The slitter capable of sufficiently slitting and separating roots of various vegetables according to claim 2, wherein the vegetable clamping mechanism comprises two chute guide plates, two clamping springs, a slotting guide plate, a wedge frame, a pulling rod, a clamping rod and a clamping spring, the chute guide plates are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the slitter plate, the first slotting guide plate is slidably connected with the two clamping plates, the clamping springs are connected between the clamping plates and the first slotting guide plate, the slotting guide plate is symmetrically and fixedly connected to the first slotting guide plate, the wedge frame is slidably connected to the slotting guide plate, the wedge frame and the clamping plates are in contact with each other, the pulling rod is slidably connected to the wedge frame, the pulling rod is slidably matched with the chute guide plate, the clamping rod is slidably connected to the pulling rod, the clamping rod is clamped into a groove of the wedge frame, and the clamping spring is connected between the clamping rod and the pulling rod.
