In this embodiment, a screening mechanism 5 is disposed at the lower portion of the housing 401, the screening mechanism 5 includes a screening net 501 mounted at the lower portions of the first grinding roller 404 and the second grinding roller 407, a rotating shaft 502 is movably connected inside the screening net 501, a plurality of stirring rods 505 are disposed on the rotating shaft 502, outer edges of the stirring rods 505 are attached to an inner wall of the screening net 501, one end of the rotating shaft 502 extends out of the screening net 501 and is connected to a third driven pulley 503, and the third driven pulley 503 is connected to the first driving pulley 403 through a third belt 504; the fertilizer and the medicine after the primary grinding by the first grinding roller 404 and the second grinding roller 407 fall into the sieving net 501, the fertilizer and the medicine with the grain size smaller than the aperture of the sieving net 501 fall, and the fertilizer and the medicine with the grain size larger than the aperture of the sieving net 501 act on the stirring rod 505 to be subjected to secondary grinding, so that the grinding effect of the fertilizer and the medicine is further ensured.

Claims (10)
1. A water, fertilizer and pesticide uniform mixing device for agricultural drip irrigation comprises a liquid storage tank, a driving mechanism and a stirring mechanism, wherein supporting legs are arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage tank, a feeding pipe is arranged on one side of the upper part of the liquid storage tank, a liquid outlet pipe is arranged on one side of the lower part of the liquid storage tank, a valve is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe, and the liquid outlet pipe is connected with a drip irrigation system; the driving mechanism comprises a protective cover arranged at the upper part of the liquid storage tank, the protective cover is provided with a first motor, and the lower part of the first motor is connected with a driving shaft; the middle part of the top plate of the liquid storage tank is connected with an outer ring plate, an inner ring plate is arranged inside the outer ring plate, two sides of the inner ring plate are hinged with the outer ring plate through second pin shafts, a third shaft sleeve is arranged inside the inner ring plate and coaxially arranged with the second shaft sleeve, two sides of the third shaft sleeve are hinged with the inner ring plate through first pin shafts, and the first pin shafts are vertically arranged with the second pin shafts; the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring shaft and stirring blades arranged on the stirring shaft, the bottom of the stirring shaft is in contact with the bottom plate of the liquid storage tank, the upper end of the stirring shaft is arranged inside the second shaft sleeve, and the middle of the stirring shaft is arranged inside the third shaft sleeve.
2. The water, fertilizer and pesticide mixing device for agricultural drip irrigation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper part of the storage tank is of a conical structure.
3. The water, fertilizer and pesticide mixing device for agricultural drip irrigation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring blade is a helical blade.

The agricultural water, fertilizer and pesticide mixing device for drip irrigation as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upper end of the stirring shaft extends out of the second shaft sleeve, the stirring shaft is slidably connected with the second shaft sleeve and the third shaft sleeve, the bottom plate is arranged in an inclined manner, and the liquid outlet pipe is arranged at the lower end of the bottom plate.
5. The agricultural water, fertilizer and pesticide mixing device for drip irrigation as claimed in claim 4, wherein a bull's eye bearing is connected to the lower end of the stirring shaft, and the bull's eye bearing is detachably connected to the stirring shaft through bolts.

The agricultural water and fertilizer mixing device for drip irrigation according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein an end cap is connected to the upper end of the stirring shaft, a spring is connected to the lower portion of the end cap, and the lower end of the spring is connected to the second shaft sleeve.

The water, fertilizer and pesticide mixing device for agricultural drip irrigation as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of hinged supports are provided at one side of the second lug, one end of a connecting rod is hinged with the hinged supports, external threads are provided on the outside of the connecting rod, and each connecting rod is provided with two adjusting nuts which are respectively provided at two sides of the first lug.

The agricultural water and fertilizer mixing device for drip irrigation according to claim 1, wherein a grinding mechanism is arranged on one side of the upper portion of the feeding pipe, the grinding mechanism comprises a housing, the upper end of the housing is open, the lower end of the housing is communicated with the feeding pipe, a second motor is arranged on one side of the housing, a first driving pulley is connected to an output shaft of the second motor, a first grinding roller is movably connected to the upper portion of the housing, a first driven pulley is arranged at one end of the first grinding roller, the first driving pulley is connected with the first driven pulley through a first belt, a second driving pulley is arranged at the other end of the first grinding roller, a second grinding roller is arranged on one side of the first grinding roller, a second driven pulley is arranged at one end of the second grinding roller, and the second driving pulley is connected with the second driven pulley through a second belt.

The water, fertilizer and pesticide mixing device for agricultural drip irrigation as claimed in claim 8, wherein a material guiding plate is disposed at the upper opening of the outer shell, and a lower opening of the material guiding plate is located right above the junction of the first grinding roller and the second grinding roller.

The agricultural water, fertilizer and pesticide mixing device for drip irrigation according to claim 8 or 9, wherein a screening mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the housing, the screening mechanism comprises a screening net arranged at the lower part of the first grinding roller and the second grinding roller, a rotating shaft is movably connected inside the screening net, a plurality of stirring rods are arranged on the rotating shaft, the outer edges of the stirring rods are attached to the inner wall of the screening net, one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the screening net and is connected with a third driven pulley, and the third driven pulley is connected with the first driving pulley through a third belt.
