arranged on the collecting bag body (121), the second rope end (1232) of the sealing rope (123) is arranged on the elastic buckle (125), and the elastic buckle (125) can clamp or loosen the sealing rope (123).
5. The drop collection system of claim 4, wherein the first transfer assembly comprises:
the transverse sliding rail (141) is arranged on the frame (11) and extends from the collecting bag placing station (111) to the falling piece collecting station (112), and a transverse sliding block is arranged on the transverse sliding rail (141) in a sliding manner;
the longitudinal sliding rail (142) is arranged on the transverse sliding block and is arranged along the direction perpendicular to the transverse sliding rail (141), and the longitudinal sliding block is arranged on the longitudinal sliding rail (142) in a sliding manner;
and the taking and placing assembly is arranged on the longitudinal sliding block and is used for taking and placing the collecting bag (12).

The falling part collecting system according to claim 5, wherein the pick-and-place assembly comprises two pick-and-place arms (143), the number of the longitudinal slide rails (142) is two, the two pick-and-place arms (143) are respectively connected with the longitudinal sliders slidably arranged on the two longitudinal slide rails (142), each pick-and-place arm (143) is provided with a set of bayonets (1431), the two sets of bayonets (1431) on the two pick-and-place arms (143) respectively correspond to the two sets of the bayonets on the two sets of the positioning blocks (122), and the bayonets (1431) can be clamped with the bayonets.
7. The drop collection system of claim 4, wherein the closure assembly comprises:
a clamping assembly for driving the bungee buckle (125) to switch between a clamped state and an undamped state;
a drawstring assembly for drawing the second string end (1232) of the closure string (123) when the clamping assembly drives the bungee buckle (125) in a loosened state.
8. The drop collection system of claim 7, wherein the clamp assembly comprises:
a motor reducer (151) provided to the frame (11);
the bidirectional screw (152) is in driving connection with the motor speed reducer (151), the bidirectional screw (152) is provided with a first thread section and a second thread section, and the rotating directions of the first thread section and the second thread section are opposite;
a first nut (154), a second nut (155) threadedly connected with the first threaded section and the second threaded section, respectively;
a first clamp (156), a second clamp (157) connected to said first nut (154) and said second nut (155), respectively, said bungee buckle (125) being located between said first clamp (156) and said second clamp (157) when said collection bag (12) is located at said drop collection station (112).
9. The drop collection system of claim 7, wherein the drawstring assembly comprises:
the moving guide rail (163) is arranged on the frame (11) and extends and distributes in the direction far away from the falling part collecting station (112);
a moving catch plate (162) slidably disposed on the moving guide rail (163), wherein the second string end (1232) of the closing string (123) can be caught by the moving catch plate (162) after passing through the elastic buckle (125).

A drop collection system according to claim 9, wherein the drawstring assembly further comprises a securing catch (161), the securing catch (161) being provided to the frame (11), the first cord end (1231) of the closure cord (123) being capable of snapping into the securing catch (161) after passing through the cord end securing block (124).

The drop collection system of claim 3, wherein the second transfer assembly comprises a support plate (171), the support plate (171) being disposed at the drop collection station (112), the support plate (171) having a resting state and an open state, the support plate (171) being capable of holding the collection bag (12) at the drop collection station (112) when in the resting state, the collection bag (12) at the drop collection station (112) being capable of falling through the support plate (171) when in the open state.

The drop collection system of claim 11, wherein the support plate (171) comprises a first support plate (1711) and a second support plate (1712), wherein the ends of the first support plate (1711) and the second support plate (1712) facing away from each other are rotatably connected to the frame (11), the first support plate (1711) and the second support plate (1712) are rotatable to a horizontal position or a vertical position under the driving of the driving assembly, the support plate (171) is in the supporting state when the first support plate (1711) and the second support plate (1712) are both in the horizontal position, and the support plate (171) is in the open state when the first support plate (1711) and the second support plate (1712) are both in the vertical position.

The drop collection system of claim 12, wherein the drive assembly comprises a hoist (172), a fixed ring (173), and a driven pulley (174), one of the fixed ring (173) and the driven pulley (174) being disposed on the first support plate (1711) and the other being disposed on the second support plate (1712), a free end of a wire rope (1721) of the hoist (172) passing around the driven pulley (174) and being secured to the fixed ring (173).
