In order to be matched with the arc part 7 of the semi-cylinder structure, the arc part feeding mechanism is provided with an arc-shaped long groove 10, the arc-shaped long groove 10 can be matched with the arc part 7 in a positioning mode so that the radial direction of the middle point of the length direction of the arc part 7 is parallel to the reference axis, and the arc part 7 can be positioned in the arc-shaped long groove 10 in a fixed posture and cannot rotate relative to the arc-shaped long groove 10 in the moving process. The arc part feeding mechanism further comprises a pushing mechanism (not shown in the figure), and the arc part 7 is conveyed to the arc part positioning seat along the arc-shaped long groove 10 under the pushing of the pushing mechanism. The arc part feeding mechanism is also provided with an in-place control module and an in-place switch (not shown in the figure), the in-place switch is arranged at a set position on the arc part feeding mechanism, when one arc part 7 is conveyed to the set position, the in-place switch is triggered, the in-place switch transmits a signal to the in-place control module, the in-place control module immediately controls the arc part feeding mechanism to stop working so as to reserve enough time for welding the arc part 7 for welding, the subsequent arc part is prevented from colliding with the arc part 7 which is being welded, and after the arc part finishes welding and is taken out, the in-place control module continues to control the arc part feeding mechanism to act so as to feed the next arc part.
The in-place switch in the present embodiment is a travel switch, specifically model LXK 3.
Be equipped with locating pin 5 and setting element on the arc portion positioning seat, the setting element is locating piece 8, locating pin 5 passes through locating pin actuating mechanism and is the drive of pneumatic cylinder (not shown in the figure), locating pin 5 sets up on the piston rod of pneumatic cylinder, through the flexible of control piston rod, can realize locating pin 5's reciprocating motion, locating pin 5 can peg graft and realize the location fit with arc portion 7 in the pinhole 701 of arc portion 7, when the piston rod stretches out, locating pin 5 inserts in the pinhole 701, after the welding, the piston rod withdrawal, drive locating pin 5 and pinhole 701 separation. Locating piece 8 is used for supporting location cooperation with arc portion 7 along the width direction of perpendicular to arc portion 7, and is concrete, and locating piece 8 has the arc terminal surface with arc portion 7's intrados adaptation laminating in order to support arc portion 7, and the arc terminal surface has increased the area of contact of the intrados of locating piece 8 with arc portion 7, and the supporting effect is better. The arc part positioning seat is further provided with a blocking and positioning structure, namely a baffle plate 9, the baffle plate 9 can block and limit the arc part 7 in the width extending direction of the arc part 7, so that under the matched positioning support of the positioning pin 5, the positioning block 8 and the baffle plate 9, the arc length equal division straight line of the arc part 7 can be stably kept in a state of being vertically intersected with the reference axis, the width equal division arc line is stably kept to be intersected with the reference axis, namely the arc part 7 is stably positioned in a fixed posture, and preparation is made for welding.
The welding positioning device further comprises a press-touch driving mechanism, the press-touch driving mechanism is used for applying acting force to the arc part 7 so as to enable the arc part 7 and the shaft part 2 to be relatively close to each other and press-touch, specifically, the press-touch driving mechanism comprises an arc part driving mechanism and a push rod, the arc part driving mechanism is a second electrode terminal of the resistance welding machine, the push rod is a telescopic rod of an air cylinder which is positioned between the second electrode terminal and the positioning block 8 and connected with the second electrode terminal, the second electrode terminal is electrically connected with the positioning block 8 and electrically communicated with the arc part 7, and the positioning block 8 is driven to reciprocate along the direction of a reference axis so as to drive the arc part 7 to move; the cylinder drives the push rod to apply acting force to the positioning block 8 under the driving of the second electrode terminal so as to realize the action of the arc part 7. When the arc part 7 moves to press the shaft part 2, the arc part 7 and the shaft part 2 can be welded through a resistance welding machine, so that an integrated limiting support of the transverse transmission rod for the agricultural machine is formed.
Because locating pin 5 cooperates with locating piece 8 and baffle 9 jointly to arc portion 7 location support, still can carry on spacingly to arc portion 7 in order to make locating pin 5 in the removal process of arc portion 7, and do not take place relative motion with locating piece 8, still be provided with guiding mechanism among the welding position device, guiding mechanism can cooperate so that locating pin 5 follows the action of arc portion 7 with locating pin 5 direction, fully guarantees the stability of the gesture of arc portion 7. Specifically, the guide mechanism comprises a transverse guide rail and a longitudinal guide rail, the transverse guide rail is arranged on the rack and extends along the blocking direction of the baffle 9, a sliding block is arranged on the transverse guide rail, the longitudinal guide rail is arranged on the sliding block and extends along the direction parallel to the reference axis, and the positioning pin 5 is assembled on the longitudinal guide rail in a guiding and sliding manner, so that the moving route of the positioning pin 5 can be controlled more accurately by the guide rail in transverse and longitudinal matching, the limiting effect of the arc part 7 in the moving process is more stable, and the positioning effect is better.
