The dismounting tool of the embodiment of the invention comprises a fixed wrench 100, a first wrench 200, a chain 300, an adjustable wrench 400 and a transmission piece 500, wherein the first wrench 200 is arranged above the fixed wrench 100, the adjustable wrench 400 is arranged below the fixed wrench 100, namely, the first wrench 200 and the adjustable wrench 400 are arranged on two opposite sides of the fixed wrench 100; the first wrench 200 is provided with at least two tensioning rollers 210, and the chain 300 is rotatably sleeved on the at least two tensioning rollers 210; the fixing wrench 100 is used for fixing a first structural member, and the chain 300 is used for twisting a second structural member 800; the adjustable spanner 400 is rotatably connected to the fixed spanner 100, and the transmission member 500 is used for connecting the chain 300 and the adjustable spanner 400; when the adjustable wrench 400 rotates along the first direction relative to the adjustable wrench 400, the adjustable wrench 400 drives the chain 300 to rotate along the first direction through the transmission member 500 and is used for twisting the second structural member 800; when the adjustable spanner 400 rotates in the second direction relative to the adjustable spanner 400, the chain 300 stops rotating; the first direction and the second direction are opposite. In this embodiment, one of the first direction and the second direction is clockwise and the other is counterclockwise.
When the dismounting jig of the embodiment of the invention is used, the first structural member is fixed by adopting the fixed wrench 100, so that the chain 300 is abutted against the second structural member 800, and the first structural member is in threaded connection with the second structural member 800; the adjustable spanner 400 rotates along a first direction relative to the adjustable spanner 400, and the adjustable spanner 400 drives the chain 300 to rotate along the first direction through the transmission member 500 and is used for twisting the second structural member 800; when the adjustable spanner 400 rotates in the second direction relative to the adjustable spanner 400, the chain 300 stops rotating; the second structural member 800 can be taken down from the first structural member or the second structural member 800 can be screwed on the first structural member by repeating the above operation, so that the operation difficulty of disassembling and assembling the instrument in a narrow space environment is simplified.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the dismounting tool further includes a connection shaft 600 rotatably connected to the fixed wrench 100 and the first wrench 200 at the same time, the adjustable wrench 400 is fixed to the connection shaft 600, and the transmission member 500 is connected to the connection shaft 600. Under this structure, the adjustable wrench 400 is rotatably connected to the fixed wrench 100 through the connection shaft 600, and when the adjustable wrench 400 rotates relative to the fixed wrench 100, the adjustable wrench 400 drives the connection shaft 600 to rotate synchronously, and the connection shaft 600 drives the chain 300 to rotate through the transmission member 500, so that the chain 300 rotates the second structural member 800.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the transmission member 500 is a ratchet wheel fixed to the connection shaft 600, and the ratchet wheel is engaged with the chain 300. With this structure, when the ratchet rotates in the first direction or the second direction, the chain 300 can only rotate in one direction (in the first direction or the second direction), so that the chain 300 turns the second structural member 800 in a single direction. In this embodiment, the adjustable spanner 400 is fixed to one end of the connection shaft 600, and the transmission member 500 is fixed to the other end of the connection shaft 600.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the connection shaft 600 is telescopic, so that the distance between the fixed wrench 100 and the first wrench 200 is adjustable, and the disassembly and assembly jig can adapt to meters of different sizes by adjusting the distance between the fixed wrench 100 and the first wrench 200, thereby greatly improving the versatility of the disassembly and assembly jig.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first wrench 200 is provided with a first bayonet 220 for clamping the second structural member 800, and the chain 300 is disposed corresponding to the first bayonet 220. Under this structure, through the second structure 800 of first bayonet 220 card holding, can prevent that second structure 800 from rocking side to side when rotating, avoid breaking or damaging second structure 800, simultaneously, when second structure 800 card held in first bayonet 220, second structure 800 can support tightly in chain 300 and make chain 300 tensioning, and chain 300 can drive second structure 800 rotation when rotating.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixed wrench 100 includes a second wrench 110 and a rod 120, the second wrench 110 is disposed below the first wrench 200, the second wrench 110 is used for fixing a first structural member, and the rod 120 is connected to the second wrench 110. With this structure, the operator can hold the lever body 120 with one hand and rotate the adjustable wrench 400 with the other hand, and the operation is simple. In this embodiment, the lever 120 is rotatably coupled to the coupling shaft 600.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rod 120 and the adjustable wrench 400 are disposed at a preset included angle, and the preset included angle may specifically be an acute angle, and an elastic member 700 is disposed between the rod 120 and the adjustable wrench 400. Under this structure, when the operator holds the lever body 120 with one hand and rotates the adjustable wrench 400 in the first direction with the other hand, at the same time, the adjustable wrench 400 drives the transmission member 500 to rotate synchronously through the connecting shaft 600, so that the chain 300 rotates and screws the second structural member 800; when the adjustable spanner 400 and the rod body 120 are close to be overlapped, the other hand is used for unloading force, the adjustable spanner 400 rotates towards the second direction and returns to the initial state under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 700, and the transmission piece 500 rotating towards the second direction does not drive the chain 300 to rotate towards the second direction because the transmission piece 500 is a ratchet wheel; the second structure 800 may be unscrewed from the first structure by repeating the above operations.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 700 is a spring, and of course, the elastic member 700 may be other elastic structures according to actual situations and specific requirements, which is not limited only herein.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the second wrench 110 and the rod 120 are integrally formed, and in this structure, the second wrench 110 and the rod 120 may be manufactured through an integral process, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process of the fixed wrench 100. It should be understood that, according to the actual situation and the specific requirement, the second wrench 110 and the rod 120 are separately manufactured and fixedly connected together by other manners, which is not limited only herein.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the second wrench 110 is provided with a second bayonet 111 for clamping the first structural member, and in this structure, the first structural member can be fixed by clamping the first structural member by the second bayonet 111, so as to prevent the first structural member from swinging or rotating left and right, and facilitate the chain 300 to unscrew the second structural member 800 from the first structural member.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
