Abstract

本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种自动收线的充电桩,包括充电桩本体、充电枪、枪线、控制系统,充电枪通过枪线与充电桩本体连接,还包括驱动电机、挂钩、挂线,驱动电机设置于充电桩本体内,且与控制系统连接,挂线的一端与驱动电机连接,挂线的另一端与挂钩连接,枪线悬挂于挂钩上,控制系统可控制驱动电机将挂线卷收或释放以控制挂钩将枪线拉起或下放,本发明能够避免充电枪的枪线拖地和用户使用充电枪操作艰难费力的问题,避免枪线拖地磨损而降低充电枪和枪线的使用寿命,提升充电桩使用时的用户使用体验,用户使用充电时,驱动电机将通过释放挂线使枪线下移,用户充电完成归位时,驱动电机将通过收缩挂线将枪线提起。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种自动收线的充电桩。
背景技术
现有的充电桩产品,大多数都是枪线会拖地,易磨损降低使用寿命,并增加了安全隐患,且用户在使用充电和充电结束的过程中,因为枪线较重,插拔充电枪较困难,尤其是女士操作,体验差。
目前已有的枪线助力系统主要分两种,一种是在充电桩本体的顶部固定用于悬挂枪线的装置以减轻枪线重量,但仍然有枪线拖地的隐患;另外一种是通过弹簧平衡器等方式实现,操作需要人工去拖拽,操作比较困难,体验性未改善。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术处理的缺陷和不足,提供一种自动收线的充电桩。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是一种自动收线的充电桩,包括充电桩本体、充电枪、枪线、控制系统,所述充电枪通过所述枪线与所述充电桩本体连接,还包括驱动电机、挂钩、挂线,所述驱动电机设置于所述充电桩本体内,且与所述控制系统连接,所述挂线的一端与所述驱动电机连接,所述挂线的另一端与所述挂钩连接,所述枪线悬挂于所述挂钩上,所述控制系统可控制所述驱动电机将所述挂线卷收或释放以控制所述挂钩将所述枪线拉起或下放。
还包括固定装置,所述固定装置包括悬挂盘、吊滑轮,所述充电桩本体上方的两侧还设置有延伸部,所述悬挂盘安装于所述充电桩本体的延伸部上,所述吊滑轮与所述悬挂盘连接,所述充电桩本体上还设置有用于通过所述挂线的第一通孔,所述挂线穿过所述第一通孔可滑动地搭设于所述吊滑轮上。
所述充电枪上设置有在位检测结构。
所述悬挂盘包括安装座、U型限位部、限位螺杆,所述U型限位部与所述吊滑轮连接,所述安装座固定于所述充电桩本体顶部,所述限位螺杆分别穿过所述U型限位部的两端、安装座的两侧并通过螺栓固定以将U型限位部安装于所述安装座上。
所述枪线上套设有连接环,所述连接环上设置有与所述挂钩相配合的第二通孔,所述挂钩穿过所述第二通孔以将所述枪线悬挂起来。
所述枪线上设置有预设限位点。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种自动收线的充电桩,其能够避免充电枪的枪线拖地和用户使用充电枪操作艰难费力的问题,避免枪线拖地磨损而降低充电枪和枪线的使用寿命,提升充电桩使用时的用户使用体验,用户使用充电时,驱动电机将通过释放挂线使枪线下移,方便用户沿所需方向拉升伸长,用户充电完成归位时,驱动电机将通过收缩挂线将枪线提起,利于用户操作使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,本具体实施的方向以图1方向为标准。
如图1至图3所示,一种自动收线的充电桩,包括充电桩本体1、充电枪2、枪线3、控制系统4,充电枪2通过枪线3与充电桩本体1连接,还包括驱动电机5、挂钩6、挂线7,驱动电机5设置于充电桩本体1内,且与控制系统4连接,挂线7的一端与驱动电机5连接,挂线7的另一端与挂钩6连接,枪线3悬挂于挂钩6上,控制系统4可控制驱动电机5将挂线7卷收或释放以控制挂钩6将枪线3拉起或下放。
如图2所示,还包括固定装置,固定装置包括悬挂盘8、吊滑轮9,充电桩本体1上方的两侧还设置有延伸部12,悬挂盘8安装于充电桩本体1的延伸部12上,吊滑轮9与悬挂盘8连接,充电桩本体1上还设置有用于通过挂线7的第一通孔11,挂线7穿过第一通孔11可滑动地搭设于吊滑轮9上。吊滑轮9是个定滑轮,能改变力的方向,方便驱动电机5收放挂线7。
