The filter paper folding apparatus with partition screen of claim 1, wherein: the filter paper cutting mechanism comprises a fixed support, a lower roller wheel, an upper roller wheel, a cutter groove and a rolling bearing, wherein the fixed support is divided into two parts which are fixed at two ends of the frame respectively, the two ends of the lower roller wheel and the two ends of the upper roller wheel are arranged between the two fixed supports through the rolling bearing, the lower roller wheel and the upper roller wheel are parallel to each other, the lower roller wheel is positioned under the upper roller wheel, the filter paper passes through the lower roller wheel and the upper roller wheel, the upper roller wheel is provided with two cutters capable of axially moving, the lower roller wheel is provided with two cutter grooves capable of axially moving, the two cutters correspond to the two cutter grooves, and the centers of the cutters and the cutter grooves in the vertical direction are consistent.

The filter paper folding apparatus with partition screen of claim 3, characterized in that: the filter paper cutting mechanism further comprises a cutter force adjusting mechanism, the cutter force adjusting mechanism comprises a movable fixed block, a spring and an adjusting button, a square hole is formed in the top of the fixed support, two sides of the movable fixed block are assembled on two sides of the square hole in a sliding mode so that the movable fixed block can slide up and down in the square hole, and two ends of the upper roller are installed in the movable fixed block through rolling bearings; the spring is connected between the bottom of the square hole of the fixed support and the bottom of the movable fixed block, and the lower end of the adjusting button penetrates through the top of the fixed support and then is connected to the top end of the movable fixed block.

The filter paper folding apparatus with partition screen of claim 1, wherein: the filter paper folding mechanism comprises a moving material platform, a rib pressing roller, a contraction roller and a motor, wherein folding rib groups and contraction soft rib groups which are distributed along the axial direction are symmetrically arranged on the circumferences of the rib pressing roller and the contraction roller respectively, each folding rib group consists of two folding ribs which are distributed on the circumference along the axial direction of the rib pressing roller at intervals of 3.5mm, and each contraction soft rib group consists of two contraction soft ribs which are distributed on the circumference along the axial direction of the contraction roller at intervals of 3.5 mm; the two ends of the beading roller and the two ends of the contraction roller are respectively installed on the rack through rolling bearings, the beading roller and the contraction roller are arranged in parallel, the end part of the filter paper passes through between the beading roller and the contraction roller and is wound on the beading roller, one end of the beading roller is connected with a motor fixed on the rack, and gears which are meshed with each other are fixed at the same ends of the beading roller and the contraction roller; the middle part of the working platform is provided with a through hole, the movable material platform is positioned right below the through hole on the working platform, the lower end surfaces of four corners of the working platform are respectively and vertically fixed with a sliding rod, the sliding rods penetrate through the movable material platform, and the movable material platform can slide up and down along the sliding rods; the machine frame below the mobile material platform is fixedly provided with a mobile platform driver, the mobile platform driver controls the moving distance of the mobile material platform, and after the folding is started, the mobile platform driver drives the platform to move downwards by 3.5mm when the folding is finished every time, so that a folding period is finished.

The filter paper folding apparatus with partition screen of claim 5, wherein: the mobile platform driver comprises a lead screw motor which is fixed on the rack and is controlled by a PLC, a threaded hole is formed in one side edge of the mobile material platform, and a lead screw thread of the lead screw motor which is controlled by the PLC is assembled in the threaded hole.

repeating the above operations, and setting the required number of cycles of discount operation according to the size requirement of the high-efficiency filter with the partition plate.
