When the device is used, firstly, the welding driving arm 1 of the device is fixedly arranged at the front end of a corresponding welding manipulator, corresponding pipelines are connected, then, when a moving spot welding frame 5 needs to be installed and replaced, firstly, the unlocking electromagnet 203 is controlled to be electrified, the locking clamping blocks 201 on two sides of the unlocking electromagnet 203 are attracted to synchronously move through the unlocking electromagnet 203, further, the locking clamping blocks 201 are separated from the fixed clamping grooves 404 so as to unlock the turnover adjusting frame 4, then, the hydraulic telescopic rod 302 pushes the turnover adjusting frame 4 to slide forwards along the fixed guide sleeve 303, further, the moving spot welding frame 5 on the turnover adjusting frame 4 is driven to synchronously move forwards, the moving spot welding frame 5 is separated from the welding head storage frame 3, then, the driving motor 403 can drive the turnover rotating shaft 402 so as to drive the whole moving spot welding frame 5 to turn forwards along the turnover rotating shaft 402 until the moving spot welding frame 5 and the welding driving arm 1 are in the same straight line, then, the hydraulic telescopic rod 302 can pull the turnover adjusting frame 4 to slide backwards along the fixed guide sleeve 303, further driving the moving spot welding frame 5 to move backward synchronously, so that the jogged connecting block 7 at the back end of the moving spot welding frame 5 is embedded into the jogged connecting groove 101 at the front end of the welding driving arm 1, and the pneumatic connecting inserting pipe 703 and the pneumatic connecting sleeve 103 between the jogged connecting groove and the pneumatic connecting sleeve are also nested and connected synchronously, so that the pneumatic push rod 501 and the pneumatic connecting pipe 502 on the moving spot welding frame 5 can be accessed into the connecting hose 104 in the welding driving arm 1, so that the pneumatic push rod 501 can be controlled, and the circuit connecting inserting sheet 105 can be embedded into the circuit connecting slot 704 synchronously and attached to the circuit connecting spring sheet 705, so as to communicate the circuits on the welding driving arm 1 and the moving spot welding frame 5, and after the jogged connecting block 7 is completely embedded into the jogged connecting groove 101, the unlocking electromagnet 203 can be controlled to lose power, the locking spring 202 pushes the locking block 201 to reset, so that the locking block 201 is embedded into the locking clamping groove 702 to lock the jogged connecting block 7, the replacement and adjustment work of the movable spot welding frame 5 can be completed, and welding processing can be performed.