充电枪2上设置有在位检测结构21。在位检测结构21为触摸传感器,充电枪2被拔出或者插入枪座或者充电口时,在位检测结构21都会被枪座或是充电口触碰,在位检测结构21就会反馈信号至控制系统4,控制系统4就会控制驱动电机5收放挂线7。
如图3所示,悬挂盘8包括安装座81、U型限位部82、限位螺杆83,U型限位部82与吊滑轮9连接,安装座81固定于充电桩本体1顶部,限位螺杆83分别穿过U型限位部82的两端、安装座81的两侧并通过螺栓固定以将U型限位部82安装于安装座81上。
枪线3上套设有连接环31,连接环31上设置有与挂钩6相配合的第二通孔32,挂钩6穿过第二通孔32以将枪线3悬挂起来。
枪线3上设置有预设限位点。当枪线3被拉至控制系统4预设的高度时,会反馈信号至控制系统4,控制系统4会锁定驱动电机5,防止枪线3被过度拉扯。
正常状态下,充电枪2归位插入枪座,在位检测结构21检测到充电枪2插入枪座后反馈信号至控制系统4,控制系统4控制驱动电机5使挂钩6拉起枪线3,使其到达枪线3限位预设点,然后控制系统4控制驱动电机5锁定使枪线3不拖地。
用户使用充电时,将充电枪2拔出枪座,在位检测结构21检测到充电枪2被拔出并反馈信号至控制系统4,控制系统4控制驱动电机5将挂线7释放使枪线3往下移动,当用户将充电枪2插入电动车的充电口后,在位检测结构21检测到充电枪2被插入到充电口,然后在位检测结构21反馈信号至控制系统4,控制系统4将驱动电机5锁定,使驱动电机5停止转动,充电枪2与充电口对接充电。
充电完成后,用户拔出充电枪2,在位检测结构21检测到充电枪2被拔出,在位检测结构21反馈信号至控制系统4,控制系统4解锁驱动电机5,当充电枪2插入枪座,在位检测结构21检测到充电枪2插入枪座,在位检测结构21反馈信号至控制系统4,控制系统4控制驱动电机5将挂线7卷收以将枪线3拉起,枪线3到达预设限位点,反馈信号至控制系统4,锁定驱动电机5。

1.一种自动收线的充电桩,包括充电桩本体(1)、充电枪(2)、枪线(3)、控制系统(4),所述充电枪(2)通过所述枪线(3)与所述充电桩本体(1)连接,其特征在于:还包括驱动电机(5)、挂钩(6)、挂线(7),所述驱动电机(5)设置于所述充电桩本体(1)内,且与所述控制系统(4)连接,所述挂线(7)的一端与所述驱动电机(5)连接,所述挂线(7)的另一端与所述挂钩(6)连接,所述枪线(3)悬挂于所述挂钩(6)上,所述控制系统(4)可控制所述驱动电机(5)将所述挂线(7)卷收或释放以控制所述挂钩(6)将所述枪线(3)拉起或下放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动收线的充电桩,其特征在于:还包括固定装置,所述固定装置包括悬挂盘(8)、吊滑轮(9),所述充电桩本体(1)上方的两侧还设置有延伸部(12),所述悬挂盘(8)安装于所述充电桩本体(1)的延伸部(12)上,所述吊滑轮(9)与所述悬挂盘(8)连接,所述充电桩本体(1)上还设置有用于通过所述挂线(7)的第一通孔(11),所述挂线(7)穿过所述第一通孔(11)可滑动地搭设于所述吊滑轮(9)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动收线的充电桩,其特征在于:所述充电枪(2)上设置有在位检测结构(21)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自动收线的充电桩,其特征在于:所述悬挂盘(8)包括安装座(81)、U型限位部(82)、限位螺杆(83),所述U型限位部(82)与所述吊滑轮(9)连接,所述安装座(81)固定于所述充电桩本体(1)顶部,所述限位螺杆(83)分别穿过所述U型限位部(82)的两端、安装座(81)的两侧并通过螺栓固定以将U型限位部(82)安装于所述安装座(81)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动收线的充电桩,其特征在于:所述枪线(3)上套设有连接环(31),所述连接环(31)上设置有与所述挂钩(6)相配合的第二通孔(32),所述挂钩(6)穿过所述第二通孔(32)以将所述枪线(3)悬挂起来。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自动收线的充电桩,其特征在于:所述枪线(3)上设置有预设限位点。