Welding set still includes PLC controller (not shown in the figure), the controller model is Micro 800's small-size editable logic controller, foretell control shaft part feed mechanism's the control module that targets in place, control arc portion feed mechanism's the control module that targets in place all belongs to a part of controller, the controller still includes the location control module of the pinhole location fit cartridge of control locating pin and arc portion, control arc portion drive structure is the drive control module of second electrode terminal, like this, each action of axial part and arc portion can obtain timely control through the PLC controller, and accurate removal is to pressing the position and welding in order to weld, each partial complex uniformity among the welding position device has been improved.
When the welding device for the limiting bracket of the transverse transmission rod of the agricultural machine works, a PLC (programmable logic controller) sends an instruction, a first control module and a second control module respectively control a shaft part feeding mechanism 6 to convey a shaft part 2 to a shaft part positioning seat 1 and a cambered part feeding mechanism to convey a cambered part 7 to a cambered part positioning seat, when one shaft part 2 is conveyed to reach the shaft part positioning seat 1, the shaft part 2 firstly touches a position switch, the position control module controls the shaft part feeding mechanism 6 to stop working after receiving a signal of the position switch so as to reserve enough time for welding the welded shaft part 2, so that the subsequent shaft part 2 is prevented from colliding with the welded shaft part 2, a manipulator 11 clamps the shaft part 2 to be placed in a positioning straight groove 3 of the shaft part positioning seat 1 and is fixed by a clamping block, and a first electrode terminal of a resistance welding machine is connected with the manipulator 11 to prepare for welding the shaft part 2; on the other hand, after one arc part 7 is conveyed to the arc part positioning seat, the arc part 7 touches the in-place switch, the in-place control module controls the arc part feeding mechanism to stop working so as to reserve enough time for welding the arc part 7 to be welded so as to prevent the subsequent arc part 7 from colliding with the arc part 7 being welded, the positioning control module immediately controls the positioning pin 5 to enter the pin hole 701 of the arc part 7 through the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, meanwhile, under the matched positioning support of the positioning block 8 and the baffle plate 9, the arc part 7 is stably positioned, and the second electrode terminal of the resistance welding machine is in conductive connection with the positioning block 8 and is in conductive communication with the arc part to prepare for welding. After the preparation work is ready, the PLC sends out an instruction, the second electrode terminal controlled by the driving control module drives the push rod to move, acting force is applied to the positioning block 8 through the push rod so that the positioning block 8 pushes the arc portion 7 to move towards the position of the shaft portion 2, and meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder and the positioning pin 5 synchronously move along with the arc portion 7 under the guiding fit of the guiding mechanism so that the arc portion 7 can still be stably positioned by being matched with the positioning block 8 in the moving process of the arc portion 7. After arc portion 7 removed to press with axial region 2, weld arc portion 7 and axial region 2 through resistance welder, form the spacing support of integrative agricultural machinery with horizontal drive rod. The manipulator is utilized to take out the agricultural machinery transverse transmission rod limiting support from the device, then the PLC continues to send out instructions, the positioning pin is reset under the driving of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, and the production of the next agricultural machinery transverse transmission rod limiting support is started.
In this embodiment, the welding mechanism is a resistance welder, and in other embodiments, the welding mechanism may also be a gas shielded welder, a submerged arc welder, or a manual electric arc welder.
In this embodiment, the push rod applies a force to the positioning member to push the arc portion to move toward the shaft portion, and in other embodiments, the push rod may also apply a force to the shaft portion to push the shaft portion to move toward the arc portion.
In this embodiment, the arc part feeding mechanism has an arc-shaped long groove adapted to be positioned with the arc part and extending in the feeding direction, and the arc-shaped long groove is adapted to be positioned with the arc part disposed therein. In other embodiments, the arc-shaped long groove may not be provided, the arc-shaped part feeding mechanism is only responsible for conveying the arc part, and if the arc part rotates relatively in the arc-shaped part feeding mechanism, the arc part can be manually adjusted in posture after reaching the arc part positioning seat, so that the pin hole of the arc part is matched with the positioning pin.
In this embodiment, the conveying directions of the shaft portion feeding mechanism and the arc portion feeding mechanism are opposite, and in other embodiments, the conveying directions of the shaft portion feeding mechanism and the arc portion feeding mechanism may be the same, that is, arranged on the same side.
In this embodiment, axial region location structure is the location straight flute, still is equipped with the compact heap that is used for compressing tightly the axial region after the axial region is put in the location straight flute on the axial region positioning seat, and in other embodiments, axial region location structure also can be the location straight hole, and the axial region is being close to axial region positioning seat back, takes off the axial region by the manipulator, and the location straight hole is gone into to the cartridge, and is spacing to the axial region by the location straight hole, and correspondingly, the compact heap also need not set up.
