本发明的目的在于提供集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

A、分别制作隔热芯层、防火层和装饰面层;

C、将装饰面层的表面涂覆环保型丙烯酸胶水后将有胶水的一面粘贴在防火层的表面,并通过热压机复合,得到板坯;
D、采用裁切机构对板坯进行裁切,得到标准尺寸的集成防火排烟风管专用板。
优选的,所述装饰面层的数量为两个,且装饰面层的材料为PE或铝箔,同时,隔热芯层的材料为耐高温竖丝岩棉。

本发明将防火层与隔热芯层和装饰面层之间通过热压机复合,且装饰面层的材料为PE或铝箔,隔热芯层的材料为耐高温竖丝岩棉,防火层的材料为高强度胶凝无机材料,同时,高强度胶凝无机材料由硫酸镁、硅酸钙、氧化镁、植物纤维、硫酸铝纤维、改性剂、膨润土、发泡剂和水组成,使本集成防火排烟风管专用板能耐受1000℃高温,燃烧性能达到A1级,强度高且隔音、隔热,加工、使用过程中不开裂,不变形,使用寿命20年以上。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置有”、“连接”等,应做广义理解,例如“连接”,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
本申请的支座1、电机2、压板3、预留槽4、输送辊5、支撑腿6、切刀7、第二电动伸缩杆8、支撑板9、第一电动伸缩杆10和支架11部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。
请参阅图1,集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其加工工艺包括以下步骤:
A、分别制作隔热芯层、防火层和装饰面层;
B、将防火层的表面涂覆环保型丙烯酸胶水后将有胶水的一面粘贴在隔热芯层的表面,并通过热压机复合;
C、将装饰面层的表面涂覆环保型丙烯酸胶水后将有胶水的一面粘贴在防火层的表面,并通过热压机复合,得到板坯;
D、采用裁切机构对板坯进行裁切,得到标准尺寸的集成防火排烟风管专用板。
装饰面层的数量为两个,且装饰面层的材料为PE或铝箔,同时,隔热芯层的材料为耐高温竖丝岩棉。
隔热芯层内还设置有增强层,且增强层的材料为玻璃纤维网格布。
防火层的数量为两个,且防火层的材料为高强度胶凝无机材料。
高强度胶凝无机材料由硫酸镁、硅酸钙、氧化镁、植物纤维、硫酸铝纤维、改性剂、膨润土、发泡剂和水组成,其重量份数的组分为:硫酸镁20份;硅酸钙15份;氧化镁32份;植物纤维5份;硫酸铝纤维5份;改性剂5份;膨润土5份;发泡剂5份;水16份。
裁切机构包括支座1,支座1的内表面活动安装有多个等距分布并通过皮带传动连接的输送辊5,支座1底部的左前端固定安装有电机2,且电机2的输出轴通过皮带与输送辊5传动连接,同时,支座1顶部的四周均固定连接有支架11,支架11的顶部固定连接有支撑板9,且支撑板9底部的左端通过第一电动伸缩杆10活动连接有压板3,支撑板9底部的右端通过第二电动伸缩杆8活动连接有切刀7。
支座1的内表面且位于切刀7底部的对应位置开设有预留槽4,支座1底部的四周均固定连接有支撑腿6,且支撑腿6和压板3的底部均通过PP胶水连接有丁腈橡胶垫。
使用时,将防火层与隔热芯层和装饰面层之间通过热压机复合,且装饰面层的材料为PE或铝箔,隔热芯层的材料为耐高温竖丝岩棉,防火层的材料为高强度胶凝无机材料,同时,高强度胶凝无机材料由硫酸镁、硅酸钙、氧化镁、植物纤维、硫酸铝纤维、改性剂、膨润土、发泡剂和水组成,使本集成防火排烟风管专用板能耐受1000℃高温,燃烧性能达到A1级,强度高且隔音、隔热,加工、使用过程中不开裂,不变形,使用寿命20年以上。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其特征在于:其加工工艺包括以下步骤:
A、分别制作隔热芯层、防火层和装饰面层;
B、将防火层的表面涂覆环保型丙烯酸胶水后将有胶水的一面粘贴在隔热芯层的表面,并通过热压机复合;
C、将装饰面层的表面涂覆环保型丙烯酸胶水后将有胶水的一面粘贴在防火层的表面,并通过热压机复合,得到板坯;
D、采用裁切机构对板坯进行裁切,得到标准尺寸的集成防火排烟风管专用板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述装饰面层的数量为两个,且装饰面层的材料为PE或铝箔,同时,隔热芯层的材料为耐高温竖丝岩棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述隔热芯层内还设置有增强层,且增强层的材料为玻璃纤维网格布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述防火层的数量为两个,且防火层的材料为高强度胶凝无机材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述高强度胶凝无机材料由硫酸镁、硅酸钙、氧化镁、植物纤维、硫酸铝纤维、改性剂、膨润土、发泡剂和水组成,其重量份数的组分为:硫酸镁20份;硅酸钙15份;氧化镁32份;植物纤维5份;硫酸铝纤维5份;改性剂5份;膨润土5份;发泡剂5份;水16份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述裁切机构包括支座(1),支座(1)的内表面活动安装有多个等距分布并通过皮带传动连接的输送辊(5),支座(1)底部的左前端固定安装有电机(2),且电机(2)的输出轴通过皮带与输送辊(5)传动连接,同时,支座(1)顶部的四周均固定连接有支架(11),支架(11)的顶部固定连接有支撑板(9),且支撑板(9)底部的左端通过第一电动伸缩杆(10)活动连接有压板(3),支撑板(9)底部的右端通过第二电动伸缩杆(8)活动连接有切刀(7)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的集成防火排烟风管专用板加工工艺,其特征在于:所述支座(1)的内表面且位于切刀(7)底部的对应位置开设有预留槽(4),支座(1)底部的四周均固定连接有支撑腿(6),且支撑腿(6)和压板(3)的底部均通过PP胶水连接有丁腈橡胶垫。
