Abstract
The invention provides full-automatic product sprue shearing equipment, and particularly relates to the technical field of sprue treatment. The automatic stamping device comprises a controller, an electric cabinet and a bottom plate, wherein a vacuum generator is arranged on the electric cabinet, a first conveyor, a second conveyor, a stamping device and a carrying device are arranged on the bottom plate, and a first jig and a second jig are respectively arranged on conveying sliding blocks of the first conveyor and the second conveyor; the stamping device consists of a gantry support, a stamping cylinder and a stamping head, wherein a cylinder body and a mandril of the stamping cylinder are respectively connected with the gantry support and the stamping head; the carrying device comprises a cantilever support, a rodless cylinder, a carrying plate and a carrying sucker, wherein the rodless cylinder is arranged on the cantilever support, the bottom end of the cylinder body and the end head of the ejector rod of the cylinder are respectively connected with the sliding base of the rodless cylinder and the carrying plate, and the carrying sucker is arranged on the carrying plate. The full-automatic product gate shearing treatment equipment provided by the invention can automatically remove the bulge of the product gate, and improve the production quality and production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sprue processing, and particularly relates to full-automatic product sprue shearing processing equipment.
Background
The gate, also called a feed port, refers to a section of the channel from the runner to the mold cavity, which is the smallest and shortest section in the runner system. The sprue is firstly solidified and sealed after the molding is finished, so that the functions of preventing feeding backflow and avoiding the shrinkage and depression of the molded product caused by too fast pressure drop of the cavity are achieved. After molding, the runner system and the molded part are conveniently cut off. The existing product gate shearing equipment has the defect that the gate is raised after the gate shearing is finished, so that the production quality of a product is influenced. Therefore, there is a need for a fully automated product gate shearing processing apparatus that addresses the above-mentioned problems.

The invention aims to provide full-automatic product gate shearing equipment which can automatically remove the bulge of a product gate and improve the production quality and the production efficiency.

a full-automatic product pouring gate shearing processing device comprises a controller, an electric cabinet and a bottom plate, wherein a vacuum generator is arranged on the electric cabinet, a first conveyor, a second conveyor, a stamping device and a carrying device are arranged on the bottom plate, and a first jig and a second jig are respectively arranged on conveying sliding blocks of the first conveyor and the second conveyor; the stamping device consists of a gantry support, a stamping cylinder and a stamping head, the gantry support is arranged above the first conveyor, and a cylinder body and a mandril of the stamping cylinder are respectively connected with the gantry support and the stamping head; the carrying device is composed of a cantilever support, a rodless cylinder, a carrying plate and a carrying sucker, wherein the cantilever support is arranged above the second conveyor, the rodless cylinder is arranged on the cantilever support, the bottom end of the cylinder body and the end of an ejector rod of the cylinder are respectively connected with a sliding base of the rodless cylinder and the carrying plate, and the carrying sucker is arranged on the carrying plate.
Preferably, the first jig and the second jig are both provided with fixing bulges matched with the products, and the fixing bulges are connected with the lower ends of the products.

The working mode of the invention is as follows: the product is placed on a first jig 7 by a taking and placing machine and then moved to the upper side of a second jig 8, the product after last stamping is taken away, meanwhile, the first jig 7 transports the product to the lower side of a stamping head 12 through a first conveyor 5, the stamping head 12 stamps the product through a tooth punching cylinder 11, after stamping is completed, the first jig 7 transports the product to the lower side of a carrying plate 22 through the first conveyor 5, the carrying plate 22 moves downwards through an air cylinder 19, the stamped product is adsorbed on the carrying plate 22 through a carrying suction cup 24, the carrying plate 22 moves upwards and then is transported to the upper side of the second jig 8 through a rodless air cylinder 13, the carrying plate 22 moves downwards to place the product on the second jig 8, the second jig 8 transports the product to the end through a second conveyor 6, the taking and placing machine is convenient to pick up, and the vacuum generator 4 controls adsorption of a fixed suction cup 15 and a carrying suction cup 24.
