the rotating block 10 can roll on the inner wall of the extrusion cavity 6 through the balls 12 under the driving of the rotating rod 9, so that the friction resistance when the end part of the rotating block 10 and the inner wall of the extrusion cavity 6 move relatively is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the arranged lubricating oil can play a lubricating effect on the inner wall of the extrusion cavity 6, and the friction resistance between the end part of the rotating block 10 and the inner wall of the extrusion cavity 6 is further reduced; when the end part of the rotating block 10 is in a vertical state, the bottom end of the rotating block 10 can extrude the air pipe 16 in the concave part and close the air pipe, so that the inside of the sliding cavity is in a closed state, the connecting piece 2 forms an integral type with fixed length, the situation that the movable piece 14 is driven to slide in the sliding cavity by the suction cup 5 when being adsorbed on the roof is reduced, the suction cup 5 and the roof can be fixed to the shell 1 more stably by a worker, meanwhile, after the rotating block 10 rotates to a horizontal position, the air pipe 16 is communicated with the outside due to no pressure, and the movable piece 14 and the fixed piece 13 which are connected in a sliding mode through the elastic piece 15 can play a more effective buffering effect on the vibration of the shell 1; most of lubricating oil is concentrated at the bottom end of the extrusion cavity 6, so that the inner wall of the top end of the extrusion cavity 6 cannot be sufficiently lubricated, the lubricating oil in the extrusion cavity 6 is adsorbed by the coating strip 22 at the bottom end and is transferred to the coating strip 22 at the top end through the lubricating layer 21, the lubricating oil can be coated on the inner wall of the top end of the extrusion cavity 6 by the coating strip 22 at the top end when the rotating block 10 rotates, meanwhile, the lubricating layer 21 close to the balls 12 can also coat the lubricating oil on the surfaces of the balls 12, and the friction resistance of the rotating block 10 and the extrusion cavity 6 during relative movement is further reduced; when the suction cup 5 needs to be separated from the car roof, the threaded rod 24 is rotated at the moment, so that the threaded rod 24 drives the rotary column 23 to rotate in the rotary groove until two ends of the connecting groove 27 on the rotary column 23 are respectively aligned and communicated with the circulating groove 25 and the air passage 26 on the supporting block 4, and at the moment, external air can flow into the suction cup 5 and cause the suction cup 5 to fail in work, so that the suction cup 5 can be separated from the car roof easily and quickly; the rotary column 23 can drive the lubricating oil in the groove 28 to be smeared on the side wall of the rotary groove when rotating, so that the lubricating effect on the side wall of the rotary groove can be achieved, and the friction resistance when the rotary column 23 and the rotary groove move relatively is greatly reduced; when the rotary column 23 drives the lubricating oil in the groove 28 to move to the position of the circulation groove 25 or the air passage 26, at this time, a part of the lubricating oil flows into the circulation groove 25 or the air passage 26 under the external interference, at this time, the water absorbing layer 30 can absorb the lubricating oil in the circulation groove 25 or the air passage 26, the situation that the lubricating oil is wasted due to the fact that the lubricating oil directly flows out from the circulation groove 25 or the air passage 26 is reduced, meanwhile, the magnetic blocks 32 on the rotary column 23 respectively rotate to the positions close to the adsorption blocks 31, the adsorption blocks 31 extrude the lubricating oil in the water absorbing layer 30 under the attraction of the magnetic blocks 32, then, the groove 28 on the rotary column 23 is respectively aligned with the circulation groove 25 and the air passage 26 by rotating the rotary column 23, and therefore, the extruded lubricating oil is recycled to the groove 28 again, and the lubricating oil can be used repeatedly.
