the filter paper folding mechanism comprises a movable material platform, a rib pressing roller, a shrinkage roller and a motor, wherein folding rib pressing groups and shrinkage soft rib groups which are axially distributed are symmetrically arranged on the circumferences of the rib pressing roller and the shrinkage roller respectively, each folding rib pressing group consists of two folding rib pressing groups which are circumferentially distributed along the rib pressing roller at intervals of 3.5mm, and each shrinkage soft rib group consists of two shrinkage soft ribs which are circumferentially distributed along the shrinkage roller at intervals of 3.5 mm;
the two ends of the rib pressing roller and the shrinkage roller are respectively arranged on the frame through rolling bearings, the rib pressing roller and the shrinkage roller are arranged in parallel, the end part of the filter paper passes through the space between the rib pressing roller and the shrinkage roller and is wound on the rib pressing roller, one end of the rib pressing roller is connected with a motor fixed on the frame, and gears meshed with each other are fixed on the same end of the rib pressing roller and the shrinkage roller; the middle part of the working platform is provided with a through hole, the movable material platform is positioned under the through hole on the working platform, sliding rods are respectively and vertically fixed on the lower end surfaces of the four corners of the working platform, the sliding rods penetrate through the movable material platform, and the movable material platform can slide up and down along the sliding rods;
the frame below the penetrating mobile material platform is fixedly provided with a mobile platform driver, the mobile platform driver controls the moving distance of the mobile material platform, and when the folding is started, the mobile platform driver drives the platform to move downwards for 3.5mm every time the folding is completed, so that a folding period is completed.

the above operation is repeated, and the number of cycles of the folding operation is set according to the size requirement of the high-efficiency filter with the partition plate.
