the method comprises the following steps: conveying the large-caliber thick-wall pipe into a second conveying channel 200 through a guide shell 401, pushing a moving block 302 by a piston rod of a limiting cylinder 306, driving two rotating rods 303 to rotate by the moving block 302, matching the two rotating rods 303 with four rotating rods 304 to drive a limiting shell 305 to move in the second conveying channel 200, further enabling three conveying tracks on the three limiting shells 305 to be in contact with the outer wall of the large-caliber thick-wall pipe, driving belt pulleys to rotate by an output shaft of a conveying motor 307, driving the conveying tracks to rotate by a plurality of belt pulleys, and conveying the large-caliber thick-wall pipe by the three conveying tracks;
step two: when the position to be cut on the large-caliber thick-wall pipe passes through the guide shell 401, the output shaft of the corresponding rotating motor 504 drives the gear to rotate, the gear is matched with the toothed ring 505 to drive the second conveying channel 200 to rotate, the second conveying channel 200 drives the large-caliber thick-wall pipe to rotate, the piston rod of the telescopic cylinder 402 in the guide shell 401 pushes the pre-cutting head 403, the pre-cutting head 403 is in contact with the outer surface of the large-caliber thick-wall pipe, the pre-cutting head 403 cuts a pre-cutting groove on the outer surface of the large-caliber thick-wall pipe when the large-caliber thick-wall pipe rotates, then the large-caliber thick-wall pipe is conveyed into the first conveying channel 100, three conveying tracks in the first conveying channel 100 are in contact with the outer surface of the large-caliber thick-wall pipe, the conveying tracks convey the position on the large-caliber thick-wall pipe where the pre-cutting groove is formed between the first conveying channel 100 and the second conveying channel 200, then the position on the large-caliber thick-wall pipe where the pre-cutting groove is formed is cut, obtaining two large-caliber thick-wall pipes, pumping the scraps generated in the slitting process by a pump 703 through an ash collecting cover 702 in the slitting process, and then conveying the scraps into a collecting box 705 by the pump 703 through a three-way pipe 704;
step three: the two driving motors 602 respectively drive the two ball screws 603 to rotate, the first base 501 and the second base 502 move in reverse directions, the first conveying channel 100 and the second conveying channel 200 move in reverse directions, the piston rod of the jacking cylinder 607 pushes the lifting plate 606 to ascend, the two water outlet discs 610 ascend to positions between the first conveying channel 100 and the second conveying channel 200, then the first conveying channel 100 and the second conveying channel 200 move in opposite directions, the two water outlet discs 610 respectively enter two large-caliber thick-wall pipe splitting positions, the water pump 609 pumps water through the telescopic hose 605 and the flow dividing pipe 608 and sprays the water to the inner wall of the large-caliber thick-wall pipe through the through holes in the water outlet discs 610 to clean the large-caliber thick-wall pipe, and the water outlet discs 610 are retracted into the cleaning chamber 601 after cleaning.