In this embodiment, the press-touch driving mechanism includes an arc portion driving mechanism, i.e., the second electrode terminal, and in other embodiments, the arc portion driving mechanism may not be provided, and the arc portion is manually pushed to move toward the shaft portion to press-touch the two.
In this embodiment, the guiding mechanism includes horizontal guide rail and vertical guide rail, and the cooperation of the two makes the moving route of locating pin can obtain more accurate control. In other embodiments, the guide mechanism may only include a longitudinal rail, i.e., the positioning pin is mounted on the longitudinal rail, and at this time, the accuracy of movement of the positioning pin may be reduced.
In this embodiment, the welding position device further comprises a guide mechanism which is in guide fit with the positioning pin so that the positioning pin follows the arc part to act, in other embodiments, the guide mechanism is not required to be arranged, and the movement action of the positioning pin is realized by manual pushing.
In this embodiment, the positioning element is a positioning block inserted into the arc portion along the axial direction of the reference axis, the positioning block has an arc end face for being fitted with the inner arc face of the arc portion to support the arc portion, in other embodiments, the positioning block may not be provided with an arc end face fitted with the inner arc face, and support is realized only by means of contact between the positioning block and the inner arc face; of course, in other embodiments, the positioning element may also be a positioning column, i.e. a cylindrical structure.

Claims (10)

1. Welding set with the spacing support of the horizontal drive rod of agricultural machinery of axial region and arc portion, wherein the arc portion setting just has the pinhole in axial region one end, and welding set includes material loading and positioner and welding mechanism, and material loading and positioner are used for carrying and fix a position axial region and arc portion, and welding mechanism welds the arc portion in axial region one end afterwards, and material loading and positioner include:
a frame having a set reference axis;
the shaft positioning structure is a positioning straight hole or a positioning straight groove and is provided with a positioning side wall which is used for being matched with the shaft in a positioning mode so that the axis of the shaft is superposed with a set reference axis;
the arc positioning seat is arranged on the rack, and is provided with a positioning pin, a positioning piece and a blocking positioning structure, wherein the positioning piece is used for supporting, positioning and matching with the arc part along the direction vertical to the width direction of the arc part, and the blocking positioning structure is used for positioning and matching with the arc part;
the press-contact driving mechanism is used for applying acting force to the arc part and/or the shaft part to enable the arc part and the shaft part to be relatively close to press contact;
the shaft part feeding mechanism is used for conveying the shaft part to the shaft part positioning seat; and
and the arc part feeding mechanism is used for conveying the arc part to the arc part positioning seat, and is provided with a arrival controller which controls the arc part feeding mechanism to stop for the positioning pin to penetrate into the corresponding pin hole when the arc part is conveyed to the position where the axis of the pin hole coincides with the axis of the positioning pin.
2. The welding device of claim 1 wherein the locating feature on the arc positioning seat is a locating feature for insertion into the arc in an axial direction of the reference axis, the locating feature having an arcuate end surface for mating engagement with the intrados of the arc to support the arc.
3. The welding device of claim 2, wherein the press-contact actuator comprises an arc actuator coupled to the positioning block for reciprocating the positioning block along the reference axis to actuate the arc.
4. The welding device of claim 3 wherein the loading and positioning device further comprises a guide mechanism in guiding engagement with the locating pin such that the locating pin follows the arcuate portion.
5. The welding device of claim 4, wherein the guide mechanism comprises:
the transverse guide rail is arranged on the rack and extends along the blocking direction of the blocking positioning mechanism, and a sliding block is arranged on the transverse guide rail; and
and the positioning pin is guided and slidably assembled on the longitudinal guide rail.
6. The welding device of claim 1 wherein the shaft locating structure is a straight locating groove, and the shaft locating seat further comprises a compression block for compressing the shaft after the shaft is placed in the straight locating groove.
7. The welding device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying directions of the shaft portion feeding mechanism and the arc portion feeding mechanism are opposite, and the shaft portion feeding mechanism and the arc portion feeding mechanism are arranged in a staggered manner in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction.
8. The welding device of claim 1, wherein the arc feed mechanism has:
the arc-shaped long groove is used for being matched and positioned with the arc part and extending along the feeding direction, and the arc-shaped long groove is used for being matched with the arc part in a positioning mode so that the radial direction of the midpoint of the length direction of the arc part is parallel to the reference axis; and
and the pushing mechanism is used for pushing the arc parts to convey the arc parts one by one along the extending direction of the arc-shaped long groove.
9. The welding device of claim 1 wherein the welding mechanism is a resistance welder comprising a power source and first and second electrode terminals connected to the power source for connection to the respective shaft portions and the corresponding arc portions, respectively.
10. The welding apparatus of claim 9 wherein the press touch actuator includes a push rod for applying force to the positioning member to bring the arc portion and the shaft portion into relatively close contact with the press touch, the second electrode terminal being in conductive communication with the positioning member and in conductive communication with the arc portion.
