Therefore, we need to design a high-efficiency slicing device for Chinese and Western medicine combined herbal medicine with automatic clamping, automatic blanking and automatic pushing.

In order to overcome the defect that the device consumes manpower, the technical problem to be solved is that: provides a high-efficiency slicing device for Chinese and Western medicine combined department herbal medicine, which can automatically clamp and discharge herbal medicine, and automatically push the herbal medicine.

the first fixing plate is connected between the upper parts of the two sliding rods;
the cylinder is arranged on the first fixed plate, and the cylinder telescopic rod is connected with the lower pressing plate;
the slicing knife is arranged on the lower pressing plate.
In one embodiment, the pushing mechanism comprises:
the object bearing plates are connected between the upper parts of the six brackets;
the second fixing plate is arranged on the object bearing plate;

the collecting outer box is provided with a first connecting block;
the first connecting block is provided with a lug;
and the ejector block is arranged on the mounting plate and matched with the convex block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1. after the herbal medicine is placed on the pushing mechanism, the air cylinder is started, the air cylinder telescopic rod drives the lower pressing plate to reciprocate up and down, the lower pressing plate moves downwards to drive the slicing knife to move downwards, and the spring is compressed, so that the slicing operation of the slicing knife on the herbal medicine is realized;

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2-4, the slicing mechanism 3 comprises slide bars 31, a lower pressure plate 32, springs 33, a first fixing plate 34, air cylinders 35 and slicing knives 36, wherein slide bars 31 are arranged at the tops of two brackets 2 on the front side, the lower pressure plate 32 is arranged between the two slide bars 31 in a sliding mode, springs 33 are connected between the left side and the right side of the lower pressure plate 32 and the brackets 2 on the same side, the springs 33 are wound on the slide bars 31, the first fixing plate 34 is connected between the upper parts of the two slide bars 31, the air cylinders 35 are arranged on the left side of the first fixing plate 34, telescopic rods of the air cylinders 35 are connected with the lower pressure plate 32, and the slicing knives 36 are arranged on the front part of the lower pressure plate 32.
After the herbal medicine is put on the pushing mechanism 4, the air cylinder 35 is started, the air cylinder 35 telescopic rod drives the lower pressing plate 32 to reciprocate up and down, the lower pressing plate 32 moves downwards to drive the slicing knife 36 to move downwards, the spring 33 is compressed, the slicing operation of the slicing knife 36 on the herbal medicine is realized, the sliced herbal medicine is collected at the lower side of the slicing knife 36, the lower pressing plate 32 moves upwards to drive the slicing knife 36 to move upwards, the spring 33 plays a buffering role, and when slicing is not needed, the air cylinder 35 telescopic rod drives the lower pressing plate 32 to move upwards and then the air cylinder 35 is closed.
The pushing mechanism 4 comprises a carrying plate 41, a second fixing plate 42, a first elastic component 43 and a pushing block 44, wherein the carrying plate 41 is connected between the upper parts of the six brackets 2, the second fixing plate 42 is arranged at the rear part of the carrying plate 41, the first elastic component 43 is arranged on the second fixing plate 42 in a sliding manner, the pushing block 44 is arranged at the front part of the first elastic component 43, and the pushing block 44 is connected with the carrying plate 41 in a sliding manner.
The first elastic component 43 is manually moved backwards by people, the first elastic component 43 is compressed, the push block 44 moves backwards, when the push block 44 moves to a certain position, the people put herbal medicines on the carrying plate 41, the front parts of the herbal medicines contact the adjusting mechanism 5, the slicing knife 36 slices the herbal medicines so that the push block 44 drives the herbal medicines to move forwards, the first elastic component 43 moves forwards to reset, namely, the pushing effect is achieved, and when slicing is completed, the first elastic component 43 drives the push block 44 to reset.
The adjusting mechanism 5 comprises a first fixed block 51, a connecting plate 52, a second elastic component 53, a baffle 54 and a screw rod 55, wherein the first fixed block 51 is arranged at the front parts of the two brackets 2 at the front side, the connecting plate 52 is connected between the front parts of the two first fixed blocks 51, the second elastic component 53 is arranged at the left side and the right side of the connecting plate 52, the screw rod 55 is connected to the connecting plate 52 in a threaded mode, and the baffle 54 is connected between the screw rod 55 and the two second elastic components 53.
When one needs to adjust the slice length of the herb, one rotates the screw 55 clockwise so that the barrier 54 moves forward, the second elastic member 53 is compressed, and when the distance between the barrier 54 and the carrier plate 41 reaches the standard, one stops rotating the screw 55, that is, an effect of adjusting the length of the herb is achieved, and when one does not need to adjust, one rotates the screw 55 counterclockwise, the second elastic member 53 plays a buffering role, and the barrier 54 moves backward, and then stops rotating the screw 55.

The downward movement of the lower pressing plate 32 drives the mounting plate 61 to move downward, so as to drive the third elastic component 62 and the arc pressing block 63 to move downward, when the arc pressing block 63 contacts the herbal medicine, the third elastic component 62 is adaptively deformed, that is, the effect of the arc pressing block 63 on the herbal medicine compaction is realized, the upward movement of the lower pressing plate 32 drives the mounting plate 61 to move upward, so that the third elastic component 62 drives the arc pressing block 63 to reset.

The downward movement of the lower pressing plate 32 drives the second connecting block 84 and the second wedge block 85 to move downwards, so that the first wedge block 83 moves leftwards, the deformation of the fifth elastic component 82 drives the cutter 86 to move leftwards, so that the cutter 86 slices the herbal medicine, when the tail of the herbal medicine is to be cut, the slicing cutter 36 and the cutter 86 slice the tail of the herbal medicine simultaneously, so that the herbal medicine falls into the collecting inner box 73, namely, the tail cutting operation of the cutter 86 on the herbal medicine is realized, the upward movement of the lower pressing plate 32 drives the second connecting block 84 and the second wedge block 85 to move upwards, and the fifth elastic component 82 drives the first wedge block 83 and the cutter 86 to reset.
