Abstract
The invention relates to the field of machining, in particular to a spinning tool for an inner spline clutch hub, which comprises a spinning die and a workpiece positioning and clamping device, wherein the spinning die is fixed on a base station of a spinning machine and matched with the inner spline clutch hub; the workpiece positioning and clamping device firstly positions a workpiece, and then is matched with a spindle of a spinning machine to clamp the workpiece, so that spinning processing is completed. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the internal spline clutch hub by using the spinning tool, which comprises the steps of firstly using a spinning machine to finish the spinning processing of the internal spline forming of a workpiece, and then using a machine to process, so as to finish the end face chamfer of the workpiece after the spinning processing. The invention adopts the spinning forming process of non-iron scrap processing to replace the conventional turning processing, can be processed into the shape of a finished product only by using the round cake steel plate, has high efficiency, and has no iron scrap in the process.

Further, the workpiece positioning and clamping device is a cylindrical bulge and is arranged at the top of the spinning die; the center of the workpiece is provided with a center positioning hole for positioning the workpiece.
Furthermore, the bottom of the spinning die is provided with a seam allowance for positioning, and the spinning die is rigidly fixed on the spinning machine base platform through bolts.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a spinning tool for an internal spline clutch hub is disclosed in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is characterized by comprising a spinning die 2 and a workpiece positioning and clamping device 6, wherein the spinning die is matched with the internal spline clutch hub. Spinning mould 2 is the cylinder, and the bottom has and is provided with the tang location, all is provided with at the both ends of cylinder around cylinder a week with internal spline complex decorative pattern. The spinning die 2 is rigidly fixed on the spinning machine base station through a threaded hole on the lower end face of the base and a bolt. Wherein the work piece is the cake steel sheet, utilizes the internal spline size of spinning processing one or two shaping work pieces, contains the step:
s101, placing a workpiece in a spinning tool, and finishing spinning processing of forming an internal spline of the workpiece by using a spinning machine;
and S102, machining is used, and chamfering of the end face of the workpiece after spinning is finished.
Wherein, step S101 includes the following steps:
step S1001, putting the round cake steel plate into a spinning die;

A spinning tool for an internal spline clutch hub is characterized by comprising a spinning die and a workpiece positioning and clamping device, wherein the spinning die is fixed on a spinning machine base and matched with the internal spline clutch hub; the workpiece positioning and clamping device firstly positions a workpiece, and then is matched with a spindle of a spinning machine to clamp the workpiece, so that spinning processing is completed.
2. The spinning tool of the internally splined clutch hub of claim 1, wherein the workpiece locating and clamping device is a cylindrical protrusion disposed on the top of the spinning die; the center of the workpiece is provided with a center positioning hole for positioning the workpiece.
3. The spinning tool of the internally splined clutch hub of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the spinning die is provided with a spigot for positioning and is rigidly fixed to the spinning machine base by bolts.
4. The spinning tooling of the internally splined clutch hub of claim 1, wherein the spinning die is a cylinder; the both ends of cylinder all are provided with and encircle cylinder a week with internal spline complex decorative pattern.
5. A method of manufacturing an internally splined clutch hub using the spinning tooling of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s101, placing a workpiece in the spinning tool, and finishing spinning processing of forming an internal spline of the workpiece by using a spinning machine;
and S102, machining is used, and chamfering of the end face of the workpiece after spinning is finished.
6. The method of manufacturing an internally splined clutch hub of claim 5, wherein said spinning forms the internal spline dimensions of said workpiece in one piece.
7. The method of making an internally splined clutch hub of claim 5, wherein the workpiece is a disk steel plate.
8. The method of manufacturing an internally splined clutch hub of claim 7, wherein step S101 comprises the steps of:
step S1001, placing the round cake steel plate into the spinning die;
s1002, pressing down by using the workpiece positioning and clamping device and the spindle of the spinning machine, and clamping and fixing the round cake steel plate;
step S1003, clamping and fixing the spinning die through bolts;
and step S1004, simultaneously carrying out axial feeding and radial feeding by using a spinning wheel of a spinning machine, and completing the extrusion forming of the size of the internal spline by matching with the spinning die.
