The invention provides a dismounting and mounting jig which is applied to a first structural member and a second structural member which are connected in a threaded manner, wherein the dismounting and mounting jig comprises a fixed wrench for fixing the first structural member, a first wrench head arranged above the fixed wrench, a chain arranged on the first wrench head, a movable wrench arranged below the fixed wrench and a transmission part for connecting the chain and the movable wrench, the first wrench head is provided with at least two tensioning rollers, the chain can be rotatably sleeved on the at least two tensioning rollers, and the chain is used for screwing the second structural member; the adjustable wrench is rotationally connected with the fixed wrench, and when the adjustable wrench rotates along a first direction relative to the adjustable wrench, the adjustable wrench drives the chain to rotate along the first direction through the transmission part and is used for screwing the second structural part; when the adjustable spanner rotates along the second direction relative to the adjustable spanner, the chain stops rotating; the first direction is opposite to the second direction. Background
A large number of instruments and various small and medium-sized connecting pipelines are installed on the site of a nuclear power plant, the instruments are in threaded connection with the corresponding pipelines, and the instrument is widely applied to various systems of the nuclear power plant and maintains the normal operation and safety of the nuclear power plant. The general dismouting instrument in nuclear power plant needs to use two spanners, and one spanner is used for fixing one of instrument and pipeline, and another spanner is used for dismouting fixed instrument and the other of pipeline. Because part instrument installation space is narrow and small, the spanner is fixed difficult and dismouting spanner home range is limited, leads to dismouting instrument work difficulty, leads to the instrument to connect the damage because of the atress direction is different even.

When the dismounting and mounting jig of the embodiment of the invention is used, the fixed wrench 100 is adopted to fix the first structural member, so that the chain 300 is tightly abutted against the second structural member 800, and the first structural member is in threaded connection with the second structural member 800; the adjustable wrench 400 rotates along a first direction relative to the adjustable wrench 400, and the adjustable wrench 400 drives the chain 300 to rotate along the first direction through the transmission member 500 and is used for screwing the second structural member 800; when the adjustable wrench 400 rotates in the second direction relative to the adjustable wrench 400, the chain 300 stops rotating; by repeating the above operations, the second structure 800 can be taken off from the first structure or the second structure 800 can be screwed to the first structure, which simplifies the difficulty in assembling and disassembling the instrument in a narrow space environment.

With this structure, when the operator holds the rod 120 with one hand and rotates the adjustable wrench 400 in the first direction with the other hand, the adjustable wrench 400 drives the transmission member 500 to rotate synchronously via the connection shaft 600, so that the chain 300 rotates and twists the second structural member 800; when the adjustable wrench 400 and the rod 120 are close to coincide, the other hand releases the force, and the adjustable wrench 400 rotates in the second direction and returns to the initial state under the elastic force of the elastic member 700, and since the transmission member 500 is a ratchet, the transmission member 500 rotating in the second direction does not drive the chain 300 to rotate in the second direction; the second structure 800 may be unscrewed from the first structure by repeating the above operations.
The elastic member 700 is a spring according to an embodiment of the present invention, but the elastic member 700 may be other elastic structures according to the choice of actual conditions and specific requirements, and is not limited herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second wrench head 110 and the shaft 120 are integrally formed, and in this structure, the second wrench head 110 and the shaft 120 can be manufactured by an integral forming process, which simplifies the manufacturing process of the fixed wrench 100. It is understood that the second wrench head 110 and the shaft 120 are independently manufactured and fixedly connected together by other means according to the choice and specific requirements of the actual situation, and are not limited herein.
